Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention discloses an information push system which can effectively improve the communication efficiency between a principal and a judge.
The embodiment of the invention discloses an information push system, which comprises: service equipment, principal terminals and judge terminals, including:
the service equipment is used for sending a first processing short message to the party terminal; the first processing short message comprises a first user interface for collecting a case query problem;
the principal terminal is used for acquiring a case inquiry problem input on the first user interface and sending the case inquiry problem to the service equipment;
the service equipment is used for generating a second processing short message comprising the case inquiry problem and sending the second processing short message to the judge terminal associated with the case inquiry problem;
the judge terminal is used for outputting the second processing short message and acquiring first reply information input aiming at the case inquiry problem; and transmitting the first reply information to the principal terminal.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service device is further configured to identify a terminal number of a party corresponding to missed incoming call information when the missed incoming call information is monitored; and the method is also used for determining the principal terminal corresponding to the principal terminal number and sending the first processing short message to the corresponding principal terminal.
As an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first user interface includes: a text input box and a file uploading interface;
the principal terminal is further used for acquiring the case query question input in the text input box; acquiring an evidence file uploaded through the file uploading interface;
the service equipment is further used for generating the second processing short message comprising the case query problem and the evidence file.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service device is further configured to identify a keyword in the case query question; and identifying a case question text matched with the keyword, and transmitting second reply information corresponding to the case question text to the principal terminal.
In an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first processing short message further includes: a second user interface comprising one or more business process items;
the service equipment is further used for acquiring identity information corresponding to the principal terminal and generating a second user interface corresponding to a target case when the target case bound with the identity information is queried;
the principal terminal further for detecting a first trigger operation for a target handling transaction in the second user interface; generating a first query instruction corresponding to the target processing item in response to the first trigger operation, and sending the first query instruction to the service equipment;
the service equipment is further used for inquiring service information corresponding to the target case and the target service processing item according to the first inquiry instruction, and sending the service information to the principal terminal.
As an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present invention, the second user interface further includes: a property declaration interface;
the principal terminal is also used for acquiring property data input through the property declaration interface and sending the property data to the service equipment;
the service equipment is also used for binding and storing the property data with the target case.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, the principal terminal is further configured to detect a second triggering operation of face recognition; capturing the face characteristics through a camera of the principal terminal, and sending the face characteristics to the service equipment;
the service equipment is also used for confirming the identity information corresponding to the face features through a third party interface and determining the identity information corresponding to the face features as the identity information corresponding to the principal terminal.
In an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present invention, the service device is further configured to send a first prompting sms to the forensic terminal associated with the case query problem after sending the second processing sms; the first prompting short message is used for prompting a judge to process the case inquiry problem in the second processing short message;
the judge terminal is further used for sending processed information to the service equipment after the first reply information is acquired; the processed information is used for indicating that the judge terminal has processed the case query problem;
the service equipment is further used for stopping sending the first prompt short message to the judge terminal when the processed information is received; and after the first reply information is sent to the principal terminal, sending a second prompt short message to the principal terminal; the second prompt message is used for prompting the principal to view the first reply message.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service device is further configured to receive unprocessed information sent by the forensic terminal associated with the case query problem; the unprocessed information is sent when the judge terminal does not acquire the first reply information within a preset duration;
the service equipment is further used for inquiring a first processing grade corresponding to the judge terminal associated with the case inquiry problem when the unprocessed information is received; and sending the case inquiry problem and the third prompt short message to a judge terminal of a second processing level, wherein the second processing level is the last processing level of the first processing level.
In an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present invention, the forensic terminal is further configured to send a video request instruction to the service device;
the service equipment is further used for generating a corresponding video code according to the video request instruction and sending a third processing short message comprising the video code to the principal terminal;
the principal terminal is further configured to receive the third processing short message, and establish video communication connection with the judge terminal according to the video code included in the third processing short message.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the service device may be configured to send a first processing short message to the terminal of the party, where a first user interface on the first processing short message is configured to collect a case query question, so that the terminal of the party obtains the case query question input on the interface and sends the case query question to the service device. After the service equipment acquires the case inquiry problem from the principal terminal, second processing information is generated and sent to the judge terminal associated with the case, so that the judge terminal outputs the second processing short message. The judge terminal can acquire first reply information capable of solving the case query problem and send the first reply information to the principal terminal to finish pushing the information.
It can be seen that, in the whole information pushing process, based on data transmission among the service device, the principal terminal and the judge terminal, the case inquiry question can be sent from the principal to the judge through the service device generating information in the form of short messages, and the case reply information can also be sent from the judge to the principal through the service device generating information in the form of short messages. The principal and the judge do not need to download APP or sweep codes to communicate, and can establish contact only through short messages, so that the operation flow is simplified, and the communication efficiency is improved.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.

The embodiment of the application discloses an information push system which can effectively improve the communication efficiency between a judge and a principal. The following will describe in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an information push system according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the information push system may include: service device 10, principal terminal 20, and forensic terminal 30.
The principal terminal 20 and the forensic terminal 30 may include mobile terminals such as smart phones, smart tablets, and the like, but are not limited thereto.
A wireless communication connection may be established between the service device 10 and the principal terminal 20, and a wireless communication connection may also be established between the service device 10 and the forensic terminal 30. The wireless communication connection may include a fifth generation mobile communication technology (5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology,5G) communication connection, and the service device 10 may send a 5G short message based on the 5G communication connection, which is not limited specifically.
The service apparatus 10 may be used to transmit a 5G short message to the principal terminal and distribute information transmitted by the principal terminal through the 5G smart short message to the judge terminal.
The principal terminal 20 can be used to input case query information in a short message and conduct business transaction.
The judge terminal 30 may be used to receive the case query information and reply.
In the embodiment of the present application, for convenience of description, operations performed by the service device 10, the principal terminal 20, and the forensic terminal 30 may be described with reference to the following description of the information push system.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an information pushing method disclosed in an embodiment, and the method shown in fig. 2 may be performed based on the information pushing system disclosed in the foregoing embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the system operation may include the steps of:
210. the service device sends a first processing short message to the principal terminal, wherein the first processing short message comprises a first user interface for collecting a case query problem.
The first processing short message refers to a 5G short message, and is displayed in a card form. The 5G short message can directly display a first user interface operable by a user on the short message interface, and can be regarded as a built-in browser of the short message of the operator.
Illustratively, the principal may click on the case advisory option in the 5G SMS and jump to the first user interface. The first user interface may be a chat interactive interface having a text entry box thereon.
220. The principal terminal acquires a case query question inputted on the first user interface.
230. The principal terminal transmits the case query question to the service device.
240. The service equipment generates a second processing short message comprising the case query problem.
After receiving the case inquiry problem from the principal terminal, the service equipment generates a second processing short message, which may be a 5G short message, with the content of the short message including the case inquiry problem sent by the principal terminal. The second processed short message may also include a user interface operable by a user, on which the case query question may be displayed.
250. And the service equipment sends the second processing short message to a judge terminal associated with the case inquiry problem.
The different cases in charge of different judges are different, the service equipment can identify the identity information of the judge in charge of the corresponding case, obtain the corresponding judge terminal number, and then send the second processing short message to the judge terminal.
260. And outputting a second processing short message by the judge terminal to acquire first reply information input aiming at the case inquiry problem.
After receiving the second processing short message, the judge terminal can output the second processing short message. The judge can reply to the case query after looking up the second processing short message. The judge terminal may detect the first reply information input by the judge when replying to the case query question. Optionally, the user interface for second processing the sms may further include a reply input control for obtaining reply information, in addition to displaying the case query question. The judge terminal may detect, as the first reply information, reply information input by the judge in the reply input control.
The content of the first reply information may be one or more forms such as text, pictures or files.
270. The judge terminal transmits the first reply information to the principal terminal.
The judge terminal transmits the first reply information to the principal terminal via the service device in the form of a short message, and the principal terminal can display the short message including the first reply information.
It can be seen that in the foregoing embodiment, the party can establish contact with the judge via the 5G sms only where there is mobile data coverage. The principal and the judge do not need to download APP or sweep codes, and the operation flow is simple, so that the communication efficiency between the principal and the judge is effectively improved.
In order to more clearly illustrate the information push system disclosed in the embodiments of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of another information pushing method according to an embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the steps of:
301. and the service equipment is used for identifying the terminal number of the party corresponding to the incoming call information when the incoming call information which is not answered is monitored.
Illustratively, after the party enters the court office, if someone answers, a telephone call can be established between the party and the office; if the telephone is not answered or busy, the service device monitors and identifies the terminal number of the party corresponding to the incoming call information, and pushes a 5G short message to the terminal of the party, wherein the 5G short message can comprise a first user interface as follows. The scheme solves the problem that the prior party cannot timely dock with the judge and the telephone is frequently busy.
302. The service device determines the principal terminal corresponding to the principal terminal number.
303. The service equipment sends a first processing short message to the principal terminal, wherein the first processing short message comprises a first user interface for collecting a case query problem, and the first user interface comprises a text input box and a file uploading interface.
304. The principal terminal acquires a case query question entered in a text input box on the first user interface.
305. The principal terminal acquires the evidence file uploaded through the file uploading interface.
The evidence file includes one or more different file formats such as pictures, words, PDF, etc.
306. The principal terminal transmits a case query question and an evidence file to the service device.
307. The service equipment generates a second processing short message comprising the case query problem and the evidence file.
308. The service device transmits the second processing information to the judge terminal.
309. And outputting the second processing information by the judge terminal to acquire the first reply information input aiming at the case inquiry problem.
When the judge terminal outputs the second processing short message, not only the consultation problem in the text form can be output, but also the evidence file uploaded by the principal can be output together for the judge to review. The terminal of the principal can send the case query problem through the 5G short message, and can upload various evidence files through the 5G short message, thereby providing a convenient evidence exchange channel between the principal and the judge and being beneficial to improving the information intercommunication efficiency.
310. The judge terminal transmits the first reply information to the principal terminal.
It should be noted that the forensic terminal may send the first reply information to the service device, and the service device sends the first reply information to the principal terminal; alternatively, the judge terminal may acquire the number of the principal terminal from the service device and directly transmit the first reply information to the principal terminal based on the principal terminal number.
311. The service equipment identifies keywords in the case inquiry questions, identifies case question texts matched with the keywords, and acquires second reply information corresponding to the case question texts.
When the judge is not on line, the system can automatically identify keywords in the case inquiry problem and make intelligent replies. The service device stores a plurality of consultation questions and corresponding answers, and after receiving the case query questions from the principal terminal, the service device can automatically output the corresponding answers according to the matching degree of the keywords and the pre-stored questions. When the judge is on line, the judge looks at the consultation information of the principal and supplements or replys the content of the intelligent reply. The first reply message is a manual reply of a judge, and the second reply message is an intelligent reply of the system.
Optionally, after sending the second processing information to the forensic terminal, the service device may detect whether the forensic terminal sends the first reply information within a preset duration; if the service device detects that the forensic terminal does not send the first reply message within the preset duration, the service device may execute steps as shown in step 311-step 312 to automatically reply to the case query question sent by the experimenter terminal.
312. The service device transmits second reply information to the principal terminal.
It can be seen that in the foregoing embodiment, the information push system can solve the problem of frequent busy call, and when the party cannot make a call with the forensic officer, the party can communicate with the forensic officer through the 5G short message. In addition, the communication between the principal and the judge is not only limited to voice and characters, but also can upload evidence files and the like related to the cases, thereby being beneficial to diversified communication of information and improvement of communication efficiency.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of another information pushing method according to an embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include the steps of:
401. the service device transmits the first processing information to the principal terminal.
The first processing short message may include a first user interface for collecting a case query problem.
402. The terminal of the principal detects a second triggering operation of face recognition; in response to the second trigger operation, facial features are captured by a camera of the principal terminal.
The second triggering operation may be a clicking operation performed by the principal on the face recognition login option on the first processing information, and after the principal terminal detects the second triggering operation, the camera of the principal terminal is automatically invoked to take a face photo of the principal, and obtain a face feature.
403. The principal terminal transmits the face feature to the service device.
404. The service equipment confirms the identity information corresponding to the face features through the third-party interface, and determines the identity information corresponding to the face features as the identity information corresponding to the principal terminal.
The face recognition data is obtained through a third party interface. The reason for invoking the third party interface is: storing face recognition feature data requires approval and supervision; face recognition generally requires a butt joint public security system; the technology of the third party interface is mature. After the principal logs in through face recognition and the service equipment confirms the identity information corresponding to the face features through the third party interface, the principal can check the case information bound with the identity information.
405. The principal terminal acquires a case query question inputted on the first user interface.
406. The principal terminal transmits a case query question to the service device.
407. The service device generates a second processing short message including the case query problem.
408. The service device transmits the second processing information to the judge terminal.

The service device obtains identity information corresponding to the principal terminal, and when a target case bound with the identity information is queried, generates a second user interface corresponding to the target case, wherein the second user interface comprises one or more business handling options.
When the service device acquires identity information corresponding to the principal terminal, and inquires about a case state bound to the identity information. If a plurality of cases exist, the principal terminal displays a case list, wherein the case list comprises a plurality of cases bound with identity information, when the triggering operation of the principal terminal on a certain case is detected, the service equipment determines the case indicated by the triggering operation as a target case, and generates a second user interface corresponding to the target case; if a single case exists, the case is a target case, and the service equipment directly generates a second user interface corresponding to the target case; if no case exists, the service equipment can directly generate a first user interface, namely a consultation problem interface, and a principal can output the case consultation problem on the first user interface.
The second user interface includes a plurality of business handling options, which may include an execution state, an application date, a filing date, and the like of the consulting case; and can also comprise a consulting application executing book and a judging book.
It can be seen that by executing the foregoing step 411 and the subsequent step 414, the principal can review one or more cases information described above by clicking on the service transaction option displayed in the 5G sms, thereby greatly reducing the case query cost of the principal.
412. The principal terminal detecting a first trigger operation for a target business transaction in the second user interface; and generating a first query instruction corresponding to the target processing item in response to the first trigger operation.
The first trigger operation may be any one of a single click, a double click, a long press, and the like.
413. The principal terminal transmits a first query instruction to the service device.
414. And the service equipment inquires service information corresponding to the target case and the target service processing item according to the first inquiry instruction.
The service device may return corresponding service information according to the inquired target service processing item and display the service information in the principal terminal.
For example, when the target service processing item is the execution state of the reference case, the service information returned by the service device may be the execution state information of the case such as executed, to-be-executed, not-executed, etc.; when the target service processing item is to refer to the application execution book, the service information returned by the service device may be an execution book document of the application execution book.
415. The service device transmits service information to the principal terminal.
416. The principal terminal obtains property data entered through a property declaration interface on the second user interface.
The principal's business transaction options also include property declarations, which the principal fills in the property information form and then views property data at the principal's terminal's second user interface.

The server has an information integration function, can integrate case information related to the principal based on the principal's identity information, and integrate and store property data.
Therefore, in the foregoing embodiment, the system can intelligently identify the identity of the principal and associate the cases related to the principal, so as to guide the principal to review the case progress and transact self-service business, which is beneficial to improving the case transacting efficiency.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow diagram illustrating operation of another information push system according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the method may include the steps of:

The first prompt information can inform the judge in time that the message is to be processed, and the service equipment sends a prompt short message to the judge terminal at intervals before the judge replies. The proposal can ensure that the legal officer can timely reply to the consultation problem of the principal.
508. And outputting a second processing short message by the judge terminal to acquire first reply information input aiming at the case inquiry problem.
509. The judge terminal transmits the first reply information to the principal terminal.
510. The service device sends a second prompting short message to the terminal of the party for prompting the terminal of the party to view the first reply information.
The service equipment sends a second prompt short message to the terminal of the principal, so that the principal can be prompted to timely check the case processing progress or the case reply information, and the principal can be prevented from repeatedly sending consultation questions to the judge.
511. And the judge terminal sends processed information to the service equipment, wherein the processed information is used for indicating the judge terminal to process the case inquiry problem.
512. And stopping sending the first prompt short message to the judge terminal by the service equipment when the processed information is received.
513. And when the judge terminal does not acquire the first reply information within the preset time, the judge terminal sends unprocessed information to the service equipment.
If the current judge overtime unprocessed case consultation problem, the judge terminal detects the overtime unprocessed signal and sends information containing unprocessed state to the service equipment.
514. And when the service equipment receives the unprocessed information, inquiring a first processing grade corresponding to the judge terminal associated with the case inquiry problem.
515. The service equipment sends the case inquiry problem and the third prompt short message to a judge terminal of a second processing grade, wherein the second processing grade is the last processing grade of the first processing grade.
For example, if the corporate team does not process the consultation information of the related case due to the overtime of the current corporate team, the service device may send the consultation information of the case and the prompt message to the corporate team with higher administrative level. The scheme is beneficial to forming a team between the insides of the courts, carrying out case supervision and case overall arrangement and avoiding omission.
516. The judge terminal is also used for sending a video request instruction to the service equipment.
517. And the service equipment generates a corresponding video code according to the video request instruction.
The service device receives a request sent by a forensic terminal to establish video communication with a principal terminal and generates a video code, which may be a unique identity number (Identity Document, ID) that matches the forensic terminal, which may consist of several arabic numerals.
518. The service device sends a third processing short message including the video code to the principal terminal.
519. And the terminal of the principal receives the third processing short message and establishes video communication connection with the terminal of the officer according to the video code included in the third processing short message.
The third processing short message received by the principal includes a video code and a link entering the video communication interface, the principal enters the video communication interface through a clicking operation on the link, and the video code is input in an invitation code input box on the interface, so that the principal can establish video communication connection with the corresponding judge terminal.
Therefore, in the foregoing embodiment, the problems of missed calls and missed calls of the judges are improved, and the team inside the judges can also realize overall arrangement of cases and supervise the case handling progress, so that the communication efficiency between the judges and the parties is greatly improved.
