(4) Dynamic load test
The winch lifts a heavy object with 1.1 times of rated load, and the functions of each part of a special lifting device for replacing a heat exchange tube of the transverse tube cooler and a winch brake are tested; the dynamic load test is not less than 3 times, whether each component of the special hoisting device for replacing the heat exchange tube of the horizontal tube cooler is damaged or not is visually checked, whether the joint is loose or damaged or not is checked, and whether the operation condition of the winch and control equipment thereof is normal or not is checked;
d. formally hoisting heat exchange tube
The special hoisting device capable of formally using the heat exchange tubes of the cross tube cooler at the back after all the tests are qualified is used, the hoisting steel wire ropes are controlled to be lifted up and down through the hoisting machine, the positions of the dismantling platforms of all the layers of the heat exchange tubes erected on the side edges of the cross tube cooler are required to be lifted up and down according to the heat exchange tube replacement process, the old heat exchange tubes are started to be lifted up and dismantled to the ground and the new heat exchange tubes are started to be lifted up and down to the installation positions, the dismantling platforms of all the layers of the heat exchange tubes are erected on the side edges of the cross tube cooler (13), and the special hoisting device is arranged at the top of the cross tube cooler and comprises a herringbone mast, two mast rotary supports and a hoisting machine, and is characterized in that:
the herringbone mast (7) is formed by two mast upright posts (71) in a herringbone shape, the mast upright posts are steel pipes, a 1 st lifting lug (75) and a 2 nd lifting lug (76) are arranged at the top end of the herringbone mast, a 3 rd lifting lug (77) is arranged in the middle of the herringbone mast, rotary lug seats (78) are respectively arranged at the two bottom ends of the herringbone mast, and rotary lug seat holes (79) are formed in the rotary lug seats;
the two mast rotary supports (9) respectively comprise a support base plate (91) and two vertical plates (92) with through holes (93) in the center, and the two vertical plates are parallel to each other at a certain interval; the two vertical plates are vertically welded and fixed on the bottom plate of the support; a rotary lug seat (78) of a horizontal mast is respectively accommodated between two vertical plates of the two mast rotary supports (9), and a pin shaft (10) is used for connecting a rotary lug seat hole (79) with a through hole (93) of the vertical plate (92);
wherein: the two mast rotary supports (9) are welded at the top edge of the cross tube cooler, and a chain block (8) is arranged between a lifting lug (11) arranged at the top of the cross tube cooler and a lifting lug (75) of the first herringbone mast so as to control the pitching angle of the herringbone mast;
the winch (4) is arranged on the ground; the hoisting pulley is arranged, the 1 st hoisting pulley (1) is connected with the 2 nd lifting lug (76) through a steel wire rope, the 2 nd hoisting pulley (2) is connected with the 3 rd lifting lug (77) in the middle of the mast upright post (71) through a steel wire rope, and the 3 rd hoisting pulley (3) is arranged at the bottom of the transverse tube cooler; the hoist engine wire rope turns to upwards along the horizontal pipe cooler through the 3 rd lifting pulley (3), upwards along the mast upright post (71) through the 2 nd lifting pulley (2), vertically downwards through the counterweight (5) through the 1 st lifting pulley (1), and finally is connected with the hoisting wire rope group (6), and the hoisting wire rope group is used for bundling the hoisting heat exchange pipe (12), so as to achieve the special hoisting device for replacing the horizontal pipe cooler heat exchange pipe.
2. The special hoisting device for replacing the heat exchange tube of the cross tube cooler according to claim 1, wherein two parallel 1 st support rods (72) and 2 nd support rods (73) are arranged between the two mast upright posts, the 1 st support rods and the 2 nd support rods are separated by a certain interval, and diagonal support rods (74) are arranged in the interval to improve the strength of the herringbone mast.
3. The special hoisting device for replacing the heat exchange tube of the transverse tube cooler according to claim 1, wherein the 1 st lifting lug (75) and the 2 nd lifting lug (76) are correspondingly and fixedly arranged on two sides of the herringbone mast.
4. The special hoisting device for replacing heat exchange tubes of a cross tube cooler according to claim 1, wherein the specification of the chain block is required to bear the hoisting weight of a mast, the hoisting weight of a hoisting machine is required to bear the weight of the heat exchange tubes expected to be hoisted, the structural strength of a herringbone mast is required to meet the requirement of hoisting bearing capacity, and the pitching angle of the herringbone mast is required to ensure that the extending distance of the herringbone mast can exceed the dismantling platform of the heat exchange tubes.
5. A method of using the special lifting device for replacing heat exchange tubes of a cross tube cooler as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
a. special hoisting device for replacing heat exchange tube of transverse tube cooler
b. Special hoisting device for replacing heat exchange tube of transverse tube cooler
c. The load test of the winch comprises the following steps of;
(1) No-load test
(2) Rated load test
(3) Static load test
(4) Dynamic load test
d. Formally hoisting heat exchange tube
The special hoisting device for replacing the heat exchange tubes of the transverse tube cooler can be formally used after all the tests are qualified, the hoisting wire ropes are controlled to be lifted up and down through the hoisting machine, the positions of the dismantling platforms of all layers of the heat exchange tubes which are erected on the side edges of the transverse tube cooler are required to be lifted up and down according to the replacement process of the heat exchange tubes, and the old heat exchange tubes are hoisted and dismantled to the ground and the new heat exchange tubes are hoisted and dismantled to the installation positions.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the chain block is sized to support the weight of the mast, and the hoist is sized to meet the weight requirement of the replacement of the heat exchange tube of the horizontal tube cooler.
7. The method for using the special hoisting device for replacing the heat exchange tube of the cross tube cooler of claim 5, wherein the structural strength of the herringbone mast is required to meet the requirement of hoisting bearing capacity, and the pitching angle of the herringbone mast is required to ensure that the extending distance of the herringbone mast can exceed the dismantling platform of the heat exchange tube.
