The buoyant pelleted fishing lure of claim 1, wherein the main ingredient comprises: 100-300 parts of wheat flour, 200-400 parts of corn flour, 200-300 parts of soybean flour, 50-200 parts of peanut cake powder, 50-150 parts of wheat protein powder, 50-150 parts of sodium caseinate, 20-50 parts of fish meal and 50-200 parts of milk powder.
