The embodiment of the invention discloses an information pushing system, which comprises: service equipment, party's terminal and official terminal include:
the service equipment is used for sending a first processing short message to the party terminal; the first processing short message comprises a first user interface used for collecting case situation query questions;
the party terminal is used for acquiring case query questions input on the first user interface and sending the case query questions to the service equipment;
the service equipment is used for generating a second processing short message comprising the case inquiry question and sending the second processing short message to the judge terminal associated with the case inquiry question;
the judge terminal is used for outputting the second processing short message and acquiring first reply information input aiming at the case situation query question; and sending the first reply information to the party terminal.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service device is further configured to identify a terminal number of a party corresponding to incoming call information when the incoming call information that is not answered is monitored; and the first processing short message is also used for determining the party terminal corresponding to the party terminal number and sending the first processing short message to the corresponding party terminal.
As an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first user interface includes: a text input box and a file uploading interface;
the party terminal is also used for acquiring the case inquiry question input in the text input box; acquiring an evidence file uploaded through the file uploading interface;
the service device is further configured to generate the second processing short message including the case inquiry question and the evidence file.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service device is further configured to identify a keyword in the case query question; and identifying case question texts matched with the keywords, and sending second response information corresponding to the case question texts to the party terminal.
As an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first processing short message further includes: a second user interface comprising one or more business process items;
the service equipment is further used for acquiring identity information corresponding to the party terminal and generating a second user interface corresponding to a target case when the target case bound with the identity information is inquired;
the party terminal is further used for detecting a first trigger operation aiming at the target processing item in the second user interface; responding to the first trigger operation, generating a first query instruction corresponding to the target processing item, and sending the first query instruction to the service equipment;
the service device is further configured to query, according to the first query instruction, service information corresponding to the target case and the target service processing item, and send the service information to the party terminal.
As an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present invention, the second user interface further includes: a property declaration interface;
the party terminal is also used for acquiring property data input through the property declaration interface and sending the property data to the service equipment;
the service equipment is also used for binding and storing the property data and the target case.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, the principal terminal is further configured to detect a second trigger operation of face recognition; capturing human face features through a camera of the party terminal, and sending the human face features to the service equipment;
the service equipment is further used for confirming the identity information corresponding to the face features through a third-party interface and determining the identity information corresponding to the face features as the identity information corresponding to the party terminal.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service device is further configured to send a first short message prompt to the judge terminal associated with the case inquiry question after sending the second short message; the first prompt short message is used for prompting a judge to process the case situation query problem in the second processing short message;
the judge terminal is further used for sending processed information to the service equipment after the first reply information is obtained; the processed information is used for indicating that the case inquiry question is processed by the judge terminal;
the service equipment is further used for stopping sending the first prompt short message to the judge terminal when the processed information is received; after the first reply message is sent to the party terminal, sending a second prompt short message to the party terminal; the second prompt short message is used for prompting the party to check the first reply message.
As an optional implementation manner, in this embodiment of the present invention, the service device is further configured to receive unprocessed information sent by the judge terminal associated with the case inquiry question; the unprocessed information is sent when the judge terminal does not acquire the first reply information within a preset time length;
the service equipment is further used for inquiring a first processing grade corresponding to the judge terminal associated with the case inquiry question when the unprocessed information is received; and sending the case inquiry question and a third prompt short message to a judge terminal with a second processing level, wherein the second processing level is the last processing level of the first processing level.
As an optional implementation manner, in this embodiment of the present invention, the judge terminal is further configured to send a video request instruction to the service device;
the service equipment is also used for generating a corresponding video code according to the video request instruction and sending a third processing short message comprising the video code to the party terminal;
and the party terminal is also used for receiving the third processing short message and establishing video communication connection with the judge terminal according to the video code included in the third processing short message.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the service equipment can be used for sending a first processing short message to the party terminal, and a first user interface on the first processing short message is used for collecting case query problems so that the party terminal can obtain the case query problems input on the interface and send the case query problems to the service equipment. And after acquiring the case inquiry problem from the party terminal, the service equipment generates second processing information and sends the second processing information to the judge terminal associated with the case, so that the judge terminal outputs a second processing short message. The judge terminal can obtain first reply information capable of solving the case inquiry problem and sends the first reply information to the party terminal to finish information pushing.
It can be seen that, in the whole information pushing process, based on data transmission among the service device, the party terminal and the officer terminal, the case inquiry question can be generated by the service device as short message information and sent from the party to the officer, and the case reply information can also be generated by the service device as short message information and sent from the officer to the party. The communication between the party and the judge is carried out without downloading APP or scanning codes, and the contact can be established only through short messages, so that the operation process is simplified, and the communication efficiency is improved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The embodiment of the application discloses an information pushing system which can effectively improve the communication efficiency between a judge and a party. The following are detailed below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an information push system according to an embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the information push system may include: a service device 10, a party terminal 20, and a judge terminal 30.
The party terminal 20 and the officer terminal 30 may include mobile terminals such as a smart phone and a smart tablet, but are not limited thereto.
A wireless communication connection may be established between the service apparatus 10 and the party terminal 20, and a wireless communication connection may also be established between the service apparatus 10 and the judge terminal 30. The wireless Communication connection may include a 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology (5G) Communication connection, and the service device 10 may send a 5G short message based on the 5G Communication connection, which is not limited specifically.
The service device 10 may be used to send a 5G short message to the party terminal and distribute information sent by the party terminal through a 5G smart short message to the judge terminal.
The party terminal 20 may be used to input case query information in a short message and perform business transaction.
The judge terminal 30 may be used to receive case inquiry information and reply.
In the embodiment of the present application, for convenience of description, operations performed by the service apparatus 10, the party terminal 20, and the judge terminal 30 may be referred to in the following description of the information push system.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the disclosure, and the method shown in fig. 2 may be performed based on the information pushing system disclosed in the foregoing embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the system operation may include the following steps:
210. the service equipment sends a first processing short message to the party terminal, wherein the first processing short message comprises a first user interface used for collecting case situation query questions.
Illustratively, the first processed short message is a 5G short message, and is displayed in a card form. The 5G short message can directly display a first user interface which can be operated by a user on the short message interface and can be regarded as a built-in browser of the short message of the operator.
For example, the party may click on the case consulting option in the 5G sms and jump to the first user interface. The first user interface may be a chat interactive interface having a text entry box thereon.
220. The party terminal obtains the case query question input on the first user interface.
230. And the party terminal sends the case inquiry question to the service equipment.
240. And the service equipment generates a second processing short message comprising the case inquiry question.
After receiving the case query question from the party terminal, the service device generates a second processing short message from the case query question text, wherein the second processing short message can be a 5G short message, and the content of the short message contains the case query question sent by the party terminal. The second processed message may also include a user interface operable by the user, on which case query questions may be displayed.
250. And the service equipment sends the second processing short message to the judge terminal associated with the case inquiry problem.
And different officers are responsible for different cases, the service equipment can identify the officer identity information responsible for the corresponding case, acquire the corresponding officer terminal number and then send the second processed short message to the officer terminal.
260. And the judge terminal outputs a second processing short message to acquire first reply information input aiming at the case query question.
And the judge terminal can output the second processing short message after receiving the second processing short message. The judge can reply to the case inquiry question after viewing the second processing short message. The judge terminal can detect first reply information input by the judge when the judge replies the case inquiry question. Optionally, the second short message processing user interface may display case query questions, and may further include a reply input control for acquiring reply information. The judge terminal may detect reply information input by the judge in the reply input control as the first reply information.
The content of the first reply message may be in one or more forms of text, picture or file.
270. And the judge terminal sends the first reply information to the party terminal.
The judge terminal sends the first reply information to the party terminal in a form of short message through the service device, and the party terminal can display the short message including the first reply information.
It can be seen that in the foregoing embodiment, as long as the party is in the place covered by the mobile data, the party can establish contact with the judge through the 5G short message. The method has the advantages that the method has no need of downloading APP or scanning codes and the like for the party and the judge, is simple in operation process, and effectively improves the communication efficiency between the party and the judge.
In order to more clearly illustrate the information push system disclosed in the embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating another information pushing method according to an embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the steps of:
301. and the service equipment identifies the terminal number of the party corresponding to the incoming call information when the incoming call information which is not answered is monitored.
For example, after a party calls an execution office of a court of electric law, if a person answers, a telephone call can be established between the party and the execution office; if the phone is not answered or busy, the service equipment monitors and identifies the terminal number of the party corresponding to the incoming call information, and pushes a 5G short message to the terminal of the party, wherein the 5G short message can comprise a first user interface described below. The scheme solves the problems that the prior party can not be in butt joint with the judge in time and the telephone frequently occupies the line.
302. The service device determines the party terminal corresponding to the party terminal number.
303. The service equipment sends a first processing short message to the party terminal, wherein the first processing short message comprises a first user interface used for collecting case situation query questions, and the first user interface comprises a text input box and a file uploading interface.
304. The party terminal obtains the case query question entered in the text entry box on the first user interface.
305. And the party terminal acquires the evidence file uploaded through the file uploading interface.
The evidence file comprises one or more different file formats such as pictures, words, PDF and the like.
306. And the party terminal sends case inquiry questions and evidence files to the service equipment.
307. And the service equipment generates a second processing short message comprising case inquiry questions and evidence files.
308. And the service equipment sends the second processing information to the judge terminal.
309. And the judge terminal outputs second processing information and acquires first reply information input aiming at the case query question.
When the judge terminal outputs the second processing short message, the consultation problem in a text form can be output, and the evidence file uploaded by the party can be output together for the judge to consult. The party terminal can send case inquiry problems through the 5G short message and can upload various evidence files through the 5G short message, a convenient evidence exchange channel is provided for the party and the judge, and the information intercommunication efficiency is improved.
310. The judge terminal sends first reply information to the party terminal.
It should be noted that, the judge terminal may send the first reply information to the service device, and the service device sends the first reply information to the party terminal; alternatively, the judge terminal may acquire the number of the party terminal from the service apparatus and directly transmit the first reply information to the party terminal based on the party terminal number.
311. The service equipment identifies keywords in the case query question, identifies a case question text matched with the keywords, and acquires second response information corresponding to the case question text.
When the judge is not on line, the system can automatically identify the keywords in the case query problem and make an intelligent reply. The service equipment stores a plurality of consultation questions and corresponding answers, and can automatically output the corresponding answers according to the matching degree of the keywords and the prestored questions after receiving case inquiry questions from the party terminals. After the judge goes online, the judge checks the consultation information of the party and supplements or replies the content of the intelligent reply. The first reply message is a manual reply from the judge and the second reply message is an intelligent reply from the system.
Optionally, after sending the second processing information to the judge terminal, the service device may detect whether the judge terminal sends the first reply information within a preset time period; if the service device detects that the judge terminal does not send the first reply message within the preset time, the service device may execute the steps shown in step 311 to step 312 to automatically reply to the case inquiry question sent by the party terminal.
312. The service apparatus transmits second reply information to the party's terminal.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the information push system can solve the problem that the telephone is frequently busy, and when the party cannot be called with the judge, the party can communicate with the judge through the 5G short message. In addition, the communication between the party and the judge is not limited to voice and characters, but also can upload evidence files related to cases and the like, and is beneficial to diversified information communication and improvement of communication efficiency.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another information pushing method according to an embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include the steps of:
401. the service apparatus transmits the first processing information to the party's terminal.
The first processing short message can comprise a first user interface used for collecting case query questions.
402. Detecting a second triggering operation of face recognition by the party terminal; and in response to the second trigger operation, capturing the human face features through the camera of the party terminal.
The second trigger operation may be a single-click operation of the principal on the face recognition login option on the first processing information, and after detecting the second trigger operation, the principal terminal automatically invokes a camera of the principal terminal to take a facial picture of the principal to obtain the face features.
403. The party terminal sends the facial features to the service device.
404. The service equipment confirms the identity information corresponding to the face features through the third-party interface, and determines the identity information corresponding to the face features as the identity information corresponding to the party terminal.
The acquisition of the face recognition data is realized through a third-party interface. The reason for invoking the third party interface is: the stored face recognition feature data needs to be approved and supervised; face recognition generally requires docking with a public security system; the technology of third party interfaces is mature. The principal logs in through face recognition, and after the service equipment confirms the identity information corresponding to the face features through the third-party interface, the principal can check the case information bound with the identity information.
405. The party terminal obtains the case query question input on the first user interface.
406. And the party terminal sends case inquiry questions to the service equipment.
407. And the service equipment generates a second processing short message comprising the case inquiry question.

And the service equipment acquires identity information corresponding to the party terminal, and generates a second user interface corresponding to the target case when the target case bound with the identity information is inquired, wherein the second user interface comprises one or more business handling options.
When the service device acquires identity information corresponding to the principal terminal and inquires about case status bound with the identity information. If a plurality of cases exist, the case terminal displays a case list, the case list comprises the plurality of cases bound with the identity information, and when the trigger operation of the case terminal on a certain case is detected, the service equipment determines the case indicated by the trigger operation as a target case and generates a second user interface corresponding to the target case; if a single case exists, the case is a target case, and the service equipment directly generates a second user interface corresponding to the target case; if no case exists, the service equipment directly generates a first user interface, namely a consultation problem interface, and the party can output case consultation problems on the first user interface.
The second user interface comprises a plurality of business handling options which can comprise the execution state, application date, plan date, closing date and the like of the consulting case; and can also include consulting the application for the executive books and the judgment books.
It can be seen that, by performing the foregoing step 411 and the subsequent step 414, the party can refer to the above-mentioned one or more case information by clicking the service transaction selection displayed in the 5G short message, thereby greatly reducing the case query cost of the party.
412. The party terminal detects a first trigger operation aiming at a target business processing item in a second user interface; and generating a first query instruction corresponding to the target processing item in response to the first trigger operation.
The first trigger operation may be any one of a single click, a double click, a long press, and the like.
413. The party terminal sends a first query instruction to the service device.
414. And the service equipment inquires the business information corresponding to the target case and the target business processing items according to the first inquiry instruction.
The service device can return corresponding service information according to the inquired target service processing items and display the service information in the party terminal.
Illustratively, when the target business processing item is the execution state of the consulting case, the business information returned by the service device can be the execution state information of the executed, to-be-executed, unexecuted and other cases; when the target business processing item is the consulting application execution book, the business information returned by the service equipment can be an execution book text file of the application execution book.
415. The service equipment sends the business information to the party terminal.
416. The party terminal obtains property data entered via the property declaration interface on the second user interface.
The business transaction options of the party further comprise property declaration, and after the party fills in the property information form, property data is checked on a second user interface of the party terminal.

The server has an information integration function, can integrate case information related to the party based on the identity information of the party, and integrates and stores property data.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the system can intelligently identify the identity of the party, associate cases related to the party, guide the party to look up the case progress and conduct self-service business, and is beneficial to improving the case handling efficiency.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating operation of another information push system according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the method may include the steps of:
501. the service apparatus transmits the first processing information to the party's terminal.
502. The first processing short message sent by the service equipment to the party terminal comprises a first user interface used for collecting case query questions.
503. The party terminal obtains the case query question input on the first user interface.
504. And the party terminal sends case inquiry questions to the service equipment.

The first prompt message can inform the judge that a message is left to be processed in time, and the service equipment can send a prompt short message to the judge terminal at intervals before the judge replies. The proposal can ensure that the judge can timely reply the consultation problem of the party.
508. And the judge terminal outputs a second processing short message to acquire first reply information input aiming at the case query question.
509. The judge terminal sends first reply information to the party terminal.
510. And the service equipment sends a second prompt short message to the party terminal for prompting the party terminal to check the first reply information.
The service equipment sends a second prompt short message to the party terminal, can prompt the party to check the case processing progress or the case response information in time, and can avoid the problem that the party repeatedly sends consultation to a judge.
511. And the judge terminal sends processed information to the service equipment, wherein the processed information is used for indicating that the judge terminal processes the case inquiry problem.
512. And when receiving the processed information, the service equipment stops sending the first prompt short message to the judge terminal.
513. And when the judge terminal does not acquire the first reply information within the preset time length, sending unprocessed information to the service equipment.
If the current judge does not process the case consultation problem when the time is out, the judge terminal detects a signal which is not processed when the time is out and sends information containing the unprocessed state to the service equipment.
514. And when the service equipment receives the unprocessed information, inquiring a first processing level corresponding to the judge terminal associated with the case inquiry problem.
515. And the service equipment sends the case inquiry question and the third prompt short message to the judge terminal with a second processing level, wherein the second processing level is the last processing level of the first processing level.
For example, the corporate teams are classified according to administrative levels, and if the current corporate team does not process the consulting information of the relevant case after time out, the service equipment sends the consulting information of the case and the prompt short message to the corporate team with a higher administrative level. This scheme is favorable to forming the team between the court inside, carries out case supervision, case overall arrangement, avoids omitting.
516. The judge terminal is also used for sending a video request instruction to the service equipment.
517. And the service equipment generates a corresponding video code according to the video request instruction.
The service device receives a request sent by the judge terminal for establishing video communication with the party terminal, and generates a video code, wherein the video code can be a unique Identity number (ID) matched with the judge terminal, and the ID can be composed of a plurality of Arabic numerals.
518. And the service equipment sends the third processed short message comprising the video code to the party terminal.
519. And the party terminal receives the third processing short message and establishes video communication connection with the judge terminal according to the video code included in the third processing short message.
Illustratively, the third processed short message received by the party comprises a video code and a link entering the video communication interface, the party enters the video communication interface through a single-click operation on the link, and the video code is input in an invitation code input box on the interface, so that the video communication connection can be established with the corresponding judge terminal.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the problem that the judge misses the call and the information is missed is improved, the team in the judge can realize the overall arrangement of the case and supervise the case handling progress, and the communication efficiency between the judge and the party is greatly improved.
