The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-10, the three-dimensional carving device for the production of the wooden assembly type toy comprises a processing box 1 and a two-stage dust collecting mechanism 4, wherein an air compressor 10 is fixed at the outer side part of the processing box 1, the two-stage dust collecting mechanism 4 is positioned at the other side part of the processing box 1, a wax oil tank 3 is arranged at the upper part of the processing box 1, an avoiding area 5 is arranged on the processing box 1, a rotating mechanism 2 is arranged inside the avoiding area 5, a plurality of lifting carving mechanisms 8 are arranged on the rotating mechanism 2, a conveying chain mechanism 6 is arranged inside the processing box 1, a plurality of rotating clamping mechanisms 7 are arranged on the conveying chain mechanism 6, a three-dimensional carving mechanism 18 and three clamping mechanical arms 11 are arranged on the conveying chain mechanism 6, a carving machine head 24, a polishing machine head 25 and a wax coating machine head 26 are sequentially arranged on the three clamping mechanical arms 11, a plurality of symmetrically and uniformly distributed adjusting air injection guns 9 are arranged on the inner side of the processing box 1, the adjusting air injection guns 9 are connected with the air compressor 10 through air pipes, the adjusting air injection guns 9 correspond to the rotating mechanism 2 and the clamping mechanical arms 11, two symmetrically and the adjusting air injection guns 12 are also arranged on the inner side of the processing box 1, and are positioned close to the wax coating machine head 26;
according to the size of a finished product of the wooden toy, the heights of the lifting carving mechanisms 8 are adjusted, the positions of the rotating mechanism 2 are adjusted, namely the positions of the lifting carving mechanisms 8 are adjusted, the positions of the air gun 9 and the wax injection gun 12 are adjusted, the positions of the three-dimensional carving mechanism 18 and the three clamping mechanical arms 11 are adjusted, the two-stage dust collecting mechanism 4 is started, and clean air enters the inside of the processing box 1;
simultaneously, starting the air compressor 10, injecting gas into the regulating air gun 9 by the air compressor 10, placing the wooden toy to be processed above the first rotary clamping mechanism 7, and driving the wooden toy to be processed to rotate by the rotary clamping mechanism 7 to carry out omnibearing carving;
the plurality of lifting engraving mechanisms 8 are used for carrying out primary molding engraving on the wooden toy, and after the primary molding engraving is finished, the conveying chain mechanism 6 drives the rotary clamping mechanism 7 to move one position intermittently;
the preliminarily molded and carved wooden toy is moved to the lower part of the three-dimensional carving mechanism 18, and the three-dimensional carving mechanism 18 carries out three-dimensional carving;
the conveying chain mechanism 6 drives the rotary clamping mechanism 7 to intermittently move a position, and the first clamping mechanical arm 11 is matched with the engraving machine head 24 to perform three-dimensional fine engraving;
the conveying chain mechanism 6 drives the rotary clamping mechanism 7 to intermittently move a position, and the second clamping mechanical arm 11 is matched with the polishing head 25 for fine polishing;
the conveying chain mechanism 6 drives the rotary clamping mechanism 7 to intermittently move for one position, when the position of the wax injection gun 12 is adjusted, the wax injection gun 12 is adjusted to spray wax oil on the wooden toy, and the third clamping mechanical arm 11 is matched with the waxing machine head 26 to smear the wax oil evenly;
the rotary clamping mechanism 7 moves one position at each interval, places the next wood toy to be processed, and takes down the finished wood toy;
during carving and polishing, dry air is blown to the carving and polishing positions to take away sawdust generated by carving and polishing, the air gun 9 is adjusted to spray powerful air which is blown to the carving positions to ensure that the carved sawdust is blown down quickly, and the air is sucked into the two-stage dust collecting mechanism 4 under negative pressure, so that the sawdust is prevented from flying in disorder, is settled twice, is circulated by air inlet and outlet, and has high efficiency;
when the rotary clamping mechanism 7 is used for clamping the lower part of the wooden toy, the part of the rotary clamping mechanism is not carved or polished, the finished wooden toy can be reversely clamped, and then carving, polishing, waxing and the like are carried out, so that the complete finished wooden toy is formed.
The two sides of the treatment box 1 are respectively provided with a mounting plate 17, the upper end of the treatment box 1 is provided with a plurality of air inlet cones 14, the lower end of the treatment box 1 is provided with a plurality of ash removing cones 13, the positions and the number of the ash removing cones 13 correspond to those of the air inlet cones 14, two bearings 16 are arranged in the avoidance area 5, and avoidance holes 15 are arranged at the upper and lower positions of the avoidance area 5; the mounting plate 17 is used for mounting the conveying chain mechanism 6, the air inlet cone 14 is used for air inlet, the ash removal cone 13 is used for air exhaust, engraved and polished saw dust is discharged, the bearing 16 is used for mounting the rotating mechanism 2, and the avoiding hole 15 is used for avoiding the rotating mechanism 2.
The rotating mechanism 2 comprises a rotating motor 19 and a speed regulator 20 which are fixed on the outer side of the treatment box 1, an output shaft of the rotating motor 19 is in transmission connection with the speed regulator 20, a driving gear 21 is fixed on an output shaft of the speed regulator 20, two sides of an installation ring cylinder 23 are respectively and fixedly arranged inside inner rings of two bearings 16, a driven gear 22 is arranged in the middle of the installation ring cylinder 23, and the driven gear 22 is in meshing transmission with the driving gear 21; an output shaft of the rotating motor 19 drives the speed regulator 20 to rotate, an output shaft of the speed regulator 20 drives the driving gear 21 to perform speed regulation rotation, and the driving gear 21 drives the driven gear 22 to rotate, so that two sides of the mounting ring cylinder 23 are driven to stably rotate inside inner rings of the two bearings 16, and the plurality of lifting engraving mechanisms 8 are driven to rotate.
The lifting engraving mechanism 8 comprises an adjusting plate 35, the adjusting plate 35 is fixed on the side portion of the mounting ring cylinder 23, two sliding rails 36 are fixed on the adjusting plate 35, an adjusting screw 37 is rotatably arranged on the adjusting plate 35, the adjusting screw 37 is positioned between the two sliding rails 36, an adjusting motor 38 is fixed at the end portion of the adjusting plate 35, an output shaft of the adjusting motor 38 is in transmission connection with the adjusting screw 37, adjusting sliding plates 39 are slidably arranged on the two sliding rails 36, the adjusting sliding plates 39 are in transmission connection with the adjusting screw 37, a rotating base motor 40 is fixed on the adjusting sliding plates 39, a U-shaped frame is fixed on an output shaft of the rotating base motor 40, a rotating motor 41 is fixed on the outer side of the U-shaped frame, a mounting ring seat 42 is rotatably arranged on the inner side of the U-shaped frame, an output shaft of the rotating motor 41 is in transmission connection with the mounting ring seat 42, and a first engraving machine 43 is fixed inside the mounting ring seat 42; an output shaft of the adjusting motor 38 drives the adjusting screw rod 37 to rotate, the adjusting screw rod 37 drives the adjusting sliding plate 39 to slide on the two sliding rails 36, the adjusting sliding plate 39 drives the rotating seat motor 40 to move up and down, an output shaft of the rotating seat motor 40 drives the U-shaped frame to rotate, so that the first engraving machine 43 is driven to rotate, an output shaft of the rotating motor 41 drives the mounting ring seat 42 to rotate, so that the first engraving machine 43 is driven to rotate with another degree of freedom, and the first engraving machine 43 performs primary molding engraving.
The conveying chain mechanism 6 comprises a conveying chain motor 27 and two mounting seats 28, the two mounting seats 28 are respectively fixed at the upper ends of the two mounting plates 17, two connecting plates are arranged between the two mounting seats 28, rotating shafts 29 are respectively arranged on the mounting seats 28 in a rotating manner, two chain wheels are fixed on the rotating shafts 29, a conveying chain 30 is arranged between the two chain wheels at the same side, the conveying chain 30 is positioned between the two connecting plates, a plurality of rotating seat plates 31 are arranged on the conveying chain 30, the conveying chain motor 27 is fixed at the upper ends of the mounting plates 17, and an output shaft of the conveying chain motor 27 is in transmission connection with one of the rotating shafts 29; the output shaft of the conveying chain motor 27 drives one of the rotating shafts 29 to rotate, so as to drive the two chain wheels to rotate, and the chain wheels are matched with the conveying chain 30 to drive the conveying chain 30 to move, so as to drive the plurality of rotating base plates 31 to move intermittently in sequence.
The rotary clamping mechanism 7 comprises a rotary motor, the rotary motor is fixed inside the rotary seat plate 31, a lifting motor 32 is fixed on an output shaft of the rotary motor, a screw is arranged on an output shaft of the lifting motor 32, the screw is in transmission connection with a bracket of the clamping motor 34, the upper end of the lifting motor 32 is provided with the clamping motor 34, and the upper end of the clamping motor 34 is provided with a clamping chuck plate 33; the output shaft of centre gripping motor 34 rotates, and the wooden toy of processing is treated in centre gripping (holding) chuck 33 centre gripping, and the output shaft of rotating electrical machines drives elevator motor 32 and rotates to drive wooden toy and rotate, elevator motor 32's output shaft drives the screw rod and rotates, and the screw rod drives centre gripping motor 34 lift removal with the support cooperation transmission of centre gripping motor 34, thereby drives wooden toy lift removal, satisfies glyptic effect.
The three-dimensional engraving mechanism 18 comprises a mounting vertical plate 44, the mounting vertical plate 44 is fixed on the side portion of one of the mounting seats 28, a transverse screw rod assembly 45 is arranged at the upper end of the mounting vertical plate 44, a transverse motor 48 is fixed on the side portion of the mounting vertical plate 44, an output shaft of the transverse motor 48 is in transmission connection with the transverse screw rod assembly 45, a transverse sliding seat 46 is arranged on the transverse screw rod assembly 45, a vertical screw rod assembly 49 is arranged on the transverse sliding seat 46, a vertical motor 47 is fixed on the transverse sliding seat 46, an output shaft of the vertical motor 47 is in transmission connection with the vertical screw rod assembly 49, a vertical sliding seat 50 is arranged on the vertical screw rod assembly 49, a second engraving machine 51 is detachably arranged on the vertical sliding seat 50, a mounting joint 52 is arranged at the lower end of the second engraving machine 51, and an engraving head 53 is detachably arranged at the lower end of the mounting joint 52; an output shaft of the transverse motor 48 is matched with the transverse screw rod assembly 45 to drive the transverse sliding seat 46 to move transversely, an output shaft of the vertical motor 47 is matched with the vertical screw rod assembly 49 to drive the vertical sliding seat 50 to move vertically, transverse and longitudinal movement of the second engraving machine 51 is met, an engraving head 53 with a corresponding specification is selected according to the finished product size of the wooden toy, the engraving head 53 is installed at the lower end of the installation connector 52, the second engraving machine 51 drives the installation connector 52 to move, and the installation connector 52 drives the engraving head 53 to move, so that three-dimensional engraving is performed.
The adjusting air gun 9 comprises a fixing plate 54, the fixing plate 54 is adjustably and rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the treatment box 1, an installation frame 55 is arranged on the fixing plate 54, an adjusting slide seat 57 is rotatably arranged in the installation frame 55, an adjusting push rod 56 is hinged between the installation frame 55 and the adjusting slide seat 57, an air injection valve 58 is arranged at the upper end of the adjusting slide seat 57, an air injection gun barrel 59 is arranged at the end part of the air injection valve 58, and the air injection valve 58 is connected with the air compressor 10 through an air pipe; according to the carving and polishing position, the fixing plate 54 is rotated, the rotating angle of the air injection gun pipe 59 is adjusted, the adjusting push rod 56 pushes the adjusting slide seat 57 to rotate, the positioning angle of the air injection gun pipe 59 is adjusted, the air compressor 10 injects air into the air injection valve 58, the air injection valve 58 controls air injection time and an air injection switch, the wood chips are impacted by the air, and the wood chips are guaranteed to be effectively blown to the bottom of the processing box 1.
The adjustable wax injection gun 12 comprises a first wax injection seat 60, the first wax injection seat 60 is adjustably and rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the treatment box 1, a second wax injection seat 61 is rotatably arranged at the end part of the first wax injection seat 60, a third wax injection seat 62 is rotatably arranged at the end part of the second wax injection seat 61, a wax injection valve 63 is arranged on the third wax injection seat 62, a wax injection gun tube 64 is arranged at the end part of the wax injection valve 63, a wax injection pump is arranged on the first wax injection seat 60 and the wax oil box 3, the feeding end of the wax injection pump extends into the wax oil box 3, and the discharging end of the wax injection pump is connected with the wax injection valve 63 through a pipeline; according to the finished product size of the wooden toy, the first wax injection seat 60 is rotated, the rotation angle of the wax injection gun tube 64 is adjusted, the position of the second wax injection seat 61 can be adjusted in angle relative to the first wax injection seat 60, the position of the third wax injection seat 62 can be adjusted in angle relative to the second wax injection seat 61, so that the positioning angle of the wax injection gun tube 64 is adjusted, the wax oil in the wax oil tank 3 is injected into the wax injection valve 63 by the wax injection pump, the wax injection time and the wax injection switch are controlled by the wax injection valve 63, and the wax oil is precisely sprayed on the outer surface of the wooden toy through the wax injection gun tube 64.
The two-stage dust collecting mechanism 4 comprises a dust collecting frame 66, a dust collecting box 65 is arranged at the lower end of the dust collecting frame 66, a primary sedimentation tank 67 and a secondary sedimentation tank 72 are fixed on the dust collecting frame 66, the lower ends of the primary sedimentation tank 67 and the secondary sedimentation tank 72 are communicated with the dust collecting box 65, the side part of the primary sedimentation tank 67 is connected with an air inlet multi-branch joint 68, the air inlet multi-branch joint 68 is respectively connected with a plurality of dust removing cones 13 through pipelines, a dust collecting fan 69 is arranged at the upper end of the primary sedimentation tank 67, an air connecting pipe 70 is arranged at the air outlet end of the dust collecting fan 69, the end part of the air connecting pipe 70 is connected with the side part of the secondary sedimentation tank 72, the upper end of the secondary sedimentation tank 72 is connected with an air outlet multi-branch joint 71, and the air outlet multi-branch joint 71 is respectively connected with the air inlet cones 14 through pipelines; the dust collection fan 69 sucks air, the sawdust inside the dust removal cones 13 is sucked into the primary settling tank 67 through the air inlet multi-branch joint 68 to be settled for the first time, and then the sawdust with fine particles is discharged into the air connecting pipe 70 through the dust collection fan 69 to enter the secondary settling tank 72 to be settled for the second time, so that clean air is obtained, and the sawdust is discharged through the air outlet multi-branch joint 71 to enter the air inlet cones 14 to be blown off.

A three-dimensional carving device for production of wooden assembled toys comprises a processing box (1) and two-stage dust collecting mechanisms (4), and is characterized in that an air compressor (10) is fixed on the outer side portion of the processing box (1), the two-stage dust collecting mechanisms (4) are located on the other side portion of the processing box (1), a wax oil tank (3) is arranged on the upper portion of the processing box (1), an avoiding area (5) is arranged on the processing box (1), a rotating mechanism (2) is arranged in the avoiding area (5), the rotating mechanism (2) is provided with a plurality of lifting carving mechanisms (8), a conveying chain mechanism (6) is arranged in the processing box (1), a plurality of rotating clamping mechanisms (7) are arranged on the conveying chain mechanism (6), a three-dimensional carving mechanism (18) and three clamping mechanical arms (11) are arranged on the conveying chain mechanism (6), carving machine heads (24), polishing machine heads (25) and wax coating machine heads (26) are sequentially arranged on the three clamping mechanical arms (11), a plurality of adjusting air guns (9) which are symmetrically and uniformly distributed on the inner side of the processing box (1), the adjusting air guns (9) are connected with the air compressor (10) through air pipes, the adjusting machine heads (9) are symmetrically distributed with two air injection gun regulating mechanism (12) corresponding to the rotating mechanism (2), the wax injection gun (12) is adjusted to be located close to the wax applicator head (26).
