本发明涉及一种仿真的首饰及其制作工艺，这是对仿真首饰、工艺品和表带的一种改进。
仿真首饰制品十分华丽，具有装饰作用，且其价格十分低廉，因此深受群众尤其是女性们的欢迎。但是，这种仿真装饰品色泽单一，耐磨性能差，比较容易退色，从而影响到它们在销售渠道上进一步发展。
本发明的任务是要提供一种新型的仿真首饰及其制作工艺，这种多色仿真首饰经久耐磨，在长时间内不变色，色泽鲜艳、造型美观，一种首饰会出现多种颜色，其制作的工艺简单、独特，生产成本比较低廉。
本发明的任务是以如下的方式完成的，它是选用优质的铜、镉、钴等金属作为铸件的原材料，其中铜占70～80％，镉占5～15％，钴占3～10％，它是在适当的高温下铸成的，这种铸件材料经过挤压后呈棒状，然后进行压片处理，根据实际情况的需要压制成各种规格的薄片或者丝状，再按预先选定的样式要求冲压出各种各样的首饰造型，如耳环、戒指、项链、手镯、头花等工艺品，然后经过精细加工程序制成各种规格的样品，通过抛光使工艺品的亮度达到了要求，在适温下进行清洗，在450～500℃的高温下锻压，使每种工艺品产生一定的强力层，最后将这些工艺品放置在密封装置中作高温真空镀操作，控制操作温度变化范围为300～350℃，使工艺品镀上各种所要求的颜色，同样也可以在同一块材料上镀上多种不同的颜色，它是采用多种耐火保护膜进行多色真空镀，例如黄金色、白金色、兰色或者黑色(仿锆石色)等，使这种工艺品得到最佳的造型。
这种多色仿真首饰主要是由铜、镉、钴金属材料所组成的，它是经过一定的制作工艺成为多色泽的仿真首饰制品，它耐磨时间可长达2～3年不变色，制成品用金式抛光机抛光2万转的情况下不会有退色现象发生。

Claims (2)

1、一种多色仿真首饰，其特征是：这种首饰主要是由铜、镉、钴金属材料所组成的，其中铜占70～80％，镉占5～15％，钴占3～10％，这种材料是经过一定的制作工艺成为多色泽的仿真首饰制品。
2、按权利要求1所规定多色仿真首饰的制作工艺，其特征是：按配方比例要求选取原料在高温下制成铸件，材料经过挤压成棒状，然后进行压片处理，把它制成薄片或丝状，并经过冲压成型，再将这种成型的工艺品经过精细加工后进行抛光、清洗，在450～500℃的高温下锻压，使工艺品产生一定的强力层，最后将这些工艺品置于密封装置中进行高温真空镀，控制温度在300～350℃之间进行镀色工序，并采用多种耐火保护膜进行多色真空镀。
