Extracting by using carbon dioxide supercritical equipment, adding 1-5 times of 50-90% of edible ethanol for extraction, setting the extraction condition pressure to be 350bar and the extraction temperature to be 45 ℃ and the extraction time to be 60-120 minutes, collecting the extract in a separation tank, and removing the ethanol by using a rotary evaporator to obtain the Ampelopsis grossedentata extract.

Oil bath temperature: upper limit: lower limit of 85 ℃:60 ℃; the temperature of the dripper: upper limit: lower limit of 85 ℃:65 ℃;
refrigeration temperature: upper limit: lower limit of 10 ℃:0 ℃; cooling agent: edible oil (rapeseed oil, salad oil \8230;), food-medicine white wax oil, and dimethyl silicone oil.
The drop pitch is as follows: 5 cm-20 cm, the dropping speed is 45 drops/min;
the specific production method comprises the following steps: weighing 70g medicinal matrix PEG3350 and 25g PEG8000, melting completely in water bath at 85 deg.C, adding 5g Ampelopsis grossedentata extract, stirring, pouring into charging tank of dripping pill machine, stirring, maintaining temperature for 30 min, dripping into dimethyl silicon oil cooling liquid at a dripping distance of 10cm at a speed of 35-45 drops/min, shrinking and condensing for molding, taking out, and removing cooling liquid on dripping pill surface with oil slinging machine.

Oil bath temperature: upper limit: lower limit of 85 ℃:60 ℃; the dripper temperature: upper limit: lower limit of 85 ℃:65 ℃;
refrigeration temperature: upper limit: lower limit of 10 ℃:0 ℃; cooling agent: edible oil (rapeseed oil, salad oil \8230;), food-medicine white wax oil, and dimethyl silicone oil.

Data comparison shows that 20.54% of total flavonoids and 64.28% of dihydromyricetin can be extracted from the Ampelopsis grossedentata by the first method.
The produced ampelopsis grossedentata dropping pill has obvious effects on cold, inflammation inhibition, thrombosis resistance, aging resistance, high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high blood fat reduction and immunity regulation; the ampelopsis grossedentata dropping pill prepared by the invention is a novel preparation which is convenient to carry and has good adherence, the application value of the ampelopsis grossedentata is improved, and the production process of the ampelopsis grossedentata dropping pill is simple to operate.
