The wheel replacing device provided by the embodiment can smoothly slide on the sliding rail by matching the long guide wheel with the short guide wheel, can adjust the height of the balance beam by adjusting the main adjusting rod and the thread sleeve arranged on the adjusting seat, and can freely rotate the balance beam under the condition that the main adjusting rod does not act through the bearing between the balance beam and the main adjusting rod, thereby realizing the replacement function for replacing the wheel on site; the integral design structure is simple, the maintenance and the repair are convenient, the service time of using a crane or other hoisting equipment is reduced, and the operation efficiency and the safety factor are improved.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A vehicle wheel exchanging apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a sliding device, a height adjusting device and a wheel clamping device; the wheel clamping device is matched with the sliding device for operation through the height adjusting device;
the sliding device comprises a long guide wheel, two sides of the long guide wheel are connected with short side plates, and the short side plates are arranged on the main plate, so that the main plate can roll and slide on the sliding rail through the rolling of the long guide wheel; the main board is provided with short side plates, and the two sides of the outer side of each short side plate are further provided with long side plates, and each long side plate is provided with a short guide wheel for fixing and guiding; an adjusting seat is further arranged above the main board, and an adjusting hole is formed in the adjusting seat;
the height adjusting device comprises a main adjusting rod, the wheel clamping device comprises a balance beam, and fixing clamps for clamping wheels are arranged at two ends of the balance beam; the upper part of the main adjusting rod is connected with the balance beam through a bearing, and the lower part of the main adjusting rod penetrates through an adjusting hole in the adjusting seat and is connected with a thread sleeve arranged below the adjusting hole in a thread fit mode.
2. A driving wheel replacing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the long side plate and the main plate are installed and connected in a split manner, and the gap between the short guide wheel and the slide rail is not less than 0.40 mm.
3. A driving wheel exchanging device according to claim 1, wherein the balance beam is provided with a curvature at both ends thereof corresponding to the wheel, and an upper fixing clip and a lower fixing clip for clamping the wheel are provided on the curvature surface.
4. A driving wheel replacing device according to claim 1, wherein adjusting shafts are arranged on both sides of the balance beam, and universal wheels in close contact with the adjusting seats are mounted at the lower ends of the adjusting shafts.
5. A driving wheel replacing device according to claim 1, wherein the balance beam is further provided with secondary adjusting rods on both sides, and the bottom of the secondary adjusting rods is provided with secondary adjusting wheels in close contact with the sliding rails.
6. A drive wheel exchanging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the bearing is mounted on the balance beam, the bearing outer race is mounted on the balance beam, the bearing inner race is mounted on the main adjustment rod, and an end cap is provided on an upper portion of the bearing.
7. A driving wheel replacing device according to claim 1, wherein the thread sleeve and the adjusting hole are integrally connected or welded, and the diameter of the adjusting hole is not less than (thread diameter of the thread sleeve +0.40 mm).
8. A driving wheel replacing device according to claim 1, wherein a pair of lifting lugs is arranged on each side of the balance beam.
9. A service wheel exchanging apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the main adjustment rod is provided with a removable nut.
10. A method for service wheel replacement, wherein a service wheel replacement device according to any one of claims 1-9 is applied, the method comprising:
clamping the spare wheel part by using a fixing clamp;
installing the driving wheel replacing device on a slide rail;
disassembling the wheel to be replaced which needs to be replaced, clamping the wheel by a fixing clamp at the other end, and then dragging the wheel away;
the wheel to be replaced and the wheel spare parts arranged on the balance beam are jacked up to be separated from the sliding rail by screwing the main adjusting rod;
through the rotation of compensating beam, the wheel that awaits changing is exchanged with wheel spare part realization, then moves wheel spare part to the mounted position of driving and installs, accomplishes the wheel and changes.
