Abstract
本发明涉及一种共轭碳碘聚合物用于制备胃肠道动力检测试剂的应用,属于成像技术领域。本发明公开的共轭碳碘聚合物X射线成像性能高,纤维结构柔软易塑形,成像无金属伪影干扰。胃肠道动力检测胶囊中包含共轭碳碘聚合物纤维内容物和羟甲基纤维素胶囊壳,胶囊吞服后在消化道内释放共轭碳碘聚合物经X射线拍摄清晰可见,在胃肠道内自然溶解,在体内不被代谢,不被吸收,会随着肠道的蠕动分布在消化道的某个部位或排出体外。在规定时间进行X射线成像,以确定标记物在胃肠道内的分布和排出情况。由此可得出不同胃肠道状况的诊断结果,并给出最佳治疗方案。本发明中共轭碳碘聚合物用于检测胃肠道动力,对胃肠功能性紊乱等疾病进行诊断或疗效评估。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于成像技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种共轭碳碘聚合物用于制备胃肠道动力检测试剂的应用。
背景技术
在人们生活水平日渐提高的今天,越来越多的人认识到便秘的痛苦及危害,且胃肠道动力不足可以会引发在如肠癌、肝性脑病、急性心肌梗死和脑血管意外等疾病。目前,对于便秘的病因研究尚未得到足够的重视,绝大多数患者经过经验性治疗后并无明确效果。重视便秘病因诊断,为患者提供更精确的治疗方案显得尤为重要。胃肠道动力标记物可以作为便秘诊断的重要手段,其可以测定结肠传输时间,是评价结肠转运功能的客观指标,具有简单、安全、无痛苦、患者易接受的特点。对便秘的诊断、病因研究和疗效评价具有重要意义,是胃肠道动力检测的首选无创手段。
发明内容
本发明解决了现有技术中无法快速诊断胃肠道动力、常规胃肠道动力标记物含有重金属元素,存在金属伪影影响成像质量和潜在安全隐患等技术问题。本发明提供了一种含有聚二乙炔(PDA)主链,但只有碘原子取代基的共轭聚合物X射线成像性能高,纤维结构柔软易塑形,成像无金属伪影干扰,不会被胃肠道吸收,随粪便排出。
根据本发明第一方面,提供了一种共轭碳碘聚合物用于制备胃肠道动力检测试剂的应用。

总体而言,通过本发明所构思的以上技术方案与现有技术相比,主要具备以下的技术优点:
(1)本发明提供了一种含有聚二乙炔主链,但只有碘原子取代基的共轭聚合物X射线成像性能高,纤维结构柔软易塑形,成像无金属伪影干扰,不会被胃肠道吸收,随粪便排出。
(2)本发明共轭碳碘聚合物为纳米纤维结构,柔软易塑形,在体内随粪便排泄,不会对胃肠道蠕动造成额外的负担,不容易透过消化道内壁被正常组织吸收。
(3)本发明共轭碳碘聚合物为纳米纤维结构,不含任何重金属元素,不容易透过消化道内壁被正常组织吸收,不会引发额外副作用。
(4)本发明优选地,胶囊外壳为羟甲基纤维素,生物相容性良好,在胃液中降解释药。
(5)本发明共轭碳碘聚合物含碘量高达84%,CT成像质量高,无金属伪影干扰。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
本发明中的共轭碳碘聚合物的制备可参见公开号为CN114149569A的发明专利。
实施例1
称取3mg式Ⅰ所示的共轭碳碘聚合物制备成长5mm,直径1mm的圆柱体,包载在羟甲基纤维素外壳中形成胃肠道动力检测胶囊(图1)。给大鼠喂食3颗胶囊之后,利用CT成像可以监测到共轭碳碘聚合物在不同时间段胃肠道中的分布状态,CT成像清晰可见,无任何金属伪影干扰(图2)。分别统计三颗共轭碳碘聚合物在胃肠道中分布如图3所示,结果表明三颗标记物均按照胃-小肠-大肠的顺序依次沿消化道往下走,并在24小时之后均随粪便排出。更进一步,我们测试了大鼠血液相关指标,结果如下表所示,各项指标均在安全范围内,未造成其他影响。综上所述,共轭碳碘聚合物成像性能优异无金属伪影干扰,纤维结构柔软易塑形,不会被胃肠道吸收,一天后随粪便排出,本发明提供了一种优良的胃肠道动力检测方法。
