本发明公开了一种用于古建筑墙体修复的青砖,包括砖胚、内纤维和外涂层,内纤维设置在砖胚内,外涂层设置在砖胚的外壁,砖胚包括以下原料:硅酸盐水泥14%‑18%、陶粒66%‑74%、混凝土染色剂2%‑4%、沸石2%‑5%和水余量,配料百分比为重量百分比;内纤维为玻璃纤维。陶粒与水泥砂浆之间的粘结能力较强,因而使得青砖具有较高的抗渗能力和耐久性,当青砖内部受雨水腐蚀后粉化时,会产生气体,而沸石能够有效吸收气体,避免气体顶胀青砖,各层交叉的玻璃纤维提高了青砖抗应力能力,并且在玻璃纤维的支撑下,增强青砖抗断裂能力,最后,通过混凝土增强剂的浸入提高其抗重压能力,因此该青砖抗块化剥离和抗开裂能力较佳。

本发明属于古建筑墙体修复技术领域,具体涉及一种用于古建筑墙体修复的青砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
古建筑墙体修复过程中采用的青砖,通常采用粘土搭配碎瓦片后烧制而成,由于长期受到日晒雨淋,并还伴有风蚀,常以表面块化剥离的情况出现,这主要因为随着时间的推移,青砖抗应力能力因质地变化而退化,而且内部受雨水腐蚀后粉化时,会产生气体,从内而外顶胀青砖,受到其它青砖的重压下,最终导致青砖整体开裂,因此有必要设计一种抗块化剥离和抗开裂的用于古建筑墙体修复的青砖。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于古建筑墙体修复的青砖及其制备方法,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于古建筑墙体修复的青砖,包括砖胚、内纤维和外涂层,所述内纤维设置在砖胚内,所述外涂层设置在砖胚的外壁,砖胚包括以下原料:硅酸盐水泥14%-18%、陶粒66%-74%、混凝土染色剂2%-4%、沸石2%-5%和水余量,配料百分比为重量百分比;内纤维为玻璃纤维;外涂层为真石漆、混凝土增强剂。
一种用于古建筑墙体修复的青砖制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按比例称取砖胚各个原料,并进行混合搅拌,制得浆状物;
步骤二:准备加纤模具,将内纤维压紧在加纤模具中,将浆状物倒入加纤模具中,凝固后拆模,制得初成砖;
步骤三:将初成砖进行蒸汽养护;
步骤四:按设定尺寸对初成砖进行切块,并进行端侧倒角;
步骤五:在初成砖外管壁面涂刷混凝土增强剂,混凝土增强剂凝固后,喷施真石漆,获得青砖成品。
优选的,所述步骤二中,所述加纤模具包括模底片以及设置在模底片上的叠模环,所述叠模环之间相互贴合,所述内纤维呈交叉压覆在叠模环之间以及模底片与叠模环之间,所述模底片的四侧设置有底片,所述叠模环的四侧设置有顶片,所述底片上均连接有螺柱,所述螺柱的一端贯穿顶片并通过螺母锁紧。
优选的,所述步骤二中,将浆状物倒入加纤模具中后,并采用振捣器插底振捣浆状物不低于1分钟。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
一种用于古建筑墙体修复的青砖,包括砖胚、内纤维和外涂层,内纤维设置在砖胚内,外涂层设置在砖胚的外壁,砖胚包括以下原料:硅酸盐水泥14%-18%、陶粒66%-74%、混凝土染色剂2%-4%、沸石2%-5%和水余量,沸石选用粒径为3毫米,配料百分比为重量百分比;内纤维为玻璃纤维;外涂层为真石漆、混凝土增强剂。
实施例一:砖胚包括以下原料:硅酸盐水泥16%、陶粒68%、混凝土染色剂2%、沸石2%和水余量;
实施例二:砖胚包括以下原料:硅酸盐水泥18%、陶粒71%、混凝土染色剂2%、沸石5%和水余量;

步骤一:按比例称取砖胚各个原料,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌时,采用混凝土搅拌机搅拌,制得浆状物;

砖胚中原料性能:
硅酸盐水泥凝结硬化快,抗冻性能好;
陶粒自身较轻,由于其占有配料比重大,制作出来的青砖自重较轻,因此采用该种青砖砌筑的古建筑墙体自重明确减轻,降低对每块青砖的下压力,而作为骨料,弹性模量较低,允许变化性能较大,因此制得的青砖抗震性能较好,并且不易断裂,陶粒表面比碎石粗糙,具有一定吸水能力,所以陶粒与水泥砂浆之间的粘结能力较强,因而使得青砖具有较高的抗渗能力和耐久性;
混凝土染色剂主要用于对胚料调色,使得胚料与真石漆颜色相同;
沸石内部充满了细微的孔穴和通道,当青砖内部受雨水腐蚀后粉化时,会产生气体,而沸石能够有效吸收气体,避免气体顶胀青砖;
水用于硅酸盐水泥水化,从而填充在陶粒和沸石的缝隙中。
内纤维原料性能:
玻璃纤维能够被水泥浆有效浸入,水泥浆嵌固后,各层交叉的玻璃纤维提高了青砖抗应力能力,并且在玻璃纤维的支撑下,增强青砖抗断裂能力。
外涂层原料性能:
混凝土增强剂能够增强青砖整体强度,提高其抗重压能力;
真石漆能够让青砖表面体现被风蚀后的颗粒感。
基于青砖自重,分别以实施例一和实施例二的砖胚配比分别制作成五块规格为600mm*300mm*25mm的青砖,并从市场采集五块同大小的粘土与碎瓦片烧制而成的五块规格为600mm*300mm*25mm的青砖,并采用电子称逐个称量,获得各个青砖自重,如表1:

由表1可知,相对现有的采用粘土和碎瓦片调合后烧制出来规格为600mm*300mm*25mm的青砖,通过以实施例一和实施例二的砖胚配比分别制作成为600mm*300mm*25mm的青砖具有重量较为轻的优点,因此砌筑出来的古建筑墙体整体质轻,对各个青砖的下压力降低。
基于青砖抗断裂能力,将承重后的青砖分别采用U型承台支撑而放置在液压测力平台上检测,以目测青砖断裂而停止下压,获得各个青砖抗断裂强度,如表2:

由表2可知,相对现有的采用粘土和碎瓦片调合后烧制出来规格为600mm*300mm*25mm的青砖,通过以实施例一和实施例二的砖胚配比分别制作成为600mm*300mm*25mm的青砖具有抗断裂能力强的特点。
本发明中用于古建筑墙体修复的青砖,通过硅酸盐水泥与水混合作为粘料,并以陶粒作为骨料,制作出来的青砖自重较轻,因此采用该种青砖砌筑的古建筑墙体自重明确减轻,降低对每块青砖的下压力,而作为骨料,弹性模量较低,允许变化性能较大,因此制得的青砖抗震性能较好,并且不易断裂,陶粒表面比碎石粗糙,具有一定吸水能力,所以陶粒与水泥砂浆之间的粘结能力较强,因而使得青砖具有较高的抗渗能力和耐久性,当青砖内部受雨水腐蚀后粉化时,会产生气体,而沸石能够有效吸收气体,避免气体顶胀青砖,各层交叉的玻璃纤维提高了青砖抗应力能力,并且在玻璃纤维的支撑下,增强青砖抗断裂能力,最后,通过混凝土增强剂的浸入提高其抗重压能力,因此该青砖抗块化剥离和抗开裂能力较佳;
