The steaming and baking apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the base plate (411) is substantially rectangular, the tubular heating member (42) includes a first extension (421), a second extension (422), and a rectangular frame portion (423) having a cutout, the rectangular frame portion (423) is disposed on an upper surface of the base plate (411), the rectangular frame portion (423) has a first end and a second end disposed opposite to each other, the first end is connected to one end of the first extension (421), the second end is connected to one end of the second extension (422), and the other end of each of the first extension (421) and the second extension (422) penetrates the other portion of the reinforcing plate (5).
7. The steaming and baking apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the tubular heating member (42) is a metal dry-fire tube.

The steaming and baking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the heating assembly (4) further comprises an infrared heating element (43), the infrared heating element (43) is provided on an upper surface of the mount base (41), the tubular heating element (42) is provided on an upper surface of the mount base (41), and the tubular heating element is provided on an outer peripheral side of the infrared heating element.
9. Apparatus according to claim 8, characterized in that said infrared heating element (43) is arranged in a revolving manner concentrically and with a radius gradually increasing.
10. The steaming and baking device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the heating core of the infrared heating element (43) is one of an electric ceramic oven heating core, a far infrared tube heating core, a far infrared heating film and a graphene heating core.
11. Apparatus according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein said infrared heating element (43) is electrically connected to a first electrically controlled switch and said tubular heating element (42) is electrically connected to a second electrically controlled switch.
12. The steaming and baking device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the bottom wall of the inner container (2) has a mounting hole (21), the steaming and baking device further comprises a glass-ceramic panel (22), and the glass-ceramic panel (22) covers the mounting hole (21).

The steaming and baking apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the mounting hole (21) comprises a first section (211) and a second section (212) which are sequentially arranged in an up-down direction, the cross-sectional area of the first section (211) is larger than that of the second section (212), an abutting surface is formed at the joint of the first section (211) and the second section (212), the microcrystalline glass panel (22) is arranged in the first section (211), and the lower surface of the microcrystalline glass panel (22) abuts against the abutting surface.
