背景技术
消费者对于消毒类产品的需求呈现出爆发性的增长,尤其对改善家庭生活中的空气环境、杀灭空气中的隐形细菌、螨虫等有更强烈的需求。现阶段实面上的杀菌、除味、灭螨、抗静电、衣物抗皱功效的产品多功能单一,无法同时满足多种需求的要求。另外,目前市面上产品虽有效果但都不是天然安全的,对人体有刺激作用,味道难闻。
如中国发明专利CN 109569269 A公开了一种蓖麻油酸锌生物酶复合型除味剂,在公开的专利中通过蓖麻油酸锌、生物酶、D50活性复合溶剂、异噻唑啉酮和去离子水制备得到一种复合型除味剂,并且制备得到的除味剂对去除硫化氢、硫醇、硫醚、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛、丁醛、糠醛、吡啶、甲酸、乙酸、丁酸、氨类及TVOC等均有极佳分解效果。但是在公开的专利中对杀菌、除味、灭螨的功效不能实现多效合一。
如中国发明专利CN 108850006 A公开了一种速效复合除味剂及其制备方法,在丁香、肉桂、薄荷、表面活性剂、氨基酸、花青素、分散剂、乙醇、吸附材料、水等物质的配合作用下,实现速效复合除味剂,采用了植物与化学相结合的方法,可以迅速分解甲醛,快速、高效、持久地净化空气,能够清除室内异味,适用范围广泛,成本低廉,制备工艺简单,使用方便,安全无毒副作用。虽然公开文件涉及到将植物成分和化学成分结合的方法,但是在公开的专利中容易出现因植物提取物和化学成分之间的相容性问题,导致因配伍性问题而引起产品的失效、沉淀、变味等问题出现。
为了克服技术的不足,本发明指在针对多种原料协同起效,多种原料之间的配伍性,产品稳定性,安全无刺激等难点,制备出一种除味,抑菌,灭螨,抗静电剂,衣物抗皱剂的多效合一喷雾。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一发明提供了一种多效合一的复合喷雾,制备原料至少包括A相和B相;所述的A相的制备原料至少包括除味剂;所述的B相的制备原料至少包括增溶相。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的除味剂包括生物酶、第一植物提取物、酵素、含锌离子物质。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的第一植物提取物包括茶提取物、柿子提取物、大豆提取物中的至少一种。
进一步优选的,所述的柿子提取物的重量为制备原料总重量的0.01-2%。
进一步优选的,所述的酵素为茶酵素。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的含锌离子物质包括聚合锌络合物、蓖麻油酸锌。
进一步优选的,所述的A相的制备原料还包括去离子水和植物除味剂。

经过发明人大量的创造性实验探究发现,在本体系中通过加入增溶相,尤其加入聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20和氢化蓖麻油或油醇聚醚类化合物复配使用时,可以大大改善体系的稳定性,尤其聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20和氢化蓖麻油重量比为1:2-4或者聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20和油醇聚醚类化合物重量比为1:1-3时,保证制备得到的喷雾在贮存的过程中不会出现沉淀、变色、变味等问题的出现,出现这种现象的原因申请人推测可能是聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20会与氢化蓖麻油尤其是PEG-40氢化蓖麻油或聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20与油醇聚醚类化合物尤其是油醇聚醚-20相互作用时,其会在接触界面上形成紧密的排列,将体系中的植物除味剂和抑菌剂以及B相中的植物提取物进行进一步吸附,避免了活性成分因沉降、聚沉等造成的喷雾的变质或者沉淀现象出现。
另外,申请人发现,增溶相所用的原料改变,会大大改变体系稳定性,申请人推测可能是因为接触界面上的分子链的排列方式发生改变,导致其对植物除味剂和抑菌剂以及B相中的植物提取物的负载能力下降所导致。
在一些优选的实施方式中,制备原料还包括C相。
进一步优选的,C相的原料为去离子水。C相去离子水的质量为A相去离子水质量的1/9。
在一些优选的实施方式中,A相制备原料按重量百分比计包括:生物酶 1%~10%、大豆提取物0.5%~3%、柿子提取物0%~2%、氨丁三醇0%~2%、茶提取物0%~2%、茶酵素0%~2%、聚合锌络合物0%~3%、植物除味剂0%~2%、蓖麻油酸锌0%~2%、卞索氯氨0~1000ppm、苯扎氯氨0~2000ppm、盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍0~2000ppm、西吡氯铵0~2000ppm、苯氧乙醇0.5%~2%、1,2-己二醇 0.5%~1%、乙基己基甘油0.1%~0.5%、三乙醇胺0.01%~0.1%、辛酰羟肟酸 0.5%~1%、聚季铵盐-73 0%~2%、聚季铵盐-80 0%~2%、聚氯乙烯0%~1%、乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺0%~2%、氨基改性聚硅氧烷0~5%、线性醇乙氧基化丙氧基化物0~2%、溶剂型聚胺树脂0~2%。
在一些优选的实施方式中,B相制备原料按重量百分比计包括:欧百里香提取物0%~1%、迷迭香提取物0%~1%、丁香花提取物0%~1%、香茅提取物0%~1%、苦参提取物0%~0.5%、山鸡椒提取物0%~1%、松针精油0%~1%、香叶天竺葵 0%~0.5%、Horopito植物除菌成分0%~0.5%,尤加利提取物0%~1%,大西洋雪松精油0%~0.5%,丝柏精油0%~0.5%,茶树油0%~0.5%、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20 0.5%~2%、1,3-丁二醇0%~3%、油醇聚醚-20 0%~3%、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0%~4%、香精0.1%~0.3%。
在一些优选的实施方式中,喷雾的制备原料除了A相合B相,余量为去离子水;其中A相中含有去离子水总量的80%的去离子水,其余去离子水为C相。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种多效合一的复合喷雾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1):将去离子水加入搅拌锅中,然后加入按计量加入A相制备原料至搅拌锅中;搅拌时间5-10min;
2)B相预先将多元醇化合物、脂肪酸酯类化合物、氢化蓖麻油混合至完全融合,澄清透明,加热至40℃,待降温至40℃以下时与B相其他原料混合至透明状态;
3)将C相倒入B相中,搅拌至体系透明;
4)最后向步骤3)中加入A相搅拌至完全透明,调节pH为5.0-7.0,即得。
在一些优选的实施方式中,调节pH使用三乙醇胺和柠檬酸复配体系进行调节。
有益效果:经本发明提供的多效合一的复合喷雾相比现有技术具有如下优势:
1、经本发明制备得到的喷雾解决了多种原料之间容易出现配伍性问题而引起产品失效及沉淀,变色,变味等稳定性问题,保证了制备得到的喷雾具有较长的使用期限,提升了其应用价值;
2、经本发明制备得到的喷雾通过植物复配除味剂可以实现其在使用时会对异味分子进行捕捉,并且由于香精的添加,可以避免香味掩盖,及时起效,长效作用,对人体安全无刺激;
3、经本发明制备得到的喷雾所选抑菌体系常被使用在医用消毒和口腔护理产品中,对革兰氏阴性菌,革兰氏阳性菌及真菌抑菌效果强效,安全性极高,对人体无毒,无刺激;
4、经本发明制备得到的喷雾利用植物提取物中含有抗菌消炎的作用,当螨虫接触到本产品时,植物提取物活性分子会进入螨虫的脑部神经细胞,刺激脑部神经元致使螨虫进入深度“睡眠”从而达到高效灭螨效果;并且本发明中使用的植物提取物释放的特殊香味,对螨虫有驱赶作用,安全稳定、无刺激、无致敏、易添加;
5.经本发明制备得到的喷雾通过加入抗静电剂,喷洒在衣物上后,抗静电剂分子中的亲水基都向着空气一侧排列,易吸收环境水分,或通过氢键与空气中的水分相结合,形成一个单分子导电层,使产生的静电荷迅速泄漏而达到抗静电目的;
6.经本发明制备得到的喷雾通过改性硅和非离子表面活性剂在纤维表面的附着,结合本体系中的制备原料,结合能力较强,能改善织物的抗皱性能。

一种多效合一的复合喷雾,包括A、B、C三相;
A相的制备原料包括生物酶,聚合锌络合物,植物除味剂,柿子提取物,茶酵素,氨丁三醇,西吡氯铵,盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍,苯氧乙醇,1,2-己二醇,三乙醇胺;
A相的制备原料按重量百分比计,包括生物酶5%,聚合锌络合物1%,植物除味剂0.5%,柿子提取物0.1%,茶酵素0.6%,氨丁三醇0.8%,西吡氯铵 1000ppm,盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍1000ppm,苯氧乙醇1%,1,2-己二醇0.2%,三乙醇胺0.03%、聚季铵盐-730.5%,氨基改性聚硅氧烷0.2%;
所述的植物除味剂原料包括丝柏提取物,冷杉提取物,美国扁柏提取物,楠木提取物,蔷薇提取物,购于辽宁蓝水化学品制造有限公司;
B相的制备原料包括:聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20,1,3-丁二醇, PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,香精,尤加利提取物,丝柏精油,茶树油,丁香花提取物,山鸡椒提取物,苦参提取物,Horopito植物除菌成分;
B相的制备原料按重量百分比计,包括聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20 0.5%,1,3-丁二醇1%,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油1.5%,香精0.3%,尤加利提取物 0.1%,丝柏精油0.1%,茶树油0.1%,丁香花提取物0.3%,山鸡椒提取物0.2%,苦参提取物0.1%,Horopito植物除菌成分0.1%;
余量为去离子水;其中A相中含有去离子水总量的80%的去离子水,其余去离子水为C相。

4)最后向步骤3)中加入A相搅拌至完全透明,调节pH为6.0,即得;

A相的制备原料包括::蓖麻油酸锌,大豆提取物,植物除味剂,柿子提取物,茶提取物,苯扎氯氨,卞索氯氨,苯氧乙醇,辛酰羟肟酸,三乙醇胺;
A相的制备原料按重量百分比计,包括:蓖麻油酸锌0.5%,大豆提取物0.2%,植物除味剂0.1%,柿子提取物0.1%,茶提取物0.2%,苯扎氯氨500ppm,卞索氯氨1000ppm,苯氧乙醇1%,辛酰羟肟酸0.2%,三乙醇胺0.018%、乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺0.2%、溶剂型聚胺树脂0.1%;
所述的植物除味剂原料包括丝柏提取物,冷杉提取物,美国扁柏提取物,楠木提取物,蔷薇提取物,购于辽宁蓝水化学品制造有限公司;
B相的制备原料包括:氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20,1,3-丁二醇,油醇聚醚-20,香精,欧百里香提取物,香茅提取物,迷迭香提取物,大西洋雪松精油,香叶天竺葵,Horopito植物除菌成分;
B相的制备原料按重量百分比计,包括:氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20 0.5%,1,3-丁二醇3%,油醇聚醚-20 1.0%,香精0.3%,欧百里香提取物0.3%,香茅提取物0.2%,迷迭香提取物0.1%,大西洋雪松精油0.1%,香叶天竺葵0.1%, Horopito植物除菌成分0.05%;
余量为去离子水;其中A相中含有去离子水总量的80%的去离子水,其余去离子水为C相。

A相的制备原料按重量百分比计,包括生物酶2%,大豆提取物0.5%,植物除味剂0.5%,柿子提取物0.01%,茶提取物0.01%,苯氧乙醇0.9%,乙基己基甘油0.1%,三乙醇胺0.018%,苯扎氯氨500ppm,盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍1000ppm、聚季铵盐-80 0.5%、线性醇乙氧基化丙氧基化物0.2%;
所述的植物除味剂原料包括丝柏提取物,冷杉提取物,美国扁柏提取物,楠木提取物,蔷薇提取物,购于辽宁蓝水化学品制造有限公司;
B相的制备原料包括:欧百里香提取物,迷迭香叶提取物,丝柏提取物,香叶天竺葵,Horopito植物除菌成分,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20,1,3丁二醇,油醇聚醚-20,香精;
B相的制备原料按重量百分比计,包括欧百里香提取物0.1%,迷迭香叶提取物0.1%,丝柏提取物0.01%,香叶天竺葵0.01%,Horopito植物除菌成分0.02%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20 0.6%,1,3丁二醇2%,油醇聚醚-20 1.2%,香精0.3%;
余量为去离子水;其中A相中含有去离子水总量的80%的去离子水,其余去离子水为C相。

对比例1
一种多效合一的复合喷雾,其具体实施例同实施例3,与实施例3不同的是 B相中不含油醇聚醚-20,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20的含量为1.8%。
性能测试
A.功效性测试
1.除味性能测试:将实施例1-3制备得到的喷雾用于除味性能测试,测试方法参照QB/T 2761-2006,并将测试结果记录于下表;
2.抑菌测试:将实施例1-3制备得到的喷雾用于抑菌测试,测试方法参照QBT2738-2012,并将测试结果记录于下表;
3.除螨测试:将实施例1-3制备得到的喷雾用于除螨测试,测试方法参照NY/T1151.2-2006,并将测试结果记录于下表。

B.稳定性测试

Claims (10)

1.一种多效合一的复合喷雾,其特征在于,制备原料至少包括A相和B相;所述的A相的制备原料至少包括除味剂;所述的B相的制备原料至少包括增溶相。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多效合一的复合喷雾,其特征在于,所述的除味剂包括生物酶、第一植物提取物、酵素、含锌离子物质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多效合一的复合喷雾,其特征在于,所述的含锌离子物质包括聚合锌络合物、蓖麻油酸锌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多效合一的复合喷雾,其特征在于,所述的A相的制备原料还包括抑菌剂、防腐剂和去离子水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多效合一的复合喷雾,其特征在于,所述的抑菌剂包括阳离子季铵盐杀菌剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多效合一的复合喷雾,其特征在于,所述的B相的制备原料还包括第二植物提取物和精油。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多效合一的复合喷雾,其特征在于,所述的第二植物提取物包括欧百里香提取物、迷迭香提取物、丁香花提取物、香茅提取物、苦参提取物、山鸡椒提取物中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1或6所述的多效合一的复合喷雾,其特征在于,所述的增溶相包括多元醇化合物、脂肪酸酯类化合物、氢化蓖麻油中的至少一种;优选的,所述的氢化蓖麻油包括PEG-10氢化蓖麻油、PEG-20氢化蓖麻油、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的多效合一的复合喷雾,其特征在于,制备原料还包括C相;优选的,所述的C相的原料为去离子水。
10.一种根据权利要求9所述的多效合一的复合喷雾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1):将去离子水加入搅拌锅中,然后加入按计量加入A相制备原料至搅拌锅中;搅拌时间5-10min;
2)B相预先将多元醇化合物、脂肪酸酯类化合物、氢化蓖麻油混合至完全融合,澄清透明,加热至40℃,待降温至40℃以下时与B相其他原料混合至透明状态;
3)将C相倒入B相中,搅拌至体系透明;
4)最后向步骤3)中加入A相搅拌至完全透明,调节pH为5.0-7.0,即得。
