Referring to fig. 4 and 5, when the sampling bottle 1 is fully drawn, the driving plate 232 drives the triggering rod 274 to push the triggering plate 272, so that the triggering plate 272 rotates in a direction away from the limiting ring 29, the gas in the first driving section 221 can enter the floating bag 26, and the floating bag 26 expands to drive the sampling bottle 1 to float. Therefore, the sampling bottle 1 can float upwards after being filled with the sample, and whether the sampling bottle 1 is filled with the sample can be judged without a worker, so that the sampling efficiency can be improved.

Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the connection mechanism 3 includes a connection pipe 31, an external thread 311 is provided on an outer wall of the connection pipe 31, and the connection pipe 31 is sleeved on an outer side of the pumping pipe 16 and is fixedly connected to the bottle 11. The mounting pipe 21 is provided with an insertion hole 211 for the water pumping pipe 16 to be inserted in a matching manner, the hole wall of the insertion hole 211 is bonded with a first sealing layer 25 made of rubber, and the mounting pipe 21 is provided with a thread groove 212 for the connecting pipe 31 to be connected in a threaded manner. The pumping pipes 16 are inserted into the insertion holes 211 in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are attached to the first sealing layer 25, and the first sealing layer 25 increases the sealing performance between the pumping pipes 16 and the insertion holes 211, so that the possibility of gas leakage from between the pumping pipes 16 and the insertion holes 211 can be reduced, and the driving plate 232 can be driven to move when the driving mechanism 23 acts. By screwing the connection tube 31 into the connection groove, the sampling bottle 1 is detachably mounted on the mounting tube 21.
The specific sampling steps using the sampling flask 1 and the sampling device 2 are as follows:

s1.3, after the sampling bottle 1 is fully pumped, the driving plate 232 drives the trigger rod 274 to push the trigger plate 272, so that the trigger plate 272 rotates, gas in the first driving section 221 enters the floating bag 26, the floating bag 26 expands to drive the sampling bottle 1 to float, a worker pulls the gas supply pipe 242, pulls the sampling device 2 and the sampling bottle 1 out of the river channel, screws on the bottle cap 15, and takes down the sampling bottles 1 one by one and puts the sampling bottles 1 into a sampling box for storage;
s1.4, pressing the floating bag 26 by a worker to enable the driving plate 232 to move towards the direction far away from the floating bag 26, enabling the sealing rod 5 to be separated from the first through hole 291, enabling the trigger plate 272 to be tightly abutted to the sealing ring 210, then rotating the rotating section 222 by the worker to enable the first through hole 291, the second through hole 2721 and the third through hole 2101 to be overlapped, then pressing the floating bag 26 to extrude the gas in the floating bag 26 into the first driving section 221, and enabling the driving plate 232 to reset; then, air is supplied into the air supply pipe 242 through the inflator, the sealing cap 243 is screwed down, the limiting bag 241 expands to abut against the driving plate 232, and the driving plate 232 is limited, so that the next sampling is facilitated.
S2, cleaning the large garbage in the river channel in a segmented mode, fishing the large garbage in the river channel by using a fishing net with a larger aperture driven by a ship, replacing the fishing net with a smaller aperture after cleaning, and cleaning again;
s3, excavating and cleaning bottom mud at the bottom of the river channel by using a sewage disposal boat, and accumulating the sludge on the river beach;
s4, detecting and analyzing the pollutants in the water quality sample of each section of the river channel in the S1, determining the accumulation amount and the pollution condition of the pollutants, determining a microbial treatment microbial inoculum of each section of the river channel, such as one or more combinations of photosynthetic bacteria, nitrobacteria, denitrifying bacteria, bifidobacteria and the like, calculating the adding amount of the microbial treatment microbial inoculum according to the determined accumulation amount and the pollution condition of the pollutants, and adding the adding amount of the microbial treatment microbial inoculum into the corresponding river channel;
s5, collecting water quality samples in the river channel regularly by adopting a sampling device 2 and a sampling bottle 1, analyzing the content change of pollutants, and evaluating the pollution treatment effect;
s6, planting aquatic and hygrophytes on the sludge of the river beach to complete the ecological restoration treatment of the bottom sludge.

s5, collecting water quality samples regularly, analyzing the content change of pollutants, and evaluating the pollution treatment effect;
s6, planting aquatic and hygrophytes on the river beach to complete ecological restoration treatment of the bottom mud.
