As shown in fig. 1B, the terminal device 11 may include an instant messaging system, and is configured to transmit a text message of a virtual anchor or a live client to the gateway device 12, and distribute the processed text message to a destination. For example, the live broadcast client may send a short message to the virtual anchor via the instant messaging system, and the virtual anchor may also send a short message to the live broadcast client via the instant messaging system. It is noted that the description is made with a virtual host for the convenience of the reader. In an actual virtual live broadcast scene, a virtual anchor end is not involved, and a live broadcast server directly issues preset characters, action flows and the like of the virtual anchor to be live broadcast in a live broadcast interface to a live broadcast client and plays the characters and the action flows at the live broadcast client.

In the related art, the live broadcast server 14 sets in advance the text, action flow, etc. of the virtual main broadcast to be live broadcast in the live broadcast interface, and sends the preset text, action flow, etc. to the live broadcast client for playing.
However, by using the characters, action flows, and the like that the virtual anchor is to be live broadcast in the live broadcast interface, which are preset according to the live broadcast server 14 in the related art, to play, the virtual anchor cannot respond to the problem provided by the user in real time, and the user cannot timely give feedback to the user, so that the user cannot timely reply, which results in a poor live broadcast interaction effect.
Optionally, the live broadcasting method based on the virtual anchor can also be applied to other scenes, for example, to an intelligent device having a data collection processing function and capable of live broadcasting, that is, the functions of the live broadcasting server and the terminal device can be implemented in the same device, and the scheme is not limited.
After creative work, the inventor of the application obtains the inventive concept of the embodiment of the application: and the live broadcast server determines feedback information to the audience according to the interaction information of the audience on the terminal equipment in the live broadcast process and responds to the audience.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the application, live broadcast based on the virtual anchor can be realized through interaction between the terminal equipment and the live broadcast server, and live broadcast based on the virtual anchor can be realized through interaction between the intelligent equipment and the user according to an off-line knowledge base, so that the technical problem in the prior art is solved, and the scheme is not limited.
In order to make readers more clearly understand the live broadcast method based on the virtual anchor, the scheme takes an interaction mode between the terminal equipment and the live broadcast server as an example, and the implementation principle of the scheme is elaborated in detail. Fig. 2 is a first interaction diagram of a live broadcasting method based on a virtual anchor according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the live broadcasting method based on the virtual anchor specifically includes:
step S201, obtaining the interaction information of the audience in the live broadcast process.
In this embodiment, the audience may input the interactive information in a live interface of the live client through hardware, such as a mouse and a keyboard, or may input the interactive information through a touch screen operation, or may input the interactive information in a voice control manner, or may input the interactive information in an air gesture control manner, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the live broadcasting process, when the audience inputs interactive information in a live broadcasting interface through any one of the input modes, the terminal equipment can acquire the interactive information of the audience in the live broadcasting process, wherein the interactive information comprises interactive characters and/or interactive behaviors.
The interactive text can be input by the audience through an instant messaging system of the live client, for example, a short message input by the audience in the instant messaging system; the interactive behavior may be input by the viewer through an interactive system of the live client, for example, an interactive behavior of the viewer in the interactive system such as approval, gift delivery, and the like.
Step S202, obtaining the interaction information of the audience in the live broadcast process through the live broadcast client.
In this embodiment, the terminal device may send the obtained interaction information of the audience in the live broadcast process to the live broadcast server; or the terminal device sends the acquired interaction information of the audiences in the live broadcast process to the cache server for caching, and the live broadcast server acquires the interaction information of the audiences in the live broadcast process from the cache server.
Taking a live broadcast client as an example, after receiving the interaction information, the live broadcast client sends the received interaction information to the cache server for caching. In this embodiment, the interaction information of a plurality of live broadcast clients for the same virtual anchor is cached in the cache server. Specifically, when the cache server caches the interaction information, if a plurality of live broadcast clients correspond to the same virtual anchor, the interaction information of the plurality of live broadcast clients and the same virtual anchor are bound and cached.
In some possible examples, for the cache server, the storage form of the interaction information may be as shown in table 1 below:
Figure BDA0002882717150000071
and then, the live broadcast server acquires the interaction information cached in a period of time from the caching server. Optionally, the live broadcast server may obtain the interaction information in the preset time period from the cache server at intervals of a preset time.
Step S203, determining feedback information of the virtual anchor to the interaction information according to the interaction information and a pre-acquired knowledge database.
Taking the table 1 as an example, in the interaction information from the live client 1 to the live client N acquired by the live server, the live client 1 to the live client N correspond to the virtual anchor 1, and the live client N +1 to the live client N correspond to the virtual anchor 2. Therefore, the live broadcast server can determine the feedback information of the virtual anchor 1 to the live broadcast client N according to the interaction information of the live broadcast client 1 to the live broadcast client N and the pre-acquired knowledge database, and determine the feedback information of the virtual anchor 2 to the live broadcast client N +1 to the live broadcast client N according to the interaction information of the live broadcast client N +1 to the live broadcast client N and the pre-acquired knowledge database.
The feedback information comprises response content and/or response modes of interactive words and/or interactive behaviors, and the knowledge database comprises at least one of a knowledge base, a dialect base and an interactive action base corresponding to the live broadcast commodity.
In this embodiment, determining feedback information of the virtual anchor on the interaction information according to the interaction information and a pre-acquired knowledge database includes the following optional implementation manners:
in some optional embodiments, determining feedback information of the virtual anchor on the interaction information according to the interaction information and a pre-acquired knowledge database includes: determining feedback information of the virtual anchor to the interactive information according to the interactive characters and a pre-acquired knowledge database, wherein the feedback information comprises response content and/or response mode to the interactive characters, namely the feedback information comprises: the response content to the interactive text, the response mode to the interactive text, the response content to the interactive text and the response mode.
In other optional embodiments, determining feedback information of the virtual anchor for the interaction information according to the interaction information and a pre-acquired knowledge database includes: determining feedback information of the virtual anchor to the interaction information according to the interaction behavior and a pre-acquired knowledge database, wherein the feedback information comprises response content and/or response mode to the interaction behavior, namely the feedback information comprises: the response content to the interactive behavior, the response mode to the interactive behavior, the response content to the interactive behavior and the response mode.
In still other optional embodiments, feedback information of the virtual host on the interaction information is determined according to the interaction text and the interaction behavior and a pre-acquired knowledge database, wherein the feedback information comprises response content and/or response mode on the interaction text and response content and/or response mode on the interaction behavior.
And step S204, controlling the virtual anchor to respond to the interaction of the audience through the live broadcast client according to the feedback information.
In some possible scenarios, the live server may control a plurality of live clients corresponding to the interaction information to respond to the interaction of the viewer. Still taking table 1 as an example, if the interaction information is generated from the live client 1 to the live client n, the live server may control the live client 1 to the live client n to respond to the interaction of the audience.
In other possible scenarios, the live server may also control all live clients in the live process to respond to viewer interaction. Still taking table 1 as an example, the interactive information is generated by the live clients 1 to n, and the live server can control the virtual anchor 1 to respond to the viewers of all live clients watching the live broadcast of the virtual anchor 1. It should be understood that all live clients include not only the live client 1 to the live client n, but also other live clients other than the live client 1 to the live client n, which do not input information in the live interface, but can still display feedback information of the live client 1 to the live client n by the virtual host 1.
And S205, displaying a response result of the virtual anchor to the feedback information of the interactive information in the live broadcast interface, wherein the response result is determined according to the feedback information.
In some possible scenarios, the feedback information includes information for display and/or playback. Therefore, the terminal equipment can display and/or play the feedback information in the live broadcast interface according to the feedback information returned by the live broadcast server.
In the live broadcast process, the interactive information of audiences is obtained through a live broadcast client, wherein the interactive information comprises interactive characters and/or interactive behaviors; determining feedback information of the virtual anchor on the interaction information according to the interaction information and a pre-acquired knowledge database, wherein the feedback information comprises response content and/or response modes of interactive characters and/or interactive behaviors, and the knowledge database comprises at least one of a knowledge base, a dialect base and an interactive action base corresponding to a live broadcast commodity; and controlling the virtual anchor to respond to the interaction of the audience through the live client according to the feedback information. Because the feedback information of the virtual anchor to the interaction information is determined on the live broadcast server side according to the interaction information of the audiences, the virtual anchor is controlled to respond to the interaction of the audiences according to the feedback information. Therefore, the virtual anchor can timely respond to the problems brought forward by the user in real time, timely give feedback to the user, and improve the technical effect of the live broadcast interaction effect.
Fig. 3A is a first flowchart of a live broadcast method based on a virtual anchor according to an embodiment of the present application. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 3A, the specific implementation of the live method based on the virtual anchor according to this embodiment to step S203 may include the following steps:
and S301, matching corresponding answers in a knowledge base corresponding to the live broadcast commodities according to the interactive information.
The execution main body of this embodiment may be a live server, and the description about the live server may refer to the description of the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
Fig. 3B is a logic diagram of a live broadcast method based on a virtual anchor according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3B, the step is to match corresponding answers in the knowledge base corresponding to the live broadcast product according to the interaction information of the audience and the identification of the live broadcast product. The identification of the live broadcast commodity can be a commodity name or a commodity model. The identification of the live broadcast commodity can be obtained by the following method: when the virtual anchor starts to live the commodities, clicking and other operations are carried out in a live interface of the live client, after clicking and selecting, the identification of the live commodities is automatically reported to the live server, and the live server can acquire the identification of the live commodities.
In this embodiment, the corresponding relationship between the interaction information and the answer of the live broadcast commodity is stored in the knowledge base corresponding to the live broadcast commodity in advance, and the live broadcast server matches the corresponding answer in the knowledge base corresponding to the live broadcast commodity according to the interaction information, the identification of the live broadcast commodity, and the preset corresponding relationship between the interaction information and the answer of the live broadcast commodity. Wherein, the answer of the live broadcast commodity comprises at least one item of price information, preferential information, appearance information, use information and after-sale policy of the live broadcast commodity.
For example, the interaction information and the corresponding answer of the knowledge base corresponding to the live commodities for each commodity can be stored in the form of the example shown in the following table 2:
Figure BDA0002882717150000101
it should be understood that the correspondence between the interaction information and the answer of the live broadcast product in table 2 is an exemplary description provided for the convenience of the reader, and is not specifically limited to the correspondence between the interaction information and the answer of the live broadcast product. The setting can be performed by those skilled in the art according to actual situations.
In some possible scenarios, the viewer may send a query message about live merchandise to the virtual anchor via the instant messaging system of the terminal device. As can be seen from the foregoing description of the embodiments, these query messages are uploaded to the gateway device and stored in the cache server. And then, the live broadcast server acquires the inquiry messages from the cache server and determines the requirements of the audiences corresponding to the inquiry messages according to the inquiry messages. The requirement of the audience corresponding to the inquiry message may be a question that the audience pays attention to the live broadcast product.
Taking the virtual anchor live tape as an example, the audience can send some inquiry messages about the tape goods through the instant communication system. For example: "what colors are the goods? "," is the product waterproof? "," is there a preference for the good? "and the like. If the obtained interaction information, for example, more than a preset number of live broadcast clients among the N live broadcast clients all send information about "whether the commodity is waterproof? "the question about the viewer's attention during the current live broadcast process is" is the product waterproof? And according to the extracted identification of the current consultation commodity, the corresponding answer is matched in the knowledge base of the live commodity, and the answer is 'the waterproof grade of the commodity is ipx 7'.
In other possible scenarios, the viewer may interact with the live interface through the interactive system of the terminal device. As can be seen from the foregoing description of the embodiments, these interactions are uploaded to the gateway device and stored in the cache server. And then, the live broadcast server acquires the interactive operations from the cache server and determines feedback information aiming at the interactive operations.
Still taking the virtual anchor live tape as an example, the audience can perform interactive operation in the live interface through the interactive system.
