Abstract
The invention discloses a roller changing device and a replacing method thereof, wherein the roller changing device comprises: a balance hanging beam; the shaft head locking mechanism is positioned at one end of the balance hanging beam and used for fixing the roller; the balance weight is positioned at the other end of the balance hanging beam and used for keeping the balance of the balance hanging beam; the electric control system is used for controlling the balance weight to move on the balance hanging beam; and the transmission mechanism is connected with the electric control system and the balance weight and used for mobile transmission. When the roller changing device is used for roller changing operation, the potential safety hazard in the roller changing project construction process can be reduced, and the labor load of operators in the roller changing project is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rolling, in particular to a roller replacing device and a replacing method thereof.
Background
In a cold rolling line, the rolls are in direct contact with the metal to be rolled, the working speed is sometimes high, and the rolls are gradually worn during working, which is directly related to the productivity of the whole production line, the quality of the product and the production cost. When the roller is worn to a certain extent, it is necessary to replace the roller with a new one to continue the operation.
The steering roller is one of the important devices of the unit, the steel strip runs on the surface of the steering roller, the steering roller is used for changing the running direction of the steel strip to adjust the running deviation of the steel strip, the steering roller runs through a bearing, and the bearing is arranged on a bearing seat and lubricated by grease. The change cycle of the steering roller of the unit is about one month, 5-6 rollers are changed once, the steering roller and the bearing seat are integrally disassembled and assembled, and the practical problems of time and labor waste, low maintenance efficiency, inconvenient operation, large potential safety hazard and the like exist when the rollers in the region are changed due to the limitation of the position field and the operation environment.
Therefore, a set of novel roller changing device needs to be designed, the original method is changed to change the roller, the danger in the operation is reduced, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a roll changer for solving the technical problems of low working efficiency, high labor load, high manpower resource requirement and potential safety hazard in the roll changing operation in the prior art.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a roll changing apparatus comprising:
a balance hanging beam;
the shaft head locking mechanism is positioned at one end of the balance hanging beam and used for fixing the roller;
the balance weight is positioned at the other end of the balance hanging beam and used for keeping the balance of the balance hanging beam;
the electronic control system is used for controlling the movement of the balance weight on the balance hanging beam;
and the transmission mechanism is connected with the electric control system and the balance weight and used for mobile transmission.
Optionally, the balance hanging beam is provided with two lifting lugs for hanging the balance hanging beam.
Optionally, the shaft head locking mechanism adopts two locking modes of mechanical locking and/or manual oil cylinder locking.
Optionally, the electronic control system adopts two operation modes of manual operation and/or wireless remote control operation.
Optionally, the transmission mechanism is driven by a ball screw.
Optionally, the weight of the balance weight matches the weight of a roll fixed in the roll changer.
Optionally, the type of the shaft head locking mechanism is matched with the type of a roller fixed in the roller changing device.
Optionally, the electric control system comprises a motor and a reduction gearbox, and the motor and the reduction gearbox are connected through a transmission shaft.
Optionally, the roll changing device is suitable for changing a steering roll, a compression roll, a brush roll, a zinc roll or a wringing roll.
The present invention also provides a roller replacement method including:
providing a roll changing device as claimed in any one of the preceding claims;
the balance hanging beam is connected with a travelling crane through a steel chain, and the shaft head locking mechanism is moved to the position of a roller to be replaced through the travelling crane;
the old roller is locked and fixed on the roller changing device through the shaft head locking mechanism, and the position of the balance weight is adjusted through the electric control system and the transmission mechanism, so that the balance of the balance hanging beam is ensured;
the old roller is separated and disassembled through the travelling crane, a new roller to be installed is locked and fixed on the roller changing device, and the balance weight is adjusted to ensure the balance of the balance hanging beam;
and moving the shaft head locking mechanism to a roll changing position, and installing a new roll.
The roll changing device and the roll changing method have the following beneficial effects:
when the roll changing device is used for roll changing operation, the potential safety hazard in the construction process of a roll changing project can be reduced;
when the roll changing device is used for roll changing operation, the construction time is shortened to 1-2 h, the number of constructors is reduced to 2-3, the operation efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is saved;
when the roll changing device is used for roll changing operation, the labor load of an operator in roll changing projects is reduced.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to specific embodiments, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will be easily understood by those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways, and its several details are capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 1. It should be noted that the drawings provided in the present embodiment are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present invention, and the components related to the present invention are only shown in the drawings rather than drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, and the type, quantity and proportion of the components in actual implementation may be changed freely, and the layout of the components may be more complicated.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to solve the problems of large labor load, high manpower resource requirement and potential safety hazard in the cold rolling multi-type roller replacement process in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a roller replacement device, which includes: a balance hanging beam 11; a shaft head locking mechanism 12 positioned at one end of the balance hanging beam 11 and used for fixing the roller; the balance weight 13 is positioned at the other end of the balance hanging beam 11 and is used for keeping the balance of the balance hanging beam 11; an electronic control system 14 for controlling the movement of the balancing weights 13; a transmission mechanism 15 connected between the balance weight 13 and the electronic control system 14. The roll changing process is greatly optimized by the novel roll changing device capable of being used for the roll changing device, construction time and construction difficulty are greatly reduced, the safety problem caused by the fact that hand racks are erected on site and the complex acceptance process are avoided, and the construction time is greatly reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, the balance hanging beam 11 is provided with two lifting lugs 16 for hanging the balance hanging beam 11, and in actual work, the lifting lugs 16 are connected with the crane main hook by using special lifting rigging. In other embodiments, a plurality of lifting lugs can be arranged according to requirements. In other embodiments, no lifting lug is provided, and the balance lifting beam 11 is bound or hung by a special lifting rope.
As an example, the spindle head locking mechanism 12 adopts two locking modes of mechanical locking and/or manual cylinder locking to ensure the locking of the spindle head. In practical use, two locking modes of mechanical locking and manual oil cylinder locking can be adopted simultaneously, or only one of the two locking modes can be adopted.
By way of example, the electronic control system 14 may be operated manually and/or remotely via a wireless device to facilitate operation of the electronic control system. In practical use, two operation methods of manual operation and/or wireless remote control can be adopted simultaneously, or only one of the two operation methods can be used.
As an example, the transmission mechanism 15 adopts a ball screw to transmit, and has the advantages of lightness, flexibility, stability and the like.
As an example, the weight of the balancing weight 13 matches the weight of the roll fixed in the roll changer. The balance weight can be disassembled, and the balance weight matched with the roller is selected according to the weight of the roller so as to ensure the balance of the balance hanging beam.
As an example, the spindle head locking mechanism 12 is of a type matching the type of the roll to be fixed in the roll changer.
By way of example, the electronic control system 14 includes an electric motor and a reduction gearbox. The motor is connected with the reduction gearbox through a transmission shaft.
When the roller replacing device provided by the embodiment is used for replacing the roller, two processes of old and old roller dismounting and new roller mounting are included. The method for replacing the roller by using the roller replacing device provided by the embodiment is described in detail with reference to fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention can also provide a roller replacing method including the steps of:
providing a roll changing device as described above;
the balance hanging beam is connected with a travelling crane through a steel chain, and the shaft head locking mechanism is moved to the position of a roller to be replaced through the travelling crane;
the old roller is locked and fixed on the roller changing device through the shaft head locking mechanism, and the position of the balance weight is adjusted through the electric control system and the transmission mechanism, so that the balance of the balance hanging beam is ensured;
the old roller is separated and disassembled through the travelling crane, a new roller to be installed is locked and fixed on the roller changing device, and the balance weight is adjusted to ensure the balance of the balance hanging beam;
and moving the shaft head locking mechanism to a roll changing position, and installing a new roll.
Specifically, a steel chain is fixed on a lifting lug 16 positioned on a balance lifting beam 11, the other end of the steel chain is connected with a main hook of a travelling crane, and a shaft head locking mechanism 12 is moved to a position of a roller to be changed through the travelling crane; the old roller is locked and fixed on the roller changing device through a shaft head locking mechanism 12, and the position of a balance weight 13 is adjusted through an electric control system 14 and a transmission mechanism 15, so that the balance of a balance hanging beam 11 is ensured; the old roller is separated and unloaded through a travelling crane, the new roller is locked and fixed on the roller changing device, and the position of the balance weight 13 is adjusted to ensure the balance of the balance hanging beam 11; and moving the shaft head locking mechanism 12 to a roll changing position, and installing a new roll.
The roller changing device provided by the invention has the advantages that the electric control transmission replaces the traditional manual transmission, and the roller changing device is rapid, efficient and convenient; the operation mode adopts a manual operation mode and a wireless remote control mode, and is simple and convenient; the counterweight mode is variable, the counterweight device is suitable for working under various working conditions, and the counterweight device is multipurpose and strong in practicability; the operation is steady and reliable, is applicable to the condition that the roller of all platforms is changed and the driving can't directly hoist, solves the construction situation that the roller dismouting of platform needs to set up scaffold platform and transport repeatedly, and the practicality is strong, easy operation, factor of safety are high.
When the roll changing device is used for roll changing operation, the processes of erecting a frame and transporting a chain block are reduced, so that the construction time and the construction difficulty are greatly reduced, the safety problem and the fussy acceptance process caused by erecting a scaffold on site are avoided, and the construction time is greatly shortened; when the roll changing device is used for roll changing operation, the construction time is only 1-2 hours, the number of constructors is reduced to 2-3, the construction efficiency is improved, the potential safety hazard in construction is reduced, and the safety factor is improved; the replacement of 5-6 steering rollers each time can save the labor cost by 3000-5000 yuan, can reduce the labor cost by 2-3 ten thousand yuan each year, and can reduce the repair time and increase the production benefit by about 100 ten thousand each year.
It should be noted that the roller changing device of the embodiment is not limited to the replacement of the steering roller, the press roller, the brush roller, the zinc roller, and the wringing roller, and can also be used for the replacement of the roller in other suitable situations.

Claims (10)
1. A roll change device, comprising:
a balance hanging beam;
the shaft head locking mechanism is positioned at one end of the balance hanging beam and used for fixing the roller;
the balance weight is positioned at the other end of the balance hanging beam and used for keeping the balance of the balance hanging beam;
the electric control system is used for controlling the balance weight to move on the balance hanging beam;
and the transmission mechanism is connected with the electric control system and the balance weight and used for mobile transmission.
2. The roll-changing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the balance hanging beam is provided with two lifting eyes for hanging the balance hanging beam.
3. The roll changing device according to claim 1, wherein the spindle head locking mechanism adopts two locking modes of mechanical locking and/or manual cylinder locking.
4. The roll changing device according to claim 1, wherein the electric control system adopts two operation modes of manual operation and/or wireless remote control operation.
5. The roll-changing device of claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism is driven by a ball screw.
6. A roll change device according to claim 1, characterized in that the weight of the balancing weight matches the weight of the roll fixed in the roll change device.
7. The roll-changing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the spindle head locking mechanism is of a type matching the type of the roll being secured in the roll-changing apparatus.
8. The roll changing device of claim 1, wherein the electrical control system comprises a motor and a reduction gearbox connected by a transmission shaft.
9. The roll changing device of claim 1, wherein the roll changing device is adapted for the replacement of a turning roll, a pressure roll, a brush roll, a zinc roll or a wringer roll.
10. A roll changing method, comprising the steps of:
providing a roll changing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9;
the balance hanging beam is connected with a travelling crane through a steel chain, and the shaft head locking mechanism is moved to the position of a roller to be replaced through the travelling crane;
the old roller is locked and fixed on the roller changing device through the shaft head locking mechanism, and the position of the balance weight is adjusted through the electric control system and the transmission mechanism, so that the balance of the balance hanging beam is ensured;
the old roller is separated and disassembled through the travelling crane, a new roller to be installed is locked and fixed on the roller changing device, and the balance weight is adjusted to ensure the balance of the balance hanging beam;
and moving the shaft head locking mechanism to a roll changing position, and installing a new roll.
