Claims (10)

1. A banking information processing method is applied to a user terminal, and comprises the following steps:
responding to the reading of the target graphic code by the user terminal, and establishing communication connection of a service terminal corresponding to the current service to be processed;
acquiring voice communication data and input data of a target object corresponding to the user terminal based on the communication connection;
monitoring the voice communication data and the input data based on the service processing type corresponding to the target object, and transmitting the corresponding voice communication data and the corresponding input data to a service terminal based on a monitoring result;
and receiving a processing instruction of the service terminal, and acquiring feedback information of a target object based on the processing instruction until the service to be processed is completed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the monitoring the voice communication data and the input data and transmitting the corresponding voice communication data and the corresponding input data to a service terminal based on the monitoring result comprises:
detecting whether the voice communication data contains sensitive words, if the sensitive words exist, generating early warning information, and sending the early warning information to the service terminal;
responding to the fact that a service terminal receives the early warning information, receiving a re-input instruction which is generated by the service terminal and corresponds to the early warning information, and sending obtained voice communication data corresponding to the re-input instruction to the service terminal;
and verifying the input information, and sending the input information passing the verification to the service terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to the character information input by the target object, and performing audio data conversion on the character information to obtain voice communication data;
and sending the voice communication data to the service terminal.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to the communication connection established between the user terminal and the service terminal to carry out communication data interaction, acquiring a service processing image of the target object, and recording operation data of the service object;
and determining the acquired image acquired by acquisition and the operation data of the record as record data.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
generating an acquisition instruction corresponding to the recorded data, and sending the acquisition instruction to a service system;
and receiving the recorded data sent by the service system.
6. A banking information processing apparatus applied to a user terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the establishing unit is used for responding to the reading of the target graphic code by the user terminal and establishing the communication connection of the service terminal corresponding to the current service to be processed;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring voice communication data and input data of a target object corresponding to the user terminal based on the communication connection;
the transmission unit is used for monitoring the voice communication data and the input data based on the service processing type corresponding to the target object and transmitting the corresponding voice communication data and the corresponding input data to a service terminal based on a monitoring result;
and the acquisition unit is used for receiving the processing instruction of the service terminal and acquiring the feedback information of the target object based on the processing instruction until the service to be processed is completed.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the transmission unit is specifically configured to:
detecting whether the voice communication data contains sensitive words, if the sensitive words exist, generating early warning information, and sending the early warning information to the service terminal;
responding to the fact that a service terminal receives the early warning information, receiving a re-input instruction which is generated by the service terminal and corresponds to the early warning information, and sending obtained voice communication data which correspond to the re-input instruction to the service terminal;
and verifying the input information, and sending the input information passing the verification to the service terminal.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the conversion unit is used for responding to character information input by the target object and performing audio data conversion on the character information to obtain voice communication data;
and the sending unit is used for sending the voice communication data to the service terminal.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the recording unit is used for responding to the communication connection established between the user terminal and the service terminal to carry out communication data interaction, acquiring a service processing image of the target object and recording the operation data of the service object;
the determining unit is used for determining the acquired image acquired by acquisition and the recorded operation data as recorded data;
the receiving unit is used for generating an acquisition instruction corresponding to the recorded data and sending the acquisition instruction to a service system; and receiving the recorded data sent by the service system.
10. A business system, comprising:
a user terminal for executing the banking information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5;
