Abstract
本发明涉及石化汽油替代燃料技术领域,尤其涉及一种稳定醇基汽油燃料及其制备方法。所述稳定醇基汽油燃料由助溶剂、分散剂、改性剂、甲醇和汽油等原料制备得到。采用上述方法制备的稳定醇基汽油燃料具有分散粒度小、稳定时间长、耐水能力强的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用醇基汽油燃料技术领域,尤其涉及一种稳定性好的汽车用醇基汽油燃料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国经济快速发展,我国对石油进口依赖度日益提高,而国际上石油资源日渐紧缺,能源替代已成为世界各国的战略目标。煤基甲醇具有生产原料丰富、技术成熟、生产成本较低的优势。我国的能源结构特点为“缺油、少气、富煤”,煤基甲醇燃料以其良好的燃烧特性、原料来源丰富、技术成熟、基本生产设施已具相当规模等优势成为适合我国国情的发动机替代燃料。
相比于煤炭、汽油、柴油来说,甲醇具有分子式单一、结构简单,其燃烧排放非常稳定,没有颗粒物(PM2.5、PM10)、臭氧、二氧化硫、CO、汞及其化合物排放。煤基醇醚稳定燃料可以替代煤炭、汽柴油,可极大缓解困绕我国的大气污染,尤其契合我国贫油、少气、多煤能源结构的主要特点。因此,甲醇作为煤化工的重要衍生产品,是目前公认的极具前途的替代燃料之一。由于甲醇的稳定性、来源广泛,作为汽油机替代燃料具有高辛烷值低污染和无排烟等特点,可以单独或与汽油混合在点燃发动机中使用,发动机的动力性、经济性和减排效果明显提高。煤基甲醇作为汽油机车替代燃料已经在西部多个省份开展了试用和推广,对于我国实施能源多元化和能源替代战略具有积极的意义。
甲醇是一种含氧稳定燃料,用于发动机上可有效降低碳烟,同时,由于甲醇的汽化潜热较高,在燃烧室内会大量吸热,使燃烧温度降低,可大大降低NOX的排放。另一方面,每年汽油的消耗量远远大于甲醇的消耗量,如果甲醇汽油能像汽油一样得以推广,这对于节约能源和国家能源战略来说绝对是起着至关重要的作用。然而,甲醇汽油在汽油机进行应用的过程中面临诸多困难。甲醇的蒸发性能差,纯甲醇直接在汽油机上不易冷启动,一般采用将甲醇与汽油混掺混的形式来使用。醇基汽油因制取简捷、燃烧性能好、燃烧废气(HC、CO、Ox)及颗粒物(PM)排放含量低等诸多优点而获得重视;同时,醇类燃料是国际公认的一种稳定代用燃料,美国环保局认为:采用甲醇燃料是实现稳定环境的最有效的方法。而且,10%~30%、80%~90%部分替代甲醇汽油比汽油的成本下降约10%~20%、50%~80%,具有显著的经济效益和广阔的应用前景。
甲醇与汽油混合相容性受到分散粒度、分子极性、稳定性等诸多条件限制,不能互溶,尤其遇水会乳化,进而快速分层。甲醇(CH3OH)是含有极性羟基(OH)的含氧碳氢化合物,是强极性物质。而汽油是由各种烃类或非烃组成的混合物,烃类化合物是非极性分子。根据相似相溶原理,甲醇和汽油不能完全混合,在常温下汽油中能溶解大约3~5%的甲醇,当甲醇含量超过5%,甲醇和汽油难以均匀混合形成稳定的乳化液。目前很多研究者都在积极开发研制一种能使甲醇与汽油混合得比较好的添加剂,但是一直没有一种添加剂被成功的研制出来,这使得甲醇汽油的一直没有在汽油发动机上广泛应用。
综合以上现有技术可知,在甲醇汽油制备过程中,由于甲醇与汽油极性差别过大导致甲醇汽油分散性差,稳定时间短,而目前公开的甲醇汽油燃料制备技术中,甲醇汽油的稳定性差导致醇基汽油没有大规模应用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种稳定燃料及其制备方法,
本发明提供了一种稳定燃料,由助溶剂、分散剂、改性剂、甲醇和汽油混合制备得到;本发明提供的稳定燃料具有分散粒径小,溶水比例高和稳定时间长的特点。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了一种稳定醇基燃料,由包括汽油、助溶剂、分散剂、改性剂、甲醇和汽油的原料制备得到;
在本发明的某些实施例中,所述助溶剂包括丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲乙醚、丙二醇甲乙醚、乙二醇单丁酯、乙二醇双丁酯、乙二醇甲醚、二氧六环、苯甲醇和四氢呋喃中的至少一种;所述丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲乙醚、丙二醇甲乙醚、乙二醇单丁酯、乙二醇双丁酯、乙二醇甲醚、二氧六环、苯甲醇和四氢呋喃的单个体积比为0.01%~2%。在本发明的某些实施例中,所述助溶剂可以由丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲乙醚、丙二醇甲乙醚、乙二醇单丁酯、乙二醇双丁酯、乙二醇甲醚二氧六环、苯甲醇和四氢呋喃中的至少一种搅拌混匀得到。
在某些实施例中,所述助溶剂包括丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲乙醚、丙二醇甲乙醚、乙二醇单丁酯、乙二醇双丁酯、乙二醇甲醚二氧六环、苯甲醇和四氢呋喃的体积比为1:1~2:1:1~2:1~2:1~2:1~2:1~2。在某些实施例中,所述丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲醚、苯甲醇和四氢呋喃的体积比为1:1:1:1、1:2:1:2或1:2:1:1。
在本发明的某些实施例中,所述分散剂包括油酸、OP-10、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、Span-80、Span-60、Tween-80和Tween-60中的至少一种;所述油酸、OP-10、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、Span-80、Span-60、Tween-80和Tween-60的质量比为0~10:0~10:0~10:0~10:0~10:0~10:0~10。在本发明的某些实施例中,所述分散剂可以由油酸、OP-10、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、Span-80、Span-60、Tween-80和Tween-60中的至少一种搅拌混匀得到。
在某些实施例中,所述分散剂包括油酸、Span-80和Tween-80,质量比为10~15:2~5:1~4。在某些实施例中,所述分散剂包括油酸、Span-80和Tween-80,质量比为15:5:4、10:2:4、14:5:1或10:2:2。
在本发明的某些实施例中,所述改性剂包括金属腐蚀抑制剂。所述金属腐蚀抑制剂为环己胺、苯胺和苯并氮唑中一种或多种溶解在少量甲醇中配制成金属腐蚀抑制剂。
本发明对所述汽油的种类和来源并无特殊的限制,可以采用一般市售的石化炼制汽油。在本发明的某些实施例中,所述汽油选自青岛炼化加氢汽油或京博石化成品汽油。
本发明的某些实施例中,所述助溶剂、分散剂、改性剂、甲醇和汽油的质量比为0.1~10:0.001~2:0.01~2:6~90:10~200。在某些实施例中,所述助溶剂、分散剂、改性剂、甲醇和汽油的质量比为0.5:0.075:0.5:13:43、0.5:0.075:0.5:14:25、0.7:0.065:0.3:13:25或0.6:0.07:0.4:15:35。
本发明提供的稳定燃料的氧含量较高,大约在12~70wt%。
本发明还提供了一种稳定燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)将汽油和助溶剂、改性剂混合,超声分散后,得到复合汽油组分a;
将分散剂和甲醇混合,超声分散后,得到功能组分b;
B)将复合汽油组分a与功能组分b混合,搅拌一段时间,超声分散后,得到稳定燃料。
本发明将复合汽油组分a与功能组分b混合,充分搅拌以防止甲醇析出分层,然后超声分散使甲醇、助溶剂、分散剂、改性剂实现充分分散,形成稳定体系,得到稳定燃料。
本发明提供的稳定燃料的制备方法中,采用的原料组分及配比同上,在此不再赘述。
步骤A)中:
在本发明的某些实施例中,制备复合汽油组分a中的超声分散时间为8~15min,超声功率为500~600W。在某些实施例中,制备复合汽油组分a中的超声分散时间为10min,超声功率为550W。
在本发明的某些实施例中,制备功能组分b中的超声分散时间为8~15min,超声功率为500~600W。在某些实施例中,制备功能组分b中的超声分散时间为10min,超声功率为550W。
步骤B)中:
在本发明的某些实施例中,所述搅拌的时间为8~15min。在某些实施例中,所述搅拌的时间为8~10min。
在本发明的某些实施例中,所述超声分散的时间为18~25min,超声功率为500~600W。在某些实施例中,所述超声分散的时间为20min,超声功率为550W。
本发明对上文采用的原料来源并无特殊的限制,可以为一般市售。
本发明提供的稳定燃料中甲醇的含量在8~90wt%范围内,氧含量高,稳定时间长,在发动机中能够稳定燃用。
本发明提供的稳定燃料中不含有金属添加物,燃料中硫含量小于10μg/g的添加剂主要为含氧化合物,其中甲醇为主要添加物。由于甲醇具有来源广泛,成本低,低毒的优势,因此本发明提供的汽油机用燃料是一种稳定燃料。
采用上述含有多种极性组分的汽油与汽油复配得到汽油组分,并在所述分散剂、助溶剂的作用下,可以形成分散粒度小、稳定时间长的稳定燃料。另外,本发明提供的制备方法操作简单。
为了进一步说明本发明,以下结合实施例对本发明提供的一种稳定燃料及其制备方法进行详细描述,但不能将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
以下实施例中所用的原料均为市售。
实施例中的汽油选自京博石化公司市售商品汽油。
实施例1
醇基汽油燃料的制备:
1)在带有搅拌器的容器中,加入丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲醚、苯甲醇和四氢呋喃。
2)按照丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲醚、苯甲醇和四氢呋喃的体积比为1:1:1:10混合,搅拌均匀,得到助溶剂。
3)按照油酸、Span-80和Tween-80的质量比为15:5:4混合,搅拌均匀,得到分散剂。
4)将金属腐蚀抑制剂溶解在少量甲醇中,配制改性剂。
5)将86重量份汽油和1重量份助溶剂、0.2重量份改性剂混合超声分散10min,超声功率为550W,得到复合汽油组分a。
6)将0.05重量份分散剂与13重量份甲醇混合后,超声分散10min,超声功率为550W,得到功能组分b。
7)将复合汽油组分a和功能组分b混合,搅拌10min后,超声分散20min,超声功率为550W,得到复合醇基汽油。
实施例2
醇基汽油燃料的制备:
1)在带有搅拌器的容器中,加入丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲醚、苯甲醇和四氢呋喃。
2)按照丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲醚、苯甲醇和四氢呋喃的体积比为1:2:1:10混合,搅拌均匀,得到助溶剂。
3)按照Span-80和Tween-80的质量比为2:4混合,搅拌均匀,得到分散剂。
4)将金属腐蚀抑制剂溶解到少量甲醇中,配制改性剂。
5)将60重量份汽油和5重量份助溶剂、0.1重量份改性剂混合超声分散10min,超声功率为550W,得到复合汽油组分a。
6)将0.75重量份分散剂与14重量份甲醇混合后,超声分散10min,超声功率为550W,得到功能组分b。
7)将复合汽油组分a和功能组分b混合,搅拌10min后,超声分散20min,超声功率为550W,得到复合醇基汽油。
实施例3
醇基汽油燃料的制备:
1)在带有搅拌器的容器中,加入丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲醚和四氢呋喃。
2)按照丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲醚和四氢呋喃的体积比为1:1:5混合,搅拌均匀,得到助溶剂。
3)按照油酸、Span-80和Tween-80的质量比为14:5:1混合,搅拌均匀,得到分散剂。
4)将金属腐蚀抑制剂溶解在少量甲醇中,配制改性剂。
5)将60重量份汽油与7重量份助溶剂、0.3重量份改性剂混合,超声分散10min,超声功率为550W,得到复合汽油组分a。
6)将0.65重量份分散剂与13重量份甲醇混合后,超声分散10min,超声功率为550W,得到功能组分b。
7)将复合汽油组分a和功能组分b混合,搅拌10min后,超声分散20min,超声功率为550W,得到复合醇基汽油。
实施例4
醇基汽油燃料的制备:
1)在带有搅拌器的容器中,加入丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲醚和四氢呋喃。
2)按照丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲醚和四氢呋喃的体积比为1:2:3混合,搅拌均匀,得到助溶剂。
3)按照油酸、Span-80和Tween-80的质量比为10:2:2混合,搅拌均匀,得到分散剂。
4)将金属腐蚀抑制剂溶解在少量甲醇中,配制改性剂。
5)将50重量份汽油与6重量份助溶剂、0.05重量份改性剂混合后,超声分散10min,超声功率为550W,得到复合汽油组分a。
6)将0.70重量份分散剂与15重量份甲醇混合后,超声分散10min,超声功率为550W,得到功能组分b。
7)将复合汽油组分a和功能组分b混合,搅拌10min后,超声分散20min,超声功率为550W,得到复合醇基汽油。
对比例1
将甲醇与汽油按照质量比15:85进行混合,搅拌10min后,超声分散20min,得到对比燃料。
对比例2
将甲醇、乙二醇甲醚与汽油按照质量比15:3:42.5进行混合,搅拌10min后,超声分散20min,得到对比燃料。
对比例3
将甲醇、四氢呋喃与汽油按照质量比15:2:42.5进行混合,搅拌10min后,超声分散20min,得到对比燃料。
对比例4
将油酸、Span-80和Tween-80按照质量比10:2:2混合,搅拌均匀得到分散剂;将甲醇和汽油按照体积比15:85混合,得到甲醇汽油;然后在甲醇汽油中添加所述分散剂,所述分散剂的添加量占甲醇汽油体积的5%;所有组分混合后,搅拌10min后,超声分散20min,得到对比燃料。
将实施例1~4中的稳定醇基燃料与汽油、甲醇的性能进行对比分析,结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明的稳定醇基燃料的氧含量明显高于汽油,显著提高了汽油的氧含量。汽油机燃料含氧有利于发动机内燃烧以及氮氧化物的完全氧化,减少了CO的排放。同时甲醇具有较大的汽化潜热,有利于降低气缸温度,减少NOx的排放,本发明的含氧稳定燃料具有显著稳定排放的优势。
从密度看,本发明的燃料与汽油的密度接近,相比甲醇要高很多,这样同等体积的机动车油箱可以携带更多的燃油,增加机动车的续航里程。
将本发明实施例、对比例的各种燃料进行摇晃2min,观察摇晃前、摇晃后和静置120h后的燃料分层情况,结果如表2所示。
同时,本实施例还考察了实施例1~4中的稳定燃料与对比例1~5的燃料分散后的稳定时间和分散粒度。采用激光粒度仪测定分散粒度。方法如下:将制备的对比例、实施例样品摇晃均匀后注入样品池,然后选择Measure-Start,遵循软件的步骤操作。然后将样品池插入仪器中,等待温度平衡,点击Start即进行测量,测量三次取平均值。实验结果如表2所示。
本发明采用特种助溶剂和分散剂,可以显著提供醇基燃料的稳定性,而且能够显著提高醇基燃料的水稳定性。本发明的醇基燃料在混入或者吸收部分水之后,依然保持澄清透明,不乳化、不分层,具有良好的稳定性。
为了考察本发明醇基燃料的稳定性,在应用例和对比例中加入0.1%的水,进行机械搅拌5min,然后在静置30min后观察燃料的分层情况,实验结果见表2。
从表2可知,甲醇汽油直接混合后不稳定,遇水后容易分层。采用本发明的配方,利用各种分散剂、助溶剂的作用下,甲醇与汽油形成更加稳定的分散汽油体系,得到稳定时间更长更稳定的醇基汽油。稳定时间与分散粒度基本相关,稳定时间长的配方分散粒度越小。本发明的实施例的分散粒度都小于对比例的分散粒度。掺入少量水之后依然保持不分层。因此,本发明制备的醇基汽油具有稳定时间长,分散粒度小、耐水的优势。加入的助溶剂和表面活性剂对醇基汽油燃料的稳定性具有明显的改善作用。

1.一种稳定醇基汽油燃料,由助溶剂、分散剂、改性剂、甲醇和汽油等原料制备得到,其特征在于,所述助溶剂包括丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲乙醚、丙二醇甲乙醚、乙二醇单丁酯、乙二醇双丁酯、乙二醇甲醚、二氧六环、苯甲醇和四氢呋喃中的至少一种;其中丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇甲乙醚、丙二醇甲乙醚、乙二醇单丁酯、乙二醇双丁酯、乙二醇甲醚、二氧六环、苯甲醇和四氢呋喃的体积比为0~5:0~5:0~5:0~5:0~5:0~5:0~5:0~5:0~5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稳定醇基汽油燃料,其特征在于,所述分散剂包括油酸、OP-10、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、Span-80、Span-60、Tween-80和Tween-60中的至少一种;所述油酸、OP-10、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、Span-80、Span-60、Tween-80和Tween-60的质量比为0~10:0~10:0~10:0~10:0~10:0~10:0~10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的稳定醇基汽油燃料,其特征在于,所述改性剂包括金属腐蚀抑制剂;所述金属腐蚀抑制剂为环己胺、苯胺和苯并氮唑中一种或多种溶解在少量甲醇中配制成金属腐蚀抑制剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的稳定醇基汽油燃料,其特征在于,所述助溶剂、分散剂、改性剂、甲醇和汽油的质量比为0.1~10:0.001~2:0.01~2:6~90:10~200。
5.一种稳定醇基汽油燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)将汽油和助溶剂、改性剂,超声混合分散后,得到复合汽油组分a;
将分散剂和甲醇混合,超声分散后,得到功能组分b;
