The bartering information includes, but is not limited to, a business name, a business scale, a business qualification, a business establishment time, a credit level of the business on a platform, a cargo type, a cargo quantity, a cargo transportation mode, a bartering mode, and the like. For example, in the case that there are a plurality of resource suppliers that satisfy technical parameter information of a resource requested by a certain resource request, it may be considered to screen out the resource supplier with the closest transportation distance to form a one-way closed-loop transaction chain (the closest principle); and the resource supplier with the highest credit level of the enterprise on the platform can be screened out to form a one-way closed-loop transaction chain (optimal principle).
Taking the quasi-unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain shown in fig. 5 as a shaping chain, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of the unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, matching is performed according to the closest principle or the optimal principle according to barter information (e.g., enterprise name, barter mode) of each resource supplier, and finally, a unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain is formed in which each node corresponds to one resource request and one resource supplier. As can be seen from FIG. 6, the hotel realizes profit through the consumption of the white spirit by the client, and achieves the purpose of 'going to capacity'; the tourism company realizes the profit of selling cash again and keeping cash in the form of a voucher, draws consumption, does not need to carry out early-stage pre-payment on the eating and living expenses of the hotel, and achieves the aim of 'getting out of the lever'; the agricultural (group) company can directly save 10 ten thousand yuan of cash expenditure and pull consumption, thereby achieving the purpose of 'stock removal'; the winery realizes the 'stock removal' and cash-free purchase at the same time, thereby achieving the purposes of 'stock removal and lever removal'.

The unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain provided by the embodiment of the invention can provide rapid barter resource matching for barter transaction of enterprises, thereby improving the achievement rate of barter transaction and maximizing the value of barter resources. The quasi-unidirectional closed-loop trade chain is constructed by taking the unidirectional closed-loop demand chain as a basic chain, and then the quasi-unidirectional closed-loop trade chain is taken as a shaping chain to form the unidirectional closed-loop trade chain with each node corresponding to only one resource request and one resource supplier, so that a circulation channel with symmetrical information can be provided for the value demand of inventory commodities, the configuration and circulation rate of enterprise resources are fundamentally improved, the huge capacity of the inventory commodities is released, and the purposes of 'stock removal, capacity removal and lever removal' of 'easy-to-sell trade' are accurately and efficiently achieved.
It should be noted that the solutions disclosed in S301 to S304 in the embodiments of the present invention may be directly applied to a barter transaction platform, or may be used as a third party platform providing a unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain to be docked with the barter transaction platform, a unidirectional closed-loop demand chain is constructed according to resource requests of various enterprises collected on the barter transaction platform, a quasi unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain is constructed by using the unidirectional closed-loop demand chain as a base chain according to supply resources of the various enterprises based on a parameter matching manner, and a unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain is constructed by using the quasi unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain as a shaping chain according to barter information of the enterprises and according to a closest principle. Any business that needs to conduct a barter transaction may publish its own supply resources (e.g., inventory items) and request resources (e.g., raw materials) to the barter transaction platform.
In the solution of the existing 'barter trading' platform, only another 'quasi-demand' party selects stock commodities, the form of the stock commodities is in a 'passive state', and a 'demand market' including own appeal cannot be constructed. Inventory goods in the existing barter trading platform are in a passive trading mode, namely the passive trading attribute of the inventory goods. The UCLTC sharing platform takes the value of an inventory commodity enterprise as the only basis, realizes the core idea of taking the appeal of the enterprise as the benchmark, takes enterprise integrity as the most fundamental guarantee condition, and accurately and efficiently solves the problem of inventory commodity for the enterprise in a one-stop mode. Since the identification of the value of the inventory goods is an important condition for realizing the barter transaction. The existing solution for the inventory commodity does not provide a functional system for identifying the value of the inventory commodity, and the final value identification can be carried out between two transaction parties only by means of platform transmission or offline communication. Therefore, as an optional implementation manner, the method for matching bartering resources provided by the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following steps: acquiring technical parameter information of resources supplied by a resource supplier; and determining the value information of the resources supplied by the resource supplier according to the technical parameter information of the resources supplied by the resource supplier. Through the implementation mode, artificial subjective factors can be avoided, and reasonable and objective value identification is provided for the commodities on the bartering platform, so that accurate data support is provided for bartering transaction.
Since the value of a commodity is often not constant, some commodities (e.g., food, etc.) are shelf-stable, some commodities (e.g., clothing, etc.) are seasonal, and some commodities (e.g., electronic products, etc.) are updated more obviously. Therefore, in an alternative embodiment, when determining the value information of the resource supplied by the resource supplier according to the technical parameter information of the resource supplied by the resource supplier, the method specifically includes the following steps: obtaining a cost decay function, wherein the cost decay function is used for representing the degree of cost decay of the resource supplied by the resource supplier; and determining the value information of the resources supplied by the resource supplier according to the technical parameter information and the value attenuation function of the resources supplied by the resource supplier.

For example, the UCLTC sharing platform provided by the embodiment of the present invention can draw a real-time market value demand trend basic line graph (updated continuously by day) of different industry categories and different commodities based on real-time values of different commodities classified in different industries. Taking the original value number of the inventory time of the inventory goods provided by enterprises as a base number, taking the time attenuation number or the increment number of the goods as a variable, carrying out corresponding number addition and subtraction to obtain a determined number, then carrying out matching superposition matching on the obtained determined number and a basic line graph of the timely market value demand trend whether a coincidence point appears or not, the functional system can obtain a reasonable timely value evaluation number of the inventory commodity, the number is the reference price of the commodity in the current period, the platform immediately feeds back to the enterprise in a screenshot and character matching answering mode, so as to help the decision maker of the enterprise to make rational judgment, after the platform obtains the final confirmation of the price of the enterprise, and immediately binding the confirmed commodity price and the information of the enterprise including the quantity of the inventory commodities, and then transferring the bound commodity price to a big data center for standby. The functional system effectively unifies the method for identifying the value of the inventory goods in the barter transaction of the enterprise, maintains the reasonable economic guarantee requirement of the enterprise, simultaneously prevents the bidding behavior of the enterprise, and provides reliable guarantee for the green transaction.
The existing bartering trading platform is not provided with an auditing function system aiming at enterprise comprehensive identification, cannot carry out technical prejudgment on honesty degree of an entrenched enterprise, and buries a dispute for bartering trading between two trading parties. In other words, existing bartering trading platforms do not have a guarantee scheme for avoiding bartering trading risks.
In order to provide a safe and green barter transaction, in an optional embodiment, the barter resource matching method provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes the following steps: acquiring identity information of a resource provider; and verifying the identity information of the resource provider.
Further, after the identity information of the resource provider is verified, the method may further include: and outputting first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting that the resource supplied by the resource supplier is not allowed to be added to the barter trading platform because the identity of the resource supplier is not verified.
The identification and determination function system for enterprise honesty and appeal, which is arranged in the UCLTC sharing platform provided by the embodiment of the invention, identifies, determines and collects the basic information of the 'permitted-to-stay' enterprise and the appeal information provided by the basic information, and defines legal materials (including but not limited to industry and commerce, tax, bank name of opening an account and the like) of the 'permitted-to-stay' enterprise and annual general reports, financial classification reports and bank reconciliation records in recent years (for example, two years) as enterprise honesty management item classes for identification and determination (if the enterprise operation time is too short, relevant materials of actual time are provided). When the platform identifies and identifies legal materials of an enterprise, official public information can be relied on to carry out parallel identification and identification.

When the data shows that the enterprise has information false behavior, the platform can temporarily and automatically intercept other requests of the enterprise to be allowed to stay while sending out an early warning prompt for identifying and confirming the project, and if the early warning shows that the project is a legal data project of the enterprise to be allowed to stay, the platform can return to the opposite side in a text form for reasonable explanation; if the early warning prompt is of a financial project class, the platform automatically transmits corresponding data to the computer rechecking system to carry out reasonable tolerance calculation, if the reasonable tolerance calculation is passed through, the early warning prompt of the platform is immediately released, otherwise, the early warning prompt of the platform can send out the early warning prompt again by using a red mark to determine that the enterprise has bad behaviors for providing false information, and the platform closes a passageway for the enterprise to stay (optionally, the platform can also carry out permanent recording storage on detailed contents of the bad behaviors of the enterprise). If the "admitted-to-stay" enterprise passes the identity authentication of the platform ("integrity" authentication), the enterprise will qualify as the hosting platform.
In addition, the existing bartering trading platform is not provided with a function system for carrying out technical identification and authentication on inventory commodity information provided by enterprises, so that the possibility of 'fake and inferior' commodities permeating circulation is caused. And the hidden trouble of dispute between two transaction parties can be also brought down. Therefore, in an optional embodiment, the method for matching bartering resources provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include: acquiring first technical parameter information and second technical parameter information of resources supplied by a resource supplier, wherein the first technical parameter information is technical parameter information provided by the resource supplier, and the second technical parameter information is technical parameter information obtained by detecting the resources supplied by the resource supplier by a third-party platform; and determining quality information of the resources supplied by the resource supplier according to the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information.
It should be noted that the first technical parameter information is original technical parameter information provided by the enterprise for its supply goods (i.e. inventory goods), and the second technical parameter information may be matched technical parameter information of the supply goods in the same period (or in the same batch) provided by the platform specified by the third-party merchant. It should be noted that, when determining the value of the resource, it is preferable to use the second technical parameter information obtained by detecting the resource supplied by the resource supplier by the third-party platform.

It should be noted that the matching degree between the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information meets the preset condition, which may include, but is not limited to, the following situations: (1) the index difference value of one or more indexes in the first technical parameter information and the corresponding index in the second technical parameter information is within an error allowable range; (2) the number of index items of which the index difference value exceeds the error allowable range in the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information is lower than a certain threshold value; (3) the number of index items of the index difference value in the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information within the error allowable range is higher than a certain threshold value; (4) and fitting according to the first technical parameter information to obtain a first curve, fitting according to the second technical parameter information to obtain a second curve, wherein the correlation coefficient of the first curve and the second curve is greater than a certain threshold value. The inventory commodity information identification and acquisition function system arranged in the UCLTC sharing platform provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for performing limb-type identification and acquisition on inventory commodity information data provided by a resident enterprise. And the UCLTC sharing platform automatically opens a channel for acquiring the next information of the resident enterprise. And (3) splitting basic information data of the resident enterprises and proposed appeal (namely the resource request) into a plurality of data information of enterprise names plus one appeal (each appeal is a storage unit and is respectively stored in different industry plate spaces) and transferring the data information to a big data center for standby.
The UCLTC sharing platform provided by the embodiment of the invention disassembles the commodity information data of the inventory commodities provided by the resident enterprise into three information parts, namely technical parameters and data, value, commodity type and commodity market timeliness (upstream and downstream industrial chain relations), and respectively identifies and collects the three information parts at the same time, and if the inventory commodity information passes identification, respectively transfers the data information of the three parts of the inventory commodities to the big data center for standby.

Through the embodiment, market circulation of fake and inferior commodities can be effectively avoided, and disputes and risks in the barter trading of enterprises are avoided.

the unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain construction module 14 is configured to align at least one resource provider corresponding to each node in the unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain for matching and screening based on barter information of each resource provider, so as to form a unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain, where each node in the unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain corresponds to one resource request and one resource provider.
Optionally, the unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain building module 14 may align at least one resource provider corresponding to each node in the unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain according to a closest rule or an optimal rule to perform matching screening.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present invention, the resource request of each enterprise is obtained through the resource obtaining module 11, the unidirectional closed-loop demand chain is constructed through the unidirectional closed-loop demand chain constructing module 12 according to the value of the requested resource included in each resource request, the quasi-unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain constructing module 13 takes the unidirectional closed-loop demand chain as a base chain, the technical parameter information of the resource corresponding to each node in the unidirectional closed-loop demand chain is matched with the technical parameter information of each resource supplier corresponding to the node, the resource supplier corresponding to the node is selected from the plurality of resource suppliers to form the quasi-unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain, and further according to the barter information of each resource supplier through the unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain constructing module 14 taking the quasi-unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain as a shaping chain, and aligning at least one resource supplier corresponding to each node in the unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain according to a closest principle or an optimal principle to carry out matching screening, so as to form the unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain of each node corresponding to one resource request and one resource supplier.
The unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain provided by the embodiment of the invention can provide rapid barter resource matching for barter transaction of enterprises, thereby improving the achievement rate of barter transaction and maximizing the value of barter resources.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus may further include: a first resource technical parameter obtaining module 15, configured to obtain technical parameter information of a resource supplied by a resource supplier; and the resource value determining module 16 is configured to determine value information of the resource supplied by the resource supplier according to the technical parameter information of the resource supplied by the resource supplier.
In an optional embodiment, the resource value determination module is further configured to obtain a value decay function, where the value decay function is used to characterize a degree of value decay of the resource supplied by the resource supplier; and determining the value information of the resources supplied by the resource supplier according to the technical parameter information and the value attenuation function of the resources supplied by the resource supplier.

1. A matching method of barter resources is characterized in that the matching method is applied to a barter trading platform or a third party platform which is in butt joint with the barter trading platform, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a plurality of resource requests, wherein each resource request is a barter resource request for exchanging resources on a barter trading platform, and each resource request comprises the value and technical parameter information of the requested resource;
constructing a unidirectional closed-loop demand chain according to the obtained multiple resource requests and the value information of the resource requested by each resource request, wherein the unidirectional closed-loop demand chain is a closed-loop chain formed by multiple nodes, each node in the unidirectional closed-loop demand chain corresponds to one resource request and at least one resource supplier, and the value ranges of the resources requested by the resource requests of all the nodes in the unidirectional closed-loop demand chain are consistent;
taking the unidirectional closed-loop demand chain as a base chain, and performing matching screening on technical parameter information of resources supplied by at least one resource supplier corresponding to each node according to the technical parameter information of the resources requested by each node in the unidirectional closed-loop demand chain to form a quasi-unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain, wherein each node in the base chain corresponds to one resource request and a first number of resource suppliers; the technical parameter information refers to attribute information of the resource; the technical parameter information of the resources supplied by at least one resource supplier corresponding to each node in the quasi-unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain is consistent with the technical parameter information of the resources requested by each node;
taking the quasi-unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain as a shaping chain, and based on barter information of each resource supplier, performing matching screening on at least one resource supplier corresponding to each node in the quasi-unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain according to a preset condition principle to form a unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain, wherein each node in the shaping chain corresponds to a resource request and a second number of resource suppliers, and the second number is smaller than the first number; the bartering information refers to attribute information owned by the resource supplier; each node in the unidirectional closed-loop transaction chain corresponds to a resource request and a resource supplier;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring technical parameter information of resources supplied by a resource supplier;
obtaining a value attenuation function, wherein the value attenuation function is a function related to time and used for representing the value attenuation degree of resources supplied by a resource supplier, and the value attenuation function is an artificial intelligence model obtained through machine learning training;
determining the value information of the resources supplied by the resource supplier according to the technical parameter information of the resources supplied by the resource supplier and the value attenuation function;
wherein after obtaining technical parameter information of the resource supplied by the resource supplier, the method further comprises:
generating market information of resources supplied by a resource supplier according to technical parameter information of the resources supplied by the resource supplier and technical parameter information of resources requested by each resource request, wherein the market information comprises whether the resources supplied by the resource supplier are broken in an upstream and downstream relation data structure chain of a corresponding industrial chain;
outputting market information of the resource supplied by the resource supplier;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring first technical parameter information and second technical parameter information of resources supplied by a resource supplier, wherein the first technical parameter information is technical parameter information provided by the resource supplier, and the second technical parameter information is technical parameter information obtained by detecting the resources supplied by the resource supplier by a third-party platform;
determining quality information of the resource supplied by the resource supplier according to the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information;
wherein determining quality information of resources provided by a resource provider according to the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information comprises: if the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information are both in a normal technical parameter range, and the coincidence degree between the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information meets a preset condition, determining that the quality of the resource supplied by a resource supplier is qualified, wherein the coincidence degree is used for representing the consistency degree of the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information; if the first technical parameter information exceeds a normal technical parameter range, or the first technical parameter information is in the normal technical parameter range, but the second technical parameter information exceeds the normal technical parameter range, determining that the quality of the resources supplied by the resource supplier is unqualified; if the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information are both in a normal technical parameter range, but the coincidence degree between the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information does not meet a preset condition, determining that the quality of the resource supplied by a resource supplier is unstable;
wherein, the coincidence degree between the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information accords with the preset condition, and the coincidence degree comprises the following steps: the index difference value of each index in the first technical parameter information and the corresponding index in the second technical parameter information is within an error allowable range; or the number of index items of which the index difference value exceeds the error allowable range in the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information is lower than a certain threshold value; or the number of index items of the index difference value between the first technical parameter information and the second technical parameter information within the error allowable range is higher than a certain threshold value; or fitting according to the first technical parameter information to obtain a first curve, fitting according to the second technical parameter information to obtain a second curve, wherein the correlation coefficient of the first curve and the second curve is larger than a certain threshold value.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring identity information of a resource provider;
and verifying the identity information of the resource provider.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after verifying identity information of a resource provider, the method further comprises:
outputting first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting that the resource supplied by the resource supplier is not allowed to join the barter trading platform because the identity of the resource supplier is not verified.
