Abstract

本发明提供一种构造简单的安全性能好的冰箱搁架。这种搁架借助于设置在冰箱内壳两侧壁上的导轨,安装成能向前后方向移动,在上述搁架两侧下端中央部分的规定位置前方,具有在搁架向前后移动时限制搁架移动的挡块,当搁架向前方移动时,上述挡块碰在设置在导轨前方的挡条上,当搁架向后方移动时,上述挡块碰在设置在导轨后方的挡条上,从而限制了搁架的移动。

Description

冰箱搁架的构造
本发明涉及冰箱搁架的构造,更详细的说,涉及在借助于在冰箱的内壳侧壁上的导轨推拉移动搁架的位置时,防止搁架在前后方向脱出的前、后挡块和搁架一体形成的冰箱搁架的构造。
冰箱的箱体由外壳和内壳组成,在外壳和内壳之间填充泡沫聚氨酯之类的绝热材料。
纵向或横向形成的中央隔板把箱体分成上、下,或者左、右隔开的冷冻室和冷藏室。
在冷冻室内设有冰盘和搁架,在冷藏室内设有蔬菜箱和搁架。此外,在冷藏室和冷冻室的门上,还设有各种搁架。
如美国专利文献5,299,863号所记载的,冷藏室和冷冻室的搁架能在内壳的两块侧壁板上形成的一对导轨上前后移动。根据美国5,299,863号专利文献,这些搁架既能够全部连接在一起整体地在设置在上下方的导轨上移动,也能够在分别为各个搁架单独设置的一对导轨上移动。可是,在这种情况下,如果太向后推,就会撞在后壁上,如果太向前拉,就会脱离导轨。
例如,在5,273,354号美国专利文献上,记载了移动的下部搁架借助于和上部搁架做成一体的导轨进行导向的结构。按照该专利文献,为了防止上述下部搁架在前后方向掉下来,在下部搁架两侧前后方向的下端做出挡块,以便靠住在导轨前方形成的挡条。
这种挡块不仅可以象上述专利文献那样,用在由上部搁架上形成的导轨为移动的下部导轨导向的搁架,也适用于借助于在冰箱内壳上形成的导轨为移动的普通搁架导向的搁架。此外,在日本专利文献实开昭57-157895上也记载了在搁架上设置的挡块。
图1表示具有上述挡块的普通的搁架。
图1中的搁架(9)借助于在内壳(7)的两侧壁上形成的导轨(8)向前后移动位置。为了防止向后方推动搁架(9)时推过了头而撞在后壁上,在搁架前方的下端部形成了和搁架(9)做成一体的挡块(9A),以使它在碰到导轨(8)上挡条(10)的斜面(10A)时停下来(如图1(A)所示)。
还有,为了防止向前拉动搁架时,搁架(9)脱离内壳(7)的导轨(8),在搁架(9)中央的下部形成了和搁架(9)做成一体的挡块(11),以使它碰到上述挡条(10)的斜面(10B)(如图1(B)所示)。
可是,由于上述挡块(9A、11)是分别在搁架(9)的规定位置上形成的,结构很复杂,注塑成形很困难。
此外,由于在搁架(9)前方形成的挡块(9A)向下凸出,外表不美观。
还有,当把搁架拉到冰箱的外部来时,会由于不注意而碰痛手,存在着安全上的问题。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种构造简单,握持安全的冰箱搁架的构造。
本发明提供一种冰箱搁架的构造,这种搁架借助于设置在冰箱内壳两侧壁上的导轨,安装成能向前后方向移动,其特征在于,
在上述搁架两侧下端中央部分的规定位置前方,具有在搁架向前后移动时限制搁架移动的挡块,当搁架向前方移动时,上述挡块碰在设置在导轨前方的挡条上,当搁架向后方移动时,上述挡块碰在设置在导轨后方的挡条上。
下面,参照附图详细描述本发明的实施例。附图中:
图1A和图1B是现有技术中冰箱搁架的构造的主要部分的侧视图;
图2A和图2B是按照本发明的冰箱搁架构造的主要部分的侧视图。
如图2A和2B所示,在借助于冰箱内壳(7)上的导轨(8)能向前后方向移动的搁架(9)两侧下端的中央部分,形成了和上述搁架(9)做成一体的限制搁架(9)向前后方向移动的“H”形挡块(12),该挡块(12)能碰到分别在内壳(7)两侧后方形成的挡条(10、11)的斜面(10A、11A)。
下面,说明上述本发明实施例的动作过程。
如图2A所示,当把要移动位置的搁架(9)借助于在冰箱内壳(7)两侧壁上的导轨向冰箱的内侧推动时,在搁架(9)两侧下端的中央部分形成的“H”形挡块(12)就碰到了在各导轨(8)后方形成的挡条(11)的斜面(11A),于是就能防止搁架(9)脱离规定的位置而被推到冰箱的里侧去。
另一方面,如图2B所示,当把搁架(9)从前方拉出来时,在搁架(9)中央部分形成的挡块(12)就碰到了分别在导轨(8)前方形成的挡条(10)的斜面(10A),搁架(9)就不会从冰箱上掉下来。
综上所述,按照本发明的冰箱的搁架,当推或拉着它沿着冰箱两侧壁上的导轨向前后方向移动时,由于在搁架的中央部分有和它做成一体的挡块,就能防止搁架脱离规定的位置,简化了搁架在注塑成形时的构造,也没有握持搁架时挡块碰痛使用者的手的副作用,十分安全。

Claims (4)

1.一种冰箱搁架的构造,这种搁架借助于设置在冰箱内壳两侧壁上的导轨,安装成能向前后方向移动,其特征在于,
上述搁架具有能限制搁架移动的挡块。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱搁架的构造,其特征在于,上述挡块设置在上述搁架两侧下端的中央部分。
3.如权利要求1所述的冰箱搁架的构造,其特征在于,
当搁架向前方移动时,上述挡块碰在设置在导轨前方的挡条上,当搁架向后方移动时,上述挡块碰在设置在导轨后方的挡条上,从而限制搁架的移动。
4.如权利要求1所述的冰箱搁架的构造,其特征在于,上述挡块与上述搁架做成一体。
