and an eccentric shaft (38) is arranged on the third motor (37), and the distance between one surface of the eccentric shaft (38) close to the first rotary table (17) and the top surface of the first rotary table (17) is not more than one centimeter.

The semiautomatic feeding bottle cap welding machine according to claim 1, wherein: the distance between the bottoms of the first limiting plate (25), the second limiting plate (28), the third limiting plate (30), the fourth limiting plate (32) and the poking sheets (35) and the top surface of the first rotating disc (17) is not more than one centimeter.

The semiautomatic feeding bottle cap welding machine according to claim 1, wherein: one end of the poking piece (35) far away from the support frame (20) is connected with a fourth motor (39) through a fourth motor rod (40), and the distance between one end of the poking piece (35) far away from the support frame (20) and the fourth limiting plate (32) is not smaller than the distance between the fifth connecting piece (34) and the second connecting piece (29).
4. The semiautomatic feeding bottle cap welding machine according to claim 1, wherein: the fourth motor (39) is a vibration motor.
5. A method of welding a feed bottle cap by a welder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
step one: firstly, pouring bottle cap materials into a storage box (6) on a feeding table (2) manually, and pushing the selected bottle cap materials into a first rotary table (17) after manually selecting the directions of the bottle cap materials;
step two: starting a first motor (8) and a second motor (11), and enabling a first rotary table (17) to rotate so as to drive bottle cap materials to do circular motion;
step three: the channel formed between the first limiting plate (25) and the third limiting plate (30) on the supporting frame (20) right above the first rotating disc (17) is in butt joint with the second rotating disc (18), so that bottle cap materials which move circumferentially along the edge on the first rotating disc (17) enter a fixed opening (19) on the second rotating disc (18), and the bottle cap materials are driven to come under the welding machine (15) to be welded through the rotation of the second rotating disc (18);
step four: a third motor (37) on the support frame (20) guides the bottle cap material on the first rotary table (17) close to the edge through an eccentric shaft (38) connected with the third motor (37), so that a part of the bottle cap material enters a channel between the third limiting plate (30) and the fourth limiting plate (32), and leaves the channel formed by the second limiting plate (28) and the third limiting plate (30), thereby guiding the bottle cap material to the edge of the first rotary table (17), and facilitating the bottle cap material to enter the channel formed by the first limiting plate (25) and the third limiting plate (30) for the next welding operation;
step five: the poking piece (35) on the support frame (20) is powered by a fourth motor (39) which is also arranged on the support frame (20), so that bottle cap materials close to the center on the first rotary table (17) are poked to the edge, the bottle cap materials are conveniently guided by the eccentric shaft (38), and enter a channel between the third limiting plate (30) and the fourth limiting plate (32);
step six: the welded bottle cap materials are guided by a guide plate (24), enter a coaming (7) on a discharge table (3) through a channel formed by a discharge plate (21) and a top plate (22), and are collected uniformly;
step seven: and repeating the steps one to six when the processing is continued.
