The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an information pushing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The execution main body of the method may be a terminal device or a server, which is not limited in this application. For ease of understanding, the description will be made with the execution body as a server.
Referring to fig. 2, the information push method may include the steps of:
201. the method comprises the steps of obtaining an information pushing instruction sent by first terminal equipment, wherein the information pushing instruction comprises information to be pushed.
The first terminal device is a terminal device of an information push party. The information pushing party starts a specified application program on the first terminal device, information to be pushed is edited in the specified application program, the first terminal device responds to information pushing operation triggered by a merchant in the application program, and an information pushing instruction comprising the information to be pushed is sent to the server. The designated application may be an application providing various services, or may be an applet running on the host application. An applet, for example a WeChat applet or a Payment treasure applet.
The information to be pushed may be various advertisements or various marketing activities, which is not limited in this application.
For example, in an intelligent payment scenario, a certain merchant may have a demand for cross-store marketing, and at this time, the merchant may edit marketing activity information on a terminal device such as a mobile phone held by the merchant, and send an information push instruction including the marketing activity information to the server to request the server to issue the marketing activity information to intelligent payment terminals of different merchants for display, so as to promote the marketing activity information to consumers entering stores of different merchants, improve the coverage of marketing activities, and promote the conversion rate of marketing activities.
202. And acquiring the characteristic data of each of the plurality of second terminal devices according to the information push instruction.
After the information push instruction is obtained, the feature data of each of the plurality of second terminal devices is obtained, so that a target terminal device for receiving and displaying information to be pushed is selected from the plurality of second terminal devices based on the feature data of each of the plurality of second terminal devices.
The embodiment of the application does not limit the feature data of the second terminal device. Exemplarily, the feature data of the second terminal device includes at least one of the following: the system comprises merchant characteristics, consumer group characteristics, historical pushing information, pushing effect data of the historical pushing information, and distance information between the second terminal device and the first terminal device.
The merchant characteristic refers to a merchant characteristic associated with the second terminal device. Merchant features are, for example, mother and infant shops, restaurants, fruit shops, movie theaters, etc. It should be understood that the better the merchant characteristic is matched with the information to be pushed, the greater the probability that the corresponding terminal device is selected as the terminal device for pushing the information to be pushed. The more mismatched the merchant characteristics and the information to be pushed, the smaller the probability that the corresponding terminal device is selected as the terminal device for pushing the information to be pushed.
The consumer group characteristics refer to consumer group characteristics of consumption performed by a merchant associated with the second terminal device. Consumer group characteristics include, for example, but are not limited to, age characteristics (such as young, middle aged, or elderly), consumer preference information, spending amounts (such as large or small spending amounts), and the like. It should be understood that the better the consumer group characteristics match the information to be pushed, the greater the probability that the corresponding terminal device is selected as the terminal device for pushing the information to be pushed. The more mismatched the consumer group characteristics and the information to be pushed, the smaller the probability that the corresponding terminal device is selected as the terminal device for pushing the information to be pushed.
The semantic analysis can be performed on the historical push information, the semantic analysis can be performed on the information to be pushed, and whether the second terminal device pushes the push information similar to the semantics once or not can be judged by comparing the semantic analysis result of the historical push information with the semantic analysis result of the information to be pushed. If the push information similar to the semantics is pushed once, the probability that the similar push information is continuously pushed on the second terminal device and is concerned by the consumer is high. If the push information similar to the semantics is not pushed once, the probability that the push information similar to the semantics is pushed on the second terminal device and is concerned by the consumer is small.
The push effect data of the historical push information can be represented by the display times or the conversion rate of the historical push information. It should be understood that the better the pushing effect data of the historical pushing information is, the greater the probability that the corresponding terminal device is selected as the terminal device for pushing the information to be pushed is. The worse the push effect data of the historical push information is, the smaller the probability that the corresponding terminal device is selected as the terminal device for pushing the information to be pushed is.
The closer the distance information between the second terminal device and the first terminal device is, the higher the probability that the second terminal device is selected as a terminal device for pushing information to be pushed is. The farther the distance information between the second terminal device and the first terminal device is, the smaller the probability that the second terminal device is selected as a terminal device for pushing information to be pushed is.
203. And inputting the characteristic data and the information to be pushed of each second terminal device into the trained pushing model to obtain the score of the information to be pushed of each second terminal device.
In this embodiment of the application, when a push model is trained, training data in a training data set includes sample push information and feature information of a terminal device that receives the sample push information, where the feature information of the terminal device that receives the sample push information includes a merchant feature, a consumer group feature, historical push information, push effect data of the historical push information, and distance information between the terminal device that receives the sample push information and a first terminal device that issues the sample push information. And taking the sample push information in the training data and the characteristic information of the terminal equipment receiving the sample push information as input parameters of the model, and performing iterative training by taking the terminal equipment receiving the sample push information as an expected output result of the model to obtain a push model. The network structure of the push model may include, but is not limited to: CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks), RNN (Recurrent Neural Networks), and LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory artificial Neural Networks).
204. And selecting the target terminal equipment from the plurality of second terminal equipment according to the scores of the plurality of second terminal equipment for pushing the information to be pushed.
205. And sending the information to be pushed to the target terminal equipment.
It should be understood that the higher the score of the information to be pushed by the second terminal device is, the higher the probability that the information to be pushed is paid attention by a consumer entering a store of a merchant where the second terminal device is located is when the information to be pushed is pushed by the second terminal device is, that is, the accuracy of information pushing is improved, and the conversion rate of the pushed information is improved. Of course, the greater the probability that the second terminal device is selected as the target terminal device. The lower the score of the information to be pushed by the second terminal device is, the lower the probability that the information to be pushed is paid attention by a consumer entering a shop of a merchant where the second terminal device is located is, and the accuracy and the conversion rate of information pushing are poor. Of course, the smaller the probability that the second terminal device is selected as the target terminal device.
Further optionally, before obtaining the feature data of each of the plurality of second terminal devices, the method includes:
controlling the first terminal equipment to display the identification information of the terminal equipment to be selected; receiving identification information of the selected terminal equipment to be selected sent by the first terminal equipment; and taking the selected terminal equipment to be selected as a plurality of second terminal equipment. The terminal equipment to be selected comprises terminal equipment which is in association with the first terminal equipment and terminal equipment which is not in association with the first terminal equipment.
Further optionally, if the second terminal device has no association with the first terminal device, before the target terminal device selected from the second terminal device is sent, it is determined that the first terminal device has the authority to push information to the second terminal device. In specific application, the second terminal device may be requested to authorize the first terminal device, and if the authorization passes, it is determined that the first terminal device has the authority to push information to the second terminal device.
Further optionally, if the second terminal device is not associated with the first terminal device, after sending the information to be pushed to the target terminal device selected from the second terminal device, the first terminal device is controlled to pay the preset amount of money to the target terminal device. Wherein the preset amount is set according to the actual situation.
The embodiment of the application does not limit the manner of selecting the target terminal device from the plurality of second terminal devices according to the score of the information to be pushed by the plurality of second terminal devices. The number of the target terminal devices is not limited, and may be one or more. Several alternatives are described in the following sub-cases:
mode 1: one implementation process for selecting the target terminal device from the plurality of second terminal devices according to the scores of the plurality of second terminal devices for pushing the information to be pushed is as follows: and selecting a plurality of second terminal devices with the largest scores as target terminal devices.
Mode 2: one implementation process for selecting the target terminal device from the plurality of second terminal devices according to the scores of the plurality of second terminal devices for pushing the information to be pushed is as follows: and selecting a plurality of second terminal devices with scores larger than the score threshold value as target terminal devices. Wherein, the score threshold value is set according to the actual application requirement.
Mode 3: in order to meet the requirement of personalized customization of the user, according to the score of the information to be pushed by the plurality of second terminal devices, one implementation process of selecting the target terminal device from the plurality of second terminal devices is as follows: selecting a specified number of second terminal devices with the largest score as candidate terminal devices; sending prompt information to the first terminal equipment to prompt the selection of target terminal equipment from the candidate terminal equipment; and responding to the selection information sent by the first equipment, and determining the target terminal equipment according to the selection information. Wherein the specified number is set according to the actual service requirement, for example 5.
It should be understood that a user (such as a merchant) on the first terminal device side may select a target terminal device from the candidate terminal devices based on the prompt information and send selection information of the selected target terminal device to the server, and the server determines the target terminal device selected by the user according to the selection information.
Further optionally, in order to effectively prompt the user at the first terminal device side, the prompt information may be prompted in a manner of combining a voice output manner and a text output manner. For example, the first terminal device broadcasts a voice message "please select a playing terminal of push information", and meanwhile, a display screen of the first terminal device may output prompt information in a text form.
After receiving the information to be pushed, the target terminal can display the information to be pushed on the display screen in real time, and can display the information to be pushed on the display screen when the display triggering condition of the information to be pushed is met, which is not limited in the application. The display triggering condition of the information to be pushed is set according to the specific business requirements of the information pushing party, for example, in a payment scene, some marketing message merchants want to display on a display screen of the intelligent payment terminal in a pre-payment stage, and some marketing message merchants want to display on the display screen of the intelligent payment terminal in a post-payment stage. The display triggering condition set by the merchant is to trigger the display of the marketing message when the intelligent payment terminal detects that the current stage is the pre-payment stage or trigger the display of the marketing message when the intelligent payment terminal detects that the current stage is the post-payment stage.
Generally, the information presentation mode of the information to be pushed by the first terminal device includes, but is not limited to: video mode, animation mode, picture mode, game interaction mode. Therefore, when the target terminal displays the information to be pushed, the information can be displayed in any one of a video mode, an animation mode, a picture mode and a game interaction mode.
Further optionally, after sending the information to be pushed to the target terminal device, the server further monitors a display effect of the information to be pushed, and returns the display effect of the information to be pushed to the first terminal device.
For example, it may be monitored whether the information to be pushed is successfully displayed on the target terminal device, and whether jamming occurs during the displaying process. The display effect of the information to be pushed returned to the first terminal device can meet the cognitive requirement of the information pushing party on the display effect of the information to be pushed, and the information pushing party can decide whether to reselect a new target terminal device to display the pushed information based on the display effect.
The information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the application can realize the purpose of pushing the information to the plurality of terminal devices so as to push the information to people close to the terminal devices, and the coverage range of the information pushing is improved. Meanwhile, the characteristic data of the terminal equipment with multiple dimensions are combined, and the terminal equipment for receiving and displaying the push information is selected by using the push model, so that the push information is pushed to people who are more interested in the push information, and the accuracy of information pushing is improved. Further, the cost of information push is also reduced.
In the above or below embodiments of the present application, before obtaining the feature data of each of the plurality of second terminal devices, the plurality of second terminal devices need to be determined. When determining the plurality of second terminal devices, the following ways may be adopted, but are not limited to:
mode 1: and selecting a plurality of second terminal devices with the distance from the first terminal device smaller than a preset distance threshold value. Wherein the preset distance threshold is set according to the actual situation. The distance between the first terminal device and the corresponding terminal device is smaller than the preset distance threshold, which indicates that the corresponding terminal device is close to the position of the first terminal device, and the distance between the first terminal device and the corresponding terminal device is larger than or equal to the preset distance threshold, which indicates that the corresponding terminal device is far away from the position of the first terminal device.
Mode 2: determining a plurality of third terminal devices which are in communication connection with the first terminal device; and selecting a plurality of second terminal equipment with the distance from the first terminal equipment smaller than a preset distance threshold value from the plurality of third terminal equipment.
It should be understood that, by selecting a plurality of second terminal devices according to the communication connection state and the distance from the first terminal device, the success rate of displaying the push information on the second terminal devices can be ensured, and the conversion rate of information push can be improved. Particularly, for a payment scenario, for example, cross-store marketing, stores with remote geographic locations are likely to be interested in remote store consumption by consumers due to the remote locations even if marketing activities offer great profit. Stores that are geographically close together are likely to be of interest to other stores for consumption due to the close proximity.
Further optionally, selecting, from the plurality of third terminal devices, a plurality of second terminal devices whose distance from the first terminal device is smaller than a preset distance threshold includes: determining the pause rate of the information display mode supported by each of the plurality of third terminal devices; selecting a plurality of fourth terminal devices which support an information display mode of information to be pushed and have the smallest jamming rate from a plurality of third terminal devices; and selecting a plurality of second terminal equipment with the distance from the first terminal equipment smaller than a preset distance threshold value from the plurality of fourth terminal equipment.
The pause rate of the information display mode supported by each third terminal device can be obtained by counting whether the history push message displayed by each third terminal device is paused or not. The larger the pause rate is, the poorer the information display effect of the corresponding third terminal equipment is. The smaller the pause rate is, the better the information display effect of the corresponding third terminal equipment is.
It should be understood that, in combination with whether the third terminal device supports the information display mode and the pause rate required by the information to be pushed, the success rate of displaying the pushed information on the second terminal device can be further ensured, and the conversion rate of information pushing is improved.
In the foregoing or following embodiments of the present application, to ensure security of information pushing, before obtaining respective feature data of a plurality of second terminal devices according to an information pushing instruction, it may be further determined whether the first terminal device has an authority to push information to other terminal devices; and if so, acquiring the characteristic data of each of the plurality of second terminal devices according to the information push instruction. And if the judgment result is negative, refusing to acquire the respective feature data of the plurality of second terminal devices according to the information pushing instruction.
The embodiment of the application does not limit the manner of judging whether the first terminal device has the authority to push information to other terminal devices. In the permission judgment, the following ways can be adopted, but not limited to:
mode 1: the server may preset an IP address white list, where the IP address white list is an IP address of a terminal device having a right to push information to other terminal devices. If the IP address of the first terminal equipment is successfully matched with the preset IP address white list, determining that the first terminal equipment has the authority of pushing information to other terminal equipment; and if the matching of the IP address of the first terminal equipment and the preset IP address white list fails, determining that the first terminal equipment does not have the authority of pushing information to other terminal equipment.
Mode 2: the server may preset an IP address blacklist, where the IP address blacklist is an IP address of a terminal device that does not have a right to push information to other terminal devices. . If the matching of the IP address of the first terminal equipment and the preset IP address blacklist fails, determining that the first terminal equipment has the authority of pushing information to other terminal equipment; and if the IP address of the first terminal equipment is successfully matched with the preset IP address blacklist, determining that the first terminal equipment does not have the authority of pushing information to other terminal equipment.
Mode 3: the server may preset an IP address white list and an IP address black list. At the moment, the IP address of the first terminal equipment is matched with the IP address in a preset IP address white list; and if the matching with the IP address white list is successful, determining that the first terminal equipment has the authority of pushing information to other terminal equipment. If the matching with the IP address white list fails, matching the IP address of the first terminal equipment with the IP address in a preset IP address black list; and if the matching with the IP address blacklist fails, determining that the first terminal equipment has the authority of pushing information to other terminal equipment. And if the matching with the IP address blacklist is successful, determining that the first terminal equipment does not have the authority of pushing information to other terminal equipment.
It should be noted that the execution subjects of the steps of the methods provided in the above embodiments may be the same device, or different devices may be used as the execution subjects of the methods. For example, the execution subjects of step 201 to step 203 may be device a; for another example, the execution subject of steps 201 and 202 may be device a, and the execution subject of step 203 may be device B; and so on.
