The computer storage medium/Memory may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a programmable Read Only Memory (Programmable Read-Only Memory, PROM), an erasable programmable Read Only Memory (Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory, EPROM), an electrically erasable programmable Read Only Memory (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory, EEPROM), a magnetic random access Memory (Ferromagnetic Random Access Memory, FRAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a magnetic surface Memory, an optical disk, or a compact disk Read Only Memory (Compact Disc Read-Only Memory, CD-ROM), or the like; but may also be various terminals such as mobile phones, computers, tablet devices, personal digital assistants, etc., that include one or any combination of the above-mentioned memories.

Claims (5)

1. A banking information processing method, characterized in that it is applied to a user terminal, the method comprising:
responding to the user terminal to read a target graphic code, and establishing communication connection of a service terminal corresponding to a current service to be processed, wherein the target graphic code is arranged on a window of a banking website and is configured with relevant information of a service terminal of a current window staff;
collecting voice communication data and input data of a target object corresponding to the user terminal based on the communication connection, wherein the collected voice communication data and input data of the target object are collected based on an instruction of a service terminal;
monitoring the voice communication data and the input data based on the service processing types corresponding to the target object, and transmitting the corresponding voice communication data and the corresponding input data to a service terminal based on a monitoring result, wherein the risk words and the sensitive words corresponding to different service processing types are different, the collected voice communication data is transmitted to a service end of a banking system, and the service end recognizes and monitors the risk words and the sensitive words corresponding to the current service processing type; the monitoring the voice communication data and the input data, and transmitting the corresponding voice communication data and the input data to the service terminal based on the monitoring result, includes: detecting whether the voice communication data contains sensitive words, if yes, generating early warning information, and sending the early warning information to the service terminal; responding to the service terminal receiving the early warning information, receiving a re-input instruction corresponding to the early warning information generated by the service terminal, and sending the acquired voice communication data corresponding to the re-input instruction to the service terminal; verifying the input data, and transmitting the verified input data to the service terminal;
receiving a processing instruction of the service terminal, and acquiring feedback information of a target object based on the processing instruction until the service to be processed is completed; the method comprises the steps of responding to the communication connection between the user terminal and the service terminal to perform communication data interaction, collecting service processing images of the target object, and recording operation data of the service object; determining acquired images obtained by acquisition and recorded operation data as recorded data; generating an acquisition instruction corresponding to the recorded data, sending the acquisition instruction to a service system, and receiving the recorded data sent by the service system.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
responding to the input text information of a target object, and performing audio data conversion on the text information to obtain voice communication data;
and sending the voice communication data to the service terminal.
3. A banking information processing apparatus, characterized by being applied to a user terminal, comprising:
the establishing unit is used for responding to the user terminal to read a target graphic code and establishing communication connection of a service terminal corresponding to the current service to be processed, wherein the target graphic code is arranged on a window of a banking website and is configured with relevant information of the service terminal of a current window worker, and when a target object needs to conduct service handling, the user terminal of the target object is used for reading the target graphic code arranged on the corresponding window so as to establish communication connection with the service terminal of the current window worker;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring voice communication data and input data of a target object corresponding to the user terminal based on the communication connection, wherein the acquired voice communication data and input data of the target object are acquired based on an instruction of a service terminal;
the transmission unit is used for monitoring the voice communication data and the input data based on the service processing types corresponding to the target object, and transmitting the corresponding voice communication data and the corresponding input data to the service terminal based on the monitoring result, wherein the risk words and the sensitive words corresponding to different service processing types are different, the acquired voice communication data are transmitted to the service end of the banking system, and the service end recognizes and monitors the risk words and the sensitive words corresponding to the current service processing type; the monitoring the voice communication data and the input data, and transmitting the corresponding voice communication data and the input data to the service terminal based on the monitoring result, includes: detecting whether the voice communication data contains sensitive words, if yes, generating early warning information, and sending the early warning information to the service terminal; responding to the service terminal receiving the early warning information, receiving a re-input instruction corresponding to the early warning information generated by the service terminal, and sending the acquired voice communication data corresponding to the re-input instruction to the service terminal; verifying the input data, and transmitting the verified input data to the service terminal;
the acquisition unit is used for receiving the processing instruction of the service terminal and acquiring the feedback information of the target object based on the processing instruction until the service to be processed is completed; the method comprises the steps of responding to the communication connection between the user terminal and the service terminal to perform communication data interaction, collecting service processing images of the target object, and recording operation data of the service object; determining acquired images obtained by acquisition and recorded operation data as recorded data; generating an acquisition instruction corresponding to the recorded data, sending the acquisition instruction to a service system, and receiving the recorded data sent by the service system.
4. A device according to claim 3, characterized in that the device further comprises:
the conversion unit is used for responding to the input text information of the target object, and converting the audio data of the text information to obtain voice communication data;
and the sending unit is used for sending the voice communication data to the service terminal.
5. A business system, comprising:
a user terminal for performing the banking information processing method according to any one of claims 1-2;
the service terminal is used for generating instruction information based on voice communication data and input data generated by the user terminal and sending the instruction information to the user terminal;
the server is used for verifying the transmitted information and sending the verification result to the user terminal and/or the service terminal.
