Abstract

本公开涉及电池模块。
背景技术
例如,在日本特开2019-81435号公报公开了具备配置于车辆的地板面板的下方的托盘、和搭载于托盘上的电池模块的电池包构造。
发明内容
在日本特开2019-81435号公报所记载的构造中,在由于来自车辆下方的上推(日文:突き上げ)而对托盘作用了向上的冲击时,电池模块有可能损伤。
本公开的目的在于提供一种能够抑制因来自车辆下方的上推引起的二次电池的损伤的电池模块。
根据本公开的一方面的电池模块,具备二次电池和收容所述二次电池的壳体,所述壳体具有向下开口的壳体主体和封闭所述壳体主体的开口的盖构件,所述盖构件具有支承部和相对部,所述支承部在比所述壳体主体的下端部靠上方处支承所述二次电池,所述相对部从所述支承部的缘部向下方延伸,并且与所述壳体主体的下端部相对,所述相对部固定于所述壳体主体的下端部。

参照附图对本公开的实施方式进行说明。此外,在以下所参照的附图中,对相同或相当的构件标注了相同的附图标记。
图1是概略地示出本公开的一实施方式的电池模块的构成的立体图。该电池模块1例如搭载于车辆的地板上。
如图1所示,电池模块1具备电池堆100和壳体200。
电池堆100至少包括一个二次电池101。在本实施方式中,电池堆100具有多个二次电池101。多个二次电池101在一方向上层叠。作为二次电池101,例如可举出锂离子电池。此外,虽然在图1中示出1个电池堆100具有3个二次电池101的例子,但1个电池堆100所包括的二次电池101的数量没有特别限定。
壳体200收容电池堆100。壳体200例如载置于车辆的地板FL。壳体200可以由金属等形成。壳体200具有壳体主体210和盖构件220。
壳体主体210向下开口。壳体主体210具有周壁212和上壁214。
周壁212包围电池堆100。周壁212形成为四边形筒状。周壁212具有下端部212a。在本实施方式中,下端部212a构成与地板FL抵接的抵接部。
上壁214连接于周壁212的上端部。上壁214形成为矩形状,封闭周壁212的上侧的开口。
盖构件220封闭壳体主体210的开口(周壁212的下侧的开口)。盖构件220以在壳体主体210载置于地板FL时在地板FL与电池堆100之间形成空间S的方式支承电池堆100。盖构件220具有支承部222和相对部224。
支承部222在比下端部212a靠上方处支承电池堆100。支承部222具有封闭壳体主体210的开口的形状。在本实施方式中,支承部222形成为矩形状。支承部222可以平坦地形成。在支承部222与地板FL之间形成有所述空间S。
相对部224从支承部222的缘部向下方延伸,并且与下端部212a相对。相对部224形成为比周壁212小一圈的四边形筒状。相对部224配置于下端部212a的内侧。优选,相对部224的外侧面与下端部212a的内侧面相接。相对部224通过紧固构件B固定于下端部212a。
如图1所示,电池模块1还可以具备冷却装置300。冷却装置300能够使制冷剂(水等)在其内部流动。冷却装置300配置成与周壁212的外侧面相接。冷却装置300可以配置在彼此相邻的壳体200之间。在该情况下,相对部224可以通过紧固构件B固定于冷却装置300。
另外,电池模块1还可以具备顶板400。顶板400连接于壳体200的上表面。在该情况下,包括顶板400的单元搭载于地板FL。
如上所述,在本实施方式的电池模块1中,支承部222在比下端部212a靠上方处支承电池堆100,因此,在该电池模块1载置于地板FL的情况下,在电池堆100与地板FL之间形成空间S。因此,即使在如图1中的箭头所示那样,由于来自车辆下方的上推而对地板FL作用了冲击的情况下,也能够抑制该冲击载荷向电池堆100的各二次电池101传递。由此,抑制了因来自车辆下方的上推引起的二次电池101的损伤。另外,通过形成有空间S,将盖构件220固定于壳体主体210的作业变得容易。
即,空间S兼具作为用于将相对部224固定于下端部212a的作业空间的功能和避免因来自车辆下方的上推引起的二次电池101的损伤的功能。因此,与在电池模块1内分别设置用于各功能的专用空间的情况相比,能够提高电池模块1内的电池堆100的比率。
此外,在上述实施方式中,可以以与各壳体主体210的两侧部相接的方式设置冷却装置300。
另外,如图2所示,电池模块1还可以具备底板500。底板500连接于壳体200的下表面。在该情况下,包括顶板400和底板500的单元搭载于地板FL。
包括该顶板400和底板500的单元也可以如图3所示那样连接于地板FL的下表面。另外,如图4所示,在电池模块1连接于地板FL的下表面的情况下,也可以省略顶板400。在图3和图4所示的例子中,在电池堆100与底板500之间形成空间S。因此,与图1所示的实施方式同样,即使在由于来自车辆下方的上推而对底板500作用了冲击的情况下,也能够抑制该冲击载荷向电池堆100的各二次电池101传递。
本领域技术人员可知,上述的例示性的实施方式是以下的方案的具体例。
上述实施方式中的电池模块具备二次电池和收容所述二次电池的壳体,所述壳体具有向下开口的壳体主体和封闭所述壳体主体的开口的盖构件,所述盖构件具有支承部和相对部,所述支承部在比所述壳体主体的下端部靠上方处支承所述二次电池,所述相对部从所述支承部的缘部向下方延伸,并且与所述壳体主体的下端部相对,所述相对部固定于所述壳体主体的下端部。
在该电池模块中,盖构件的支承部在比壳体主体的下端部靠上方处支承二次电池,因此,在该电池模块例如载置于车辆的地板的情况下,在二次电池与地板之间形成空间。因此,即使在由于来自车辆的下方的上推而对地板作用了冲击的情况下,也能够抑制该冲击载荷向二次电池传递。由此,抑制了因来自车辆下方的上推引起的二次电池的损伤。另外,通过形成有所述空间,将盖构件固定于壳体主体的作业变得容易。
另外,可以是,所述电池模块还具备以与所述壳体主体相邻的方式配置的冷却装置,所述壳体的下端部固定于所述冷却装置。

1.一种电池模块,具备:
二次电池;和
收容所述二次电池的壳体,
所述壳体具有:
向下开口的壳体主体;和
封闭所述壳体主体的开口的盖构件,
所述盖构件具有:
支承部,在比所述壳体主体的下端部靠上方处支承所述二次电池;和
相对部,从所述支承部的缘部向下方延伸,并且与所述壳体主体的下端部相对,
所述相对部固定于所述壳体主体的下端部。
