a second vertical driving mechanism (342) capable of driving the opening and closing lid (341) to move in a vertical direction;
a third rotary drive mechanism (343) in meshing transmission with the first gear ring to drive the first gear ring, thereby driving the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34) to reciprocate integrally around the rotary support (32);
and the capping device (344) is arranged on the side of the switch capping device (341) and is provided with an elastic pressure head, and the height of the elastic pressure head is lower than that of the switch capping device (341) so that the elastic pressure head can contact with the top of the packaging barrel and press the packaging barrel in advance of the switch capping device (341).
The cap opening and closing device (341) uses a cap screwing quick-change structure and a cap opening and closing robot as disclosed in CN113998646A, or uses a gas claw and a cap opening and closing robot with a three-claw structure as disclosed in CN113929033A, or uses a cap screwing device and a related cap opening and closing technical scheme in the cap opening and closing robot as disclosed in CN 113753816A.
In a rotary filling line, a method for opening and closing a packaging barrel by using a reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34), comprising:
after the barrel feeding turntable (21) places the packaging barrel at a barrel feeding station, the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34) and the large turntable (31) are controlled to rotate synchronously in the forward direction, and the barrel cover is opened before the packaging barrel reaches the next filling station;
then judge whether the quantity of pail pack on carousel (31) satisfies the condition of covering:
if the cover storage condition is met, controlling the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34) to rapidly and reversely rotate to the cover storage device (35), and placing the barrel cover on the cover storage device (35);
if the cover storage condition is not met, controlling the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34) to rapidly and reversely rotate to the packaging barrel passing through the last reciprocating filling station, then controlling the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34) and the large rotating disc (31) to forwardly and synchronously rotate, and covering the barrel cover on the packaging barrel before the packaging barrel reaches a barrel outlet station;
then judge whether the quantity of pail pack on carousel (31) satisfies and gets and cover the condition:
if the condition is not met, the operation of opening and closing the cover is continuously carried out on the next packaging barrel on the barrel feeding station;
if the cover taking condition is met, the cover taking mechanism (34) is controlled to reach the cover taking device (35) to take the cover, then the packaging barrel passes through the last reciprocating filling station and reversely rotates fast, the cover taking mechanism (34) and the large rotating disc (31) are controlled to forwardly synchronously rotate, and the cover of the packaging barrel is covered on the packaging barrel before the packaging barrel reaches the barrel outlet station.
When the cover storage condition is not met, the cover storage device (35) is controlled to retract to avoid the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34).
The cover storage conditions are as follows:
the number of the packing barrels on the large rotary table is larger than that of the barrel covers on the cap storage device, and the number of the barrel covers on the cap storage device is smaller than M-2.
The cover taking condition is as follows:
the barrel feeding station is empty, and the number of the packaging barrels on the large rotary table = the number of the barrel covers on the cap storage device.
The empty loading of the barrel feeding station means that no new packaging barrel is located at the barrel feeding station when a preset time interval is reached.
The method for opening and closing the cover on the rotary filling production line can solve the problems of cover opening, cover storage, cover taking and cover closing on the rotary filling production line only by one cover opening and closing device, so that the rotary filling production line can operate at high speed and stably.
A cover storage device (35) is arranged between the barrel inlet station and the barrel outlet station, the cover storage device (35) is connected to the rotary support (32) and can move in a telescopic mode relative to the rotary support (32) to avoid the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34).
The cover storage device (35) is provided with the same number of cover storage positions as the reciprocating filling stations, namely M-2 cover storage positions.

after the barrel feeding turntable (21) places the packaging barrel at a barrel feeding station, a reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34) is controlled to rotate synchronously with the large turntable (31) and the packaging barrel on the large turntable in the forward direction, the barrel cover is opened before the packaging barrel reaches the next reciprocating filling station, the barrel cover is placed on a returning line, and then the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34) returns to the barrel feeding station again to wait for the next packaging barrel;
the back conveying line is conveyed along the reverse direction of the large rotary disc and reaches between the last reciprocating filling station and the barrel discharging station (including the position point of the last reciprocating filling station but not including the position point of the barrel discharging station) before the packaging barrel forwards moves to the last reciprocating filling station on the large rotary disc (31);
the lid is then removed from the return line by another cover-opening and closing mechanism (34) which rotates synchronously with the packaging barrel and closes the lid before the packaging barrel reaches the dispensing station, and then returns to the cover-removing position to wait for the next lid.
The rotary table is characterized in that the return line is coaxially arranged with the large rotary table, but the rotary table rotates in the opposite direction, the rotating speed of the return line is lower than that of the large rotary table, and the rotating speed of the return line can be smaller as the number of stations on the large rotary table is larger.
In a rotary filling line, a method for opening and closing a packaging barrel by using two reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanisms (34) comprises the following steps:
after the barrel feeding turntable (21) places the packaging barrel at a barrel feeding station, a reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34) is controlled to rotate synchronously with the large turntable (31) and the packaging barrel on the large turntable in the forward direction, the barrel cover is opened before the packaging barrel reaches the next reciprocating filling station, the barrel cover is placed on a cover storing structure which is transferred synchronously with the packaging barrel on the large turntable, and then the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34) returns to the barrel feeding station again to wait for the next packaging barrel;
when the packaging barrel rotates to the last reciprocating filling station, the other reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism waiting at the last reciprocating filling station is controlled to synchronously rotate with the packaging barrel on the large rotary table, the barrel cover is taken down from the cover storage structure, the barrel cover is covered on the packaging barrel before the packaging barrel reaches the barrel outlet station, and then the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism returns to the last reciprocating filling station again to wait for the next barrel cover.
The invention provides two different solutions for solving the technical problems of cover opening, cover storage, cover taking and cover closing, wherein one solution is to design a return line independently, and the other solution is to design a synchronously operated cover storage structure, namely, the cover opening, cover storage, cover taking and cover closing actions of a packaging barrel are realized by two reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanisms in a reverse rotation or synchronous rotation mode, so that the rotary filling production line can realize continuous and stable production.
Each filling gun on the reciprocating filling mechanism (33) is provided with a driving mechanism in the vertical direction; reciprocating filling mechanism (33) are connected rotate on support (32) second ring gear (322), second ring gear (322) with rotate support (32) coaxial arrangement, reciprocating filling mechanism (33) can with rotating support (32) is the center, is reciprocating motion between first reciprocating filling station and last reciprocating filling station.
The rotary filling method of the six-station rotary filling machine comprises the following steps:
the packaging barrel is continuously conveyed by a barrel feeding roller way (10);
when the packaging barrel advances to the barrel rotating device (60), the barrel opening of the packaging barrel on the barrel feeding roller way (10) is rotated to a preset direction by the barrel rotating device (60), and the packaging barrel is conveyed to a barrel feeding station on a large rotating disc (31) of the rotary filling machine by the rotary barrel feeding device (20);
the cover of the packaging barrel is opened by a reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34), and the cover is placed on a cover storing device (35) or moved to the last reciprocating filling station;
after the packaging barrel is driven by a large turntable (31) to rotate to a first reciprocating filling station, a first filling gun of a reciprocating filling mechanism (33) is used for filling the packaging barrel;
after the packaging barrel is driven by a large turntable (31) to rotate to a second reciprocating filling station, a second filling gun of a reciprocating filling mechanism (33) fills the packaging barrel, and at the moment, the first filling gun resets to the first reciprocating filling station to fill the next packaging barrel;
after the packaging barrel is driven by a large turntable (31) to rotate to a third reciprocating filling station, a third filling gun of a reciprocating filling mechanism (33) fills the packaging barrel, and at the moment, the first filling gun and the second filling gun respectively reset to the first reciprocating filling station and the second reciprocating filling station;
after the packaging barrel is conveyed to a fourth reciprocating filling station under the drive of a large turntable (31), a cover of the barrel is covered on the packaging barrel by a reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism (34);
when the packaging barrel arrives at the barrel discharging station under the drive of the large rotary table (31), the packaging barrel is transferred to the barrel discharging roller way (50) from the large rotary table (31) by the rotary barrel discharging device (40), thereby completing filling.
The rotary filling method of the six-station rotary filling machine provided by the invention can simultaneously fill three packaging barrels on a large turntable by using three filling guns of a reciprocating filling mechanism, and the working efficiency of the rotary filling method of the six-station rotary filling machine is improved by more than two times compared with that of a one-gun one-barrel filling mode in the prior art: in the invention, the cover opening, filling, cover closing and bucket discharging of one packing bucket can be finished by only one large turntable every 1/6 of the circumference of the rotation; the filling time of each packaging barrel in the prior art is one complete process time of opening, filling and closing the cover.
The rotary barrel discharging device (40) comprises a barrel discharging rotary table, a barrel discharging rotary shaft and a clamping rotary mechanism, wherein the clamping rotary mechanism is provided with N barrel rotating stations arranged on a rotary frame around the barrel feeding rotary shaft, N is a natural number not less than 2, N is less than M, and N is a divisor of M; the length of the rotating path between two adjacent barrel rotating stations is equal to that between two adjacent filling stations.
The barrel discharging rotary table and the large rotary table are meshed through a gear, and the ratio of the diameters of the barrel discharging rotary table and the large rotary table is N/M; alternatively, when M =6 or 8, N =2, i.e. the number of teeth of the large turntable is 3 or 4 times the number of teeth of the barrel turntable.
A third rotation driving mechanism, a third vertical driving mechanism and a clamping mechanism are arranged at each barrel rotating station, and the third vertical driving mechanism is used for driving the clamping mechanism to move in the vertical direction; the third rotation driving mechanism is used for driving the clamping mechanism to rotate.
The rotary tub exit (40) may be less identification than the rotary tub entry (20).

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
It should be noted that the filling stations in this embodiment refer to process reference points uniformly distributed on the circumference of the carousel 31, and the process reference points are related to positions of the rotary barrel inlet device 20 and the rotary barrel outlet device 40, for example, positions correspondingly connected with the rotary barrel inlet device 20 and the rotary barrel outlet device are respectively a barrel inlet station and a barrel outlet station, and a filling station is spaced between the two stations. Taking a six-station filling line as an example, in addition to the barrel inlet station and the barrel outlet station, four filling stations, namely four reciprocating filling stations, are arranged on the circumference of the large turntable. The barrel rotating station in the embodiment refers to a station which rotates along with the barrel rotating shaft on the rotating barrel feeding device.
As shown in fig. 1-18, the present invention provides a rotary bottling line comprising:
the rotary filling machine 30 comprises a large turntable 31, a rotary support 32 which is arranged in the center of the large turntable 31 and is vertically arranged, and M filling stations which are uniformly arranged on the large turntable 31, wherein M is a natural number not less than 5;
the barrel feeding roller table 10 is laid at a first filling station of the rotary filling machine 30, namely a barrel feeding station;
a barrel discharging roller table 50 which is laid at the last filling station of the rotary filling machine 30, namely a barrel discharging station;
the rotary barrel feeding device 20 is used for connecting the barrel feeding stations of the barrel feeding roller way 10 and the rotary filling machine 30;
the rotary barrel discharging device 40 is used for connecting a barrel discharging station of the rotary filling machine 30 with a barrel discharging roller table 50;
wherein, along the rotation direction of the large turntable 31, M-2 reciprocating filling stations are formed between the barrel inlet station and the barrel outlet station; correspondingly, a reciprocating filling mechanism 33 is arranged on the rotary support 32, the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 can reciprocate in the area of the reciprocating filling station by taking the rotary support 32 as a rotary center, and the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 is provided with M-3 filling guns 331, and each filling gun 331 is separated from each other by one filling station, and each filling gun 331 reciprocates between two adjacent filling stations under the driving of the reciprocating filling mechanism 33.
And a packaging barrel recognition device is arranged corresponding to each filling gun and used for detecting whether the packaging barrel reaches a reciprocating filling station below the filling gun or not.
According to the rotary filling production line provided by the invention, empty packaging barrels are conveyed by the barrel inlet roller way, barrel loading of a rotary filling machine is completed from the barrel inlet roller way through the rotary barrel inlet device, the reciprocating filling mechanisms on M-2 stations can simultaneously fill M-3 packaging barrels, filling of the packaging barrels is completed one by one, and the filled packaging barrels are transferred to the barrel outlet roller way through the rotary barrel outlet device.
Further comprising:
the barrel rotating device 60 is arranged along the barrel feeding roller way 10 and located at the upstream of the barrel rotating device 20, and can identify the barrel opening of the packaging barrel on the barrel feeding roller way and rotate the barrel opening of the packaging barrel to a preset direction.
The barrel rotating device 60 can adopt an automatic barrel rotating device and an automatic barrel rotating device in a barrel rotating method disclosed in CN 113292032A.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a rotary filling system, including:
the rotary filling machine 30 comprises a large turntable 31, a rotary support 32 which is arranged in the center of the large turntable 31 and is vertically arranged, and M filling stations which are uniformly arranged on the large turntable 31, wherein M is a natural number not less than 5;
a rotary barrel feeding device 20 for conveying the packaging barrel to a barrel feeding station, namely a first filling station, of the rotary filling machine 30;
the rotary barrel discharging device 40 is used for transporting away the packaging barrel at a barrel discharging station of the rotary filling machine 30, wherein the barrel discharging station is the last filling station;
wherein, the rotary filling machine 30 forms M-2 reciprocating filling stations between the barrel inlet station and the barrel outlet station along the rotation direction of the large turntable 31; correspondingly, a reciprocating filling mechanism 33 is arranged on the rotary support 32, the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 can reciprocate in the area of the reciprocating filling station with the rotary support 32 as a rotary center, the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 is provided with M-3 filling guns 331, and each filling gun 331 is separated from each other by one filling station, and each filling gun 331 can reciprocate between two adjacent filling stations under the driving of the reciprocating filling mechanism 33.
According to the rotary filling system provided by the invention, empty packaging barrels are transferred to the rotary filling machine through the rotary barrel feeding device, the reciprocating filling mechanisms on M-2 stations can simultaneously fill M-3 packaging barrels, the filling of the packaging barrels is completed one by one, and the filled packaging barrels are transferred to the barrel discharging roller way through the rotary barrel discharging device, so that the whole process is rapid and efficient, and the filling time is shortened by more than half compared with that of the conventional filling machine and is determined by the quantity of M and the reciprocating movement time.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a rotary filling driving system, including:
a large turntable 31 surrounding M filling stations uniformly arranged on the large turntable 31, wherein M is a natural number not less than 5; set up the platform that can bear pail pack 70 on the carousel 31 to the quantity of platform equals with the quantity of filling station, rotates the station condition that corresponds along with carousel 31 according to the platform, can start corresponding technology step (for example uncap, filling, close lid etc.).
A driving unit 36 for engaging with the turntable 31 and providing power for the rotation of the turntable 31;
a rotation support 32 vertically arranged at the center of the carousel 31; the rotary support 32 is used to provide support for various filling mechanisms, such as a reciprocating filling mechanism 33, a reciprocating cover-opening and closing mechanism 34, and the like;
the barrel inlet rotary table 21 is meshed with the large rotary table 31, a barrel inlet rotary shaft 22 is arranged at the center of the barrel inlet rotary table 21, and the barrel inlet rotary table 21 drives the barrel inlet rotary shaft 22 to rotate so as to drive the rotary barrel inlet device 20 to rotate;
go out a bucket carousel 41, with the carousel meshing to with advance bucket carousel 21 apart from 1 filling station, the center of going out the bucket carousel is equipped with out the bucket pivot, goes out the bucket carousel and drives out the rotation of bucket pivot, and then drives rotatory barreled of going out device 40 and rotate.
Through the meshing transmission of the large turntable, the barrel inlet turntable and the barrel outlet turntable, the synchronous transmission among the large turntable, the barrel inlet turntable, the barrel filling turntable and the barrel outlet turntable is realized, the large turntable can realize the continuity of barrel inlet, filling and barrel outlet processes as long as the large turntable keeps equal speed transmission, other processes can be orderly carried out, the process connection is accurate, and the process time arrangement can be reasonably controlled.
The automatic barrel filling machine further comprises a first gear ring 321 and a reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34, wherein the first gear ring 321 is arranged on the rotating support 32 and is coaxially arranged with the rotating support, the first gear ring 321 is connected with the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34 and drives the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34 to move at a first reciprocating filling station, a barrel inlet station, a barrel outlet station and a last reciprocating filling station; or, two reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanisms 34 are provided, wherein one reciprocating mechanism reciprocates between a barrel inlet station and a first reciprocating filling station and is used for opening a barrel cover of the packaging barrel and placing the barrel cover on a cover storing structure synchronous with the packaging barrel or a return line reversely conveyed with the packaging barrel, and the other reciprocating mechanism reciprocates between a last reciprocating filling station and a barrel outlet station and is used for taking down the barrel cover from the cover storing structure or the return line and connecting the barrel cover on a barrel opening of the packaging barrel; the two reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanisms 34 are connected to the first gear ring 321, and the two reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanisms 34 are driven by the first gear ring to move synchronously.
The return line is arranged coaxially with the turntable but turns in the opposite direction, and normally, the rotation speed of the return line is less than that of the turntable, and the ratio of the rotation speeds of the return line and the turntable is 3/M-4/M.
The automatic filling machine further comprises a second gear ring 322 and a reciprocating filling mechanism 33, wherein the second gear ring 322 is arranged on the rotating support 32 and is coaxially arranged with the rotating support, and the second gear ring 322 is connected with the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 and drives the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 to reciprocate between a first reciprocating filling station and a last reciprocating filling station.
The reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism and the reciprocating filling mechanism are respectively meshed with the gear ring through the motor control gear, so that the gear ring is driven to rotate, and the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism and the reciprocating filling mechanism are driven to rotate.
The rotatory barreled that advances device 20 that this embodiment provided, including advancing barrel carousel 21, advance barrel pivot 22 and centre gripping slewing mechanism 23, it sets up at the center of advancing barrel carousel 21 to advance barrel pivot 22, centre gripping slewing mechanism 23 is connected at the top of advancing barrel pivot 22 to can the centre gripping packing barrel 70 of below, it drives into barrel pivot 22 and rotates to advance barrel carousel 21, centre gripping slewing mechanism 23 is equipped with N and arranges the barrel station on revolving rack 230 around advancing barrel pivot 22, wherein N is not less than 2 natural number, and N < M, and N is the divisor of M, the rotation path length of two adjacent barrel stations equals with the rotation path length between two adjacent filling stations.
The rotary barrel feeding device can clamp and transfer the packaging barrel, namely transfer the packaging barrel from the barrel feeding roller way to the large turntable, and can realize non-stop rotation and barrel opening position adjustment in the rotating process under the condition of being combined with the identification device, so that the subsequent process can be smoothly carried out.
The barrel-entering rotary table 21 is meshed with the large rotary table 31 through a gear; alternatively, when M =6 or 8, N =2, that is, the number of teeth of the large turntable 31 is 3 times or 4 times the number of teeth of the tub turntable 21.
A first rotary driving mechanism 231, a first vertical driving mechanism 232, a recognition device 234 and a clamping mechanism 233 are arranged at each barrel rotating station, wherein the recognition device 234 is arranged on the clamping mechanism 233 and can recognize the opening of the barrel downwards; the first vertical driving mechanism 232 is used for driving the clamping mechanism 233 to move in the vertical direction; the first rotary driving mechanism 231 is used for driving the clamping mechanism 233 to rotate.
The recognition device 234 is provided on the adjustment mechanism 2341 such that the position and the recognition angle of the recognition device 234 are adjustable.
The identification device 234 is disposed on the side of the clamp rotating mechanism 23 away from the barrel entrance rotating shaft 22.
The clamping mechanism 233 includes a top plate 2331, a second rotation driving mechanism 2332, and a clamping jaw 2333 connected to both sides of the top plate 2331, wherein the second rotation driving mechanism is connected to the top plate 2331 and can drive the clamping jaw 2333 to move relatively, and the clamping jaw 2333 is connected to the top plate 2331 in a sliding connection manner.
The second rotational drive mechanism 2332 includes a motor driven pulley drive or a motor driven sprocket drive, and correspondingly, the jaws 2333 are connected to a belt or chain.
A method for transferring a packaging barrel from a barrel roller table 10 to a barrel feeding station of a rotary filling machine 30 by using a rotary barrel feeding device 20, comprising:
the clamping and rotating mechanism 23 is driven to rotate around the barrel inlet rotating shaft 22, and the rotating speed is kept unchanged;
when the drum is rotated to the position above the packaging barrel of the barrel feeding roller way 10, the first vertical driving mechanism 232 is controlled to lower the clamping mechanism 233 while rotating;
when the clamping jaw 2333 of the clamping mechanism 233 is lowered to be lower than the top surface of the packaging barrel, the clamping jaw 2333 is controlled to contract, and when the clamping jaw 2333 contracts to clamp the outer wall of the packaging barrel, the rotating shaft center of the clamping mechanism 233 is rotated to just the top surface center of the packaging barrel;

when the barrel feeding turntable 21 places the packaging barrel at a barrel feeding station, the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34 and the large turntable 31 are controlled to rotate synchronously in the forward direction, and the barrel cover is opened before the packaging barrel reaches the next filling station;
then judge whether the quantity of pail pack on the carousel 31 satisfies the condition of covering:
if the cover storage condition is met, controlling the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34 to rapidly and reversely rotate to the cover storage device 35, and placing the barrel cover on the cover storage device 35;
if the cover storage condition is not met, controlling the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34 to rapidly and reversely rotate to the packaging barrel passing through the last reciprocating filling station, then controlling the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34 and the large rotating disc 31 to forwardly and synchronously rotate, and covering the barrel cover on the packaging barrel before the packaging barrel reaches a barrel outlet station;
then judge whether the quantity of pail pack on the carousel 31 satisfies and gets and cover the condition:
if the condition is not met, the operation of opening and closing the cover is continuously carried out on the next packaging barrel on the barrel feeding station;
and if the cover taking condition is met, controlling the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34 to move onto the cover storing device 35 to take the cover, then rapidly and reversely rotating to the packaging barrel passing through the last reciprocating filling station, controlling the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34 and the large rotary disc 31 to rotate in a forward synchronous mode, and covering the barrel cover on the packaging barrel before the packaging barrel reaches the barrel outlet station.
When the cover storage condition is not met, the cover storage device 35 is controlled to retract to avoid the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34.
The cover storage conditions are as follows:
the number of the packing barrels on the large rotary disc is larger than that of the barrel covers on the cap storage device, and the number of the barrel covers on the cap storage device is smaller than M-2.
The cap taking condition is as follows:
the barrel feeding station is empty, and the number of the packaging barrels on the large rotary table = the number of the barrel covers on the cap storage device.
The barrel inlet station is empty, namely, when a preset time interval is reached, no new packaging barrel is located at the barrel inlet station.
The method for opening and closing the cover on the rotary filling production line provided by the invention can solve the problems of opening, storing, taking and closing the cover on the rotary filling production line only by one cover opening and closing device, thereby enabling the rotary filling production line to operate stably at a high speed.
A cover storage device 35 is arranged between the barrel inlet station and the barrel outlet station, the cover storage device 35 is connected to the rotary support 32 and can move in a telescopic mode relative to the rotary support 32 to avoid the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34.

the back conveying line is conveyed along the direction opposite to the large rotary table and reaches a position point between the last reciprocating filling station and the barrel discharging station, including the last reciprocating filling station, but not including the barrel discharging station before the packaging barrel forwards turns to the last reciprocating filling station on the large rotary table 31;
the lid is then removed from the return line by another cover-opening and-closing mechanism 34, which rotates synchronously with the packaging barrel and closes the lid before the packaging barrel reaches the dispensing station, and then returns to the cover-removing position to wait for the next lid.
The returning line is arranged coaxially with the large turntable, but the rotating speed of the returning line is lower than that of the large turntable, and the rotating speed of the returning line can be lower as the number of the stations on the large turntable is larger according to the number of the stations on the large turntable.
In a rotary filling line, a method for opening and closing a packaging barrel by using two reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanisms 34 comprises the following steps:
when the barrel feeding turntable 21 places the packaging barrel at the barrel feeding station, a reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34 is controlled to rotate synchronously with the large turntable 31 and the packaging barrel on the large turntable in the forward direction, the barrel cover is opened before the packaging barrel reaches the next reciprocating filling station, the barrel cover is placed on a cover storing structure which is synchronously transferred with the packaging barrel on the large turntable, and then the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34 returns to the barrel feeding station again to wait for the next packaging barrel;
when the packaging barrel rotates to the last reciprocating filling station, the other reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism waiting at the last reciprocating filling station is controlled to synchronously rotate with the packaging barrel on the large rotary table, the barrel cover is taken down from the cover storage structure, the barrel cover is covered on the packaging barrel before the packaging barrel reaches the barrel outlet station, and then the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism returns to the last reciprocating filling station again to wait for the next barrel cover.
The invention provides two different solutions for solving the technical problems of cover opening, cover storage, cover taking and cover closing, wherein one solution is to design a return line independently, and the other solution is to design a synchronously operated cover storage structure, namely, the cover opening, cover storage, cover taking and cover closing actions of a packaging barrel are realized by two reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanisms in a reverse rotation or synchronous rotation mode, so that the rotary filling production line can realize continuous and stable production.
Each filling gun on the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 is provided with a driving mechanism in the vertical direction; the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 is connected to a second gear ring 322 of the rotating support 32, the second gear ring 322 is coaxially arranged with the rotating support 32, and the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 can perform reciprocating motion between a first reciprocating filling station and a last reciprocating filling station by taking the rotating support 32 as a center.
The rotary filling method of the six-station rotary filling machine comprises the following steps:
continuously conveying the packaging barrel by a barrel feeding roller way 10;
when the packaging barrel advances to the barrel rotating device 60, the barrel mouth of the packaging barrel on the barrel feeding roller way 10 is rotated to a preset direction by the barrel rotating device 60, and the packaging barrel is conveyed to a barrel feeding station on a large turntable 31 of a rotary filling machine by the rotary barrel feeding device 20;
the cover of the packaging barrel is opened by utilizing a reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34, and the cover is placed on a cover storing device 35 or moved to the last reciprocating filling station;
after the packaging barrel is driven by the large rotary table 31 to rotate to a first reciprocating filling station, a first filling gun of the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 fills the packaging barrel;
after the packaging barrel is driven by the large rotary table 31 to rotate to a second reciprocating filling station, a second filling gun of the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 fills the packaging barrel, and at the moment, the first filling gun is reset to the first reciprocating filling station to fill the next packaging barrel;
after the packaging barrel is driven by the large turntable 31 to rotate to a third reciprocating filling station, a third filling gun of the reciprocating filling mechanism 33 fills the packaging barrel, and at the moment, the first filling gun and the second filling gun respectively reset to the first reciprocating filling station and the second reciprocating filling station;
after the packaging barrel is conveyed to a fourth reciprocating filling station under the driving of the large turntable 31, the cover of the barrel is covered on the packaging barrel by the reciprocating cover opening and closing mechanism 34;
when the packaging barrel arrives at the barrel outlet station under the driving of the large rotary table 31, the packaging barrel is transferred to the barrel outlet roller table 50 from the large rotary table 31 by the rotary barrel outlet device 40, so that the filling is completed.
The rotary filling method of the six-station rotary filling machine provided by the invention can simultaneously fill three packaging barrels on a large turntable by using three filling guns of a reciprocating filling mechanism, and the working efficiency of the rotary filling method of the six-station rotary filling machine is improved by more than two times compared with that of a one-gun one-barrel filling mode in the prior art: in the invention, the cover opening, filling, cover closing and barrel discharging of a packaging barrel can be finished by only one large turntable every 1/6 of the circumference of the large turntable; the filling time of each packaging barrel in the prior art is one complete process time of opening, filling and closing the cover.
