Abstract

穿过眼镜腿的一个铰接接头的关节(1a,1b和3a)的螺钉(6),有它的被拧进关节(1b)里的被加工出螺纹的一端(6a)。这个螺钉越过关节(1b),它的露出部分有一个环形凹颈,在此凹颈里放进一个卡簧(9),这个卡簧靠在关节(1b)的外部面(7)上并阻止其头(6b)靠在关节(1a)上而处于紧固状态的螺钉(6)不合时宜地松开。在其中约束着卡簧(9)的环形凹颈的高度使这个环形凹颈是部分地位于关节(1b)内部。从这种安排得到的结果是,如果装配出现间隙,通过用厚度稍微大一点的卡簧代替卡簧(9)就可以消除此间隙。

Description

至少两个零件的装配装置及其应用
本发明的目的是至少两个元件的装配装置,特别是用一个穿过它们的螺钉把两个零件相互铰接起来的装置。
上面提到的类型的装配装置的缺陷之一在于下面的事实:螺钉可能不合时宜地被松开,为了阻止这种松开的那些已知的方法都不总是适用的,特别是当涉及一些体积小的装置时,例如像眼镜铰链接头那样。
这些装置的另一个缺陷在于这样的事实:当涉及零件彼此铰接时,在组装的零件磨损后,可能出现间隙,这种间隙通过把螺钉拧得更紧也往往很难消除,特别是为了减少不合时宜的松开的危险将螺钉紧固在被装配的一个零件上时。
本发明的目的就是弥补这些缺陷。
此目的由于如下事实而达到:装配螺钉超出那个零件,在那个零件里螺钉被拧紧,它的露出部分在与上述零件平齐的地方有一个环形凹颈,一个卡簧被约束在这个凹颈里,以便阻止螺钉不合时宜地被松开。
至于根据本发明的该装配装置的用途,是为了消除该装置的可能的间隙,其特征在于:人们用一个厚度较大的卡簧代替原来的卡簧。
作为例子,图表示实现本发明目的的一种方式。
图1是用于眼镜腿的铰链接头的轴向剖面图;
图2是这个铰链接头的从下面看的大比例尺的平面图;
图3是按图2的比例尺的这个铰链接头的一个细节的剖面图。
被表示的铰链接头包括一个底座(1),用来固定在一个眼镜框的面部(2)上,而一个底座(3)被固定在上述镜框的一条腿(4)上。
一个槽(5)被安排在底座(1)里,这样就形成两个关节(1a)和(1b),底座(3)的一个凸出部分(3a)被安排在它们中间,形成关节,这一切构成眼镜腿(4)铰接在眼镜框的面部(2)上的铰接接头。
承载螺钉(6)穿过铰链接头的那两个关节(1a)和(1b)及关节(3a),用(6a)表示的螺钉的端头被加工出螺纹同时被拧在关节(1b)中。
这个螺钉越过关节(1b),它的露出部分在与用(7)指示的关节(1b)的外表面齐平处有一个环形凹颈(8)。一个称为卡簧的钳形垫圈(19)被约束在凹颈(8)中并靠在关节(1b)的外表面(7)上,以保证其头部以(6b)表示的螺钉(6)被紧固在关节(1a)上,而不致不合时宜地松开。
凹颈(8)的高度应这样高,使其一部分位于关节(1b)的内部。从这样的布置中得到的结果是如果铰接出现间隙,例如组成铰接的元件被磨损之后,这是经常受载的眼镜框的铰链接头的经常发生的情况,通过用一个稍微厚一点的卡簧代替卡簧(9)就能消除这个间隙。
因此,现在的装置同时解决了两个元件的装配螺钉的不合时宜地松开的问题和消除可能出现的间隙的问题。
本发明并不局限于所描述的情况和所表示的眼镜的铰链接头的情况。它将能应用于任何用螺钉的装配,甚至能用于不是彼此铰接的元件的装配,就是在这种情况下,出现间隙的危险还是明显地比较小。
本发明同样可用于螺钉不直接地附着在装配的零件之一里的情况,但是在这种情况下。螺钉备有一个螺母。螺钉将越过上述的螺母而且正是抵住这个螺母才使卡簧得到支撑。

Claims (3)

1.至少两个零件的装配装置,特别是用一个穿过这两个零件的螺钉把它们相互铰接的装置,其特征在于:上述螺钉越过它被拧在其中的那个零件,它的露出部分在上述零件的齐平处有一个环形凹颈,一个卡簧被约束在这个环形凹颈中,以便阻止螺钉不合时宜地松开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于如下:安排在螺钉中的凹颈的高度使得上述凹颈部分地位于零件的内部,螺钉被拧在这个零件中,以便装置可能形成的偶然的间隙,特别是当组成此装置的元件被磨损后,在上述的间隙出现之前,能够用一个比原来使用的卡簧的厚度稍厚的卡簧来补偿。
3.根据权利要求2的所述装置的应用,是为了消除装配出现的间隙,其特征在于:人们用一个厚度较厚的卡簧代替原来的卡簧。
