The steaming and baking device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a fixing frame (4), wherein the fixing frame (4) comprises a first fixing portion (42), a U-shaped portion (41) and a second fixing portion (43) which are connected in sequence, the lower wall surface of each of the first fixing portion (42) and the second fixing portion (43) abuts against the bottom wall of the inner container (2), each of the first fixing portion (42) and the second fixing portion (43) is welded or riveted on the bottom wall of the inner container (2), and the side walls of the seat edges (332) abut against the two side edges of the U-shaped portion (41) in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

The steaming and baking apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a heat-resistant glass panel (5), wherein the heat-resistant glass panel (5) is provided on the mounting plate (331), and a side wall of the heat-resistant glass panel (5) abuts against an inner wall surface of the seat rim (332).
9. The steaming and baking device of claim 8, further comprising a steam generating device (6), wherein the steam generating device (6) is arranged between the shell (1) and the inner container (2), and an air outlet of the steam generating device (6) is communicated with an inner cavity of the inner container (2).
10. Steaming device according to claim 8, characterized in that the heat-resistant glass panel (5) is a glass-ceramic or borosilicate glass panel.
