中国专利CN102058190A公开了一种具有单疏单亲单向导水特性的全棉服装面料的制备方法,采用转移涂层技术,制备疏水性化学试剂液膜,之后将液膜与全棉植物复合得到具有单疏单亲导水特性的全棉服装面料,但是该面料一方面成本较高,另一方面具有一定粘度的涂层影响棉服轻便性,实际应用价值不高。中国专利CN204232363U公开了一种一种抗菌蓄热防水棉服面料,该面料包括第一面料层,第二面料层及位于所述第一面料层与所述第二面料层之间的填充层,但是该面料保暖性能不足,且较为厚重。
因此,基于以上背景,针对现有棉服面料成本较高、保暖性能和蓬松感差、较为厚重问题,通过设计三层布立体外观与轻量化的结合提供一种立体三层管道面料及其织造工艺,呈现立体外观,实现再生环保纱与丙纶纱的综合应用,具有很高的实际应用价值和市场推广潜力。

为了解决上述问题,本发明一方面提供了一种立体三层管道面料,自上至下包括上层涤纶层、中间层丙纶层、下层涤纶层。

优选的,所述立体三层管道面料的织造工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱分批进行整经、浆纱,插纱粒数为1330-1340;
(2)采用浆轴并经,总经条数为18600-18700;
(3)之后进行穿经插筘,筘幅为180-190CM;
(4)按照组织设计,采用双喷喷水织机织造得到坯布;
(5)将坯布染色后进行后整理即得。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述组织设计为格线长、宽分别为2-3厘米的三层组织,所述三层组织中上、下涤纶层为平纹组织,中间丙纶层为浮长线,所述中间丙纶层与上、下涤纶层的交叉点位置为格线处。

2、基于本发明体系,采用为50D/72F SD FDY再生涤纶纱作为经纱,并设计上、下涤纶层为平纹组织,使提供的面料轻便保暖,性价比高。同时选择厚度为150D/72F丙纶高弹丝作为中间层,使面料具有优良的蓬松感和保暖性,并进一步控制纬纱的排比为50D/72F SDFDY再生涤纶纱和150D/72F丙纶高弹丝的比例为(4-8):1,使面料整体呈现出立体三层管道面料结构。
3、本发明提供的立体三层管道面料上下层为平纹,中间丙纶经染整充分收缩后有弹性,带动上下层拱起,使布面立体丰厚,保暖、轻质,价格亲民,15.5 元/码(含无氟超泼水)。
4、本发明提供的面料具有立体外观,绗缝效果,轻便保暖,制作服装方便,节省人力,尤其适用于轻量棉服的制作。

Claims (10)

1.一种立体三层管道面料,其特征在于,自上至下包括上层涤纶层、中间层丙纶层、下层涤纶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立体三层管道面料,其特征在于,所述上层涤纶层和下层涤纶层由涤纶纱线交织而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种立体三层管道面料,其特征在于,所述涤纶纱线为全拉伸丝、拉伸变形低弹丝、拉伸变形高弹丝、空气变形丝、复合丝、双组分丝、涤氨包覆丝、或尼龙全拉伸丝、拉伸变形低弹丝、拉伸变形高弹丝、空气变形丝、复合丝、双组分丝、锦涤氨包覆丝中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种立体三层管道面料,其特征在于,所述中间层丙纶层由丙纶纱线交织而成,所述丙纶纱线为丙纶长丝。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种立体三层管道面料,其特征在于,所述丙纶长丝为丙纶FDY丝、丙纶ATY丝、丙纶DTY丝、丙纶细旦FDY丝、丙纶细旦ATY丝、丙纶细旦DTY丝、丙纶高弹丝中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种立体三层管道面料,其特征在于,所述立体三层管道面料的经密为300-350根/inch,纬密为250-300根/inch,克重为170-185GSM。
7.一种根据权利要求6所述的一种立体三层管道面料的织造工艺,其特征在于,采用经纱和纬纱,设计面料的组织结构,经过织造机织造而成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种立体三层管道面料的织造工艺,其特征在于,所述立体三层管道面料的织造工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱分批进行整经、浆纱,插纱粒数为1330-1340;
(2)采用浆轴并经,总经条数为18600-18700;
(3)之后进行穿经插筘,筘幅为180-190CM;
(4)按照组织设计,采用双喷喷水织机织造得到坯布;
(5)将坯布染色后进行后整理即得。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种立体三层管道面料的织造工艺,其特征在于,所述组织设计为格线长、宽分别为2-3厘米的三层组织,所述三层组织中上、下涤纶层为平纹组织,中间丙纶层为浮长线,所述中间丙纶层与上、下涤纶层的交叉点位置为格线处。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种立体三层管道面料的织造工艺,其特征在于,所述坯布规格为:经密260-270根/inch;纬密248-255根/inch;坯布幅175-185CM。
