The present disclosure is directed to a novel color sorter that overcomes some or all of the deficiencies of the prior art.
According to the novel color sorter disclosed by the invention, the novel color sorter comprises a color sorter body, two charging boxes are arranged at the top of the color sorter body, a charging frame is arranged right below the two charging boxes, a charging plate is arranged on the inner side surface of the charging frame, a conveyor belt is arranged on the inner side surface of the charging plate, guide grooves are formed in the inner side surface of the charging frame, guide blocks corresponding to the guide grooves are fixedly connected to the side surfaces of the charging plate, guide rods are fixedly connected to the side surfaces of the two side surfaces of the charging plate, two end parts of the guide rods penetrate through the side surfaces of the charging frame and are fixedly connected with limiting plates, a supporting spring is sleeved on the outer surface of the guide rods between the charging frame and the limiting plates, a guide frame is arranged right above the charging frame, a connecting box is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the charging plate, a driving motor is arranged on the bottom surface of the connecting box, the output end of the driving motor penetrates through the bottom surface of the connecting box and is fixedly connected with a driving bevel gear, the side surfaces of the connecting box are fixedly connected with the driving bevel gear, the end parts of the driving motor and the driving bevel gear are fixedly connected with the bevel gear, the end parts of the driving bevel gear and the driving gear are fixedly connected with the bevel gear.
Preferably, the top surface at the material frame is installed to the guide frame, the top surface through-connection of guide frame has two connecting cylinders, the medial surface fixedly connected with baffle of guide frame, the side opening part fixedly connected with of guide frame spreads the claw of a plurality of equipartitions, spreads the claw and can spread the material on the conveyer belt evenly on the conveyer belt and prevent that the material from spilling the conveyer belt.
Preferably, the bottom ends of the paving claws are all provided with inclined planes, and the bottom surfaces of the partition plates and the paving claws are attached to the conveyor belt, so that the paving claws are prevented from forming a screen leakage on materials.
Preferably, the width of the conveying belt is the same as the width of the inner side face of the feeding plate, so that the material is prevented from being scattered on the conveying belt.
Preferably, the side of guide block is laminated with the medial surface of guide way, the medial surface of connecting cylinder is laminated with the surface of the discharge gate of charging box mutually for the material can directly fall into the guide frame from the charging box.
Preferably, the width of the feeding plate is smaller than the width of the inner side face of the feeding frame, so that the feeding plate can vibrate under the action of the connecting box.
Preferably, the connecting box is located at the center of the bottom surface of the feeding plate, and the two flywheels are semicircular, so that the two flywheels can drive the connecting box to vibrate.

Further, the width of the conveyor belt 130 is the same as the width of the inner side surface of the feeding plate 121, so that the material is ensured not to be scattered on the conveyor belt 130.
Further, the side surface of the guide block 123 is attached to the inner side surface of the guide groove 122, and the inner side surface of the connecting cylinder 140 is attached to the outer surface of the discharge port of the feeding box 111, so that the material can directly fall into the guide frame 141 from the feeding box 111.
Further, the width of the feeding plate 121 is smaller than the width of the inner side surface of the feeding frame 120, so that the feeding plate 121 can vibrate under the action of the connecting box 150.
Further, the connecting box 150 is located at the center of the bottom surface of the feeding plate 121, and the two flywheels 155 are all semicircular, so that the two flywheels 155 can drive the connecting box 150 to vibrate.

Through setting up loading board 121 and link box 150, can drive the dwang 152 through driven bevel gear 153, drive bevel gear 151 when the driving motor 151 of link box 150 bottom surface opens and rotate, thereby make flywheel 155 at dwang 152 both ends can rotate, make loading board 121 can reciprocate the medial surface at last material frame 120 and realize vibrations, loading board 121 can realize the spacing in the middle of the material frame 120 under the effect of guide bar 124 and guide block 123, avoid the too big impact to the material frame 120 of removal range, conveyer belt 130 can vibrate the material of top surface evenly when vibrations, be convenient for select separately after entering into in the middle of the color selector body 110, the sorting efficiency of color selector body 110 has been increased.
