本发明公开了一种动物血液深加工污水多级处理工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:步骤一、蛋白酶水解;步骤二、厌氧生化降解;步骤三、生物好氧接触氧化降解;步骤四、絮凝沉淀。本发明提供的动物血液深加工污水处理工艺与常用污水处理方法相比,可以有效降低污水中氨氮、磷含量,同时减少化学试剂使用量,可直接应用于工业生产中,对环境保护意义重大,具有很好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种动物血液深加工污水多级处理工艺。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平提高,对肉食的需要也将维持一个较大体量,屠宰加工提供肉食的同时势必会产生大量的动物血液,据统计,我国每年动物血液资源量高达230万吨,这是一种优质的蛋白原料,可广泛应用于饲料、食品、生物发酵等领域。动物血液加工过程产生的废水中含有大量蛋白、氨氮和磷等污染物,如果直接排放会对环境造成极大的影响。目前,我国这方面相关研究很少,行业内对于动物血液深加工过程中产生的污水大多采用化学试剂沉淀,容易造成二次污染,同时处理不彻底,很难达到排放标准。因此,开发有效降低污水中氨氮、磷含量,同时减少化学试剂使用的动物血液深加工污水处理方法有重大意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种动物血液深加工污水多级处理工艺,包括蛋白酶水解反应、厌氧生化降解、生物好氧接触氧化降解和絮凝沉淀,以达到动物血液深加工污水达标排放的目的。本发明具体技术方案如下:
步骤一、蛋白酶水解:将收集的动物血液深加工污水中加入蛋白酶进行酶解预消化处理;
步骤二、厌氧生化降解:将酶解预消化后的污水进入厌氧塔(高塔),进行厌氧生化降解;
步骤三、生物好氧接触氧化降解:将厌氧降解后的污水进入生物污泥A/O接触氧化处理;
步骤四、絮凝沉淀:将上述的A/O处理后污水进入絮凝沉淀池加药除磷。
优选地,步骤一所述蛋白酶为碱性蛋白酶,添加量为5-10kg/100吨污水。
优选地,步骤三所述生物好氧接触氧化处理采用二级A/O工艺,一级A/O池容比例1∶2,二级A/O池容控制在2∶1。
优选地,步骤四所述絮凝沉淀处理中所用除磷试剂为聚合硫酸铁,絮凝试剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
具体实施方式
本发明实施如下,以处理100吨污水确定各环节技术参数,酶解降解池池容100m3,安装潜水搅拌机,设置添加蛋白酶添加口,每天按10kg/100吨水添加量添加蛋白水解酶;然后进入厌氧塔,厌氧塔选用高塔结构,设计总容积200m3,确保经厌氧生化降解后COD降至2000mg/L,氨氮升高低于500mg/L;厌氧处理后进入A/O生物好氧降级,A/O池容不少于800m3,采用二级A/0工艺,一级A/O池容比例1∶2,二级A/O池容控制在2∶1,为增加生物污泥浓度,曝气池(O池)安装组合填料,匹配曝气风机风量24m3/min;处理后污水进入一级沉淀池,沉淀池采用斜管填料,增加沉淀效果,沉淀曝气系统引入污泥,澄清后水进入加药反应池,加入液体聚合硫酸铁,除磷,二级加入聚丙烯酰胺絮凝,然后进入二级沉淀池,去除絮凝污泥,达到排放标准排放。
Claims (4)
1.一种动物血液深加工污水多级处理工艺,其特征在于,该工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一、蛋白酶水解:将收集的动物血液深加工污水中加入蛋白酶进行酶解预消化处理;
步骤二、厌氧生化降解:将酶解预消化后的污水进入厌氧塔(高塔),进行厌氧生化降解;
步骤三、生物好氧接触氧化降解:将厌氧降解后的污水进入生物污泥A/O接触氧化处理;
步骤四、絮凝沉淀:将上述的A/O处理后污水进入絮凝沉淀池加药除磷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种动物血液深加工污水多级处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤一所述蛋白酶为碱性蛋白酶,添加量为5-10kg/100吨污水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种动物血液深加工污水多级处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤三所述生物好氧接触氧化处理采用二级A/O工艺,一级A/O池容比例1∶2-2.5,二级A/O池容比例控制在2-2.5∶1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种动物血液深加工污水多级处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤四所述絮凝沉淀处理中所用除磷试剂为聚合硫酸铁,絮凝试剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
