And detecting by judging whether the attribute values among the records are equal or not, and deciding the missing data according to the missing proportion and the importance of the field. The data storage has capacity limitation, an incremental extraction method is adopted for collecting original tables with various fields and large data volume, and when the data volume reaches a certain limit value, the data tables are maintained through automatic backup and deletion; for the table with simple data structure and small data quantity, a synchronous extraction mode is adopted, and only regular backup is carried out in the mode. The modules are connected with each other through a TCP/IP protocol.
The basic service module realizes the interaction with the mobile terminal through a publish/subscribe mode and a request/response mode.
The application module is a complex and changeable production process of a reduction manufacturing field, and is directly butted by adopting HTML + CSS + JavaScript and a native framework.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that, in addition to implementing the systems, apparatus, and various modules thereof provided by the present invention in purely computer readable program code, the same procedures can be implemented entirely by logically programming method steps such that the systems, apparatus, and various modules thereof are provided in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Therefore, the system, the device and the modules thereof provided by the present invention can be considered as a hardware component, and the modules included in the system, the device and the modules thereof for implementing various programs can also be considered as structures in the hardware component; modules for performing various functions may also be considered to be both software programs for performing the methods and structures within hardware components.

1. A system based on mobile monitoring and point inspection is characterized by comprising
A data acquisition module: collecting data, and throwing up and issuing field production control and management data; the production data is periodically updated in a polling mode, and the alarm data is triggered in an event mode;
a data processing module: integrating and optimizing the acquired data to obtain processed data;
a basic service module: performing basic service according to the processed data;
an application module: and performing application according to the basic service.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the basic service module comprises: any one or more of a data distribution management service module, a procedure management service module, a real-time call service module, an operation record management service module, an alarm hierarchical management service module and an authorization management service module;
the data distribution management service module: performing data distribution strategy management of a subscription and release mode on real-time collected data from different sources, and providing push modes of different paths for different destination data;
the rule management service module: importing the processing rules, inputting the actual performance results of the point inspection, and checking the actual performance results of the point inspection;
the real-time call service module: supporting real-time voice and video calls between mobile monitoring terminals;
the operation record management service module: the issuing operation performed at the mobile terminal is managed in a unified way, and the record comprises the issuing of the equipment operation instruction and the issuing of the set value;
alarm hierarchical management service module: processing alarm information grading, processing preset behaviors for different types of alarm data on the basis of monitoring alarm according to configuration information, associating different alarm processing modes, encoding original data and then pushing a subscription mobile terminal for further display;
the authorization management service module: on the basis of login authentication, carrying out authority management on a user; different users respectively enjoy different authorities, and the different authorities comprise different viewing, different issuing and different inputting.

The system for mobile monitoring and point inspection based on claim 1, wherein the application module comprises: the system comprises a production overview module, a parameter setting module, an instruction issuing module, a grading alarm module, a code scanning query module, a procedure uploading and checking module, a point inspection input module, an operation record checking module and a real-time communication module, wherein any one or more of the production overview module, the parameter setting module, the instruction issuing module, the grading alarm module, the code scanning query module, the procedure uploading and checking module, the;
a production overview module: checking the production live condition in real time, and keeping the refreshing frequency of the picture data at a preset value;
the parameter setting and instruction issuing module comprises: modifying equipment set parameters at the mobile terminal, adjusting production indexes, issuing a control instruction, and adjusting the production state;
a grading alarm module: for the alarms with different grades, the mobile terminal receives different alarm forms, wherein the alarm forms comprise different colors and different sound configurations; each alarm comprises alarm time, alarm content, an alarm area and alarm equipment;
code scanning and inquiring: scanning a two-dimensional code or an NFC label on the equipment and a two-dimensional code or an NFC label on the product, and checking the details of the equipment or the product;
the rule uploading, checking and point inspection input module comprises: inputting a point inspection actual result, including judging whether the real-time parameters of the equipment are confirmed and whether the real-time parameters meet production requirements; querying historical actual performance of the point inspection through characteristics including equipment numbers and time; uploading a specific rule standard, acquiring authority, and looking up a file;
an operation record viewing module: inquiring historical operation records at the mobile terminal according to the information including the operation time, the operator, the operation equipment and the operation content;
a real-time communication module: the real-time conversation of videos and voices is carried out between the mobile terminals, the video and voice conversation windows freely float on the real-time monitoring module, and the production dynamics is observed in real time while the conversation is carried out.
4. A method based on mobile monitoring and point inspection is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a data acquisition step: collecting data, and throwing up and issuing field production control and management data; the production data is periodically updated in a polling mode, and the alarm data is triggered in an event mode;

procedure management service step: importing the processing rules, inputting the actual performance results of the point inspection, and checking the actual performance results of the point inspection;
a real-time call service step: supporting real-time voice and video calls between mobile monitoring terminals;
and an operation record management service step: the issuing operation performed at the mobile terminal is managed in a unified way, and the record comprises the issuing of the equipment operation instruction and the issuing of the set value;

The method of claim 4, wherein the applying step comprises: the method comprises any one or more of production overview, parameter setting, instruction issuing, grading alarm, code scanning query, procedure uploading and checking, point inspection input, operation record checking and real-time call;
production overview steps: checking the production live condition in real time, and keeping the refreshing frequency of the picture data at a preset value;
parameter setting and instruction issuing steps: modifying equipment set parameters at the mobile terminal, adjusting production indexes, issuing a control instruction, and adjusting the production state;
a step of grading alarm: for the alarms with different grades, the mobile terminal receives different alarm forms, wherein the alarm forms comprise different colors and different sound configurations; each alarm comprises alarm time, alarm content, an alarm area and alarm equipment;
scanning a two-dimensional code or an NFC label on the equipment and a two-dimensional code or an NFC label on the product, and checking the details of the equipment or the product;
uploading and checking rules, inputting point inspection, and judging whether real-time parameters of equipment are confirmed or not and whether production requirements are met or not; querying historical actual performance of the point inspection through characteristics including equipment numbers and time; uploading a specific rule standard, acquiring authority, and looking up a file;
an operation record viewing step, wherein historical operation records are inquired at the mobile terminal according to information including operation time, operators, operation equipment and operation contents;
and a real-time call step, namely carrying out real-time call of videos and voices between the mobile terminals, wherein the video and voice call windows freely float on the real-time monitoring module, and the production dynamics is observed in real time while the calls are carried out.
