本发明公开了一种MOFs材料的水柱成型方法,该方法包括:将粘结剂与MOFs材料、去离子水混合配成浆液,再加入海藻酸盐,搅拌均匀,制成总固含量为5%~20%的混悬浆料;然后向混悬浆料滴入到由上层油相和下层多价金属阳离子盐溶液相组成的油水柱中制取复合球状凝胶颗粒;最后将该复合球状凝胶颗粒,洗涤、干燥后,低温焙烧得到球形MOFs材料;本发明方法操作步骤简单可行,生产效率高,易于实现工业化生产,制备的MOFs球型产品具有强度高、磨耗小、粒度分布均匀等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及催化剂载体技术领域,具体为一种球形MOFs材料的成型方法,尤其是一种利用海藻酸的溶胶凝胶性能采用水柱成型制备球形MOFs颗粒的成型方法。
背景技术
MOFs因具有巨大的比表面积和丰富的活性位,可用于气体的吸附分离和储存,并且被应用在不同的吸附分离技术中,例如变压吸附、变温吸附和模拟移动床吸附等等,展现出在工业应用领域的巨大前景。
MOFs成型最大挑战依然是保留MOFs粉末本身的固有性质,包括维持它的晶体结构、多孔性和功能性,同时成型的MOFs应当具备一定的机械硬度、化学稳定性和耐磨损性能以满足工业上的要求。理想的成型方式除了满足工业化的基本要求以外,还有可能赋予MOFs材料本身不具备的性质,例如防水性、耐酸碱性和耐腐蚀性等。
造粒成型主要分为干法造粒和湿法造粒,前者是指直接通过加热或者高压将材料成型,一般适用于对溶剂不稳定或者具有热塑性的材料;湿法造粒则是指使用粘结剂把材料制备成颗粒状。
由于金属有机框架材料属于非热塑性材料,形态为具有脆性的晶体粉末,因此湿法造粒是MOFs成型中最简便、最有效和发展时间最长的方法,而且成型过程中要尽量避免机械力对MOFs材料孔道结构的破坏。除此以外,由于粘结剂中具备MOFs本身没有的官能团,因此可能会赋予MOFs—些不同的物化性质。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种MOFs材料的水柱成型方法,操作步骤简单可行,生产效率高,易于实现工业化生产,制备的MOFs球型产品具有强度高、磨耗小、粒度分布均匀等特点。
本发明所提供的MOFs材料的水柱成型方法,包如下步骤:
1)将粘结剂与MOFs材料、去离子水混合配成浆液,在所述浆液中加入海藻酸盐,搅拌均匀,制成总固含量为5%~20%的混悬浆料;
2)将所述混悬浆料滴入到由上层油相和下层多价金属阳离子盐溶液相组成的油水柱中制取复合球状凝胶颗粒;
3)取出所述复合球状凝胶颗粒,洗涤、干燥后,200~400℃低温焙烧2~8小时,得到所述球形MOFs材料;
其中,所述混悬浆料中氧化铝质量含量为0.5%~3%、海藻酸盐含量为0.3%~3%;
所述的油相为矿物油或植物油。
所述多价金属阳离子溶液为0.1mol/L~饱和浓度的铝、锌、钙、铜、铁、亚铁、钴、锰或镍离子的盐溶液。
本发明上述MOFs材料的水柱成型方法中,优选的,所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠、海藻酸钾、海藻酸镁、海藻酸铵中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述粘结剂为铝胶、蔗糖或甲基纤维素中的一种或者多种。
优选的,所述MOFs材料为ZIF-8、ZIF-67、MOF-74、MOF-5、UiO-66系列中的一种或多种。
优选的,本发明所述洗涤用洗涤剂包括去离子水、乙醇、丙酮和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中的1种或多种。
优选的,本发明所述干燥过程为80~200℃干燥或真空干燥4~48小时。
优选的,所述多价金属阳离子盐溶液优选0.2~1mol/L的铝、锌、钙、铜、铁、亚铁、钴、锰或镍离子的盐溶液。
本发明方法与现有技术相比,其有益效果如下:
1)本发明方法避免了MOFs材料在成型过程中因机械力导致的孔结构破坏,保留较高的比表面积。并且可在成型过程中,同时掺杂活性金属阳离子,一步制备负载活性金属位的MOFs复合材料,简化了制备流程;
2)本发明方法制备的产品粒度分布均匀,球形度高,颗粒表面光滑,强度高,磨耗低,应用范围更广。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明球形MOFs材料的水柱成型法作进一步说明,但并不因此而限制本发明。
实施例1
取10g萨索尔SB粉,加入40g 1.5%wt.稀硝酸中搅拌至溶胶状;取90g ZIF-8和960g去离子水混合均匀,加入上述铝溶胶,再加入15g海藻酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到浆液;将混悬浆液滴入上层白油,下层为1mol/L硝酸锌溶液的油水柱中,形成凝胶颗粒;取出颗粒,600g去离子水洗涤,120℃干燥8小时,然后300℃焙烧4小时得到球形ZIF-8材料。
对产品进行分析表征,粒径:2.0±0.1mm;平均强度20N/颗;比表面积:900m2/g。
实施例2
取90g ZIF-8和1000g去离子水混合均匀,加入5g蔗糖,再加入15g海藻酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到浆液;将混悬浆液滴入上层白油,下层为1mol/L硝酸钙溶液的油水柱中,形成凝胶颗粒;取出颗粒,600g去离子水洗涤,120℃干燥8小时,然后300℃焙烧4小时得到球形ZIF-8材料。
对产品进行分析表征,粒径:2.3±0.1mm;平均强度10N/颗;比表面积:1000m2/g。
实施例3
取20g萨索尔SB粉,加入80g 1.5%wt稀硝酸中搅拌至溶胶状;取90g ZIF-67和1020g去离子水混合均匀,加入上述铝溶胶,再加入20g海藻酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到浆液;将混悬浆液滴入到上层白油,下层为1mol/L硝酸钴溶液的油水柱中,形成凝胶颗粒;取出颗粒,600g去离子水洗涤,120℃干燥8小时,然后300℃焙烧4小时得到球形ZIF-67材料。
对产品进行分析表征,粒径:1.9±0.1mm;平均强度40N/颗;比表面积:800m2/g。
实施例4
取100g镍基MOF-74和1000g去离子水混合,加入10g甲基纤维素,再加入20g海藻酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到浆液;将混悬浆液滴入到上层蓖麻油,下层为0.5mol/L硝酸镍溶液的油水柱中,形成凝胶颗粒;取出颗粒,使用600g DMF分三次洗涤,然后200℃真空干燥8小时得到球形MOF-74材料。
对产品进行分析表征,粒径:2.3±0.1mm;平均强度10N/颗;比表面积:400m2/g。
实施例5
取15g萨索尔SB粉,加入60g 1.5%wt稀硝酸中搅拌至溶胶状;取85g锆基UiO-66和940g去离子水混合均匀,加入上述铝溶胶,再加入20g海藻酸铵,搅拌均匀,得到浆液;将混悬浆液滴入到上层白油,下层为1mol/L硝酸钙溶液的油水柱中,形成凝胶颗粒;取出颗粒,600g去离子水洗涤,120℃干燥8小时,然后350℃焙烧4小时得到球形UiO-66材料。
对产品进行分析表征,粒径:2.0±0.1mm;平均强度40N/颗;比表面积:700m2/g。
Claims (7)
1.一种MOFs材料的水柱成型方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将粘结剂与MOFs材料、去离子水混合配成浆液,在所述浆液中加入海藻酸盐,搅拌均匀,制成总固含量为5%~20%的混悬浆料;
2)将所述混悬浆料滴入到由上层油相和下层多价金属阳离子盐溶液相组成的油水柱中制取复合球状凝胶颗粒;
3)取出所述复合球状凝胶颗粒,洗涤、干燥后,200~400℃低温焙烧2~8小时,得到所述球形MOFs材料;
所述混悬浆料中粘结剂含量为0.5%~3%、海藻酸盐质量含量为0.3%~3%;
所述的油相为矿物油或植物油;
所述多价金属阳离子盐溶液为0.1mol/L~饱和浓度的铝、锌、钙、铜、铁、亚铁、钴、锰或镍离子的盐溶液。
2.按照权利要求1所述的水柱成型方法,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为铝胶、蔗糖或甲基纤维素中的一种或者多种。
3.按照权利要求1所述的水柱成型方法,其特征在于,所述MOFs材料为ZIF-8、ZIF-67、MOF-74、MOF-5、UiO-66系列中的一种或多种。
4.按照权利要求1所述的水柱成型方法,其特征在于,所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠、海藻酸钾、海藻酸镁、海藻酸铵中的一种或多种。
5.按照权利要求1所述的水柱成型方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述干燥过程为80~200℃干燥或真空干燥4~48小时。
6.按照权利要求1所述的水柱成型方法,其特征在于,所述洗涤用洗涤剂包括去离子水、乙醇、丙酮和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中的一种或多种。
7.按照权利要求1所述的水柱成型方法,其特征在于,所述多价金属阳离子盐溶液优选0.2~1mol/L的铝、锌、钙、铜、铁、亚铁、钴、锰或镍离子的盐溶液。
