Abstract
A Chinese herbal medicine fragrant disinfectant spray for inhibiting and killing pathogenic bacteria, coronavirus, rhinovirus and influenza virus is prepared from honeysuckle flower, scutellaria root, forsythia fruit and lysimachia foenum-graecum as main raw materials, benzoin, storax and borneol through extracting, separating, dissolving in alcohol, homogenizing, and other steps. The novelty of the invention lies in that the invention has a 'universal' broad-spectrum virus killing and sterilizing effect on the basis of better infiltration coverage effect through the technical product material object, the health safety evaluation of professional institutions and the scientific detection verification.
Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to a herbal aromatherapy disinfection spray for inhibiting and killing pathogenic bacteria, coronavirus, rhinovirus and influenza virus and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of biological medicine.
[ background ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
With the continuous progress of modern medicine and pharmacology, the traditional Chinese medical science is gradually raised to the scientific medical level, and the modern pharmaceutical technology is combined to show a huge clinical medical application prospect.
Modern pharmaceutical technology is such as a novel drug delivery system, such as spray, which does not contain propellant, and is a novel dosage form that liquid medicine is atomized and sprayed out only by an atomizing device by means of power generated by compressed air. Its advantages are fine spray, uniform distribution in skin or mucosa, not easy loss, quick absorption and high biologic utilization rate, and can be used to kill virus and bacteria in environment except human being.
Honeysuckle, scutellaria baicalensis, forsythia and holy basil, wherein the honeysuckle is sweet and cold in nature and enters heart, stomach and lung meridians, and is used as a monarch (minister) medicine together with the forsythia, so that the honeysuckle is good at clearing away heat and toxic materials and specially clearing away heart heat, stomach heat and lung heat. Bai Qin, mainly entering lung meridian, is good at clearing heat-toxicity in upper energizer, and is used as an adjuvant drug. The three herbs are generally aimed at the upper energizer of human, namely the heart and lung, and have significant effect of clearing lung-heat. The three herbs combine the action of clearing and resolving toxin, and by means of the outward-diffusing action of the holy basil, the effect of expelling pathogenic factors outward is achieved. The drug is combined with three kinds of herbs of benzoin, storax and borneol to form a gas curtain, and meanwhile, the drug property of surrounding bacteria and viruses rises suddenly and steeply by the strong force of alcohol, so that the mosquito-repellent incense is very flexible.
Modern pharmacological studies suggest that the relevant drug combination combined with ethanol has antibacterial and antiviral effects in the environment. The combination with the spray formulation is convenient to carry and use, and has very wide market application prospect.
[ summary of the invention ]
The invention relates to a herbal fragrance disinfection spray for inhibiting and killing pathogenic bacteria, coronavirus, rhinovirus and influenza virus and a preparation method thereof, which is characterized in that extracts of four pharmaceutical compositions of honeysuckle, scutellaria, forsythia and holy basil are taken as main raw materials, three pharmaceutical compositions of benzoin, storax and borneol are scientifically matched, extracted and separated active ingredients are dissolved in ethanol, and finally, the new preparation which has the functions of inhibiting and killing pathogenic bacteria and viruses, air fragrance, dispelling pestilence and eliminating miasma, refreshing mind and the like is prepared by the processes of homogenization and the like.
The invention is based on the traditional Chinese medicine and 'perfume medicine' technology and method, and combines the modern novel drug delivery system and other pharmaceutical industry technologies. The honeysuckle, the forsythia and the scutellaria baicalensis are combined and compatible with the holy basil, wherein the honeysuckle is sweet and cold in nature and enters the heart, the stomach and the lung, and the forsythia is used as a monarch and ministerial medicine for clearing away heat and toxic materials and specially clearing away the heart heat, the stomach heat and the lung heat. Bai Qin, mainly entering lung meridian, is good at clearing heat-toxicity in upper energizer, and is used as an adjuvant drug. The three herbs are mainly used to attack the upper energizer, i.e. the heart and lung, and have obvious effect of clearing lung-heat. The three medicines are combined with clearing and clearing, and can purge lung heat to remove toxicity, rapidly reduce the efficacy, evacuate and clear the efficacy and diffuse the pathogenic factors. The three herbs are very flexible to cooperate with the ascending and descending functions of the holy basil. In addition, modern pharmacological research shows that the composition has antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral effects in vitro. The combination of the natural fumigant and the plant sterilizing and disinfecting agent forms a novel medicine combination by means of the penetrating power of ethanol for directly penetrating bacteria and virus active protein (small peptide).
1. The innovative drug combination ensures that the invention has the functions of omnipotent broad-spectrum sterilization and disinfection.
The novel combination of the medicines from the theory and practice of the traditional Chinese medicine and 'perfume medicine' is characterized in that the honeysuckle flower, the baical skullcap root, the weeping forsythia and the holy basil are lifted and descended from the traditional Chinese medicine and the bactericidal plant medicine combination, the benzoin, the storax and the borneol natural fumigant combination which can transform the body to the turbid are matched, and the effects of disinfection and sterilization, pathogen elimination and pestilence prevention of the novel product of the invention are integrated into a whole by virtue of the violent penetrating power of the ethanol (composition).
The practical application of the product is evaluated by the health safety of national authoritative professional organization (Chinese department) and the disinfection and sterilization effect of the product is shown in the table 1 compared with that of a pure ethanol preparation:
TABLE 1
Note: the inactivation rate data of the 75% ethanol preparation on the bacterial virus are reported in the literature.
2. The innovative preparation process brings about a larger specific surface area and wettability and better sustainability of the invention than the conventional disinfectant. It is concluded that the present invention has better atomization effect and better infiltration coverage effect on the surface of the disinfected hard object.
The test comparison table of the 75% pure alcohol spray and the hard object surface adhesion (adhesion time) of the invention is shown in the following table 2:
TABLE 2
3. The drug loading mechanism is innovated: conventional sprays do not substantially control the spray pump of the spray device, resulting in the exertion of drug efficacy being greatly affected and reduced. The invention strengthens the quality control of the spray pump, and puts forward the quality control requirements on the main indexes of atomization angle and atomization granularity, namely the atomization angle can not be larger than 45 degrees, and the atomization granularity is less than 10 mu m. This will make the practice of the invention more reliable and scientific.
The traditional Chinese medicine, especially the natural perfume, contains a large amount of lipid and colloid substances, even if the traditional Chinese medicine is dissolved in alcohol substances, large colloid molecular groups are formed in the traditional Chinese medicine, the traditional Chinese medicine is not stable, and the efficacy is influenced.
4. The invention has convenient use, greatly improves the compliance of users and shows huge application prospect.
