Example 1:

Preparing slow-cracking modified anionic emulsified asphalt (in parts by mass):
a. firstly, adding 100 parts of Zhonghai 90# asphalt into a kettle, stirring and heating to 150 ℃, adding 5 parts of the self-made asphalt anti-aging agent, and stirring for 30min for later use;
b. meanwhile, 100 parts of tap water and 4 parts of slow-breaking emulsifier RC-806 are sequentially added into the other kettle, the pH value is adjusted to 10.6-11.6 by using 40% sodium hydroxide solution, and the mixture is stirred and heated to 55 ℃ to prepare soap liquid;
c. the two are sent into a colloid mill, the flow ratio of the soap liquid to the asphalt is set to be 2.5.
Preparing the weather-resistant asphalt-based waterproof coating (in parts by mass): firstly, adding 40 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.1 part of dispersant BYK23160, 0.1 part of defoamer ST2438 and 0.01 part of preservative Hanning 616 into a stirring tank, stirring for 10-20 min at 600-800 r/min, adding 5 parts of sheet sericite powder, stirring for 20-30 min, adding 30 parts of slow-breaking modified anionic emulsified asphalt and 20 parts of neoprene latex, continuing to stir for 20-40 min, adding 1.5 parts of SD1688 aqueous antioxidant and 1.5 parts of 1130 ultraviolet absorbent, stirring for 20-40 min, finally adding a mixed dispersion liquid consisting of 1 part of 250HBR hydroxyethyl cellulose and 5 parts of water, continuing to add 0.1 part of OPTIFLO-H3300 VF after dispersing and stirring until the mixture is uniform and free of granular sensation, dispersing and stirring for 30min, and filtering to obtain the weather-resistant asphalt-based waterproof coating;
when the coating is applied to roof waterproof repair, the coating is directly roll-coated or spray-coated on an old asphalt-based waterproof layer or a cement base surface of a to-be-repaired roof according to a construction method of coating one cloth by two or coating two cloth by three, and then the exposed self-adhesive asphalt-based waterproof coating coiled material is matched, so that the whole process can be cold-constructed, the removal and the protection layer are avoided, and the coating is particularly suitable for being directly used on the old waterproof layer when the old residential roof is repaired.
The exposed self-adhesive asphalt-based waterproof coating coiled material is self-adhesive on a single surface and comprises an isolation layer, a modified asphalt bonding layer and a fluoroplastic film enhancement layer. The fluoroplastic film of the surface layer coating film had a thickness of 0.10mm.

Preparing the weather-resistant asphalt-based waterproof coating (in parts by mass): firstly, adding 30 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.5 part of dispersant BYK23160, 0.5 part of defoamer ST2438 and 0.03 part of preservative Hanning 616 into a stirring tank, stirring for 10-20 min at 600-800 r/min, adding 10 parts of sheet sericite powder, stirring for 20-30 min, adding 50 parts of slow-breaking modified anionic emulsified asphalt and 15 parts of neoprene latex, continuing to stir for 20-40 min, adding 2.5 parts of SD1688 aqueous antioxidant and 2.5 parts of 1130 ultraviolet absorbent, stirring for 20-40 min, finally adding a mixed dispersion liquid consisting of 0.4 part of 250HBR hydroxyethyl cellulose and 3 parts of water, continuing to add 0.5 part of OPTIFLO-H3300 VF after dispersing and stirring until the mixture is uniform and free of granular sensation, dispersing and stirring for 30min, and filtering to obtain the weather-resistant asphalt-based waterproof coating;
when the coating is applied to the waterproof repair of the roof, the coating is directly roll-coated or spray-coated on an old asphalt-based waterproof layer or a cement base surface of the roof to be repaired according to a construction method of coating one by two or coating two by three, and then the exposed self-adhesive asphalt-based waterproof coating coiled material is matched, so that the coating can be cold-constructed in the whole process, is free from being dismantled and a protective layer is not required to be punched, and is particularly suitable for being directly used on the old waterproof layer when the old residential area roof is repaired.

Preparing the weather-resistant asphalt-based waterproof coating (in parts by mass): firstly, adding 32 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.4 part of dispersant BYK23160, 0.4 part of defoamer ST2438 and 0.02 part of preservative Hanning 616 into a stirring tank, stirring for 10-20 min at 600-800 r/min, adding 5 parts of sheet sericite powder, stirring for 20-30 min, adding 45 parts of slow-breaking modified anionic emulsified asphalt and 16 parts of neoprene latex, continuing to stir for 20-40 min, adding 1.8 parts of SD1688 aqueous antioxidant and 1.8 parts of 1130 ultraviolet absorbent, stirring for 20-40 min, finally adding 0.8 part of mixed dispersion liquid consisting of 250HBR hydroxyethyl cellulose and 4 parts of water, continuing to add 0.2 part of OPTIFLO-H3300 VF after dispersing and stirring until the mixture is uniform and free of granular sensation, dispersing and stirring for 30min, and filtering to obtain the weather-resistant asphalt-based waterproof coating;
when the coating is applied to roof waterproof repair, the coating is directly roll-coated or spray-coated on an old asphalt-based waterproof layer or a cement base surface of a to-be-repaired roof according to a construction method of coating one cloth by two or coating two cloth by three, and then the exposed self-adhesive asphalt-based waterproof coating coiled material is matched, so that the whole process can be cold-constructed, the removal and the protection layer are avoided, and the coating is particularly suitable for being directly used on the old waterproof layer when the old residential roof is repaired.

Comparative example 2: the preparation method of the weather-resistant asphalt-based waterproof coating and the application thereof in roof repairing and waterproofing are the same as those of the example 1 except that the addition amounts of the modified latex and the slow-breaking modified anionic emulsified asphalt are adjusted. Tests show that the prepared asphalt-based waterproof coating is poor in bonding with an old asphalt waterproof layer of a base surface, cannot form full adhesion with the old base surface, and has a large water channeling hidden danger.
It can be seen from the comparison between examples 1-4 and comparative example 1 that the addition of the self-made asphalt anti-aging agent to modify and emulsify asphalt can significantly improve the weather resistance of the prepared asphalt-based coating, and greatly prolong the service life of the coating when applied to waterproofing in roof renovation.
The comparison of the examples 1-4 and the comparative example 2 shows that the dosage of the matched modified latex and the slow-breaking modified anionic emulsified asphalt can ensure the bonding effect with the base surface of the waste coiled material, and when the modified latex and the slow-breaking modified anionic emulsified asphalt are used in combination with the coiled material and applied to roof repair and waterproofing, the excellent composite waterproofing effect is ensured.
In conclusion, the preparation of the weather-resistant asphalt-based waterproof coating and the application of the weather-resistant asphalt-based waterproof coating to roofing renovation waterproofing are carried out, the slow-breaking modified emulsified asphalt is prepared by starting from an asphalt-based material aging mechanism, the water-based antioxidant in the composite aging agent, the ultraviolet absorbent and the excellent weather resistance of the modified emulsion are combined, the prepared asphalt-based waterproof coating has excellent weather resistance and the service life of the asphalt-based waterproof coating is greatly prolonged by compounding the additives and the weather resistance of each component, and when the weather-resistant asphalt-based waterproof coating is applied to the roofing renovation, the adhesion effect of the asphalt-based waterproof coating and a base surface old asphalt waterproof layer is good.
