In some embodiments, after receiving the media asset request sent by the display device, the server may determine a corresponding media asset form in the media asset request, and obtain the media asset recommendation page according to a preset recommendation algorithm, for example, a personalized recommendation algorithm or a logistic regression algorithm.
The server can be provided with a media asset library, and a large amount of media asset resources are stored in the media asset library. The server can traverse all the media resources in the media resource library, and firstly screen out the corresponding media resources according to the media resource form. The server may order the assets according to a predetermined criteria. The preset criteria may be a ranking in the network, such as a score or play amount. The server can sort the media assets according to the preset standard, and meanwhile, the media assets are combined according to the sorting result to generate a media asset recommendation page and send the media asset recommendation page to the display equipment.
The preset criteria may be a user preference level, i.e., the server may rank the media assets according to the user preference level. For example, the server may traverse the historical play records of the user, obtain all the media assets that the user has played, and sort the media assets according to the order from near to far of the play time, and for media assets that the user has not played, may sort randomly and place after the media assets are played. The server can traverse the history search record of the user, count the history search times of each media asset, and sort the media assets according to the order of the history search times from big to small. After the media assets are ordered, the server can generate media asset recommendation pages according to the ordering result and send the media asset recommendation pages to the display equipment.
In some embodiments, the server may also rank the assets by taking into account a plurality of criteria in combination. For example, the server may rank the assets taking into account both the network score and the user's historical play record.
The server may assign a weight to each criterion and obtain a score for each asset in terms of network score and a score for historical play record, where the higher the network score, the higher the score in terms of network score and the closer the play time, the higher the score in terms of historical play record.
According to the weight calculation method, the final recommendation score of each media asset can be calculated.
F=a*f1+b*f2
Wherein F represents the recommendation score of the media asset, a is the weight of the network score, b is the weight of the historical play record, F1 is the score of the network score, and F2 is the score of the historical play record.
The server can sort the media assets according to the order of the recommendation scores from large to small, generate media asset recommendation pages according to the sorting results and send the media asset recommendation pages to the display equipment.
In some embodiments, after receiving the media asset recommendation page sent by the server, the controller may control the display to display the media asset recommendation page, so that the user selects the media asset to play.
When a user selects a certain target media asset, the controller can control the media asset detail page of the target media asset to be displayed in the display. FIG. 8 illustrates a schematic diagram of a media asset detail page in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8, which may include a video preview window for displaying a video view of a target media asset; media asset introduction including media asset type and staffing information, etc.; a play list for displaying the number of the media assets; a play control, i.e. "full screen play" in fig. 8; and the related recommendation area is used for displaying other media assets. The user can touch the play control, so that the target media asset is controlled to be displayed in a full screen mode in the display.
In some embodiments, the controller may download the asset data of the target asset in the server when the user controls the display device to play the target asset. Video data (video) and audio data (audio) contained in the media asset data are obtained by demultiplexing the media asset data pair, and subtitle data and the like may be contained. After decoding the audio data and the video data, the controller can transmit the audio data to the audio device for playing, and transmit the decoded video data to the display for displaying, so as to play the target media asset.
Because a large amount of media resources are stored in the media resource library of the server, a large amount of media resources also exist in the media resource recommendation page, and some media resources are not suitable for teenagers to watch without parental supervision, so that the safety browsing of the content of the display equipment of the teenagers is affected. Accordingly, the display device may send a media asset request to the server and the media asset request user obtains a media asset recommendation page suitable for teenager viewing. The server can screen out the media assets which are only suitable for teenagers to watch and form a media asset recommendation page, so that the media assets are sent to the display equipment.
It should be noted that, only the media assets suitable for teenagers to watch are less, and the user may not watch the media assets that the user wants to watch according to the media asset recommendation page, so that the use experience of the user is seriously affected.
In order to solve the above problems, the display device in the embodiment of the present application has a media hiding function. The user can select a plurality of media assets in the media asset recommendation page as hidden media assets. Hiding the media assets refers to media assets which exist in the media asset recommendation page sent by the server, but the user can control media assets which are not displayed in the display. The display equipment is provided with a media asset hiding mode, so that hidden media assets can be hidden, and the display can display other media assets except the hidden media assets in the media asset recommendation page. At this time, if the teenager uses the display device, the information of the hidden media asset cannot be viewed, and the hidden media asset cannot be viewed, so that the content of the display device is ensured to be safely browsed by the teenager.
In some embodiments, the user may send the media hiding mode instruction to the display device by operating a designated key of the remote control. And pre-binding the corresponding relation between the media asset hiding mode instruction and the remote controller key in the actual application process. For example, a media hiding mode key is set on the remote controller, when the user touches the key, the remote controller sends a media hiding mode instruction to the controller, and at this time, the controller controls the display device to enter the media hiding mode. When the user touches the key again, the controller can control the display device to exit the media hiding mode.
In some embodiments, the correspondence between the media asset hiding mode command and the plurality of remote controller keys may be pre-bound, and when the user touches the plurality of keys bound to the media asset hiding mode command, the remote controller sends the media asset hiding mode command. In a feasible embodiment, the keys to which the media asset hiding mode instruction is bound are directional keys (left, down, left, down) in sequence, that is, when the user continuously touches the keys (left, down, left, down) within a preset time, the remote controller sends the media asset hiding mode instruction to the controller. By adopting the binding method, the media asset hiding mode instruction can be prevented from being sent out due to misoperation of a user. The embodiment of the application only provides the binding relation between the media asset hiding mode instruction and the key by way of example, and the binding relation between the media asset hiding mode instruction and the key can be set according to the habit of a user in the actual application process without excessive limitation.
In some embodiments, the user may send a media asset hiding mode instruction to the display device by way of voice input using a sound collector of the display device, such as a microphone, to control the display device to enter a media asset hiding mode. The display device can be provided with an intelligent voice system, and the intelligent voice system can recognize the voice of the user so as to extract instruction content input by the user. The user may input a preset wake-up word through the microphone to activate the intelligent voice system so that the controller may respond to the instruction input by the user. And inputting a media hiding mode instruction within a certain time to enable the display device to enter a media hiding mode. For example, the user may enter "certain classmates" to activate the intelligent speech system. And then inputting a media asset hiding mode entering command to send the media asset hiding mode command to the display equipment.
In some embodiments, the user may also send media hiding mode instructions to the display device through a preset gesture. The display device may detect the behavior of the user through an image collector, such as a camera. When the user makes a preset gesture, the user can be considered to send a media asset hiding mode instruction to the display device. For example, it may be set to: when the user is detected to scratch the V-shaped character, the user is judged to input a media hiding mode instruction to the display device. The user can also send media asset hiding mode instructions to the display device through preset actions. For example, it may be set to: when the user is detected to lift the left foot and the right hand at the same time, the user is judged to input a media asset hiding mode instruction to the display device.
In some embodiments, the media asset hiding mode instruction may also be sent to the display device when the user controls the display device using the smart device, such as using a cell phone. In the practical application process, a control can be arranged in the mobile phone, whether the mobile phone enters the media resource hiding mode or not can be selected through the control, so that a media resource hiding mode instruction is sent to the controller, and the controller can control the display equipment to enter the media resource hiding mode.
In some embodiments, a continuous click command may be issued to the mobile phone when the user controls the display device using the mobile phone. The continuous click command refers to: and in a preset period, the number of times of clicking the same area of the touch screen of the mobile phone by the user exceeds a preset threshold value. For example: when the user clicks on a certain area of the mobile phone touch screen for 3 times in 1s, the user is regarded as a continuous click command. After the mobile phone receives the continuous clicking instruction, the mobile phone can send a media asset hiding mode instruction to the display device so that the controller controls the display device to enter a media asset hiding mode.
In some embodiments, when the user controls the display device using the mobile phone, it may also be set to: when detecting that the touch pressure value of a user on a certain area of the touch screen of the mobile phone exceeds a preset pressure threshold, the mobile phone can send a media asset hiding mode instruction to the display device.
A media hiding mode option can also be set in the UI interface of the display device, and when a user clicks the option, the display device can be controlled to enter or exit the media hiding mode.
In some embodiments, to prevent the user from triggering the media hiding mode by mistake, when the controller receives the media hiding mode command, the controller may control the display to display the media hiding mode confirmation information, so that the user performs secondary confirmation, and whether to control the display device to enter the media hiding mode. FIG. 9 is a diagram of a display displaying media hiding pattern confirmation information in some embodiments.
In some embodiments, when the display device enters the media asset hiding mode and the user controls the display device to display the recommended interface, the media asset recommendation page does not include the hidden media asset selected by the user, and the user cannot view the hidden media asset. When the display device exits the media asset hiding mode, the display device is in a standard mode, and in the standard mode, all media assets including the hidden media assets selected by the user can be displayed in the media asset recommendation page, and at the moment, the user can watch the hidden media assets. In the embodiment of the application, the standard mode is called a first mode, and the media hiding mode is called a second mode. The user can control the display device to switch between the media asset hiding mode and the standard mode to achieve different effects. For example, the user may choose to control whether the display device enters the media asset hiding mode, and when the user controls the display to identify exiting the media asset hiding mode, the display device enters the standard mode. The user can also control the display device to enter a standard mode or a media hiding mode in a system setting UI interface of the display device. FIG. 10 illustrates a schematic diagram of a system setup UI interface in some embodiments. As shown in fig. 10, the system settings include screen settings, sound settings, mode settings, network settings, and factory settings for restoration. The user may click on the mode to select the display device to enter either the standard mode or the media hiding mode.
In some embodiments, it is contemplated that the media asset hiding mode is to make the teenager unable to view the hidden media asset without the parents accompanying it, so it is necessary to ensure that the teenager cannot control the display device to perform the standard mode. The user can preset a mode switching password, and when the user controls the display device to enter a standard mode from a media asset hiding mode, the controller can control the display to display a verification interface. FIG. 11 illustrates a schematic diagram of a verification interface in some embodiments. As shown in fig. 11, when the user controls the display device to enter the standard mode from the media hiding mode, a verification interface is displayed in the display, and the user needs to input a preset mode switching password in the verification interface. The controller can detect the password input by the user, when the password is correct, namely the password input by the user is the mode switching password, the controller controls the display device to enter a standard mode, and when the password is wrong, the display device cannot enter a media resource hiding mode. The mode switching password can ensure that teenagers can not control the display equipment to enter a standard mode, and can not watch hidden media assets. When the user controls the display device to enter the media asset hiding mode from the standard mode, the user can set the password or not, and the embodiment of the application is not limited.
FIG. 12 illustrates an interactive flow diagram for components of a display device in some embodiments.
Considering that the display device has a standard mode and a media asset hiding mode, and the display device is in different modes, media asset conditions contained in the displayed media asset recommendation page are different, and therefore the media asset recommendation page acquired by the display device in different modes is also different. When the user controls the display device to display the recommendation interface, the display device can acquire different media recommendation pages according to the current mode.
After the user inputs the media resource searching instruction for requesting media resources to the display device, the user can control the display device to display a recommendation interface, and the controller can control the display to display an initial media resource recommendation page.
In some embodiments, the controller may itself generate the initial media recommendation page.
If the display device is in the first mode, i.e. the display device is in the standard mode, it is indicated that the user selected hidden assets can be displayed in the display device. At this time, the media assets displayed by the display device are not limited, and the controller can acquire a media asset recommendation page containing more media assets.
The controller may generate a first media asset request and send it to the server. The first media asset request is used for enabling the server to feed back a plurality of recommended media assets. After receiving the first media asset request sent by the display device, the server may search out a plurality of media assets as recommended media assets and send the recommended media assets to the display device.
The controller may obtain a historical play record and/or a historical search record of a plurality of recommended media assets in the display device.
The controller can sort the plurality of recommended media assets according to the historical playing record and/or the historical searching record to obtain the recommended media asset sequence. The controller may generate a plurality of media asset recommendation pages corresponding to the recommended media assets based on the recommended media asset sequence and determine the media asset recommendation pages as initial media asset recommendation pages.
The method for generating the media asset recommendation page by the controller according to the historical playing record and/or the historical searching record may refer to the step of generating the media asset recommendation page by the server, which is not described herein.
If the display device is in the second mode, that is, the display device is in the media asset hiding mode, the display device is not capable of displaying the hidden media asset selected by the user, that is, the specific media asset recommendation page which does not contain the hidden media asset is displayed. In the embodiment of the application, the media asset recommendation page which does not contain hidden media assets is called a target media asset recommendation page.
At this time, the controller may acquire the target media asset recommendation page last displayed on the display, and determine the target media asset recommendation page last displayed as the initial media asset recommendation page.
FIG. 13 illustrates a flow diagram of interactions of a display device and a server in some embodiments.
In some embodiments, the controller may also generate and send a media asset request to the server, and the server generates an initial media asset recommendation page. When generating the media asset request, the controller may detect a mode in which the display device is currently located, and generate different media asset requests according to different modes.
The controller may generate the first media asset request if the display device is in the first mode, i.e., the display device is in the standard mode. In the standard mode, the display device can display hidden media assets, so that no additional condition is needed, and only the server needs to feed back media asset recommendation pages. That is, the purpose of the first media resource request is simply to allow the server to feed back a media resource recommendation page, and specifically what media resource recommendation page to generate can be determined by the server. The controller may send a first media asset request to the server.
If the display device is in the second mode, the server may send a target media asset recommendation page to the display device, and the hidden media asset cannot be included in the media asset recommendation page. Therefore, when the display device is in the media asset hiding mode, the server needs to send the target media asset recommendation page to the display device. Considering that when the user just controls the display device to display the recommended interface, the user does not select the hidden media asset at this time, but the target media asset recommended page needs to be displayed, so that the target media asset recommended page displayed last time can be displayed at this time. The controller may generate a second media asset request for causing the server to feed back the last displayed target media asset recommendation page on the display.
After receiving the media resource request sent by the display device, the server can generate a media resource recommendation page which is fed back to the display device. In the embodiment of the application, the media resource recommendation page generated by the server according to the media resource request is called an initial media resource recommendation page.
The server may detect whether the media asset request is a first media asset request or a second media asset request before generating the initial media asset recommendation page, thereby generating different initial media asset recommendation pages according to different media asset requests.
If the media resource request is detected to be the first media resource request, the display device is in a standard mode, no additional requirement exists at the moment, and the server can automatically generate a media resource recommendation page as an initial media resource recommendation page. The server can select a preset number of media resources by itself and generate a media recommendation page. Please refer to the foregoing process for generating the media asset recommendation page, and the description thereof is omitted herein. The server may send the initial media asset recommendation page to the display device.
If the media resource request is detected to be a second media resource request, the display device is in a media resource hiding mode, and the server is required to feed back a target media resource recommendation page displayed last time on the display device to the display device. After each target media asset recommendation page is generated by the server, the target media asset recommendation page can be stored and sent to the display device, and meanwhile, the time of sending each target media asset recommendation page to the display device can be recorded by the server. Therefore, when the second media asset request is received, the server can search for the target media asset recommendation page which is sent to the display device last time, and takes the target media asset recommendation page as the initial media asset recommendation page. The server may send the initial media asset recommendation page to the display device.
After receiving the initial media asset recommendation page sent by the server, the controller may control the display to display the initial media asset recommendation page.
In some embodiments, after the initial media asset recommendation page is displayed on the display, the display device may be in a standard mode or a media asset hiding mode, but the user may select to hide the media asset, so that the display device is in the hidden media asset mode. The user may input an instruction indicating selection of hidden assets, thereby selecting hidden assets in the initial asset recommendation page. The controller may determine a hidden asset selection operation by the user on the initial asset recommendation page.
The display device may be provided with a hidden media editing function, and may be a key corresponding to the function set on the control device, or may be turned on in a system setting UI interface. The user may input an instruction indicating selection of hidden assets to open the hidden asset editing function. After the hidden media asset editing function is started, the user can select hidden media assets in the initial media asset recommendation page. The controller may control the display to display the hidden media asset selection interface. FIG. 14 illustrates a schematic diagram of a hidden media selection interface in some embodiments. As shown in FIG. 14, the hidden media selection interface includes an initial media recommendation page and a hidden menu control. The hidden menu control is used for enabling the display to display the first hidden media resource which the user has selected. In the embodiment of the application, the hidden media assets which are selected by the user before are called first hidden media assets.
The user may touch the hidden menu control to view the first hidden media asset condition. The controller may control the display device to display a first hidden media asset interface including a first hidden media asset that the user has previously selected. The display device is provided with a hidden media asset library in which all first hidden media assets that have been selected by the user are stored. FIG. 15 illustrates a schematic diagram of a first hidden media interface in some embodiments. As shown in fig. 15, the user may also select to delete some of the first hidden assets, so that these first hidden assets are no longer used as hidden assets, and the user may also view in the hidden mode of the assets. The controller may obtain the first hidden assets that the user has selected.
The controller may detect a hidden asset selection operation of the user on the initial asset recommendation page.
The user may select assets for hiding in the initial asset recommendation page. The controller may obtain user operations on the initial media recommendation page, including media selection operations. The controller can determine the media assets selected by the user according to the media asset selection operation. After the user selects the media assets, the user can touch the 'confirm hidden' control, and the controller determines the media assets selected by the user as second hidden media assets. And when the user touches the 'exit selection' control, the display equipment closes the hidden media asset editing function and acquires a new media asset recommendation page.
The controller may count the first hidden assets and the second hidden assets, thereby obtaining all hidden assets.
The controller may generate a target media asset recommendation page based on the hidden media asset and the initial media asset recommendation page.
In some embodiments, the controller may obtain the target media asset recommendation page from the server.
The controller may send the hidden assets to the server. The controller can also change all the second hidden assets into the first hidden assets and store the first hidden assets into a hidden asset library for subsequent application.
In some embodiments, after receiving the hidden media asset sent by the display device, the server may update the initial media asset recommendation page according to the hidden media asset, so as to generate the target media asset recommendation page according to the hidden media asset and the initial media asset recommendation page. Wherein, the target media asset recommendation page does not contain hidden media assets.
The server can delete the hidden media assets from the initial media asset recommendation page to obtain non-hidden media assets. Meanwhile, non-hidden media assets can be ordered according to the hidden media assets, and a target media asset recommendation page is generated.
In some embodiments, after generating the target media asset recommendation page according to the hidden media asset, the server may determine a correspondence between the hidden media asset and the target media asset recommendation page, and store the correspondence and the target media asset recommendation page in a preset target media asset recommendation page library.
After receiving the hidden media assets sent by the display device, the server can search for a target media asset recommendation page according to the hidden media assets. The server can generate a target media resource recommendation page query model according to the corresponding relation between the hidden media resource and the target media resource recommendation page, and the target media resource recommendation page can be queried through the model. For example, hidden media assets sent by the display device at this time can be input into the target media asset recommendation page query model, so as to obtain target media asset recommendation pages corresponding to the hidden media assets. If the corresponding target media asset recommendation page is queried, the server can directly send the target media asset recommendation page to the display device. If no corresponding target media asset recommendation page is queried, the server may generate the target media asset recommendation page based on the hidden media assets.
In some embodiments, when generating the target media asset recommendation page, the server may first obtain the hidden media asset vector matrix according to the hidden media asset. The server can carry out vectorization processing on each hidden media asset, so as to obtain a hidden media asset vector of each hidden media asset. And the server generates a hidden media vector matrix according to all the hidden media vectors.
When vectorization processing is carried out on each hidden media asset, the server can firstly acquire the characteristic data of each hidden media asset. The characteristic data can comprise the type of the media asset, the duration of the media asset and the time of the media asset showing, and can also comprise the media asset information such as the media asset actors, the media asset showing area, the media asset director and the like. Wherein, the media asset types comprise ancient dress, action, love, history, scenario, thrill, adventure, fantasy and the like, and each hidden media asset can be matched with one or more media asset types. The media asset duration is the total playing duration of the hidden media asset. Each hidden asset corresponds to a plurality of asset actors, and a plurality of actors therein can be acquired.
After the feature data of the hidden media assets are obtained, the server can conduct feature quantization processing on the feature data to obtain feature values, and therefore each feature data is converted into a numerical representation.
When the media asset type is quantized, the media asset type can be converted into one-hot codes. FIG. 16 illustrates a schematic diagram of one-hot encoding of a media asset type in some embodiments. As shown in fig. 16, the setting value is 1 for the media asset type to which the hidden media asset is matched, and is 0 for the media asset type not matched.
When the media asset duration is quantized, the hidden media asset can be divided into short video, long video and medium video according to the media asset duration. Two time duration thresholds may be preset, such as 10 minutes and 30 minutes. The method comprises the steps of determining that a hidden media asset is a short video when the media asset duration is less than 10 minutes, determining that the hidden media asset is a medium video when the media asset duration is between 10 minutes and 30 minutes, and determining that the hidden media asset is a long video when the media asset duration is greater than 30 minutes. Short video, long video, medium video can be converted into 3 values, for example, short video is 0, medium video is 1, long video is 2.
When the media asset mapping time is quantized, the media asset mapping time can be converted into media asset mapping days. The media asset showing time is a date, and the number of days between the date and the current date is determined, so that the media asset showing time is converted into a numerical value.
When the quantization processing is carried out on the media asset actors, a plurality of actors with the highest ranking can be screened out, and the actors are converted into numerical values. The server may traverse a large amount of actor information in the network and number those actors. May be ordered and numbered in the order of surname strokes. For example, a media actor concealing media is A, B, C. Wherein, the number of A is 18, the number of B is 129, and the number of C is 2020, the media player hiding the media is converted into a digital representation as follows: 18/129/2020.
When the media asset showing areas and the media asset directors are quantized, the media asset actors can be referred, and each area and each director can be corresponding to a number, so that the media asset showing areas and the media asset directors are converted into numerical representations.
In some embodiments, the feature values may be normalized after the numerical representation of each feature data, i.e., the feature values, is obtained. Each feature data may correspond to one feature dimension, and the server may perform normalization processing on all feature data corresponding to each feature dimension in turn.
Each feature value may be normalized according to the following formula:
wherein x is max Indicating that all hidden media are onMaximum value, x, of feature values in the target feature dimension min Representing the minimum value, x, in the feature values of all hidden assets in the target feature dimension i Representing feature values of the ith hidden asset in the target feature dimension, representing the normalized feature values.
The distribution space of the normalized feature values becomes between 0 and 1.
In some embodiments, the server may splice the normalized feature values to obtain a hidden media asset vector for each hidden media asset. It should be noted that, in acquiring the feature data of the hidden media asset, it may be set to acquire k kinds of feature data, that is, k kinds of feature dimensions. Each hidden asset has k kinds of characteristic data, namely k normalized characteristic values. Therefore, the spliced vector is a k-dimensional vector.
Setting n hidden media, generating hidden media vector matrix according to all hidden media vectors to obtain an n x k hidden media vector matrix C 1
In some embodiments, the server may traverse all of the assets in the initial asset recommendation page and obtain all of the assets in the initial asset recommendation page except for hidden assets, and determine to be non-hidden assets.
In some embodiments, considering that the user may delete several hidden assets from the first hidden asset, that is, a certain asset is set as a hidden asset last time, but the hidden asset should be a non-hidden asset this time, such a special asset does not exist in the initial asset recommendation page last time, but may exist in the target asset recommendation page this time. Thus, the server may also acquire this special asset.
The server can acquire the hidden media asset which is transmitted last time by the display equipment and compare the hidden media asset with the hidden media asset which is transmitted this time, so as to acquire the hidden media asset which does not exist this time but exists last time. And also determines such assets as non-hidden assets.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the non-hidden media assets, the server may perform vectorization processing on each non-hidden media asset to obtain a non-hidden media asset vector of each non-hidden media asset. The vectorization process may refer to the foregoing steps, and will not be described herein.
The server can obtain the non-hidden media vector and the vector similarity of each hidden media vector according to the hidden media vector matrix. The server may generate a matrix of non-hidden asset vectors from all of the non-hidden asset vectors. In the embodiment of the application, m non-hidden media assets are set, and the feature dimension of the non-hidden media assets is the same as that of the hidden media assets, so that an m multiplied by k non-hidden media asset vector matrix C can be obtained 2
The server can acquire the hidden media information vector matrix C 1 And non-hidden media vector matrix C 2 The cosine similarity matrix includes the vector similarity of each non-hidden vector and each hidden vector.
In some embodiments, the server may obtain a media recommendation score for each non-hidden media vector based on the similarity score. For a non-hidden asset series, it has a vector similarity with each hidden asset. The server can obtain the similarity score of the non-hidden media asset according to all vector similarity of the non-hidden media asset.
A similarity threshold may be preset, if the vector similarity between the non-hidden assets and a hidden asset is greater than the similarity threshold, the two assets are considered to be relatively similar, and if the vector similarity is less than or equal to the similarity threshold, the two assets are considered to be dissimilar. The server may count the number of vector similarities greater than the similarity threshold in the vector similarities corresponding to the non-hidden media assets, that is, the number of hidden media assets similar to the non-hidden media assets.
The server may obtain the similarity score according to the following formula:
wherein, similarity score for the ith non-hidden media asset; />Cosine similarity of the ith non-hidden medium resource and the jth hidden medium resource, wherein threshold is a preset similarity threshold; the count () function calculates the number of hidden assets whose vector similarity to the ith non-hidden asset is greater than a similarity threshold.
The similarity score may represent the degree of similarity of the non-hidden assets and all hidden assets. If the similarity score is larger, the non-hidden media asset is more similar to the hidden media asset, and the non-hidden media asset can be displayed at the back of the media asset recommendation page; if the similarity score is smaller, the non-hidden media asset and the hidden media asset are indicated to be dissimilar, and the non-hidden media asset and the hidden media asset can be displayed in front of the media asset recommendation page. After obtaining the similarity scores of all the non-hidden media assets, the server can sort all the non-hidden media asset vectors according to all the similarity scores to obtain the media asset recommendation sequence of all the non-hidden media assets.
In some embodiments, the server may count similarity scores for all non-hidden assets and order them in order from small to large. The server may directly determine the media asset recommendation order for all non-hidden media assets based on the order in which the ranking is performed. I.e. the smaller the similarity score, the earlier the order of non-hidden assets is; the greater the similarity score, the later the order of non-hidden assets.
In some embodiments, the server may rank the non-hidden assets by considering the recommendation score and the similarity score before the non-hidden assets. The server may calculate a difference between the recommendation score and the similarity score for each non-hidden media asset, and use the calculated difference as the media asset recommendation order of the non-hidden media assets.
In some embodiments, a weight parameter may be set for the similarity score, which may be set by a technician, considering that the difference between the recommendation score and the similarity score is large. The server may calculate the product of the similarity score and the weight parameter for each non-hidden asset, respectively, as a similarity weight score. The server calculates the difference between the recommendation score and the similarity weight score of each non-hidden media asset, and uses the difference as the media asset recommendation sequence of the non-hidden media assets according to the sequence from big to small.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the media asset recommendation sequence of the non-hidden media assets, the server may combine all the non-hidden media assets according to the media asset recommendation sequence to obtain the target media asset recommendation page.
The server may send the target media asset recommendation page to the display device. The controller may control the display to display the target media asset recommendation page to enable the user to select media assets for viewing in the target media asset recommendation page.
In some embodiments, the controller may also generate the target media asset recommendation page itself.
