Based on the same inventive concept as the method of the remote auxiliary maintenance device in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention further provides an apparatus of the remote auxiliary maintenance device, which includes a memory 304, a processor 302, and a computer program stored on the memory 304 and executable on the processor 302, wherein the processor 302 implements the steps of any one of the methods of the shopping social method described above when executing the program.

Based on the same inventive concept as the method of remotely assisting in maintaining the equipment in the foregoing embodiments, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of: acquiring first fault image information of first equipment; classifying the first fault image information to obtain first fault information and second fault information; determining a first alarm information distribution strategy according to the first type of fault information and the second type of fault information, wherein the first alarm information distribution strategy comprises first alarm information and second alarm information; sending the first alarm information to field maintenance personnel according to the first alarm information distribution strategy, and sending the second alarm information to the field maintenance personnel and remote instructors through a terminal; obtaining historical fault maintenance information of the first device; judging whether the second alarm information and the historical fault maintenance information have a first correlation factor; when the second warning information and the historical fault maintenance information have a first correlation factor, adjusting and determining the first warning information distribution strategy as a second warning information distribution strategy; and sending the second alarm information to field maintenance personnel according to the second alarm information distribution strategy.
In a specific implementation, when the program is executed by a processor, any method step in the first embodiment may be further implemented.

according to the method and the device for remotely assisting in maintaining the equipment, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first fault image information of the first equipment is obtained; classifying the first fault image information to obtain first fault information and second fault information; determining a first alarm information distribution strategy according to the first type of fault information and the second type of fault information, wherein the first alarm information distribution strategy comprises first alarm information and second alarm information; sending the first alarm information to field maintenance personnel according to the first alarm information distribution strategy, and sending the second alarm information to the field maintenance personnel and remote instructors through a terminal; obtaining historical fault maintenance information of the first device; judging whether the second alarm information and the historical fault maintenance information have a first correlation factor; when the second warning information and the historical fault maintenance information have a first correlation factor, adjusting and determining the first warning information distribution strategy as a second warning information distribution strategy; according to the second alarm information distribution strategy, the second alarm information is sent to the field maintainer, so that the technical problems that in the prior art, the running state of equipment cannot be monitored in real time for the equipment without a remote control interface, time is consumed for maintaining the equipment on site by an equipment manufacturer when the field maintainer cannot repair the equipment fault, and the normal running of production is influenced are solved, the high applicability is achieved, the device can be suitable for the equipment without the remote control interface, the intelligent degree is high, the efficiency of fault distribution processing is improved, and the technical effect of normal running of production is ensured.

Claims (9)

1. A method of remotely assisting in maintaining equipment, the method comprising:
acquiring first fault image information of first equipment;
classifying the first fault image information to obtain first fault information and second fault information;
determining a first alarm information distribution strategy according to the first type of fault information and the second type of fault information, wherein the first alarm information distribution strategy comprises first alarm information and second alarm information;
sending the first alarm information to field maintenance personnel according to the first alarm information distribution strategy, and sending the second alarm information to the field maintenance personnel and remote instructors through a terminal;
obtaining historical fault maintenance information of the first device;
judging whether the second alarm information and the historical fault maintenance information have a first correlation factor;
when the second warning information and the historical fault maintenance information have a first correlation factor, adjusting and determining the first warning information distribution strategy as a second warning information distribution strategy;
and sending the second alarm information to field maintenance personnel according to the second alarm information distribution strategy.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining first failure image information for the first device comprises:
acquiring a multi-dimensional fault phenomenon of the first equipment, wherein the multi-dimensional fault phenomenon comprises early warning lamp information, vibration amplitude information and prompt tone information of the first equipment;
and determining a first fault type of the first equipment according to the multi-dimensional fault phenomenon, wherein the first fault information comprises the first fault type.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
setting a first preset threshold value of the vibration amplitude of the first equipment fault;
judging whether the vibration amplitude information of the first equipment exceeds the first preset threshold value or not;
determining a first fault level of the first device when the vibration amplitude information of the first device exceeds the first preset threshold.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining an operation guide template library;
combining the operation guide template library with the second alarm information to obtain a first operation model;
and determining first operation instruction information and a first AR operation image according to the first operation model and the second alarm information, and sending the first operation instruction information and the first AR operation image to the field maintenance personnel.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining first real-time image information of the first device, wherein the first real-time image information is image information of the first device before the first operation instruction information is executed;
and checking the first operation instruction information according to the first real-time image information, and determining the first accuracy of the first operation instruction information.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining prompt instruction information of an operation process according to the first operation instruction information;
and inputting the prompt instruction information of the operation process into the first AR operation image, and determining the second accuracy of the first AR operation image.
7. An apparatus for remotely assisting maintenance equipment, the apparatus comprising:
an image recognition unit for obtaining first failure image information of a first device;
the data processing unit is used for classifying the first fault image information to obtain first-class fault information and second-class fault information;
the first alarm information distribution unit is used for determining a first alarm information distribution strategy according to the first type of fault information and the second type of fault information, wherein the first alarm information distribution strategy comprises first alarm information and second alarm information;
the first alarm information output unit is used for sending the first alarm information to field maintenance personnel according to the first alarm information distribution strategy and sending the second alarm information to the field maintenance personnel and remote instructors through a terminal;
the second alarm information distribution unit is used for acquiring historical fault maintenance information of the first equipment;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the second warning information and the historical fault maintenance information have a first association factor;
the third alarm information distribution unit is used for adjusting and determining the first alarm information distribution strategy as a second alarm information distribution strategy when the second alarm information and the historical fault maintenance information have a first correlation factor;
and the second alarm information output unit sends the second alarm information to field maintenance personnel according to the second alarm information distribution strategy.
8. An apparatus for remotely assisting maintenance equipment, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-6 when executing the program.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
