Abstract
本发明涉及护肤品领域，公开了一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜及其制备方法，紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，包括以下质量份数的组分：溶剂23.808‑27.132份；保湿剂21.32‑21.78份；增稠剂0.28‑0.32份；乳化剂3.45‑3.55份；润肤剂44.54‑46.06份；PH调节剂0.09‑0.11份；防腐剂0.44‑0.46份；植物提取物1.189‑1.251份；皮肤调理剂1.559‑2.661份；植物提取物为薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物的复配。本发明具有对已经衰老松弛的肌肤起到较好的修复效果的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品领域，尤其是涉及一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
面霜是基础护肤的重要一步，面霜中的有效成分能较好地被肌肤吸收，起到较好的改善肌肤的效果，因此，面霜的功效非常重要，功效好的的面霜能使得改善肌肤的效果得到更好的提升。
普通的面霜中含有常规的补水保湿等原料，而为了针对性改善皮肤，一些特殊的面霜会添加一些具有特殊功效的原料成分，以期对肌肤进行针对性的改善。
植物提取物属于天然提取物，含有复杂多样的活性成分，每种植物提取物均能体现出一种或多种的肌肤修复功效，但目前对于植物提取物的应用，还处于较为初步的状态，尤其针对肌肤衰老松弛的改善，还缺乏较为有效的手段，多体现为对肌肤衰老松弛问题的延缓，但对已经衰老松弛的肌肤难以达到较好的修复效果，因此，还有改善空间。
发明内容
为了对已经衰老松弛的肌肤起到较好的修复效果，本申请提供一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜及其制备方法。
第一方面，本申请提供一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，采用如下的技术方案：
一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，包括以下质量份数的组分：
溶剂23.808-27.132份；
保湿剂21.32-21.78份；
增稠剂0.28-0.32份；
乳化剂3.45-3.55份；
润肤剂44.54-46.06份；
PH调节剂0.09-0.11份；
防腐剂0.44-0.46份；
植物提取物1.189-1.251份；
皮肤调理剂1.559-2.661份；
所述植物提取物为薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物的复配。
通过采用上述技术方案，通过采用薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物复配，使得紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜有效改善衰老松弛的肌肤，使肌肤恢复弹性，变得紧致，有效抵抗衰老，使肌肤恢复年轻，更好地满足消费者追求美的愿望。
薰衣草油，具有抗氧化性，能延缓衰老，还可促进套膜蛋白、紧密连接蛋白等的形成，提高皮肤的屏障功效，还具有抗炎、保湿的功效。
匙羹藤叶提取物，含有多种三萜皂苷成分，具有消肿解毒、清热凉血的功效，可收敛毛孔。
美丽拟伊藻提取物，具有柔嫩肌肤、延缓细胞衰老的功效。
南美苋根提取物，能治疗受损伤的肌肤，具有保湿、抗炎的功效。
当薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物中的有效成分相互配合时，不仅能起到各组分本身具有的效果，还能清除自由基，从根本上减少衰老的侵蚀，并且有效促进细胞生长，尤其是重新激活胶原蛋白合成的能力，使得真皮层合成更多的胶原蛋白以支撑肌肤，重构肌肤骨架，从而使得肌肤重新恢复弹性，实现真正的焕发肌肤活力，使肌肤从松弛恢复至紧致有弹性的状态。
再配合保湿剂、润肤剂、皮肤调理剂，使得皮肤水润柔软有弹性，肌肤恢复光滑，消除肌肤上岁月的痕迹。

通过采用上述技术方案，通过薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物以特定比例配合，更好地消除自由基，并且能更好地促进胶原蛋白合成，使得皮肤抗衰老性能更佳，且能更快恢复弹性，重新焕发肌肤活力，修复效果较佳。
优选的，所述匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物均由水提法提取而得。
通过采用上述技术方案，通过水提法提取，使得提取得到的有效物质恰好能相互配合，从而实现较好的消除自由基及促进胶原蛋白合成的效果。
优选的，所述皮肤调理剂为二裂酵母发酵产物滤液、咖啡因、烟酰胺、DNA钠、巴斯德毕赤酵母发酵溶胞物滤液、香兰基丁基醚、金花铁皮石斛发酵液的复配。

第二方面，本申请提供一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜的制备方法，采用如下的技术方案：
一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1)，将甘油、羟乙基纤维素、卡波姆和50％溶剂均质分散，然后加入尿囊素和剩余的溶剂，搅拌均匀并加热至80-85℃，保温20-30min，均质3-5min，得混合物A；
步骤2)，将甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、硬脂酸、棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、矿油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷混合，加热至80-85℃，保温2-3min后加入混合物A中，均质2-3min，得混合物B；
步骤3)，混合物B降温至60-65℃，将氨甲基丙醇加入混合物B中，混合均匀，得混合物C；
步骤4)，混合物C降温至40℃及以下，然后将丙二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇混合加热至50-55℃后投入混合物C中，混合均匀，得混合物D；
步骤5)，混合物D降温至40℃及以下，然后将薰衣草油、二裂酵母发酵产物滤液、咖啡因、烟酰胺、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物、DNA钠、巴斯德毕赤酵母发酵溶胞物滤液、香兰基丁基醚、金花铁皮石斛发酵液依次加入混合物D中，混合均匀，过滤，得紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜。
通过采用上述技术方案，制得的紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜中活性成分保持较高活性，易于被肌肤吸收并起相应的修复作用，制得的紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜质量较佳。
综上所述，本申请具有以下有益效果：
1、由于本申请通过采用薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物复配，使得紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜有效改善衰老松弛的肌肤，使肌肤恢复弹性，变得紧致，有效抵抗衰老，使肌肤恢复年轻，更好地满足消费者追求美的愿望。
2、本申请中优选通过水提法提取，使得提取得到的有效物质恰好能相互配合，从而实现较好的消除自由基及促进胶原蛋白合成的效果。
3、本申请中优选通过具体选择棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、矿油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷复配形成润肤剂，润肤效果较佳，使得肌肤更为滋润，使肌肤状态更佳。

以下结合实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，包括以下组分：
溶剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、乳化剂、润肤剂、PH调节剂、防腐剂、植物提取物、皮肤调理剂。
其中，溶剂为去离子水，自制。
其中，保湿剂为甘油、尿囊素、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇的复配。
甘油、尿囊素、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇均来源于市售。
其中，增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素、卡波姆的复配。
羟乙基纤维素、卡波姆均来源于市售。
其中，乳化剂为甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、硬脂酸的复配。
甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、硬脂酸均来源于市售。
其中，润肤剂为棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、矿油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷的复配。
棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、矿油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷均来源于市售。
其中，PH调节剂为氨甲基丙醇，氨甲基丙醇来源于市售。
其中，防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮，对羟基苯乙酮来源于市售。
其中，植物提取物为薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物的复配。
薰衣草油由醇提法提取所得，购置于广州晟吉雅生物科技有限公司，匙羹藤叶提取物由水提法提取所得，购置于广州宝仪生物科技有限公司，美丽拟伊藻提取物由水提法提取所得，购置于广州市巨诚化工有限公司，南美苋根提取物由水提法提取所得，购置于广州宝仪生物科技有限公司。
其中，皮肤调理剂为二裂酵母发酵产物滤液、咖啡因、烟酰胺、DNA钠、巴斯德毕赤酵母发酵溶胞物滤液、香兰基丁基醚、金花铁皮石斛发酵液的复配。
二裂酵母发酵产物滤液购置于广州恒滔贸易有限公司，DNA钠购置于广州名图生物有限公司，巴斯德毕赤酵母发酵溶胞物滤液购置于广州瀚诺美生物科技有限公司，金花铁皮石斛发酵液购置于广州市新凯化工科技有限公司，咖啡因、烟酰胺、香兰基丁基醚均来源于市售。
实施例1-3中，各组分的具体投入量详见表1。

实施例1中，紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜的制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤1)，将甘油、羟乙基纤维素、卡波姆和50％的溶剂加入乳化锅中，500r/min均质分散3min，然后加入尿囊素和剩余的溶剂，转速30r/min持续搅拌并加热至80℃，保温30min，500r/min均质3min，得混合物A。
步骤2)，将甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、硬脂酸、棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、矿油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷加入油相锅中，转速30r/min持续搅拌并加热至80℃，保温3min后加入至混合物A中，1000r/min均质3min，得混合物B。
步骤3)，混合物B降温至60℃，将氨甲基丙醇加入混合物B中，转速30r/min，搅拌15min，混合均匀，得混合物C。
步骤4)，混合物C降温至40℃，然后将丙二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇混合并加热至50℃后投入混合物C中，转速30r/min，搅拌5min，混合均匀，得混合物D。
步骤5)，混合物D降温至40℃，然后将薰衣草油、二裂酵母发酵产物滤液、咖啡因、烟酰胺、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物、DNA钠、巴斯德毕赤酵母发酵溶胞物滤液、香兰基丁基醚、金花铁皮石斛发酵液依次加入混合物D中，转速30r/min，搅拌10min，混合均匀，过滤，得紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜。
实施例2、3中，紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜的制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤1)，将甘油、羟乙基纤维素、卡波姆和50％的溶剂加入乳化锅中，600r/min均质分散5min，然后加入尿囊素和剩余的溶剂，转速35r/min持续搅拌并加热至85℃，保温20min，600r/min均质5min，得混合物A。
步骤2)，将甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、硬脂酸、棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、矿油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷加入油相锅中，转速35r/min持续搅拌并加热至85℃，保温2min后加入至混合物A中，1500r/min均质2min，得混合物B。
步骤3)，混合物B降温至65℃，将氨甲基丙醇加入混合物B中，转速35r/min，搅拌10min，混合均匀，得混合物C。
步骤4)，混合物C降温至35℃，然后将丙二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇混合并加热至55℃后投入混合物C中，转速35r/min，搅拌5min，混合均匀，得混合物D。
步骤5)，混合物D降温至40℃，然后将薰衣草油、二裂酵母发酵产物滤液、咖啡因、烟酰胺、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物、DNA钠、巴斯德毕赤酵母发酵溶胞物滤液、香兰基丁基醚、金花铁皮石斛发酵液依次加入混合物D中，转速35r/min，搅拌10min，混合均匀，过滤，得紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜。

采用白花春黄菊花油等量替换薰衣草油。
对比例2
一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，与实施例1相比，区别仅在于：
采用儿茶钩藤提取物等量替换匙羹藤叶提取物。
对比例3
一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，与实施例1相比，区别仅在于：
采用墨角藻提取物等量替换美丽拟伊藻提取物。
对比例4
一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，与实施例1相比，区别仅在于：
采用马齿苋提取物等量替换南美苋根提取物。
对比例5
一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，与实施例1相比，区别仅在于：
植物提取物中，薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物的质量比例为1：1：1：1。
实验1
召集志愿者若干，志愿者年龄40-45岁，女性，皮肤均出现松弛，每10名为1组，分别使用各实施例及对比例的紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，使用三个月，早晚各一次。
使用3天后，使用清水洁面并自然干燥15min后，通过皮肤水分检测仪CorneometerCM825测试皮肤水分、采用皮肤弹性测定仪Corneometer MPA580检测皮肤弹性，采用皮肤弹性测定仪Corneometer MPA580检测皮肤紧致度，然后用棉签在脸颊上刮8下，获取表皮层的角质细胞，将角质细胞放入去离子水中，搅匀，制得细胞溶液，通过鲁米诺试剂作为发光试剂，采用Fe2+离子作为催化剂，采用化学发光测定法，通过荧光定量检测装置检测发光强度。
使用1个月后，在使用清水洁面并自然干燥15min后，通过皮肤水分检测仪Corneometer CM825测试皮肤水分、采用皮肤弹性测定仪Corneometer MPA580检测皮肤弹性，采用皮肤弹性测定仪Corneometer MPA580检测皮肤紧致度，然后用棉签在脸颊上刮8下，获取表皮层的角质细胞，将角质细胞放入去离子水中，搅匀，制得细胞溶液，通过鲁米诺试剂作为发光试剂，采用Fe2+离子作为催化剂，采用化学发光测定法，通过荧光定量检测装置检测发光强度。
将第二次检测数据减去第一次检测数据，得出皮肤水分含量变化情况、皮肤弹性变化情况、皮肤紧致度变化情况、皮肤自由基含量变化情况。
荧光定量检测装置采用日本Churitsu Electric高灵敏度生物荧光检测系统。
实验1的具体检测数据详见表2。

根据表2中，实施例1与对比例1-4的数据对比可得，当薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物复配时，紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜具有较好的抗衰、紧致肌肤等效果，尤其在恢复皮肤弹性、提高紧致度以及消除自由基上具有较为突出的功效。
而采用功效相近的植物提取物替代薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物中的任一一种时，补水效果无明显影响，但消除自由基、恢复弹性、恢复紧致的效果有明显的下降，证明仅有薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物相互配合时，才能起到较好的消除自由基、恢复弹性、恢复紧致的效果，这主要得益于薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物中的特殊活性成分相互配合产生的特殊功效，使得紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜的效果较佳，对于松弛的皮肤也能起到修复的效果。
根据表2中，实施例1与对比例5的数据对比可得，当改变薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物的比例时，消除自由基、恢复弹性、恢复紧致的效果出现一定程度的下降，证明特定比例的配合下，能更好地发挥活性物质复配的效果，更好地激活皮肤，护肤效果较佳。

Claims (5)
1.一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，其特征在于：包括以下质量份数的组分：
溶剂23.808-27.132份；
保湿剂21.32-21.78份；
增稠剂0.28-0.32份；
乳化剂3.45-3.55份；
润肤剂44.54-46.06份；
PH调节剂0.09-0.11份；
防腐剂0.44-0.46份；
植物提取物1.189-1.251份；
皮肤调理剂1.559-2.661份；
所述植物提取物为薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物的复配；
所述薰衣草油、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物的质量比例为1.9-2.1：29-31：59-61：29-31；
所述皮肤调理剂为二裂酵母发酵产物滤液、咖啡因、烟酰胺、DNA 钠、巴斯德毕赤酵母发酵溶胞物滤液、香兰基丁基醚、金花铁皮石斛发酵液的复配；
所述二裂酵母发酵产物滤液、咖啡因、烟酰胺、DNA 钠、巴斯德毕赤酵母发酵溶胞物滤液、香兰基丁基醚、金花铁皮石斛发酵液的质量比例为：29-31：29-31：29-31：0.9-1.1：19-21：39-41：10-110。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，其特征在于：所述匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物均由水提法提取而得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，其特征在于：所述润肤剂为棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、矿油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷的复配。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜，其特征在于：所述棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、矿油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量比例为4.9-5.1：0.79-0.81：34.5-35.5：1.9-2.1：2.45-2.55。
5.一种根据权利要求4所述紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤1），将甘油、羟乙基纤维素、卡波姆和50%溶剂均质分散，然后加入尿囊素和剩余的溶剂，搅拌均匀并加热至80-85℃，保温20-30min，均质3-5min，得混合物A；
步骤2），将甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、硬脂酸、棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、矿油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷混合，加热至80-85℃，保温2-3min后加入混合物A中，均质2-3min，得混合物B；
步骤3），混合物B降温至60-65℃，将氨甲基丙醇加入混合物B中，混合均匀，得混合物C；
步骤4），混合物C降温至40℃及以下，然后将丙二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇混合加热至50-55℃后投入混合物C中，混合均匀，得混合物D；
步骤5），混合物D降温至40℃及以下，然后将薰衣草油、二裂酵母发酵产物滤液、咖啡因、烟酰胺、匙羹藤叶提取物、美丽拟伊藻提取物、南美苋根提取物、DNA钠、巴斯德毕赤酵母发酵溶胞物滤液、香兰基丁基醚、金花铁皮石斛发酵液依次加入混合物D中，混合均匀，过滤，得紧致收紧肌肤的精华霜。
