At present, in order to realize the theft prevention of a keyless vehicle, key matching is mainly carried out through a vehicle body controller and an electronic steering column lock or an electronic gear shifter, the whole vehicle theft prevention is realized by adopting a mode of locking a steering mechanism or a gear shifting mechanism, along with the higher and higher safety requirements of people on the vehicle, the electronic steering column lock is required to be forbidden to be locked when a vehicle runs or a vehicle speed signal is abnormal in the ISO26262 standard, the functional safety level is ASIL D, but the abnormal locking condition of the vehicle caused by factors such as wrong lock tongue position, abnormal vehicle speed signal, abnormal power supply mode, abnormal engine state, failure of components and the like can occur in the actual vehicle, so that the ASIL D is difficult to achieve, and the personal safety can be damaged.

The invention aims to solve the potential safety hazard problem caused by abnormal locking of a vehicle in the driving process, and provides a functional safety system for an automobile electronic steering column lock, so as to solve the problem of abnormal locking of the vehicle in the driving process caused by factors such as wrong bolt position, abnormal vehicle speed signal, abnormal power supply mode, abnormal engine state, failure of components and the like in the related technology.

The electronic steering column lock control module is used for sending a control signal to the motor drive module, receiving a lock tongue state signal, receiving a lock tongue position signal fed back by the lock tongue position detection module, and sending the lock tongue state signal and the lock tongue position signal to the monitoring module.
The motor driving module is used for receiving the control signal of the electronic steering column lock control module, driving the spring bolt motor to work and sending the spring bolt state signal to the electronic steering column lock control module.
The lock tongue position detection module is used for detecting the position of a lock tongue and sending a lock tongue position signal to the electronic steering column lock control module.
And the function safety control module is used for supplying power to the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the lock tongue position detection module, and cutting off a power supply and a power ground of the motor driving module after receiving the stop signal.
The ABS and the ESP are connected with a monitoring module and used for sending a vehicle speed signal of the ABS and a wheel speed signal of the ESP to the monitoring module, and the monitoring module is used for sending a stop signal to the functional safety control module when judging that the vehicle speed signal is different from the wheel speed signal.
The monitoring module is connected with the monitoring module and used for sending a power supply mode signal to the monitoring module, and the monitoring module sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module when the power supply mode signal is abnormal.
The EMS is connected with the monitoring module and used for sending an engine state signal to the monitoring module, and the monitoring module sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module when receiving the abnormal engine state signal.
Further, electron steering column lock control module still includes the self-checking unit, the self-checking unit is used for sending self-checking trouble error signal to monitoring module after the self-checking trouble, when monitoring module received error signal, send the stop signal to functional safety control module.

when a spring bolt is in error position, a vehicle speed signal is abnormal, a power supply mode is abnormal, an engine state is abnormal and components fail, a fault signal is output to a monitoring module through a self-checking unit of an electronic steering column lock control module, then a stop signal is sent to the functional safety control module of the monitoring module box, and the functional safety control module cuts off the power supply of a motor by adopting a hardware means, so that personal vehicle safety threat caused by abnormal locking of the spring bolt due to motor abnormality is prevented.

As shown in fig. 1, the functional safety circuit for an electronic steering column lock of an automobile according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a power filtering module, a monitoring module, an electronic steering column lock control module, a motor driving module, a latch motor, and a functional safety control module, wherein the power filtering module, the monitoring module, the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module, and the latch motor are sequentially connected, the latch position detection module is disposed beside the latch, and the functional safety control module is connected to the monitoring module, the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module, and the latch position detection module.
And the power supply filtering module is mainly used for outputting the input power supply to the detection module after protection and filtering treatment, and mainly plays a role in increasing the reliability of the circuit. The power supply filtering module comprises a reverse connection protection circuit, a surge protection circuit and an ESD protection circuit, wherein the output end of the power supply filtering module is connected with an input power supply KL30, and the output end of the power supply filtering module is connected with the power supply input end of the detection module.
And the monitoring module is connected with the electronic steering column lock control module and the motor drive module, is used for supplying power to the electronic steering column lock control module and the motor drive module, is used for receiving the spring bolt position signal and the spring bolt state signal fed back by the electronic steering column lock control module, judges that the electronic steering column lock control module works abnormally when the spring bolt state signal is inconsistent with the spring bolt position signal, and sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module.
The monitoring module is also connected with the ABS and the ESP and used for receiving and judging the speed signal of the ABS and the wheel speed signal of the ESP, and when the speed signal is different from the wheel speed signal, the monitoring module sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module.
The monitoring module is further connected with the BCM and used for receiving a power supply mode signal sent by the BCM and sending a stop signal to the functional safety control module when the power supply mode signal is abnormal.
The monitoring module is also connected with the EMS and is used for receiving the engine state signal of the EMS and sending a stop signal to the functional safety control module when the engine state signal is abnormal.
The electronic steering column lock control module is used for sending a control signal to the motor drive module and receiving a lock tongue state signal, and is also used for receiving a lock tongue position signal fed back by the lock tongue position detection module and sending the lock tongue state signal and the lock tongue position signal to the monitoring module. The electronic steering column lock control module further comprises a self-checking unit, the self-checking unit is used for sending a self-checking fault error signal to the monitoring module after self-checking faults, and the monitoring module sends a stop signal to the functional safety control module when receiving the error signal.
The motor driving module is connected with the electronic steering column lock control module, adopts a high-low side H bridge driving mode, can control the motor to suddenly stop, can control the driving chip to have overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection functions besides realizing the positive and negative rotation of the motor, and can diagnose the faults of the driving circuit and the motor by current sampling. The motor driving circuit is mainly used for receiving the control signal of the electronic steering column lock control module, driving the spring bolt motor to work and sending the spring bolt state signal to the electronic steering column lock control module. The power supply of the motor driving module is controlled by the monitoring module, the electronic steering column lock control module and the function safety control together, and the function safety level of locking is increased.
The lock tongue detection circuit adopts a double-Hall sensor mode, and the lock tongue position detection module is used for detecting the position of a lock tongue and sending a lock tongue position signal to the electronic steering column lock control module.
The function safety control module adopts SBC design, CAN also output 5V/250mA current except realizing CAN communication, and the chip has overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature protection and watchdog functions, is mainly used for supplying power for the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor drive module and the bolt position detection module, and cuts off the power supply and the power ground of the motor drive module after receiving a stop signal, thereby preventing personal vehicle safety threat caused by abnormal locking of the bolt due to abnormal motor.

A functional safety system for an automotive electronic steering column lock, characterized by: the device comprises a power supply filtering module, a monitoring module, an electronic steering column lock control module, a motor driving module, a lock tongue motor, a functional safety control module and a lock tongue position detection module; the functional safety control module is connected with the monitoring module, the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor drive module and the lock tongue position detection module;
the filtering module is used for protecting and filtering an input power supply and outputting the input power supply to the monitoring module;
the monitoring module is used for supplying power to the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the functional safety control module and receiving a lock tongue state signal and a lock tongue position signal of the electronic steering column lock control module; when the bolt state signal is inconsistent with the bolt position signal, sending a stop signal to the functional safety control module;
the electronic steering column lock control module is used for sending a control signal to the motor drive module, receiving a lock tongue state signal, receiving a lock tongue position signal fed back by the lock tongue position detection module, and sending the lock tongue state signal and the lock tongue position signal to the monitoring module;
the motor driving module is used for receiving a control signal of the electronic steering column lock control module, driving a spring bolt motor to work and sending a spring bolt state signal to the electronic steering column lock control module;
the lock tongue position detection module is used for detecting the position of a lock tongue and sending a lock tongue position signal to the electronic steering column lock control module;
and the function safety control module is used for supplying power to the electronic steering column lock control module, the motor driving module and the lock tongue position detection module, and cutting off a power supply and a power ground of the motor driving module after receiving the stop signal.
