本发明涉及一种新型太阳能热水器集热器,该集热器壳体采用一次成型工艺制成,并由密封压条和上、下压条实现与盖板的连接。导热内芯条带是采用在铝带与铜带之间加设铜管,并挤压复合、吹胀而成。该热水器集热器具有密封性好、稳定性和牢固性强、产品生产效率高、安装便利、产品寿命长、抗候性、耐湿性、耐碱蚀性强等特点,其创造性的设计理念,使太阳能热水器的优质性能得以充分发挥和体现,它的问世将太阳能热水器技术推向了一个崭新的高度。

Description

一种新型太阳能热水器集热器
本发明涉及太阳能热水器技术。
太阳能热水器集热器主要由底板、边框、导热内芯和盖板等部件组成。实践证明,松散式结构边框的稳定性差,牢固性低,不利于安装,使用寿命短,生产效率低,而且集热器导热内芯传导效果不理想,这些缺陷很大限度地影响了太阳能集热器的性能发挥,因此亟需改进。
本发明的目的就是解决上述问题,提供一种具有牢固的结构、稳定性强、便于安装且集热器导热内芯传导效果好、寿命长的新型太阳能热水器集热器。
本发明是这样实现的:集热器壳体呈盆状,在其水平沿边表面设有一周固定凹槽,盖板刚好盖住盆状的集热器壳体的水平沿边,盖板的周边套装有一圈密封压条,该密封压条的下方设有一圈突棱,刚好就位于壳体沿边的凹槽内。上压条和下压条分别从盖板周边顶面的密封压条及壳体沿边底面将盖板与壳体卡紧。挤压复合、吹胀成型的导热内芯条带是由铝带与铜带之间加设铜管构成。
该发明集热器壳体采用一次成型工艺制成,较传统边框式集热器而言,该产品密封性和保温性大大加强,产品钢性大幅提高,集热器安装的稳定性和牢固性得以彻底改善,生产效率提高,安装便利,产品寿命延长。为增强壳体薄形材安装时的稳固性,发明者独具匠心的设计了上下压条配合锁紧的连接方法,巧妙而实用。导热内芯条带是采用铜铝带加铜管挤压复合、吹胀而成,这样更加便于磁控射溅,更易形成选择性涂层,使产品导热性、抗侯性、耐湿性、耐碱蚀性大幅提高,从而将集热器性能优势发挥到极致。

实施例:如附图1-附图5或附图6所示,该集热器主要由上压条1、密封压条2、盖板3、导热内芯条带4、保温层5、下压条6、壳体7等部件组成。壳体7呈盆状、在其水平沿边表面设有一周固定凹槽,盖板3刚好盖住盆状的集热器壳体7的水平沿边,盖板3的周边套装有一圈密封压条2,该密封压条2的下方设有一圈突棱,刚好就位于壳体7沿边的凹槽内。盖板3与壳体7的连接由上压条1和下压条6分别从盖板3周边顶面的密封压条2及壳体7沿边底面卡紧完成。导热内芯条带4是采用在铝带8与铜带9之间加设铜管10,并挤压复合、吹胀而成。

1.一种新型太阳能热水器集热器,其特征在于集热器壳体7呈盆状,在其水平沿边表面设有一周固定凹槽,盖板3周边套装密封压条2,密封压条2上的突棱就位于壳体7沿边的凹槽内;上压条1和下压条6分别从盖板3周边顶面及壳体7沿边底面将盖板3与壳体7卡紧;挤压复合、吹胀成型的导热内芯条带4是由铝带8与铜带9之间加设铜管10构成。
