Abstract

Based on the above, when the top beam is disassembled, the connecting part of the upright column and the top beam is disassembled, the side guard plate baffle of the top beam is disassembled, a self-made screw with a handle is screwed into the threaded hole at the outer end of the hinged shaft of the top beam and the shield beam, the hinged shaft is pulled out, and the top beam is hoisted by a crane to be disassembled from the shield beam.

(3) Connecting a cylinder bottom connecting part of a quick-release tool with a cylinder bottom of a balance jack 5, connecting a lifting ring 10 with a lifting appliance on a travelling crane through a lifting chain 15, connecting an auxiliary chain pull ring 14 with the lifting appliance on the travelling crane through an auxiliary chain 16, removing a pin shaft between a piston rod of the balance jack 5 and a shield beam 2, pulling the quick-release tool and the balance jack 5 out of the front end of the shield beam 2 together by the travelling crane, wherein in the lifting process, the quick-release tool and the balance jack 5 are in a relative balance state because the weight of a transverse counterweight rod 7 is slightly larger than that of the balance jack 5, and the auxiliary chain 16 can ensure that the direction of the transverse counterweight rod 7 is stable and prevent the balance jack 5 from being tilted up due to the descending of the rear end;
(4) Connecting a cylinder bottom connecting part on a quick-release tool with the cylinder bottom of a repaired balance jack 5, connecting a lifting ring 10 with a lifting appliance on a travelling crane through a lifting chain 15, connecting an auxiliary chain pull ring 14 with the lifting appliance on the travelling crane through an auxiliary chain 16, pushing a piston rod end of the balance jack 5 into a connecting position of a shield beam 2 by the travelling crane, and removing the quick-release tool after the piston rod end is connected by a pin shaft;
(5) The top beam 1 is installed.
Compared with the traditional dismounting method, the dismounting method cancels the step of dismounting the shield beam 2, utilizes the self-made quick-dismounting tool to dismount the balance jack 5, has the characteristics of simple operation, quickness and safety, effectively solves the problem that the balance jack 5 is difficult to repair after the support is assembled and has low pain point, and greatly improves the dismounting efficiency; taking an 8.8 m hydraulic support for caving coal as an example, the time for disassembling and assembling the support is reduced from the original 12 hours per support to 6 hours per support of a new process, the efficiency is improved by 50%, and the labor cost is reduced by 50% compared with the traditional disassembling and assembling cost.
