The controller of the display device 200 in the embodiment of the present application may acquire and control the display to display the filtered media asset information adapted to the current usage mode, and acquire and control the display to display the filtered third party information adapted to the current usage mode. Information that does not adapt to the current usage mode of the display device 200 may be filtered out, so that the filtered media information and the filtered third party information displayed by the display device are adapted to the usage scenario of the display device 200. The controller 250 in the display device 200 is communicatively coupled to the display 275 and is configured to perform the process of information recommendation.
The following describes a process of displaying content provided by an embodiment of the present application with reference to the drawings.
In this embodiment of the present application, the display device 200 may send an information obtaining request to the server 400 in response to a content obtaining instruction, receive response information sent by the server 400 in response to the information obtaining request, and then filter initial recommended content included in the response information to obtain filtered content; and then controls the display 275 to display the filtered content.
The content acquisition instruction may be sent directly to the display device 200 by the user, for example, a voice-type content acquisition instruction such as "who the person is," where the piece of clothing is bought from, "what is in the screen," and "recommend several tv plays to me" is sent directly to the display device 200 in a voice manner, or a content acquisition instruction may be sent to the display device 200 by the user by operating a designated key or a function button of a device such as a mobile phone or a remote controller. The form of the content acquisition instruction or the manner in which the display apparatus 200 acquires the content acquisition instruction is not limited in the present application.
In some embodiments, the content obtaining instruction may be a screenshot instruction, and the display device 200 may perform a screenshot operation on a current display screen displayed by the display 275 in response to the screenshot instruction to obtain a screenshot image; then, an information acquisition request is sent to the server 400, and response information sent by the server 400 in response to the information acquisition request is received.
The information acquisition request may include the screenshot image or scene information corresponding to the screenshot image, and the response information includes initial recommended content corresponding to the screenshot image or initial recommended content corresponding to the scene information. Or, the information obtaining request may include an identification result obtained by identifying the content of the screenshot image, and the response information includes an initial recommended content corresponding to the identification result. The identification result may be generated by the display device, or may be obtained by the display device from other devices, which is not limited in this application.
After the screenshot image is acquired, the display device may display the screenshot image or a thumbnail of the screenshot image, for example, the thumbnail of the screenshot image may be displayed in a stacked display manner in an upper left corner of the display screen 275, or may not be displayed, which is not limited in this application.
In other embodiments, the content acquisition instruction may be a specific voice instruction or a specific gesture operation instruction, and the display device 200 may display a recognition result of the voice instruction or the gesture operation instruction, send an information acquisition request to the server 400, and receive response information sent by the server 400 in response to the information acquisition request. The information acquisition request may include a recognition result of a voice instruction or a gesture operation instruction, and the response information includes initial recommended content corresponding to the recognition result.
According to different types of the servers, the types of the initial recommended content may be different, and the initial recommended content may also include content unsuitable for presentation, so that the initial recommended content may be filtered to obtain filtered content, and then the filtered content is presented. Wherein the filtered content may be a portion of the initially recommended content.
The display device may first determine filtering rules and then filter the initial recommended content using the filtering rules. The filtering rule may be set by a user, may be generated by a display device, or may be sent to the display device by a server. The filtering rules and filtering manners may be different according to different application scenarios. The display device can filter the initial recommended content which accords with the filtering rule by taking the category, the attribute, the source, the duration or the specific content of the initial recommended content as the filtering basis, and only the initial recommended content which does not accord with the filtering rule is reserved as the filtered content; or the initial recommended content which does not accord with the filtering rule can be filtered, and only the initial recommended content which accords with the filtering rule is reserved as the filtered content; or replacing other contents meeting the filtering rule with the initial recommended contents not meeting the filtering rule, and keeping the initial recommended contents meeting the filtering rule as filtered contents.
In some embodiments, the display device may determine the corresponding filtering rules according to the current user. For example, when it is detected that the user is an adult or the display device is operating in a normal mode, a filtering rule corresponding to an adult may be enabled to filter the initial recommended content; when it is detected that the user is a child or the display device is operating in a child mode, a filtering rule corresponding to the child may be enabled to filter the initial recommended content.
In some embodiments, the display device may also determine a filtering rule based on the time information. For example, a filtering rule corresponding to a vacation may be enabled to filter the initial recommended content at the time of the vacation; the initial recommendation content may be filtered at work day time by enabling a filtering rule corresponding to work day. The initial recommended content can be filtered by enabling a filtering rule corresponding to the day in the day; the initial recommended content may be filtered at night by enabling filtering rules corresponding to the work day.
In some embodiments, the display device may also determine the corresponding filtering rule according to a keyword set by a user or issued by the server. For example, a user may preset a filtering keyword, and the display device may filter the initial recommended content according to a filtering rule determined by the filtering keyword, filter the initial recommended content containing the filtering keyword, or filter the initial recommended content containing a content source corresponding to the filtering keyword, or filter the initial recommended content containing attribute information that meets the filtering keyword.
According to the difference between the initial recommended content and the filtering rules, the finally obtained filtered content may contain less initial recommended content or no initial recommended content, and in this case, the display device may further process the content to be enriched.
In some embodiments, the display device may further prompt the user to cancel the filtering rule through a predetermined cancel instruction by displaying prompt information or operating a button, and may display all the initial recommended content included in the response information instead of only displaying the filtered content after detecting that the user performs the predetermined cancel instruction.
In other embodiments, the display device may further obtain the supplemental recommended content and then display the filtered content and the supplemental recommended content. The display device may acquire the supplemental recommended content when there is an initial recommended content that is filtered out, or when the number of initial recommended contents included in the filtered content is small. The supplementary recommended content and the initial recommended content may be provided by the same server or different servers, for example, the display device may acquire response information from two different servers, and use the recommended content included in one of the response information as the initial recommended content and use the recommended content included in the other response information as the supplementary recommended content. The supplementary recommended content and the filtered content may be displayed at the same time, or the recommended content may be displayed first, and the supplementary recommended content may be displayed after receiving a switching instruction from a user.
The supplemental recommended content may be determined according to the filtered initial recommended content, for example, the supplemental recommended content may be content of the same type as the filtered initial recommended content but conforming to a filtering rule; alternatively, the determination may be made according to the filtered content, for example, the supplemental recommended content may be content of the same type as the filtered content; or, the content may be determined according to the filtering rule, for example, the supplemental recommended content may be content recommended according to the keyword included in the filtering rule; alternatively, the content may be determined according to the feature information of the user, for example, the supplementary recommended content may be determined according to the age, sex, viewing habits, historical viewing records, and the like of the user.
The technical solution of the present application will be described below with reference to some examples.
For example, the user may issue a voice instruction "recommend me several movies" to the display device by voice. The display device may transmit the voice instruction or the recognition result of the voice instruction as a content acquisition instruction to the server. The server can send response information containing the media asset information of the four films of 'film A', 'film B', 'film C' and 'film D' to the display device, wherein the media asset information of each film is an initial recommended content. In addition to the movie information, four movie types may be included in the response information, where the movie type of "movie a" is "violence" or "drama"; the film type of "film B" is "horror"; the film type of the film C is 'action', 'plot', 'war'; the type of the film D is 'drama' and 'patriots'.
If the filtering rule that the display device is enabled is to filter out "horror" or "violence" type movies. Then, after the display device filters the initial recommended content, the obtained filtered content only includes the asset information of the two movies, i.e., "movie C" and "movie D". Accordingly, the display device can display the asset information of both the "movie C" and the "movie D". The display effect can be as shown in fig. 7A.
Since only the media asset information of the two movies, movie C and movie D, are displayed, the content displayed by the display device is less, and therefore the display device may further perform further processing, so that the display device may display more recommended content.
In one implementation, the display apparatus may further display operation prompt information "press an 'OK key' to display all recommended content" while displaying media asset information of both movies "movie C" and "movie D". The display effect can be as shown in fig. 7B. When the user is detected to press an OK key of the remote controller, the media asset information of the films C and D can be displayed. The display effect can be as shown in fig. 7C.
In another implementation, before displaying the media asset information of the two movies, namely, movie C and movie D, the display device may further obtain the media asset information of movie E and movie F, of which the movie types are also "scenarios", according to the common movie type "scenario" of movie C and movie D. Then, media information of "movie C" and "movie D", "movie E" and "movie F" are simultaneously displayed, and the display effect thereof can be as shown in fig. 7D; or show the media asset information of "movie C" and "movie D" in advance, show the media asset information of "movie E" and "movie F" after receiving the switching instruction of the user, the display effect before receiving the switching instruction of the user may be as shown in fig. 7A, and the display effect after receiving the switching instruction of the user may be as shown in fig. 7E.
As another example, the user may give a voice instruction "what this product is" to the display device by voice. The display device can perform screenshot operation and send the screenshot image to the server. The server may then identify the products in the screenshot image and send purchase links containing "product a", "product B", and "product C" to the display device, where each purchase link is an initial piece of recommended content.
If the filtering rule activated by the display device is to display only the purchasing link of the product of the first brand, the display device can determine the brands of the product A, the product B and the product C according to the product introduction information corresponding to the purchasing link, and if the brands of the product A and the product B are not the first brand, the purchasing link of the product A and the product B is filtered out, and the purchasing link of the product C is reserved. Wherein the product introduction information can be acquired by the display device from the server. Accordingly, the display device may only display the purchase of "product C". The display effect can be as shown in fig. 8A.
Further, the display device may acquire a purchase link of "product D" similar to the product type or product parameter of "product a" and acquire a purchase link of "product E" similar to the product type or product parameter of "product B" from the purchase links of the brand a products. Accordingly, the display device may then display the purchase links for "product C", "product D", and "product E". The display effect can be as shown in fig. 8B.
