The base transport unit 1 shown in fig. 6 includes an initial end lifting and lowering conveyor 101, an upper horizontal support plate 102, a lower horizontal support plate 103, a terminal lifting and lowering conveyor 104, an upper conveyor 105, a lower conveyor 106, and a conveyor table 107, where the conveyor table 107 is a rectangular structure, the upper horizontal support plate 102 and the lower horizontal support plate 103 are arranged in parallel on the conveyor table 107, the upper horizontal support plate 102 is located right above the lower horizontal support plate 103, the upper horizontal support plate 102 and the lower horizontal support plate 103 are both rectangular flat plates, the initial end lifting and lowering conveyor 101 and the terminal lifting and lowering conveyor 104 are respectively arranged at two ends of the conveyor table 107 in the length direction, the initial end lifting and lowering conveyor 101 is located at one end of the conveyor table 107 close to the main production line, the terminal lifting and lowering conveyor 104 is located at one end of the conveyor table 107 far from the main production line, the upper conveyor 105 is arranged on the upper horizontal support plate 102, the lower conveyor 106 is arranged on the lower horizontal support plate 103, and two ends of the upper conveyor 105 and the lower conveyor 106 are respectively connected with the initial end lifting and the terminal conveying device 101 and the terminal lifting and the lower conveyor 106 in the opposite directions.
The initial end lifting and conveying device 101 serves as a conveying unit between a main production line and an upper conveying device 105 and a lower conveying device 106, the base clamps 8 on the main production line are conveyed to the upper conveying device 105, the upper conveying device 105 is provided with circulating base clamps 8 along the initial end lifting and conveying device 101 to the terminal lifting and conveying device 104 to complete assembly of parts and bases, then the terminal lifting and conveying device 104 achieves conveying between the upper conveying device 105 and the lower conveying device 106, the assembled base clamps 8 are conveyed on the lower conveying device 106, and the assembled base clamps 8 are conveyed back to the main production line through the initial end lifting and conveying device 101 in the direction from the terminal lifting and conveying device 104 to the initial end lifting and conveying device 101.
The initial end elevating conveyor 101 as shown in fig. 7 includes an initial end elevating vertical support plate 108, an initial end vertical elevating linear module 109, two parallel vertical guide rails one 110, an initial end vertical sliding plate 111, a horizontal support plate one 112, a rodless cylinder one 113, a push rod one 114, a push block one 115, a horizontal guide rail one 116, a transfer guide rail one 117, a transfer guide rail driving cylinder one 118, an initial position sensor 119 and a base jig positioning device one 120, the initial end elevating vertical support plate 108 and the end of the carrier table 107 near the main production line are fixedly connected, the base jig positioning device one 120 is fixedly disposed on the upper end portion of the initial end elevating vertical support plate 108, the initial end vertical elevating linear module 109 and the two parallel vertical guide rails one 110 are vertically disposed on the initial end elevating vertical support plate 108, the initial end vertical sliding plate 111 is connected with the slider of the initial end vertical elevating linear module 109, and the initial end vertical sliding plate 111 is slidably connected with the two parallel vertical guide rails one 110, the horizontal support plate one 112 is fixedly connected with the initial end vertical support plate 111, the horizontal support plate 112 is disposed on the horizontal support plate 112, the push rod driving cylinder 112 is connected with the horizontal support plate 114, the push rod driving cylinder 112, the horizontal support plate 114 is connected with the push rod driving cylinder 112, the first switching guide rail 117 is provided with a base clamp 8, and the first push block 115 is in contact with the base clamp 8.
The initial end lifting and conveying device 101 works: the initial end vertical lifting linear module 109 drives the base clamp 8 on the first horizontal support plate 112 to descend to a position, the first switching guide rail 117 is in butt joint with a guide rail on a main production line, the base clamp 8 to be assembled is pushed to the first switching guide rail 117 from the guide rail on the main production line, the initial end vertical lifting linear module 109 drives the base clamp 8 on the first horizontal support plate 112 to ascend to a position, the first switching guide rail 117 and the upper conveying guide rail 135 are located on the same straight line, the first switching guide rail driving cylinder 118 drives the first switching guide rail 117 to be communicated with the upper conveying guide rail 135, the first rodless cylinder 113 drives the first push block 115 to move, and the base clamp 8 slides to the upper conveying guide rail 135 from the first switching guide rail 117.
As shown in fig. 8, the terminal lifting and conveying device 104 includes a terminal lifting vertical support plate 121, a terminal vertical linear module 122, two terminal vertical guide rails 123 arranged in parallel, a terminal vertical sliding plate 124, a horizontal support plate 125, a rodless cylinder 126, a push rod 127, a push block 128, a horizontal guide rail 129, a transfer guide rail 130, a transfer guide rail driving cylinder 131, a terminal in-place sensor 132 and a base clamp positioning device 133, the terminal lifting vertical support plate 121 and one end of the conveyor table 107 far away from the main production line are fixedly connected, the base clamp positioning device 133 is fixedly arranged on the upper end portion of the terminal lifting vertical support plate 121, the terminal vertical linear module 122 and the two terminal vertical guide rails 123 arranged in parallel are both arranged on the vertical surface of the terminal lifting vertical support plate 121 in the vertical direction, the tail end vertical sliding plate 124 is connected with the tail end vertical linear module 122, the tail end vertical sliding plate 124 is connected with two tail end vertical guide rails 123 which are arranged in parallel in a sliding mode, the horizontal support plate II 125 is fixedly connected with the tail end vertical sliding plate 124, the horizontal support plate II 125 is arranged horizontally, the rodless cylinder II 126 is arranged on the lower end face of the horizontal support plate II 125, one end of the push rod II 127 is connected with the rodless cylinder II 126, the other end of the push rod II 127 is located above the horizontal position of the horizontal support plate II 125, the push block II 128 is connected with the upper end portion of the push rod II 127, the horizontal guide rail II 129 and the switching guide rail driving cylinder II 131 are both arranged on the upper end face of the horizontal support plate II 125, the push rod II 127 is connected with the horizontal guide rail II 129 in a sliding mode, the switching guide rail II 130 is connected with the switching guide rail driving cylinder II 131, and the base clamp 8 is arranged on the switching guide rail II 130, the second push block 128 is in contact with the base fixture 8.
The working principle of the end lifting and conveying device 104 is as follows:

The working principle of the upper conveying device 105 is as follows:

When the base clamp 8 is conveyed between the cleaning station positioning component 138, the cleaning station positioning component 139, the drying station positioning component 140, the dispensing station positioning component 141 and the assembling station positioning component 142, the first main conveying cylinder 134 drives the third push plate 137 to move, the third push plate 137 is provided with the clamp push block 155, the cleaning station positioning component 138, the cleaning station positioning component 139, the drying station positioning component 140 and the clamp push block 155 on the dispensing station positioning component 141 are connected through the connecting rod 144, therefore, the first main conveying cylinder 134 simultaneously drives the cleaning station positioning component 138, the cleaning station positioning component 139, the drying station positioning component 140 and the clamp push block 155 on the dispensing station positioning component 141 to synchronously move, according to the working principle of the clamp push block 155, the base clamp 8 on the cleaning station positioning component 138 can be pushed to the cleaning station positioning component 139, the base clamp 8 on the cleaning station positioning component 139 is pushed to the drying station positioning component 140, the base clamp 8 on the drying station positioning component 140 is pushed to the dispensing station positioning component 141, the base clamp 8 on the cleaning station positioning component 141 is pushed to the assembling station positioning component 137, the dispensing station positioning component 142, and the base clamp on the assembling station positioning component 142 is pushed to the lifting and driving device 142 of the base clamp 142.
The working principle of the assembly station positioning component 142, the first return conveying positioning component 149, the second return conveying positioning component 150, the third return conveying positioning component 151, the fourth return conveying positioning component 152 and the fifth return conveying positioning component 153 in the application of the present invention is the same as the conveying principle of the upper conveying device 105.
The second main conveying cylinder 145 drives the fifth push plate 148 to move, and as the first return conveying positioning assembly 149, the second return conveying positioning assembly 150, the third return conveying positioning assembly 151 and the fourth return conveying positioning assembly 152 are connected through the connecting rod 144, when the second main conveying cylinder 145 is started, the first return conveying positioning assembly 149, the second return conveying positioning assembly 150, the third return conveying positioning assembly 151 and the clamp push block 155 on the fourth return conveying positioning assembly 152 synchronously move, the base clamp 8 on the first return conveying positioning assembly 149 is pushed onto the second return conveying positioning assembly 150, the base clamp 8 on the second return conveying positioning assembly 150 is pushed onto the third return conveying positioning assembly 151, the base clamp 8 on the third return conveying positioning assembly 151 is pushed onto the fourth return conveying positioning assembly 152, the base clamp 8 on the fourth return conveying positioning assembly 152 is pushed onto the fifth return conveying positioning assembly 153, and the base clamp 8 on the fifth return conveying positioning assembly 153 is pushed onto the initial end lifting conveying device 101 through the second transition conveying cylinder 147, so as to complete a cycle.

The operation principle of the lower conveyor 106 is the same as that of the upper conveyor 105.

In the above structure, the first base jig positioning device 120 and the second base jig positioning device 133 are constituted by two parts, namely, a jig locking block 160 and a locking block driving cylinder 161.
The first push block 115, the second push block 128 and the clamp push block 155 shown in fig. 12 have the same structure, the first push block 115, the second push block 128 and the clamp push block 155 respectively comprise a rectangular block 166, a push block body 167, a push block return spring 168 and a push block rotating shaft 169, the upper end of the rectangular block 166 is provided with a rectangular groove 170, the push block body 167 is arranged in the rectangular groove 170 through the push block rotating shaft 169, the push block return spring 168 is arranged between the push block body 167 and the bottom surface of the rectangular groove 170, the upper end of the push block body 167 is provided with an inclined convex surface 171, the inclined convex surface 171 is in contact with the base clamp 8, and the direction from the push block rotating shaft 169 to the push block return spring 168 is the same as the conveying direction of the base clamp 8.
The base clamp 8 at the front end in the conveying direction can compress the push block return spring 168, so that the inclined convex surface 171 is retracted into the rectangular groove 170, the base clamp 8 can smoothly pass through the first push block 115, the second push block 128 and the clamp push block 155, when the first push block 115, the second push block 128 and the clamp push block 155 realize the pushing action of the base clamp 8, the end part of the inclined convex surface 171 close to the push block return spring 168 is contacted with the edge of the base clamp 8, and under the pulling force of the push block return spring 168, the inclined convex surface 171 can push the base clamp 8 to slide, so that the first push block 115, the second push block 128 and the clamp push block 155 can only realize the pushing action.
As shown in fig. 13, the base air blowing cleaning unit 2 and the base drying unit 4 have the same structure, and the base air blowing cleaning unit 2 and the base drying unit 4 respectively include a first vertical support frame 201, a first vertical driving cylinder 202, two vertical guide rails 203 arranged in parallel, a second vertical sliding plate 204, a plurality of air nozzles 205 and an air nozzle mounting plate 206, the first vertical support frame 201 is fixedly arranged on the carrying machine table 107, the first vertical driving cylinder 202 and the two vertical guide rails 203 arranged in parallel are both arranged on the first vertical support frame 201, a piston rod of the first vertical driving cylinder 202 is connected with the second vertical sliding plate 204, the second vertical sliding plate 204 is slidably connected with the two vertical guide rails 203 arranged in parallel, the air nozzle mounting plate 206 is fixedly connected with the second vertical sliding plate 204, and the air nozzle mounting plate 206 is provided with the plurality of air nozzles 205. After the base clamp 8 is moved in place, the first vertical driving cylinder 202 drives the plurality of air nozzles 205 to descend in place, the plurality of air nozzles 205 are started, high-pressure gas is sprayed out, and dust on the base clamp 8 is removed.
The base degreasing unit 3 as shown in fig. 14 and 15 comprises a second vertical support frame 301, a second vertical driving cylinder 302, a second vertical lifting frame 303, a cleaning head 304, a cleaning agent storage barrel 305, a cleaning agent storage barrel mounting frame 306 and a cleaning head rotary driving assembly 307, wherein the second vertical support frame 301 is fixedly connected with the carrying machine table 107, the second vertical driving cylinder 302 is fixedly arranged on the second vertical support frame 301, the second vertical lifting frame 303 is connected with a piston rod of the second vertical driving cylinder 302, the cleaning head rotary driving assembly 307 is arranged on the second vertical lifting frame 303, the cleaning head rotary driving assembly 307 is connected with the cleaning agent storage barrel mounting frame 306, the cleaning agent storage barrel 305 is arranged on the cleaning agent storage barrel mounting frame 306, the cleaning head 304 is connected with the cleaning agent storage barrel 305, and the cleaning head 304 is in contact with a base on the base clamp 8.
