The method according to claim 1, further comprising a step of correcting the position of the material, wherein the monitoring device monitors the position of the material and feeds back a position signal to the material grasping device, and the material grasping device adjusts the position of the material according to the fed back position signal.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising a step of detecting a time of glue exposure, wherein the monitoring device performs a first scanning before the material is dispensed and performs a second scanning before the material is pressed, and a time interval between the first scanning and the second scanning is a time of glue exposure.
4. The method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the time from the start of dispensing to the completion of dispensing of the dispenser is dispensing time, and the dispensing time is 37 to 53 seconds.
5. The automated spot gluing and laminating method of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the monitoring device is pre-set to have an exposure time of no more than 120 seconds.
6. An automatic glue dispensing and laminating system is characterized by comprising:
the feeding equipment is used for feeding materials to be pressed;
the material grabbing equipment is used for grabbing materials;
the dispensing machine is used for placing the grabbed materials on the dispensing machine for dispensing;
the monitoring equipment is in signal connection with the material grabbing equipment and the dispensing machine, and respectively records the time of glue exposure of the materials before and after dispensing and compares the time with the preset exposure time;
and the pressing equipment is in signal connection with the monitoring equipment, and presses the material with the glue after receiving the comparison result of the monitoring equipment.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the monitoring device monitors the placement position of the material and feeds back a position signal to the material grasping device, and the material grasping device adjusts the position of the material according to the fed back position signal.
8. The automated adhesive dispensing and laminating system of claim 7, further comprising an image sensor in signal communication with the monitoring device, the image sensor transmitting an image of the material to the monitoring device.
9. The automated glue dispensing and laminating system of claim 7, further comprising a code scanner in signal communication with the monitoring device, the code scanner transmitting code scanning information of the material to the monitoring device.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the code scanner is disposed on and connected to the material grabber, the material grabber performs a first code scan before the material grabber moves to pick the material and performs a second code scan before the material grabber moves to pick the material and perform the bonding.
