Further, the vitamin B1, the vitamin B2, the vitamin B6, the vitamin B12, the vitamin C, the sodium carboxymethyl starch and the erythritol are added in sequence from a plurality of amounts according to the adding amount.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects and advantages that:
1. the invention adopts the self-emulsifying technology to granulate the fat-soluble vitamin, the water-soluble vitamin and the traditional Chinese medicine extract for regulating the liver simultaneously, thereby greatly improving the bioavailability of the fat-soluble vitamin while ensuring the normal absorption of the traditional Chinese medicine extract and the water-soluble vitamin.
2. The invention utilizes the technology of puffing, granulating and instant dissolving, so that a plurality of micropores are formed in the prepared granules, and the granules can be quickly dissolved without stirring, or can be directly dissolved by saliva in the oral cavity when the water is inconvenient to use, and the oral liquid is very convenient to take.
3. The production process of the invention can keep the content of each effective component to meet the index requirement, and has good process reproducibility and stability.
4. The invention has good taste and high compliance of various people.

The present invention will be described with reference to specific examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
An instant self-emulsifying eye-protecting solid beverage is prepared from the following raw materials:
the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises the following steps:
1. weighing 3kg of wolfberry fruit, 3kg of cassia seed and 3kg of chrysanthemum, and putting into an extraction tank;
2. adding 56L of drinking water into the extraction tank, heating to slightly boil, keeping slightly boiling for 2h for primary extraction, filtering the primary extraction liquid medicine, and pumping into an extraction liquid storage tank through a liquid medicine pump after primary extraction is finished;
3. adding 56L of drinking water into the residue, heating to slightly boil, maintaining slightly boiling for 1.5 hr for re-extraction, filtering the re-extracted liquid medicine, and pumping into an extract storage tank via a liquid medicine pump;
4. vacuum concentrating the medicinal liquid in the extractive solution storage tank with a two-effect concentrator at 75 deg.C and-0.075 Mpa to obtain Chinese medicinal extract with relative density of 1.34 (about 60 deg.C), and cooling.
The production method of the instant self-emulsifying eye-protecting solid beverage comprises the following steps:
1. weighing vitamin A palmitate and lutein ester, adding ethyl oleate, and stirring for dissolving;
2. adding glycerol and Tween 80, and stirring to obtain oil solution;
3. weighing vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, sodium carboxymethyl starch and erythritol, sequentially adding the vitamin B1, the vitamin B2, the vitamin B6, the vitamin B12, the vitamin C, the sodium carboxymethyl starch and the erythritol into a wet mixer from at least one according to the adding amount, stirring for 3 minutes (high-speed stirring at 600r/min and high-speed shearing at 450 r/min), uniformly mixing, adding the traditional Chinese medicine extract and the uniformly mixed oil, stirring for 1 minute (high-speed stirring at 600r/min and high-speed shearing at 450r/min for 1 min), and preparing a soft material;
4. adding the soft material into an expansion granulator for expansion granulation, controlling the pressure of an expansion cavity of a conditioner of the expansion granulator to be 0.4MPa and the water supply pressure of an interlayer of the expansion cavity to be 0.3MPa, adjusting the spiral rotation speed to be 250rpm, controlling the temperature of the expansion cavity to be 145 ℃, and controlling the pressure of a pressing die to be 3.8MPa, selecting a proper opening area of the pressing die, and expanding to prepare spherical particles with the diameter of about 0.8-1.2 mm;
5. sieving the spherical particles with 16 mesh and 40 mesh sieves respectively, and removing large particles and fine powder to obtain expanded particles;
6. and (3) placing the puffed particles and the blueberry fruit powder in a two-dimensional mixer, mixing for 15min, and packaging by adopting a polyethylene/aluminum/polyethylene composite film, wherein each bag is 5g and is 1000 bags.
Comparative example 1
The formula is completely the same as that of the embodiment 1, the preparation of the traditional Chinese medicine extract is also completely the same as that of the embodiment 1, but the preparation method is different from that of the embodiment 1, and the preparation method is as follows:
1. adding vitamin A palmitate, lutein ester, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, sodium carboxymethyl starch, erythritol, ethyl oleate, tween 80 and glycerol into a wet mixer (stirring at a high speed of 600r/min and shearing at a high speed of 450 r/min) and mixing uniformly;
2. adding the Chinese medicinal extract, stirring for 1min (high speed stirring at 600r/min, high speed shearing at 450r/min for 1 min), and making into soft material;
3. carrying out wet granulation by using a 16-mesh sieve swing granulator, drying, and then sieving by using 16-mesh and 40-mesh sieves to remove large particles and fine powder to obtain uniform spherical particles;
4. and (3) putting the spherical particles and the blueberry fruit powder into a two-dimensional mixer, mixing for 15min, and packaging by adopting a polyethylene/aluminum/polyethylene composite film, wherein each bag is 5g and is 1000 bags.
The eye-protecting solid beverages prepared in example 1 and comparative example 1 were compared, and the results are shown in table 1 below:

Claims (7)
2. The instant self-emulsifying eye-protecting solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the Chinese medicinal extract comprises the following steps:
2.1, weighing the barbary wolfberry fruit, the cassia seed and the chrysanthemum according to the mass ratio of 1;
2.2, adding drinking water into the medlar, the cassia seed and the chrysanthemum until the medlar, the cassia seed and the chrysanthemum are immersed, heating the mixture until the mixture is slightly boiled, keeping the slightly boiling for 1 to 3 hours, and collecting the primary extract liquid medicine;
2.3, adding drinking water into the dregs of a decoction again until the dregs of a decoction are immersed, heating the dregs of a decoction to slightly boil the dregs of the decoction, keeping the slightly boiling state for 1 to 3 hours, collecting and extracting the liquid medicine again;
2.4, combining the liquid medicine and the liquid medicine again, and carrying out vacuum concentration to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine extract.
3. The instant self-emulsifying eye-protecting solid beverage according to claim 2, wherein: in the step 2.2, the added drinking water and the medlar, the cassia seed and the chrysanthemum are added in a proportion of 6-10L/kg.

5. The instant self-emulsifying eye-protecting solid beverage according to claim 2, wherein: the relative density of the traditional Chinese medicine extract at 60 ℃ is 1.32-1.35.
6. A method of producing the instant self-emulsifying eye-protecting solid beverage of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
6.1, weighing the vitamin A palmitate and the lutein ester, adding the ethyl oleate, and stirring for dissolving;
6.2, adding glycerol and Tween 80, and uniformly stirring to obtain oil liquid;
6.3, weighing vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, sodium carboxymethyl starch and erythritol, adding into a mixer, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding the traditional Chinese medicine extract and the oil liquid, and stirring uniformly to prepare a soft material;
6.4, adding the soft material into a puffing granulator for puffing and granulating to prepare spherical particles with the diameter of 0.8-1.2 mm;
6.5, sieving, granulating, removing large particles and fine powder to obtain expanded particles;
6.6, uniformly mixing the puffed particles with the blueberry powder, and packaging to obtain the instant self-emulsifying eye-protecting solid beverage.

The method for producing the instant self-emulsifying eye-protecting solid beverage according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the vitamin B1, the vitamin B2, the vitamin B6, the vitamin B12, the vitamin C, the sodium carboxymethyl starch and the erythritol are added in sequence from a plurality of parts according to the adding amount.
