s4: the magnetic rod 3 moves downwards to drive the magnetic rod sleeve 2 to extend into the sampling tube 1, so that the magnetic beads which adsorb the air microorganism nucleic acid sample in the sampling tube 1 are adsorbed on the outer wall of the magnetic rod sleeve 2;
s5: the magnetic rod 3 moves upwards to drive the magnetic rod sleeve 2 to move out of the sampling tube 1, and magnetic beads adsorbed with air microorganism nucleic acid samples are eluted.
In the step S2, a lysis binding solution and magnetic beads are pre-stored in each sampling tube 1, and when air sampling is performed, the collected microbial sample is lysed under the action of the lysis binding solution to release nucleic acid, and the released nucleic acid can be bound to the magnetic beads, so that the effect of extracting nucleic acid while sampling is achieved.
In step S4, the cannula head 37 is a magnetic bead adsorption area, and the magnetic beads having the air microbial nucleic acid sample adsorbed thereon are adsorbed on the outer wall of the cannula head 37.
