The invention provides a functional safety system for an electronic steering column lock of an automobile, which comprises a power supply filtering module, a monitoring module, an electronic steering column lock control module, a motor driving module, a lock tongue motor, a functional safety control module and a lock tongue position detection module; the power supply filtering module, the monitoring module, the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the lock tongue motor are sequentially connected, the lock tongue position detection module is arranged beside the lock tongue, and the functional safety control module is connected with the monitoring module, the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the lock tongue position detection module. When the position of the lock tongue is wrong, the vehicle speed signal is abnormal, the power supply mode is abnormal, the engine state is abnormal, and components and parts are invalid, the functional safety control module cuts off the power supply of the motor by adopting a hardware means, so that the personal and vehicle safety threat caused by abnormal locking of the lock tongue due to the abnormal motor is prevented.

Background
At present, in order to realize the theft prevention of a keyless vehicle, key matching is mainly carried out between a vehicle body controller and an electronic steering column lock or an electronic gear shifter, the theft prevention of the whole vehicle is realized by adopting a locking steering mechanism or a gear shifting mechanism, as the safety requirement of people on the vehicle is higher and higher, the electronic steering column lock is required to be forbidden to be locked in the ISO26262 standard when a vehicle driving/speed signal is abnormal, the functional safety level is ASIL D, but the abnormal locking condition of the vehicle caused by the factors such as error position of a lock tongue, abnormal speed signal, abnormal power supply mode, abnormal engine state, invalid components and parts and the like can occur in the actual vehicle, so that the ASIL D is difficult to reach, and the personal safety is also endangered.

The filtering module is used for protecting and filtering the input power supply and outputting the power supply to the monitoring module.
The monitoring module is used for supplying power to the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the functional safety control module and receiving a lock tongue state signal and a lock tongue position signal of the electronic steering column lock control module; and when the state signal of the lock tongue is inconsistent with the position signal of the lock tongue, a stop signal is sent to the functional safety control module.
The electronic steering column lock control module is used for sending control signals to the motor driving module and receiving lock tongue state signals, receiving lock tongue position signals fed back by the lock tongue position detection module and sending the lock tongue state signals and the lock tongue position signals to the monitoring module.
The motor driving module is used for receiving the control signal of the electronic steering column lock control module, driving the lock tongue motor to work and sending the lock tongue state signal to the electronic steering column lock control module.
The lock tongue position detection module is used for detecting the position of the lock tongue and sending a lock tongue position signal to the electronic steering column lock control module.
The functional safety control module is used for supplying power to the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the lock tongue position detection module, and after receiving stop signals, the power supply and the power ground of the motor driving module are cut off.
Further, the system further comprises an ABS and an ESP, wherein the ABS and the ESP are connected with a monitoring module and are used for sending a vehicle speed signal of the ABS and a wheel speed signal of the ESP to the monitoring module, and the monitoring module is used for sending a stop signal to the functional safety control module when the vehicle speed signal and the wheel speed signal are judged to be different.
Further, the monitoring system also comprises a BCM, wherein the BCM is connected with the monitoring module and is used for sending a power supply mode signal to the monitoring module, and the monitoring module sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module when the power supply mode signal is abnormal.
Further, the engine monitoring system further comprises an EMS, wherein the EMS is connected with the monitoring module and used for sending an engine state signal to the monitoring module, and when the monitoring module receives that the engine state signal is abnormal, the monitoring module sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module.
Further, the electronic steering column lock control module further comprises a self-checking unit, wherein the self-checking unit is used for sending a self-checking fault error signal to the monitoring module after self-checking faults, and when the monitoring module receives the error signal, the monitoring module sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module.

As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the invention provides a functional safety circuit for an electronic steering column lock of an automobile, which can comprise a power supply filtering module, a monitoring module, an electronic steering column lock control module, a motor driving module, a lock tongue motor and a functional safety control module, wherein the power supply filtering module, the monitoring module, the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the lock tongue motor are sequentially connected, and the lock tongue position detection module is arranged beside a lock tongue and the functional safety control module is connected with the monitoring module, the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the lock tongue position detection module.
The power supply filtering module is mainly used for protecting and filtering an input power supply and outputting the power supply to the detection module, so that the power supply filtering module mainly plays a role in increasing the reliability of a circuit. The power supply filter module comprises a reverse connection protection circuit, a surge protection circuit and an ESD protection circuit, wherein the output end of the power supply filter module is connected with an input power KL30, and the output end of the power supply filter module is connected with the power supply input end of the detection module.
The monitoring module is connected with the electronic steering column lock control module and the motor driving module and is used for supplying power to the electronic steering column lock control module and the motor driving module and receiving a lock tongue position signal and a lock tongue state signal fed back by the electronic steering column lock control module, and when the lock tongue state signal is inconsistent with the lock tongue position signal, the monitoring module judges that the electronic steering column lock control module works abnormally and sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module.
The monitoring module is also connected with the ABS and the ESP and is used for receiving and judging a vehicle speed signal of the ABS and a wheel speed signal of the ESP, and when the vehicle speed signal and the wheel speed signal are different, the monitoring module sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module.
The monitoring module is also connected with the BCM and used for receiving a power supply mode signal sent by the BCM, and sending a stop signal to the functional safety control module when the power supply mode signal is abnormal.
The monitoring module is also connected with the EMS and is used for receiving an engine state signal of the EMS, and when the engine state signal is abnormal, the stop signal is sent to the functional safety control module.
The electronic steering column lock control module is used for sending control signals to the motor driving module and receiving the lock tongue state signals, is also used for receiving the lock tongue position signals fed back by the lock tongue position detection module and sending the lock tongue state signals and the lock tongue position signals to the monitoring module. The electronic steering column lock control module further comprises a self-checking unit, wherein the self-checking unit is used for sending a self-checking fault error signal to the monitoring module after self-checking faults, and when the monitoring module receives the error signal, the monitoring module sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module.
The motor driving module is connected with the electronic steering column lock control module, adopts a high-low side H bridge driving mode, can control the motor to stop suddenly and the driving chip to have overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection functions besides realizing the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and can diagnose the faults of the driving circuit and the motor through current sampling. The motor driving circuit is mainly used for receiving the control signal of the electronic steering column lock control module, driving the lock tongue motor to work and sending the lock tongue state signal to the electronic steering column lock control module. The motor driving module power supply is controlled by the monitoring module, the electronic steering column lock control module and the functional safety control together, so that the functional safety level of locking is increased.
The lock tongue detection circuit adopts a mode of double Hall sensors, and the lock tongue position detection module is used for detecting the position of the lock tongue and sending a lock tongue position signal to the control module of the electronic steering column lock.
The function safety control module adopts an SBC design, CAN output 5V/250mA current except CAN communication, has overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection and watchdog function, is mainly used for supplying power to the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the lock tongue position detection module, and cuts off the power supply and the power ground of the motor driving module after receiving stop signals, so as to prevent personal vehicle safety threat caused by abnormal lock of the lock tongue due to abnormal motor.

A functional safety system for an automotive electronic steering column lock, characterized by: the electronic steering column lock comprises a power supply filtering module, a monitoring module, an electronic steering column lock control module, a motor driving module, a lock tongue motor, a functional safety control module and a lock tongue position detection module; the power supply filtering module, the monitoring module, the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the lock tongue motor are sequentially connected, the lock tongue position detection module is arranged beside the lock tongue, and the functional safety control module is connected with the monitoring module, the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the lock tongue position detection module;
the filtering module is used for protecting and filtering the input power supply and outputting the power supply to the monitoring module;
the monitoring module is used for supplying power to the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the functional safety control module and receiving a lock tongue state signal and a lock tongue position signal of the electronic steering column lock control module; when the state signal of the lock tongue is inconsistent with the position signal of the lock tongue, a stop signal is sent to the functional safety control module;
the electronic steering column lock control module is used for sending a control signal to the motor driving module and receiving a lock tongue state signal, receiving a lock tongue position signal fed back by the lock tongue position detection module and sending the lock tongue state signal and the lock tongue position signal to the monitoring module;
the motor driving module is used for receiving a control signal of the electronic steering column lock control module, driving a lock tongue motor to work and sending the lock tongue state signal to the electronic steering column lock control module;
the lock tongue position detection module is used for detecting the position of the lock tongue and sending a lock tongue position signal to the electronic steering column lock control module;
the functional safety control module is used for supplying power to the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the lock tongue position detection module, and after receiving stop signals, the power supply and the power of the motor driving module are cut off.

The functional safety system for an automotive electronic steering column lock of claim 4, wherein the electronic steering column lock control module further comprises a self-test unit for sending a self-test fault error signal to a monitoring module after a self-test fault, and wherein the monitoring module sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module when receiving the error signal.
