the safety point inspection module performs safety point inspection on the item to be inspected of the controlled equipment to obtain an inspection result before the controlled equipment is started, and sends the inspection result to the authorization control module;
and the authorization control module sends a starting signal to the equipment control module to enable the equipment control module to drive the controlled equipment to start when judging that the controlled equipment has no equipment abnormality based on the checking result.
2. The device security point inspection system according to claim 1, wherein the security point inspection module monitors an operation state of the controlled device after the controlled device is started, and sends operation information of the operation state to the authorization control module;
and the authorization control module executes a first alarm operation and/or sends a shutdown signal to the equipment control module when judging that the controlled equipment has the abnormal operation based on the operation information and preset operation information, so that the equipment control module drives the controlled equipment to stop operating.

judging whether the operation parameter value belongs to the operation parameter range;
and when the operation parameter value does not belong to the operation parameter range, judging that the operation abnormality exists in the controlled equipment.
4. The device security point inspection system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the authorization control module executes a second alarm operation when determining that there is a device abnormality in the controlled device based on the inspection result.
5. The equipment safety point inspection system according to claim 4, wherein the mode of the controlled equipment comprises an equipment maintenance mode, and the operator of the controlled equipment comprises a maintenance person;
the authorization control module determines that the controlled equipment is in the mode of the equipment maintenance mode; acquiring the operator information; judging that the operator information is maintenance personnel; generating a first identity verification passing instruction, and sending the first identity verification instruction to the equipment control module;
the equipment control module controls the controlled equipment to enter a debugging state based on the first identity verification instruction;
the authorization control module generates an equipment maintenance completion instruction and sends the equipment maintenance completion instruction to the equipment control module; and the equipment control module controls the controlled equipment to start based on the equipment maintenance completion instruction.
6. The equipment safety point inspection system according to claim 4, wherein the mode of the controlled equipment comprises an equipment operation mode, and the operator of the controlled equipment comprises an operator;
the authorization control module determines that the controlled equipment is in the equipment operation mode; acquiring and judging that the operator information is an operator; generating a second identity authentication passing instruction, and sending the second identity authentication passing instruction to the equipment control module;
and the equipment control module receives an operation signal generated by the operation of the machine operator on the controlled equipment based on the second identity verification passing instruction.

the interactive terminal is in communication connection with the authorization control module;
and the user configures the controlled equipment for the authorization control module through the interactive terminal.

and after the authorization control module generates alarm information, the checking result, the operation information and the alarm information are sent to the cloud server for storage so as to be called by a user.
