Low-position motor replacing device and replacing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of equipment maintenance, in particular to a low-position motor replacing device and a replacing method thereof.
Background
Motors in a steelmaking continuous casting area are various in types, the field environment is severe in daily production, and the motors need to be maintained frequently due to high-temperature heavy dust. And most of motors can not be directly hoisted and replaced by a traveling crane due to narrow environmental positions, and the automobiles can not be hoisted into the area, so that certain difficulty is brought to field motor replacement construction.
At present, a hoisting method of a motor located at a low and narrow position is that workers use a chain block and a pry bar to cooperate and construct to slowly move the motor out and place the motor on a moving trolley, the motor is moved into a mounting position by the same method, at least 3 people carry out the hoisting process for about 3-4 hours, constructors need to cooperate to use the pry bar at the position with a narrow space, and the chain block hanging position needs to be moved out and moved in, so that the method is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and has potential safety hazards.
Therefore, a set of novel low position motor replacing device needs to be designed, the original method is changed to be matched with the low position motor replacement, the working efficiency of the low position motor replacement is improved, and the operation safety is ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a low position motor replacing apparatus, which is used to solve the technical problems of low operation efficiency, large labor load, large manpower resource requirement and potential safety hazard during the low position motor replacing operation in the prior art.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a low position motor exchange device, comprising:
moving the trolley;
the hoisting mechanism is used for hoisting the motor;
the driving mechanism is used for driving the hoisting mechanism;
the lifting rod is connected with the driving mechanism, the hoisting mechanism and the movable trolley;
and the connecting rod is connected with the hoisting mechanism and the movable trolley.
In one embodiment, the low position motor exchange device is provided with a counterweight for balancing the mobile cart.
In one embodiment, the driving mechanism comprises a jacking cylinder and a manual pressure lever.
In one embodiment, the hoisting mechanism comprises a hoisting rod and an upper bracket supporting the hoisting rod.
In one embodiment, the moving trolley is further provided with a lower bracket for supporting the motor.
The embodiment also provides a low position motor replacing method, which comprises the following steps:
providing a low position motor exchange apparatus as described in any one of the above embodiments;
dismantling the cable of the old motor and marking;
the lifting rod is driven to move and the hoisting mechanism is driven to lift through the driving mechanism;
adjusting the height of the hoisting mechanism to be parallel to the center position of a lifting lug hole, pushing the movable trolley and fixing the hoisting mechanism on the lifting lug;
continuously lifting the hoisting mechanism, hoisting away and unloading the old motor;
hoisting a new motor to be installed on the hoisting mechanism, and hoisting and transporting the new motor to a position to be installed;
and installing a new motor to be installed.
In an embodiment, in the step of removing the cable of the old motor and marking, a step of replacing the lifting lug of the old motor with a special square lifting lug is further included.
In one embodiment, before the step of hoisting the new motor to be installed on the hoisting mechanism and hoisting the new motor to the position to be installed, the method further comprises the step of installing a special square lifting lug on the new motor.

As shown in fig. 1, in order to solve the problems of low operation efficiency, large labor load, large manpower resource requirement, potential safety hazard and the like in the low position motor replacement in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a low position motor replacement device, including: a mobile trolley 11; a hoisting mechanism for hoisting the motor; the driving mechanism is used for driving the hoisting mechanism; a lifting rod 18 connected to the driving mechanism, the hoisting mechanism and the movable trolley 11; and a connecting rod 17 connected with the hoisting mechanism and the movable trolley 11. According to the low position motor replacing device, the original method is changed to replace the low position motor, the working efficiency of replacing the low position motor is improved, and the safety coefficient is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the low position motor exchange device further includes a counterweight 13 for keeping the dolly 11 balanced.
As shown in fig. 1, the driving device includes a jacking cylinder 12 and a manual pressing rod 14, and the jacking cylinder 12 is driven to extend by the manual pressing rod 14, so as to drive the lifting rod 18 and the lifting rod 15 to be lifted.
As shown in fig. 1, the hoisting mechanism comprises a hoisting rod 15 and an upper bracket 19 supporting the hoisting rod 15.
As shown in fig. 1, the traveling carriage 11 further includes a lower bracket 16 for supporting the motor.
When the low-position motor replacing device provided by the embodiment is used for replacing a low-position motor, the replacing operation comprises two processes of old motor dismounting and new motor mounting. A method of replacing a motor using the low-position motor replacing apparatus according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the cables of the old motor are removed and marked and the lifting lugs of the old motor are replaced by special square lifting lugs 20, as shown in fig. 2. Then, the manual pressure rod 14 is used for pressurizing to enable the jacking oil cylinder 12 to extend out, so that the lifting rod 18 is driven to move and the hoisting rod 15 is driven to lift; adjusting the height of the hoisting rod 15 to be parallel to the hole center position of the lifting lug 20, pushing the movable trolley 11 to enable the hoisting rod 15 to penetrate through the lifting lug 20 and be fixed; continuously lifting the hoisting mechanism, moving out and unloading the old motor, and in the process, using the counterweight 13 to ensure the balance of the movable trolley 11; mounting a special square lifting lug 20 on a new motor to be replaced, hoisting the new motor on a hoisting rod 15, hoisting the new motor to a position to be mounted, and in the process, using a balance weight 13 to ensure the balance of the movable trolley 11; and installing a new motor to be installed, and installing a cable according to the mark made during the dismantling.
It should be noted that when the low-position motor replacing device of the embodiment is used for replacing a low-position motor, potential safety hazards in the low-position motor construction process can be reduced; when the low-position motor replacing device is used for replacing, the construction time is shortened from the expected 5h to 2.5h, the construction period can be greatly shortened under the condition of ensuring the quality and the safety, and the construction difficulty is reduced. Saves a large amount of labor cost and spare part cost, and has good economic benefit and social benefit.

1. A low position motor exchange device comprising:
moving the trolley;
the hoisting mechanism is used for hoisting the motor;
the driving mechanism is used for driving the hoisting mechanism;
the lifting rod is connected with the driving mechanism, the hoisting mechanism and the movable trolley;
and the connecting rod is connected with the hoisting mechanism and the movable trolley.
2. The low position motor exchange of claim 1, wherein the low position motor exchange is provided with a counterweight for balancing the mobile cart.
3. The low position motor exchange device of claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism includes a lift cylinder and a manual lever.
4. The low position motor exchange device of claim 1, wherein the hoisting mechanism comprises a hoisting rod and an upper bracket supporting the hoisting rod.
5. The low position motor exchange device of claim 1, wherein the dolly is further provided with a lower bracket for supporting the motor.
6. A low position motor replacement method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing a low-position motor exchange apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5;
dismantling the cable of the old motor and marking;
the lifting rod is driven to move and the hoisting mechanism is driven to lift through the driving mechanism;
adjusting the height of the hoisting mechanism to be parallel to the center position of a lifting lug hole, pushing the movable trolley and fixing the hoisting mechanism on the lifting lug;
continuously lifting the hoisting mechanism, hoisting away and unloading the old motor;
hoisting a new motor to be installed on the hoisting mechanism, and hoisting and transporting the new motor to a position to be installed;
and installing a new motor to be installed.
7. The low position motor exchange apparatus of claim 6, wherein the step of removing and marking the cable of the old motor further comprises the step of replacing the lifting lug of the old motor with a special square lifting lug.
8. The low-position motor replacing device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a step of installing a special square lifting lug on the new motor before the step of lifting the new motor to be installed on the lifting mechanism and lifting the new motor to a position to be installed.
9. The low position motor exchange apparatus of claim 6, wherein a counterweight is used to keep the balance of the moving cart during the process of lifting the old motor and lifting the new motor.
10. The low position motor exchange device of claim 6, wherein in the step of installing a new motor to be installed, the installation of the cable is performed according to a mark.
