技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,具体的涉及一种复合型超细纤维仿绗缝面料。
背景技术
超细纤维是近年来发展迅速的差别化纤维的一种,被称为新一代的合成纤维,是一种高品质、高技术的纺织原料,是化学纤维向高技术、高仿真化方向发展的新合纤的典型代表。普通面料的耐磨度较低,而将超细纤维制成超高密织物,纤维间的空隙介于水滴直径和水蒸汽微滴直径之间,因此超细织物具有防水透汽效果,且能克服天然纤维的易皱,人造纤维不透气等缺点,耐用性是普通织物的四倍以上。而绗缝类家纺产品通过在两层布料之间填充化纤棉絮,然后通过缝纫将三层连接而成,产品丰厚柔软,但采用传统工艺制造的绗缝类面料牢固度和耐磨度不够,工序复杂,费工费材。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合型超细纤维仿绗缝面料,兼具纤维的轻盈柔软和棉料的保暖,耐磨性好,织物表面致密,结构稳定。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种复合型超细纤维仿绗缝面料,其特征在于:包括相互接结的表层和里层,所述表层采用二上二下方平组织编织,所述里层采用二上二下斜纹组织编织,表层和里层通过下接上接结点组织接结,所述下接上接结点位于表层和里层组织点重叠处,且该下接上接结点由里经上浮至表经浮长线与表纬之间形成,所述表纬纱线由皮芯型复合超细纤维制成,芯层为聚酯切片,皮层为聚酰胺切片,表经纱线由海岛型复合超细纤维制成,所述里经和里纬为棉纱。
优选的,所述里层采用二上二下左斜纹组织编织。

优选的,所述皮芯型复合纤维纤度为70D。
优选的,所述海岛型复合纤维纤度为75D。

以下通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
本发明所述的复合型超细纤维仿绗缝面料,包括相互接结的表层和里层。
如图1所示,表层采用二上二下方平组织编织(每个组织循环中,表经编号为一、二、三、四,表纬编号为1、2、3、4),表组织选用平纹组织是为了使表面更为紧致耐磨,表纬纱线由皮芯型复合超细纤维制成,皮芯型复合纤维纤度为70D,芯层为聚酯切片,皮层为聚酰胺切片,经皮芯复合纺丝加工成新合纤材料,有着锦纶的柔软弹性和涤纶的耐磨性,质地柔软,弹性优异,皮芯型复合超细纤维具有高的耐磨性、优良的织造加工性,表经纱线由海岛型复合超细纤维制成,海岛型复合纤维纤度为75D,具有优异的微细手感、布面具绒面麂皮效果、舒适的穿著性,表层进行磨绒处理,用砂磨辊(或带)将织物表面磨出一层短而密的绒毛的工艺过程称为磨绒整理,毛织物具有厚实、柔软而温暖等特性,可改善织物的服用性能,表层纱线涂抹有荧光材料,具有夜间发光功能,便于寻找。
如图2所示,里层采用二上二下斜纹组织编织(每个组织循环中,里经编号为A、B、C、D,里纬编号为a、b、c、d),优选的,里层采用二上二下左斜纹组织编织,在其他实施例中,里层可以采用二上二下右斜纹组织编织,
如图3和图4所示,表层和里层通过下接上接结点组织接结,下接上接结点位于表层和里层组织点重叠处且该下接上接结点由里经上浮至表经浮长线与表纬之间形成,具体的,如图5和6所示,表经一和表纬1、里经A和里纬a的组织点α重合,里经A上浮至表经一的浮长线和表纬1之间,形成接结点;表经三和表纬3、里经C和里纬c的组织点β重合,里经C上浮至表经三的浮长线和表纬3之间,形成接结点;里经和里纬均为棉纱。
本发明提供的复合型超细纤维仿绗缝面料,表层采用超细纤维纱,里层采用棉纱,兼具纤维的轻盈柔软和棉料的保暖,表层的耐磨性好,织物表面致密,结构稳定。
