Description

Display equipment and method for determining common contact person
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of intelligent televisions, in particular to a display device and a method for determining common contacts.
Background
With the development of the video industry, more and more intelligent televisions are configured with APP (Application) for video call. The voice and the image of the person can be transmitted in real time in a video call mode, so that the communication cost is reduced and the intimacy of communication is increased.
However, compared to the APP of the video call of the smart phone, the APP of the video call of the smart television is functionally simplified, and the video call service of the smart television is mainly controlled by the remote controller. For example, when the user wants to make a video call with a friend, the user needs to select an address book and search by using a key of the remote controller. It is envisaged that when the number of contacts in a user's address book is large, the page-by-page search process can be quite time consuming. In addition, even though the quick search function is used, the process of inputting pinyin on the remote controller by the user also takes a certain time and consumes the patience of the user, so that the popularization and the use of the video call APP of the intelligent television are not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides display equipment and a method for determining common contacts, which are used for solving the problem that a user cannot quickly find the contacts when using a video call APP of an intelligent television.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a display apparatus, on which an application client is installed, including: a display configured to display pages of the application client; the home page of the application client is provided with a trigger key for triggering and displaying a common contact page; a controller, coupled to the display, configured to: determining a first type of common contact and a second type of common contact in the common contact page; and controlling the display to display the common contact page based on the received starting instruction of the trigger key.
Based on the scheme, for the application client installed on the display device, the trigger key for displaying the common contact pages is arranged on the first page of the application client, and in addition, as the display in the display device can display each page of the application client, when the controller in the display device receives a starting instruction for the trigger key capable of displaying the common contact pages, the controller can control the display to display the common contact pages, wherein the common contacts of the first type and the common contacts of the second type included in the common contact pages are determined by the controller of the display device. By the method, when the controller in the display device receives the starting instruction of the trigger key which is installed in the local application client and can display the common contact page, the controller can control the display to display the common contact page, so that the user can be quickly helped to locate the contact which the user probably wants to contact, and when the method is applied to the intelligent television, the time for the user to search the common contact can be greatly saved.
In one possible implementation, the controller is configured to: after the contact with the first contact through the application client is monitored, determining a first affinity of the first contact; the first affinity is used for representing interaction degree between the application client and the first contact person; and if the common contacts corresponding to the common contact page do not comprise the first contact and the number of the common contacts of the first type in the common contacts is smaller than a threshold value, determining whether to take the first contact as the common contact of the second type according to the first affinity.
Based on the scheme, the function button of the common contact person is arranged on the front page of the video call APP of the intelligent television, and the display interface of the common contact person aiming at the user can be accessed by clicking the function button, so that the user can be helped to quickly find friends possibly wanted to contact the user. The common contacts recorded in the display interface of the common contacts of the user can include the common contacts of the first type and the common contacts of the second type, wherein the common contacts of the first type can be contacts manually added from the address book actively by the user, and the common contacts of the second type can be contacts automatically recommended to the user for the video call APP according to a certain preset rule. Therefore, a set of common contacts of the user is formed by actively adding and intelligently recommending the common contacts, and tedious and time-consuming operations required to be made when the user searches the contacts one by one through the remote controller are reduced.
In one possible implementation, the controller is configured to: if the number of the common contacts is determined to be smaller than the threshold value and the first affinity is larger than the second affinity of the second contact, the first contact is used as the common contact of the second type; the second contact is a contact different from the first contact from any one of the common contacts.
Based on the scheme, in the process of intelligently recommending the common contacts for the user by the video call APP, if the number of the common contacts of the first type and the common contacts of the second type is determined to not reach the threshold value of the preset common contacts, and the affinity of the first contact currently calculated by the video call APP is larger than the affinity of any one other than the common contacts and different from the first contact, the video call APP can add the first contact to the common contacts of the second type. According to the method, the intimacy of the user and the first contact person is calculated, when the intimacy is determined to meet the conditions, the fact that the interaction degree of the user and the first contact person is large is indicated, the possibility that the user and the first contact person are contacted again is large, and therefore the first contact person can be added to a set of common contact persons, and the user can find the first contact person conveniently and quickly.
In one possible implementation, the controller is further configured to: if the number of the common contacts is determined to be equal to the threshold value, and the first affinity is greater than the third affinity of a third contact, the first contact is used as a common contact of a second type, and the third contact is deleted from the common contacts; the third contact is the contact with the lowest affinity among the common contacts of the second type.
Based on the scheme, in the process of intelligently recommending the frequent contacts by the video call APP for the user, if the number of the frequent contacts of the first type and the frequent contacts of the second type is determined to reach the threshold value of the preset frequent contacts, and the affinity of the first contact currently calculated by the video call APP is larger than the affinity of the contact with the lowest affinity in the frequent contacts of the second type, the video call APP can replace the contact with the lowest affinity by the first contact. According to the method, the intimacy of the user and the first contact person is calculated, when the intimacy meets the conditions, the fact that the interaction degree of the user and the first contact person is larger than that of a certain common contact person which the user contacts at one time (the intimacy of the common contact person in the second type of common contact person is the lowest) is indicated, the possibility that the user contacts the first contact person again is larger, and therefore the contact person with the lowest intimacy can be replaced by the first contact person, the user can find quickly, and the user experience is improved.
In one possible implementation, the controller is configured to: responding to a joining instruction on a fourth contact page, and taking the fourth contact as a common contact of the first type and displaying the common contact on the common contact page; the display is configured to display the frequent contacts page with the frequent contacts page having less than the threshold number of frequent contacts.
Based on the scheme, as a way for determining the first type of common contact, for example, the video call APP receives a joining instruction, for example, the user selects a contact in the address book and enters a display interface where the contact is located, and further clicks a preset collection button located in the display interface where the contact is located, if the number of common contacts in the common contact page at this time is smaller than the threshold of the number of common contacts, the user can add the contact as the first type of common contact to the common contact page by clicking the preset collection button, and at this time, the operation of clicking the collection button by the user can be regarded as a joining instruction. Thus, for such contacts actively collected by the user, it is stated that the user tends to contact him/her, and the possibility that the user contacts him/her later is greater, so that the video call APP can regard the contact corresponding to the join instruction as a common contact of the first type.
In one possible implementation, the controller is configured to: responding to a joining instruction on a fourth contact page, and joining the fourth contact as the common contact of the first type into the common contact page; deleting a fifth contact from the common contact page, the fifth contact being any one of the second type of common contacts; the display is configured to display the frequent contacts page with the threshold number of frequent contacts.
Based on the scheme, as a way for determining the first type of common contact, the video call APP may receive a joining instruction, for example, the user selects a contact in the address book and enters a display interface where the contact is located, and further clicks a preset collection button located in the display interface where the contact is located, if the number of common contacts in the common contact page at this time is equal to a threshold value of the number of common contacts, any one of the second type of common contacts in the common contact page may be deleted, so when the user clicks the preset collection button, the contact may be added to the common contact page as the first type of common contact, and the operation of clicking the collection button by the user at this time may be regarded as a joining instruction. Thus, for such contacts actively collected by the user, it is stated that the user tends to contact him/her, and the possibility that the user contacts him/her later is greater, so that the video call APP can regard the contact corresponding to the join instruction as a common contact of the first type.
In one possible implementation, the controller is configured to: and determining a first affinity of the first contact according to the time duration of the current contact with the first contact and the time interval of the last contact with the first contact.
Based on the scheme, in the process of determining the intimacy of the user and the contact person, the interaction degree between the user and the contact person can be more objectively represented by combining the contact time length and the contact frequency.
In one possible implementation, the controller is configured to: determining whether the current contact time length of the first contact person is greater than a first time threshold; if the current contact time length with the first contact person is larger than the first time threshold, increasing the initial affinity by a first score to obtain a first affinity of the first contact person; wherein the initial affinity is an affinity associated with the first contact last time; if the current contact time length with the first contact person is not greater than the first time threshold, determining whether the time interval of the last contact with the first contact person is smaller than a second time threshold; if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is smaller than the second time threshold, increasing the initial affinity by a second score to obtain a first affinity of the first contact; if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is not less than the second time threshold, determining whether the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is less than a third time threshold; wherein the third time threshold is greater than the second time threshold; if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is smaller than the third time threshold, increasing the initial affinity by a third score to obtain a first affinity of the first contact; wherein the third score is less than the second score; and if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is not less than the third time threshold, taking the initial intimacy as the first intimacy of the first contact.
Based on the scheme, in the process of determining the intimacy between the user and the contact person, if the contact time length of the user and the contact person meets the preset condition, the intimacy of the contact person can be increased, otherwise, the time interval between the user and the contact person (the current time and the last time) needs to be further judged, and the intimacy score of different degrees is divided for the time intervals of different lengths, so that the interaction degree between the user and the contact person can be more objectively represented.
In one possible implementation, the display is configured to: the first type of frequent contacts is displayed before the second type of frequent contacts.
Based on the scheme, by displaying the common contacts of the first type before the common contacts of the second type, a prompt can be made to the user so that the user knows which common contacts are actively added contacts.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for determining a common contact, where the method includes: displaying each page of the application client; the home page of the application client is provided with a trigger key for triggering and displaying a common contact page; determining a first type of common contact and a second type of common contact in the common contact page; and displaying the common contact page based on the received starting instruction of the trigger key.
In one possible implementation, after monitoring contact with a first contact through an application client, determining a first affinity of the first contact; the first affinity is used for representing interaction degree between the application client and the first contact person; the home page of the application client is provided with a trigger key for triggering and displaying a common contact page; and if the common contacts corresponding to the common contact page do not comprise the first contact and the number of the common contacts of the first type in the common contacts is smaller than a threshold value, determining whether to take the first contact as the common contact of the second type according to the first affinity.
In one possible implementation, the determining whether to use the first contact as a common contact of a second type according to the first affinity includes: if the number of the common contacts is determined to be smaller than the threshold value and the first affinity is larger than the second affinity of the second contact, the first contact is used as the common contact of the second type; the second contact is a contact different from the first contact from any one of the common contacts.
In one possible implementation, if it is determined that the number of frequent contacts is equal to the threshold and the first affinity is greater than a third affinity of a third contact, then the first contact is taken as a frequent contact of a second type and the third contact is deleted from the frequent contacts; the third contact is the contact with the lowest affinity among the common contacts of the second type.
In one possible implementation method, responding to a joining instruction on a fourth contact page, using the fourth contact as the common contact of the first type and displaying the common contact on the common contact page; the frequent contacts page is displayed and has less than the threshold number of frequent contacts.
In one possible implementation, in response to a join instruction on a fourth contact page, joining the fourth contact as the first type of frequent contact to the frequent contact page; deleting a fifth contact from the common contact page, the fifth contact being any one of the second type of common contacts; the frequent contacts page is displayed and has the threshold number of frequent contacts.
In one possible implementation, the determining the first affinity of the first contact includes: and determining a first affinity of the first contact according to the time duration of the current contact with the first contact and the time interval of the last contact with the first contact.
Based on the scheme, in the process of determining the intimacy of the user and the contact person, the interaction degree between the user and the contact person can be more objectively represented by combining the contact time length and the contact frequency.
In one possible implementation method, the determining the first affinity of the first contact according to the duration of the present contact with the first contact and the time interval of the last contact with the first contact includes: determining whether the current contact time length of the first contact person is greater than a first time threshold; if the current contact time length with the first contact person is larger than the first time threshold, increasing the initial affinity by a first score to obtain a first affinity of the first contact person; wherein the initial affinity is an affinity associated with the first contact last time; if the current contact time length with the first contact person is not greater than the first time threshold, determining whether the time interval of the last contact with the first contact person is smaller than a second time threshold; if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is smaller than the second time threshold, increasing the initial affinity by a second score to obtain a first affinity of the first contact; if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is not less than the second time threshold, determining whether the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is less than a third time threshold; wherein the third time threshold is greater than the second time threshold; if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is smaller than the third time threshold, increasing the initial affinity by a third score to obtain a first affinity of the first contact; wherein the third score is less than the second score; and if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is not less than the third time threshold, taking the initial intimacy as the first intimacy of the first contact.
In one possible implementation, the first type of frequent contacts is displayed before the second type of frequent contacts.

As shown in fig. 5, a method for determining a common contact according to an embodiment of the present invention may be performed by a display device, and includes the following steps:
step 501, displaying each page of an application client; the home page of the application client is provided with a trigger key for triggering and displaying the common contact page.
Step 502, determining a first type of frequent contacts and a second type of frequent contacts in the frequent contacts page.
Step 503, displaying the common contact page based on the received start instruction of the trigger key.
It is well known that for any one of the contacts in the user's address book, the user does not make frequent contact with it, but selectively maintains a high frequency of contact with some of the contacts. This also applies to video call APP installed on a terminal such as a smart tv. However, due to the operation specificity of the intelligent television, namely, the user can select the contacts which the user wants to contact by controlling the remote controller, when the number of contacts in the address book of the user is huge, if the mode of turning pages to search the contacts is still adopted at the moment, the endurance of the user is extremely consumed, and poor experience is brought to the user.
According to the thought, namely, the contact person which is frequently contacted with the user (comprising the situation that the user actively contacts with the other party and the other party actively contacts with the user) is more likely to be used as the contact person which the user wants to contact next time, the embodiment of the invention provides a method for determining the common contact person so as to improve the experience of the user using the terminal such as the intelligent television and the like and the contact person in the contact process.
The above steps will be described in detail with reference to examples.
In one implementation of step 502 described above, after monitoring contact with a first contact through an application client, a first affinity of the first contact is determined; the first affinity is used for representing interaction degree between the application client and the first contact person; if the common contact corresponding to the common contact page is determined not to include the first contact and the number of the common contacts of the first type in the common contacts is smaller than a threshold value, determining whether to take the first contact as the common contact of the second type according to the first affinity.
Wherein, how to determine the first affinity of the first contact can be achieved by:
optionally, the first affinity of the first contact is determined according to the duration of the current contact with the first contact and the time interval of the last contact with the first contact.
In the method, when a user finishes the current contact with a first contact, two indexes, namely the current contact time length of the user and the first contact and the time interval of the last contact of the user and the first contact, are counted, and the counted results of the two indexes are used as a first affinity between the user and the first contact. Therefore, the interaction degree between the user and the first contact person can be comprehensively and objectively described by combining the time length of the contact and the index of the time interval between two adjacent contacts, and whether the first contact person can be added into the common contact person set of the user or not is determined according to the counted first affinity.
The present contact between the user and the first contact person can be actively initiated by the user, for example, the user actively opens a video chat with the first contact person; or may be actively initiated by the first contact, such as when the user listens to a video chat initiated by the first contact. When the first contact is a group, the present contact between the user and the first contact may be initiated by any group member in the group, which is not limited in the present invention.
Optionally, the determining the first affinity of the first contact according to the duration of the present contact with the first contact and the time interval of the last contact with the first contact includes: determining whether the current contact time length of the first contact person is greater than a first time threshold; if the current contact time length with the first contact person is larger than the first time threshold, increasing the initial affinity by a first score to obtain a first affinity of the first contact person; wherein the initial affinity is an affinity associated with the first contact last time; if the current contact time length with the first contact person is not greater than the first time threshold, determining whether the time interval of the last contact with the first contact person is smaller than a second time threshold; if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is smaller than the second time threshold, increasing the initial affinity by a second score to obtain a first affinity of the first contact; if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is not less than the second time threshold, determining whether the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is less than a third time threshold; wherein the third time threshold is greater than the second time threshold; if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is smaller than the third time threshold, increasing the initial affinity by a third score to obtain a first affinity of the first contact; wherein the third score is less than the second score; and if the time interval of the last contact with the first contact is not less than the third time threshold, taking the initial intimacy as the first intimacy of the first contact.
For example, when the user finishes the current contact with the first contact, the current contact duration of the user and the first contact may be obtained, for example, the current contact duration is 15 minutes, and compared with a preset first time threshold, the first time threshold is set to be 30 minutes, and since the current contact duration is 15 minutes less than the first time threshold for 30 minutes, it is indicated that the current contact between the user and the first contact does not meet the condition of increasing the affinity of the type, so that it is still necessary to further confirm whether the affinity between the user and the first contact can be increased.
In the above example, if the obtained current contact duration between the user and the first contact is 45 minutes and will be greater than the first time threshold for 30 minutes, the first score may be increased based on the initial affinity, for example, may be 1 score, and the affinity obtained after the increase is used as the first affinity between the user and the first contact, and the affinity statistics process is ended. The initial affinity is the affinity of the user when the user contacts the first contact last time.
And if the time length of the current contact is not greater than the first time threshold, continuously counting how long the time point of the last contact between the user and the first contact is separated from the time point of the current contact. If the interval is 3 days, compared with the second time threshold, the second time threshold is set to be 2 days, and the interval is 3 days greater than the second time threshold for 2 days, which indicates that the user does not make secondary contact with the first contact within 2 days, and this time contact between the user and the first contact does not meet the condition of increasing the intimacy of the type, so that further confirmation is still needed to determine whether the intimacy between the user and the first contact can be increased.
In the above example, if the obtained time point of the last contact between the user and the first contact is 1 day apart from the time point of the current contact and is less than the second time threshold for 2 days, the second score may be increased based on the initial affinity, for example, may be 2 points, and the affinity obtained after the increase is used as the first affinity between the user and the first contact, and the flow of affinity statistics is ended.
And if the contact interval is greater than the second time threshold, continuing to compare the relationship between the contact interval and the third time threshold, setting the third time threshold to be 5 days, and because the interval of 3 days is smaller than the third time threshold, indicating that the contact between the user and the first contact is not frequent enough but relatively frequent, indicating that the condition of increasing the intimacy of the type can be met, increasing a third score on the basis of the initial intimacy, for example, the third score can be 1 score, taking the intimacy obtained after the increase as the first intimacy of the user and the first contact, and ending the flow of intimacy statistics.
In the above example, if the obtained time point of the last contact between the user and the first contact is 10 days apart from the time point of the current contact, which is far greater than the third time threshold for 5 days, the interaction degree between the user and the first contact is indicated to be quite infrequent, so that the affinity between the user and the first contact is not required to be updated, but only the initial affinity is required to be used as the first affinity.
It should be noted that the present invention is not specifically limited to the first time threshold, the second time threshold, the third time threshold, and the first score, the second score, and the third score, and may be determined according to actual needs, and the first time threshold is 30 minutes, the second time threshold is 2 days, and the third time threshold is 5 days, and the first score is 1 score, the second score is 2 scores, and the third score is 1 score in the above examples, which are also merely illustrative.
In one implementation of step 502, when it is detected that the user has finished contacting the first contact, by matching the first contact with a first type of frequent contact in the set of frequent contacts, if the first contact is within the range of the first type of frequent contact, the first contact does not need to be updated to the first type of frequent contact again, that is, the set of frequent contacts does not need to be updated.
The first type of common contact may actively add contacts in the address book to contacts in the set of common contacts for the user.
It will be appreciated that at this point the user's address book still holds the data for contacts that are present in the common contact set.
Further, in order to distinguish which common contact(s) is/are actively added by the user, optionally, the common contact(s) of the first type are displayed before the common contact(s) of the second type. In addition, the first type of common contact may be marked, for example, by an loving shape, a five-pointed star shape or other shapes, to indicate that the common contact is the first type of common contact, that is, the user actively adds the collected contact.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a functional home page of a video call APP according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the functional home page of the video call APP includes at least four functions, which are "commonly used", "chat record", "address book" and "set". Because the purpose of the invention is that users of terminals such as intelligent televisions can find contacts which the users want to contact quickly, when the video call APP is installed on the intelligent television, the users enter a function home page when opening the video call APP, and a display interface corresponding to a common function is presented in front of the users at the moment, and 12 common contacts are exemplarily given in the display interface corresponding to the common function with reference to fig. 6. Among the 12 common contacts, the first type of common contact and the second type of common contact are distinguished by identification, such as the first 3 common contacts in the first row, the right lower corner of the head portrait of the first row is provided with loving identification, and the other 9 common contacts are not loving identification, which indicates that the first type of common contact belongs to the first type of common contact and the second type of common contact belongs to the second type of common contact.
As shown in fig. 7, a schematic diagram of a display interface of a video call APP provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 7, where the display interface shown in fig. 7 is a display interface corresponding to an "address book" function when the video call APP receives an operation instruction of opening the "address book" function button by a user. In the display interface, a user searches for contacts one by operating a key on a remote controller, if the user determines that the user belongs to an object which needs to be frequently kept in contact with one of the contacts, the user enters a data interface of the contact by pressing a 'determination' button on the remote controller, as shown in fig. 8, a schematic diagram of the display interface of the contact data is provided for the embodiment of the invention, and a collection button is arranged in the display interface of the contact data, for example, the collection button can be directly marked in a 'collection' word, or can be marked in a graph, for example, the graph can be in a heart shape, a five-pointed star shape, other shapes and the like. Referring to fig. 8, an loving shape is provided in the lower left corner of the contact avatar in the left area to prompt the user that the contact is likely to be added to or removed from the collection of commonly used contacts when manipulating the loving shape. As shown in fig. 9, a schematic diagram of a display interface when a contact is updated is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, after a user operates the love shape in fig. 8, the contact may be added to a display interface corresponding to a "commonly used" function, and in the process of adding the contact to the display interface corresponding to the "commonly used" function, a commonly used contact of a second type is deleted, and a love mark is identified at the right lower corner of the added contact at this time, see fig. 9 in particular. For the first type of frequent contacts actively added as frequent contacts by the user, the method has the advantage that compared with other contacts in the address book, which are not actively added as frequent contacts by the user, the user is more likely to contact the first type of frequent contacts.
In step 502 described above, optionally, when it is determined that the first contact is not included in the frequent contacts, that is, neither the first type of frequent contact nor the second type of frequent contact is included in the first type of frequent contact, and the number of the first type of frequent contacts is less than the frequent contact threshold, that is, the automatically recommended contacts are still allowed to be added to the set of frequent contacts as the second type of frequent contacts. At this time, as a way of automatically recommending the common contact, it may be determined according to the affinity.
Optionally, the determining whether to use the first contact as the common contact of the second type according to the first affinity includes: if the number of the common contacts is determined to be smaller than the threshold value and the first affinity is larger than the second affinity of the second contact, the first contact is used as the common contact of the second type; the second contact is a contact different from the first contact from any one of the common contacts.
Optionally, if the number of the common contacts is determined to be equal to the threshold, and the first affinity is greater than a third affinity of a third contact, the first contact is used as a common contact of a second type and the third contact is deleted from the common contacts; the third contact is the contact with the lowest affinity among the common contacts of the second type.
For example, the threshold for the common contacts may be set to 12, in other words, for all contacts in the user's address book, up to 12 of the contacts (including individuals and groups) are allowed to exist on the display interface of the common contacts. Of course, the embodiments of the present invention do not limit the thresholds of common contacts.
In determining that the number of contacts in the set of frequent contacts (including the frequent contacts of the first type and the frequent contacts of the second type, and the number of the frequent contacts of the first type is less than 12) is less than 12, that is, the set of frequent contacts is allowed to be added with the frequent contacts of the first type or the frequent contacts of the second type, and simultaneously determining that the calculated first affinity corresponding to the first contact is greater than the affinity of any contact different from the first contact except the frequent contacts (particularly the frequent contacts of the second type in the set of frequent contacts), the first contact can be added to the set of frequent contacts as the frequent contacts of the second type at the moment.
In the above example, it may also occur that the number of contacts in the set of frequent contacts (including the first type of frequent contacts and the second type of frequent contacts, and the number of the first type of frequent contacts is less than 12) is equal to 12, while the calculated first affinity of the first contact is determined to be greater than the affinity of the contact with the lowest affinity of the second type of frequent contacts (i.e., the third contact), then the third contact may be replaced with the first contact, including adding the first contact to the set of frequent contacts as the second type of frequent contacts and deleting the third contact from the second type of frequent contacts.
In the step 502, optionally, in response to a joining instruction on a fourth contact page, the fourth contact is used as the common contact of the first type and is displayed on the common contact page; the frequent contacts page is displayed and has less than the threshold number of frequent contacts.
That is, when the user opens the address book, after selecting a contact person and clicking to enter the data interface of the contact person, after the user confirms that the contact person is an object that needs to be frequently contacted by the user after thinking, in order to facilitate the user to quickly locate the contact person in the future, the user may click a collection button of the data interface of the contact person already set, and by clicking the collection button, it indicates that a joining instruction is received, where the joining instruction is used to indicate that the user intends to add the contact person as a first type of common contact person to the set of common contact persons. The contact person is the fourth contact person, and the data interface of the contact person is the fourth contact person page.
In the course of receiving the addition of the fourth contact to the set of common contacts as the first type of common contact, three situations may occur, including:
In case 1, if the number of the common contacts is determined to be smaller than the preset threshold value of the number of the common contacts, the fourth contact is directly added to the set of the common contacts as the common contacts of the first type.
In case 2, determining that the number of the common contacts is equal to a preset threshold value of the number of the common contacts, and determining that the number of the common contacts of the first type is smaller than the preset threshold value of the number of the common contacts, wherein the number of the common contacts in the current common contact set reaches the threshold value, and meanwhile, part of the common contacts of the first type and part of the common contacts of the second type are common contacts. In this regard, consider that the act of adding the fourth contact to the set of common contacts is actively initiated by the user, in contrast to the likelihood that the user will contact the fourth contact being greater than the second type of common contact. Thus, a fourth contact may be used to replace one of the second type of commonly used contacts, specifically there may be two replacement policies: policy 1, adding a fourth contact to the common contacts of the first type, and deleting one common contact with the lowest intimacy in the common contacts of the second type; policy 2, add fourth contact to the first type of frequent contacts and delete any of the second type of frequent contacts.
In case 3, it is determined that the number of frequent contacts is equal to the preset threshold of the number of frequent contacts, and the number of frequent contacts of the first type is equal to the preset threshold of the number of frequent contacts, at this time, if a join instruction is received, that is, if the user intends to add the fourth contact to the set of frequent contacts, the following method may be performed, including: the method 1 includes the steps that a user is prompted that the number of commonly used contacts reaches a threshold value and cannot be added any more, namely a current adding instruction is directly ignored; and 2, prompting the user whether to replace the common contact existing in the common contact set at present by using the fourth contact, if the instruction for determining the replacement is received, replacing the common contact by using the fourth contact, and if the instruction without the replacement is received, ignoring the adding instruction.
By installing the video call APP provided by the embodiment of the invention on a terminal such as an intelligent television, when a user clicks the video call APP through a 'determination' key on a remote controller in a hand, a main page displayed in front of the user is a display interface of a 'common' contact, but not a display interface corresponding to any one of an address book, a chat record and a setting of a 'common' belonging to a peer catalog, wherein the display interface of the 'common' contact intuitively displays a contact which comprises the user actively added and a contact recommended to the user by the video call APP according to the interaction degree between the user and the contact, so that the user can select the contact and start the video call with the object by a simple key operation on the remote controller after the user determines that the user contains the object which the user wants to contact. Compared with the process that in the background art, a user needs to search contacts one by one in an address book and finally locate one contact belonging to the property of a common contact, the scheme of the embodiment of the invention can quickly help the user to start communication with the common contact, and the experience of the user is improved.
