Description

Driving wheel replacement device and application method
Technical Field
The application relates to a device for replacing wheels of a traveling crane, mainly relates to a device for improving the working efficiency and the working safety coefficient of the high-altitude working for replacing the wheels of the heavy-duty traveling crane, and particularly relates to a device for replacing the wheels of the traveling crane on line and an application method.
Background
In the field of metallurgical industry, a travelling crane is used as a main hoisting tool, and the equipment performance of the travelling crane directly influences the operation efficiency of workshops and the safety coefficient of field operation. Wherein: when the abrasion loss of the wheels of the travelling crane exceeds the standard, or the bearings of the wheels are defective, the wheels must be replaced.
At present, wheels of a traveling crane are replaced on line, after safety measures are taken by operators, the traveling crane at the positions of the wheels to be replaced is lifted up by using tools such as jacks, a disassembly space is provided for disassembling the wheels, the wheels mounted on the traveling crane are disassembled, after one fastening bolt is reserved, all fastening bolts are disassembled again after the wheels to be disassembled are fixed by using a hoist or a lock, and then the wheels are slowly moved out to a position capable of being hoisted, and are hoisted to the ground by a crane or other hoisting tools.
During installation, the spare part wheels are hoisted beside the travelling crane slide rail by a crane or other hoisting tools, a chain block or a lock is tied, and the wheels are slowly moved to an installation position by manpower for installation.
The technology for dismounting and mounting the driving wheels mainly has the following difficulties:
the method comprises the following steps: the vehicle wheels are arranged at the bottom of the vehicle, the mounting points of the wheels cannot be directly hoisted, and after the wheels are detached, the wheels are moved out of the hoisting points, so that the safety risk is high, and the operation difficulty is high;
and two,: when the detached wheels are moved, the common practice is to slowly move the wheels out of the lifting points by using a hand hoist and manpower, if the wheels fall off or the direction of the wheels is not controlled due to misoperation, the falling of the wheels possibly causes damage to equipment or personnel below the travelling crane and brings safety risks to on-site operators;
and thirdly,: the hoisting time for replacing the wheels is long, only one third of the time is the operation time for installing the wheels in the operation of replacing one wheel, the rest time is the hoisting operation, and the overall operation efficiency is low.
In addition, the prior art also discloses that by clamping the replacement device on the safety barrier, the safety barrier is utilized as a guide rail of the guide device, and the old wheels are moved out of the girder after being fixed. The guardrail is adopted as a guide rail, so that certain problems exist in the safety of operation, in addition, the operation needs to use hoisting equipment such as a crane for many times, and the operation efficiency is low.
